I haven't eaten so badly in a long time! The kebab wasn't done, the iskender didn't taste good. I always really enjoyed being there, I asked her about the food and they probably changed the meat. No accomodation even though I haven't eaten. Never again! Was there last time.

We were there for the last time today. Service is super bad, drinks were forgotten and only brought at some point during the meal. The food didn't taste good either, the kebab meat wasn't cooked through!! And it didn’t taste good either! Never again!

Food was good but I would have been given a small pizza. I ordered a large one and charged 6.50€ for 3 small sauces, which wasn't even worth 4€

4.50€ for a lahmacun and 2€ for a small ayran reudig plus 1.50€ for a SMALL glass of tea. However, the taste is quite ok, it's just a rip-off for the price and performance. (the lahmacuns were small and empty)

Hello So first I have to say that I've never given a review and I'm not picky at all But I have to warn the people who want to buy a kebab there. It is by far the worst meat I have ever eaten in a kebab... And generally the hygiene there sucks.. So if you want food poisoning then you've come to the right place!

Ordered several grilled plates yesterday, the meat was already sour and spoiled. The lamb was just bones with fat on it and I've easily had the whole thing like that the last 5 times. I've had food poisoning since yesterday just like my wife and her friend. Don't eat there, people. It's a disgrace to even sell something like that. Filling your pockets with food that has gone bad. No wonder no one eats out at your place anymore Every time I drive past the store is empty! Give this shop a wide berth. This is how you lose regular customers who have been around for decades

Today I got grill plates and lahmacun with meat. It took a little longer but the food was really good. And the price was very fair. I'd love to come back. The people were all very friendly.

We've been there for years and get kebabs. It's always been very tasty, that's why we like to come there, but the last kebabs weren't as good as before in terms of the taste of the meat. It's a shame, that means you don't come back as often as before

I ordered four mixed grill plates to pick up yesterday, and I have to say: the food was perfect! The grill plate was one of the best I've ever had in Duisburg - in my opinion even better than Aladin Ocakbaşı. The Adana Kebab was excellent, perfectly seasoned and not too salty, as can sometimes happen. Yesterday he was absolutely on point. The lamb skewers, chicken skewers and the lamb chop tasted excellent - wonderfully seasoned, tender and juicy. A real taste experience! Particularly worth mentioning was the homemade flatbread, which is very reminiscent of Pakistani naan. It was soft, perfectly baked and the ideal accompaniment to the meat. The side dishes were also good. The separate salad was fresh, and there was Ezme as a dip, which was also well seasoned. The fries were solid – nothing special, but they did the job. Overall a fantastic experience. Everything was perfect and I would definitely order here again. Absolute recommendation!

Disappointing food poisoning experience We have always been very satisfied with this restaurant and have ordered here often. Unfortunately we had a very bad experience this time. On Thursday, while I was decorating the Christmas tree and didn't have time to cook, we ordered food to pick up: a kebab, a dürüm and a children's kebab. Luckily our child didn't eat the children's kebab. My husband and I ate the kebab and dürüm, and that same night we both had severe symptoms of food poisoning. We had persistent vomiting, diarrhea, severe stomach pain and other unpleasant symptoms such as: B. a strange foul taste in the mouth. Today is Sunday and we are still recovering. We don't want to cause any controversy or trouble, but there is no question that this food came from your restaurant.

Today we ordered 2 kebabs, 2 Dürüm kebabs and 2 lahmacun. When ordering, a delivery time of 50 minutes was stated on the phone. After 65 minutes I asked where the food was and was told the driver couldn't find the address. The reason is that the street was noted incorrectly. So the driver had probably already been eating for 10-15 minutes. After another 10 minutes, a total of 75 minutes, the driver appeared. No excuse for the delay, just nothing. Only when I asked if he hadn't found the address did he answer that they had forgotten an H in the street name. I thought ok, it can happen. We took the food and when we unpacked it at the table we noticed that everything was cold and completely soggy due to the sauces. When we unpacked the 2 Dürüm kebabs, everything was stuck to the foil and was torn everywhere. Looked like dog food. Simply disgusting and inedible. 2 Dürüm kebabs ended up in the trash. This service and this inferior quality are an absolute disgrace. This was the last time at Sofra Ocakbasi.

Unfortunately, orders change daily. The minced skewer is sometimes delivered with grilled tomatoes and peppers and today without. That at a price of 16.50 euros. Today I'm disappointed.

I went there during my break from work to have a soup. It was delicious and after I finished, I was asked if I wanted tea. The tea was great and to my surprise was on the house. Would definitely go back.

