The place is nice and the toilets are clean. Two of us had the iskender and iskender special. The iskender was a disappointment for me. The minced meat doner was tasteless and rubbery. The pita underneath was dry and hard. It was similar to iskender but the flavor was very weak. Those who want to fill their stomachs somehow can try it, but if they are coming from far away to eat a nice iskender, I would say don't bother.

The food was good. The service was good, too, but the sign said they had a doner kebab with ayran on offer. But that offer didn't apply to me, and there was only a small difference in price. Honestly, you'd have to do something like that for a few euros?

Today was my first time at this restaurant and I actually planned to go back because I really enjoyed the food. Actually. I had a dürüm, which actually tasted very good until, in the last third of my meal, I suddenly found pieces of ceramic in my food. It's not a big deal in itself; it can always happen that something breaks in the kitchen. However, after clearly pointing it out, NOTHING came from the staff. No apology, no explanation, just an "Oh," and that was it. Even when I asked about it, they didn't comment. In the end, I had to pay the full price, and they acted as if nothing had happened. As I said, I actually would have gone back, but I can easily do without hard, sharp ceramic in my food—and especially restaurant owners who don't take care of it. The behavior here was truly awful.

Unfortunately, today's visit didn't live up to my expectations. I've been here several times and usually eat Adana kebab. I didn't like the Adana kebab at all today. One side was cooked through, the underside was white, as if it hadn't been on the grill. The taste was a complete disaster. Unfortunately, it happened on a day when the person in charge of food was turning the Adana kebab on the grill with a blind eye.

We wanted to have breakfast with the family on the weekend and got a table quickly – without having to wait, which was initially very positive. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. We waited about 40 minutes for our food. Even drinks we ordered later, such as tea, arrived very late. It seemed as if there were far too few employees on site, which noticeably impacted the flow. The location itself is really beautiful and has a lot of potential – which made the overall poor service all the more disappointing. It's a shame for the restaurant, because with better organization, the visit could have been much more pleasant.

We waited exactly 45 minutes for your food to arrive, my wife went and made our orders herself, my son went and got his own drink of water, and I don't even want to mention the price we paid for this service. BKE was better when you first opened, but I am not satisfied with the current business. Please pay attention to what we say.

We were here for the third time on April 6th, 2025 and are still very satisfied. The dishes are tasty, although I personally find the beyti (eggplant puree) a little too pureed. Something chunky and natural would be tastier (without cheese or cream). The pommdöner portion was a little too small, everything else was perfectly fine. One star deducted for the ambience because the tables are too close together and it's a bit narrow.

I got a mixed grill plate for one person for around €25. It tasted very tasty but the portion was far too small for €25. Wasn't full. The Ayran that I got with it tasted very good. The food was served in a very heavy cutting board. Alone without eating. It is impossible to lift it up and pass it to the service employee with one hand. It is very large, bulky and far too heavy. The tables are much too small, too narrow Hardly any space. We had to squeeze in so that everyone had a place.

We went to iftar dinner yesterday as a family, the food was excellent, we noticed that the employees who served us were very friendly, well-dressed and cared about their jobs. We were there for the second time and the meat was cold both times - a year between them, mind you! We were there last week to break our fast and my meat was cold again. The service wasn't good either - I got a completely different soup to the one I had ordered. Unfriendly and not attentive at all. On top of that, it's very expensive considering we froze to death on the terrace side. OK, we knew that was the only place we could get. But the heaters were in the middle and nobody benefited from them. Thanks, but that was the last time!

The worst is yet to come: the food was served cold. The lamb chop was medium rare. The chicken pieces were not. Well done, everything was pink inside. (This shouldn't be the case with chicken). Conclusion: Quality has deteriorated extremely, no longer recommended.

I went to Bursa Kebap Evi for Iftar with my children and their friends. The restaurant was busy, which is of course understandable, but unfortunately the staff seemed quite hectic. We ate there yesterday with 5 people and a baby. All of us ate Iskender and unfortunately the amount of meat on the dish was so small that it was really disappointing - especially considering it costs almost €20. What also really bothered us was that when we asked about changing clothes for our baby, we were told that this was only possible in the hallway near the toilets. I find it inappropriate to completely change my baby in the hallway where he is visible to everyone. In addition, no warm water flows from the taps! Unfortunately that was our last time eating here.
