Great hosting and great flavors. The food at the restaurant we chose for our family dinner today was very delicious. The bread they make homemade and served hot is amazing. Also, the cooking of the meat was very good. The restaurant is extremely quiet, although almost all tables are full, everything arrives on time. Thanks for all the hosting and delicious food.
The prices are so exorbitant, even by airport standards. My condolences to the employees, but asking for a tip on the card terminal at those amounts is ridiculous.
A fixture in the family for many years when we fly over Frankfurt!! Best currywurst, best potato salad and, above all, always super friendly staff! A24 is the small restaurant, A16 is just a mobile spot
I’ve lived in Frankfurt for 10 years, and the service that Melissa provided at a simple girls’ lunch date was outstanding. She was a wait staff who cared about the customer experience (which is rare in this town) and that made all the difference! We were a group of 4 and we ordered the duck, risotto and Korean fried chicken. The food was alright, but Melissa’s customer-centricity was certainly the highlight!
That my favorite bowl in the Westend branch tastes so much fresher and tastier than here. Homeopathic dose of sauce, rice that was barely lukewarm and chicken that was too dry.
Too bad.
1 star – Never again!
Unfortunately, absolutely disappointing. The service was unfriendly and disinterested, the pizza arrived cold and tasted like cardboard. The topping was carelessly thrown on, the dough was tough, and overall the whole thing was an imposition. For the price I expected much more. Hygiene also left something to be desired. I really can't understand the many positive reviews. Once and never again!
There are hot and cold food here. The spicy tuna sandwich was served cold, but it was delicious; the seafood box was served hot and included fries/fried shrimps/fried fish nuggets with dipping sauce, which was delicious.
The dining environment is bright and spacious, and the price is OK
The food has been lukewarm for over a year now. The portions are getting smaller and smaller, self-service is becoming more and more common, and the food is getting more expensive. Customer service is also a concern, and putting food away an hour before closing, either in the restaurant or downstairs at the snack bar, and not having fries, for example, is also critical!
This spot has become my go-to restaurant simply because it offers so much variety. I’ve tried almost everything on the menu—from pizzas and pastas to burgers and main dishes—and I’ve rarely been disappointed.
My absolute favorites are the schnitzel (top-tier!), the big big burger, the grilled chicken burger, the chicken skewers (if you’re looking for a low calorie dish), and the chicken with lemon-garlic-butter sauce. Their pizzas are also really solid.
The only thing I wouldn’t recommend are the salads and bowls—they’re just okay compared to the rest.
I was told that the fries taste particularly good here, but after trying them for the first time I was more than just disappointed. The fries were very weak, the vegan mayo tasted worse than rancid butter and the ketchup was full of lumps.
In short, tried it once and guaranteed NEVER again.