ABSOLUTE DIRTY STORE! 0 stars!! Ordered a kebab plate with veal and a chicken. Was delivered incorrectly. We tried to reach the store 20 times by phone. At 21x someone finally answered. Since everyone else involved had already eaten up, we wanted the money back. 30 minutes later the doorbell suddenly rang. The driver was there and gave us the money back and wanted the kebab plate. Only a few fries were eaten. He was more than unfriendly and shouted loudly at my girlfriend (everything about the camera at the entrance to the house was excellent!). Then he went to the car complaining and said we should never call and order again!! My girlfriend was afraid of the driver and his aggressive behavior! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!

Hello, the food is quite good but the staff needs to be replaced!!! Today I ordered a small plate and when I went to the checkout the person told me it was a large plate even though I wanted a small one, so it's not my mistake. I also witnessed where someone ordered Durum and got a doner and that happened to me. They don't simply restrict more traffic. And the same person tried to cheat me of 10 euros a week ago. So the staff needs to be replaced.

We ordered food today at 5:30 p.m. The first time I called 30 minutes later and asked how long the delivery time would take, it should be 20 minutes. The second time I called at 6:55 p.m., the food was supposed to be there already. Food came after 7pm. A pepperoni and a tomato should mean "salad" in this case. When I called, a subsequent delivery was refused. The store used to be very good, but has become noticeably run down over the years. The store is absolutely not recommended for delivery. If you still want to eat there, you should do so on site, because then you have the opportunity to complain about the food.

Every now and then we get kebab or lahmacun here. It's very tasty. Lahmacun is baked in-house. But last time I was absolutely thrilled. I ordered Tavuk Sis. Everything is included, it was extremely tasty and my special request for half fries/half rice was also fulfilled. When I asked if it was “that Turkish rice,” no one was offended. This time the slightly older gentlemen were there and were very nice. The young gentlemen who were there for a while were a bit "slouchy" and didn't contribute that much to the feel-good atmosphere.

Die Speisen werden frisch zubereitet und schmecken gut. Durch den Kassenautomat kein Geld beim Personal, dadurch bleiben auch die Hände sauberer. Die Bedienung sehr freundlich.

Super liebes Personal! Da kann man sich nicht beschweren! Leider hatte der Döner bei allen zu wenig Sauce. Das Mundgefühl war dementsprechend sehr trocken und anstrengend runter zubekommen. Der Grillteller hatte leider keinen Joghurt oder die typische türkische Paprikapaste, was es wieder trocken gemacht hat. Hähnchen war noch roh innen drin….

Schmeckt gut, gehen auch auf Kundenwünsche ein, aber leider wurden die Portionen über die Jahre immer kleiner und die Preise übermäßig teurer. Man kriegt weniger und bezahlt noch viel mehr.

Bin dort immer wieder gerne sehr schöner kleiner Laden, Betreiber ist immer sehr nett und alles wird frisch gemacht . Kann es nur empfehlen

Döner war eigentlich gut habe leider ein 2cm Knochen im Döner gehabt.

Op de route naar huis( vanaf vliegveld Dusseldorf, komen wij deze heerlijke eettent tegen. Snelle service, simpel, maar schoon eettent. Alles wordt vers bereid en het eten snaakt heerlijk. Ich bestelle hier seit über 10 Jahren, Essen und Service sind zuletzt kontinuierlich schlechter geworden. Heute habe ich nachmittags bestellt und musste ganze 1 Stunde 45 Min. warten. Zwei Anrufe zur Klärung, wo mein Essen denn bleibt wurden weder bedauert, noch wurde sich einmal für die Wartezeit entschuldigt. Der Service ist echt nicht mehr gut bei gleichzeitig stark angestiegenen Preisen.

Sehr guter laden sieht schön aus und es schmeckt sehr gut gute preise nette Angestellte mit dem Lieferservice hatte ich leider schlechte erfahrung da die bestellung nicht ankam und dann ging man dort nicht mehr ans telefon. Ich werde es wieder versuchen wenn alles Reibungslos von statten geht 5 Sterne. Ps: Problem ist nicht wieder aufgetreten bestelle inzwischen häufiger.

Gestern Abend um 21:15 bestellt. Laut Lieferando eine Wartezeit von 60 Minuten. Nach 1 1/2 Stunden wurde immer noch nichts geliefert. Angerufen um nachzufragen, ging keiner ran. Um 23:20 wurden wir aus dem Bett geschellt weil wir dachten es kommt nichts mehr. Essen war zwar noch warm aber die Gerichte sind ausgelaufen und durchgeschüttelt angekommen. Nie wieder!
