Good food and excellent service

Chicken balls filled with avocado and a guacamole dip were very tasty even though I couldn't eat them until they were cool. Recommended as a light snack between meals and it only took 5 minutes from ordering to receiving as they were freshly prepared. Very friendly staff. TOP!

Fries that were way too salty, we couldn't finish them. And charge €1 for ketchup?! That's pretty cheeky.

The service is unfriendly, doesn't understand the technology and then, without gloves, loads me up with the smallest portion of (cold) fries I've ever seen at Frittenwerk. To make matters worse, there was a thick, black, curly hair in the food. All this for 10€. Well cheers.

Fries and some sauce of your choice... it's ok for every now and then or just to try... but actually nothing special and quite expensive for that

I was in Berlin for the first time at the Frittenwerk and was thrilled. Then I see the Frittenwerk in Frankfurt at the main station and thought, yum, I'll get something. I decided on BBQ pulled pork poutine again. Unfortunately the food was not very warm and not spicy. There should be a base seasoning.

Really not the best fries at all, but good for a quick snack. For gourmets it would be better to walk 5 minutes to the Frittenwerk on Kaiserstrasse. The food tastes better there, it's cheaper and the restaurant is nicer.

Food itself was very tasty, some good vegetarian options. Also vegan. Unfortunately my order was forgotten and I had to wait a little longer. The waiting area is a bit tight when it's busy. Nice sellers!

Service mega bad took years to start working almost missed the train not recommended!!!!!

All in all, it deserves three stars. The restaurant is clean, as are the toilets and the automatic ordering process is simple and easy. The friendliness of the employees depends on the day. What is more serious, however, are the price increases in connection with the ever smaller portions.

New thing that I discovered in Frankfurt for lovers of fries, a pure treat unfortunately location at the station so it's a bit difficult to eat there

If you are not from the area and you are looking for a place to eat quickly you have to try this place, it has screens so it is very easy to order or if you prefer, they surely also speak in English. What I ordered was super delicious and I'm glad I didn't go to other options like burger or McDonald's.

As soon as we entered the station, a delicious smell immediately caught our attention. We followed this fragrance while walking and it naturally led us to FRITTEN WERK. We didn’t hesitate to stop and were not disappointed! The currywurst with fries was absolutely tasty, but what really made the difference were the vegan churros. A real delight, not to be missed! Additionally, the seller was particularly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more pleasant.

Best place for a quick snack in Frankfurt Hbf. Sumptuous fries with flavory twists and my favorite avocado chicken bomb. Nothing beats this place for finger food to quick meal. Service comes always with a smile.

Review for Frittenwerk Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof I wanted to recommend the Frittenwerk branch inside the Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof! The team here is absolutely amazing. They always serve fresh, clean, and delicious food. I went there today, and despite the place being very crowded, the staff managed everything so well. They treated every guest with care and gave proper attention to each customer, ensuring everyone was satisfied. The team made sure to ask about preferences and handled everything with professionalism and a smile. Their exceptional customer service creates such a welcoming experience every time I visit. Yesterday, I tried their Chicken Shawarma Frittenwerk Fries, and it was absolutely delicious! Knowing they use halal-certified chicken is a big plus for me. It’s one of the reasons why Frittenwerk has become my favorite spot for halal snacks and meals in Frankfurt. A big shoutout to Abbas and the entire team for their hard work and dedication. You all are doing an incredible job, and I always look forward to coming back. Thank you so much!

Unsalted overpriced overrated fries

Food and ambience at a very high level (for a fast food chain). Of course this has its price.

Portions get smaller with every visit, prices get more and more expensive. 10 euros for a mini portion of fries with sauce is a disgrace

I had currywurst with fries. The fries were very lightly seasoned. The currywurst was good. What I didn't like at all was that it was very dirty. Neither the tables nor the floor were cleaned in between. Maybe I was just there at the wrong time. The food was ready quickly.

Today I was in the HBF Frankfurt and was looking for a snack, we tried the chicken kabab fries , with sour cream sauce , 🌶️ and it was delicious actually hot and there was like a salad on it also . We were two and it was the perfect snack because we were going to eat later . The menu have other options , vegan options too. Costed almost 14 Euros 🤞🏻🤞🏻recommend. Atmosphere is ok with a few seats just fine for some one waiting for the next train . Staff is cool 🙏

Unpleasant experience - fries tasted like they had been fried for at least the second time. Totally sticky even though they came fresh from the deep fryer. Also too little salt. Tip: It's better to stay hungry than have this experience.

Away from the location at Frankfurt Central Station; Pleasantly furnished, relatively quick preparation (around 5-8 minutes), ordering possible at the cash register (bar) or at the terminal (card). The food was generously portioned and was immediately at dining temperature. As a small note: The staff is acoustically isolated behind the counter, which is why spoken words must be conveyed clearly and loudly. Prices are okay, would go again.

There is a button on the order terminal for allergen information. A table then appears whose font is way too small and is completely blurry. What's that supposed to mean? (You can't comply with LMIV/LMIDV with such a swipe!)

Currywurst/fries were delicious. But the sauce was a bit too spicy for me. The price isn't cheap, but nowadays it's normal to pay €10 for it

Very good Server and super food

I really like the chain and its creative fries. Today, for the first time, I just felt like normal fries. I was amazed when the gentleman asked me for EUR 6.00 for plain fries with curry ketchup. I also absolutely didn't like the fact that you couldn't really understand the employee's language, nor did he understand anything. The third star deduction is because the fries from the deep fryer weren't even drained and so everything looked and tasted greasy.

I just got fries at the main train station and wow, they were really good! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and there are lots of sauces to choose from. The portions are large and the staff is super friendly. Perfect place to grab a quick snack when on the go. Definitely worth a visit!

Amazing vegetarian and vegan options, and such good portion sizes ! ☺️ I had the Classic Quebec Poutine and would really recommend- the gravy was delicious and the chips had the perfect texture.

Ordering food is very quick and easy thanks to the digital ordering method with the screens. The staff is very attentive and friendly. It is very hygienic, every table is cleaned again and again.

The food isn't really good. The fries are okay at best, unfortunately lightly seasoned and not very crispy. The vegan mayo is absolutely disgusting and the weird bits in the currywurst sauce are really disgusting. The staff is overwhelmed to the max. The tables are dirty because no one wipes them. All of this at this price is a joke.

Very tasty Tijuana Street and Chili Cheese Fries. Both vegan, very quick and freshly prepared. The staff was very nice - we were given churros with Nutella to try around closing time. I like to go here when I'm at Frankfurt Central Station.

Small oasis in the main station! Super tasty fries with very individual sauces. My favorite fries are of course the sweet potato! Really cross and super tasty! On top of that, very nice and polite staff, we felt wonderfully looked after 🙏🏻

I ordered the chicken avocado bowl and it was delicious. It can be made more flavorful, but it was more than delicious for me. The order came very fast. There is a lot of interest and crowd in this establishment and still the manage to give your order as fast. Also, the ambience is very nice and you can always get some quiet time here
