Very good Server and super food

I really like the chain and its creative fries. Today, for the first time, I just felt like normal fries. I was amazed when the gentleman asked me for EUR 6.00 for plain fries with curry ketchup. I also absolutely didn't like the fact that you couldn't really understand the employee's language, nor did he understand anything. The third star deduction is because the fries from the deep fryer weren't even drained and so everything looked and tasted greasy.

I just got fries at the main train station and wow, they were really good! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and there are lots of sauces to choose from. The portions are large and the staff is super friendly. Perfect place to grab a quick snack when on the go. Definitely worth a visit!

Amazing vegetarian and vegan options, and such good portion sizes ! ☺️ I had the Classic Quebec Poutine and would really recommend- the gravy was delicious and the chips had the perfect texture.

Every time I take a break in Frankfurt I come here. The chicken avocado bombs or my fries are always fresh and hot! And the churros are great too 👍

Ordering food is very quick and easy thanks to the digital ordering method with the screens. The staff is very attentive and friendly. It is very hygienic, every table is cleaned again and again.

The food isn't really good. The fries are okay at best, unfortunately lightly seasoned and not very crispy. The vegan mayo is absolutely disgusting and the weird bits in the currywurst sauce are really disgusting. The staff is overwhelmed to the max. The tables are dirty because no one wipes them. All of this at this price is a joke.

While passing through I quickly grabbed some fries with currywurst here. Everything was freshly prepared and very tasty, and it was quick and I didn't wait 5 minutes. Gladly again!

Very tasty Tijuana Street and Chili Cheese Fries. Both vegan, very quick and freshly prepared. The staff was very nice - we were given churros with Nutella to try around closing time. I like to go here when I'm at Frankfurt Central Station.

Small oasis in the main station! Super tasty fries with very individual sauces. My favorite fries are of course the sweet potato! Really cross and super tasty! On top of that, very nice and polite staff, we felt wonderfully looked after 🙏🏻

I recently visited Frittenwerk in Frankfurt and had a delightful experience. The star of my meal was undoubtedly the Avocado Chicken Bombs, which were absolutely scrumptious. These crispy, deep-fried chicken balls with a creamy avocado filling were a perfect blend of textures and flavors. I paired them with the hot and cheesy dip, which complemented the dish wonderfully, adding an extra layer of indulgence. What truly elevated my visit was the exceptional service provided by Mr. Singh. His humble demeanor and warm smile made me feel instantly welcome. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant dining experience

I ordered the chicken avocado bowl and it was delicious. It can be made more flavorful, but it was more than delicious for me. The order came very fast. There is a lot of interest and crowd in this establishment and still the manage to give your order as fast. Also, the ambience is very nice and you can always get some quiet time here

Strange operation. You have to order at a terminal and then have to give a tip? The quality obviously depends on who is at the deep fryer. Sometimes 4 stars, unfortunately often 1 star.

Bleh, the first time I've ever wished for less sauce on my food.. the fries were just a mushy mess because they're swimming in a tub of sauce. I wish I liked the sauce! But the currywurst sauce is so sweet.. more like a sweet & sour sauce than a curry, not what I expected at all. Just pulling weird textured potatoes outta weird sauce and wishing I had my money back... maybe the poutine would have been better, I wanted to try to German specialty.

Ate there for the first time. Food attached in the picture, Jimmy Hendrix, a veggie version with falafels. Extra dipping aioli. The food came quickly, the portion was OK, the price was certainly at the top end, but I think the quality was better than other places. Would eat there again. One note: why do I have numbers on the orders when only the names of the dishes are called out. If two people are waiting for the same dish, that's not practical.

Portion sizes halved, prices significantly increased. That's a real joke - a good €9 for a tiny portion of fries. How are you supposed to get enough of that? I used to really enjoy getting fries at Frittenwerk, but today was probably my last visit...

Received wrong order. Actually, the system with the terminals should be able to ensure that everything is prepared as ordered. Unfortunately, instead of vegan chili cheese fries with extra onions, I got Istanbul fries with chicken. Unfortunately for me as a vegetarian, it ends up in the bin. And annoying, money wasted for nothing because I only saw it on the train and didn't check it beforehand and now there's nothing else left after a long train journey. It's a shame, because I had good experiences with the frittenwerk in Berlin. However, not recommended here.

Good fries and combinations. Nice and friendly staff. Calm and composed environment at the middle of the Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. Overall, I would suggest to give a heads up to this place.

Bin ich wirklich in dem Lokal, in dem ich letztens war und schwer über den Service enttäuscht war? Fritten wie üblich sehr gut und auch die Avocado-Hühnchen-Bällchen.

Basically, I'm a big fan of Frittenwerk. However, today I had an unpleasant experience in this branch. I ordered at the order terminal instead of at the checkout, after paying for my order the terminal froze and I didn't receive a receipt, which in itself wouldn't be a big deal. Unfortunately, the employee didn't want to hand me my order, even when I pointed to the still frozen terminal from which my order could still be read. After I was able to show him with a photo that this was exactly what I had ordered (he didn't want to leave his desk to check the terminal), he was willing to give the things to me. However, he wasn't willing to give me a tray because that was "all I would have ordered" (?!), which was chips and a snack. Who comes up with the idea of ​​ordering this and then dares to travel alone with an involuntary extra dip, so that the carrying capacity of two hands becomes tight? Clear cheek on my part... I had the involuntary extra dip because the terminal was probably programmed incorrectly and the sauce for the churros can only be selected as an extra sauce: In order to show which sauce was my choice, I had to choose an extra sauce. I came back from a so-called "developing country" a few days ago and things went much better and digitally more smoothly there. I can only recommend avoiding this branch (as far as I know there is another one a few hundred meters away) and if this is not possible, order at the checkout and not at the terminal. I found dealing with customers impossible, but maybe it was because I was a customer you could talk to like that; the other male customers, at least while I was there, didn't experience the same thing as me.

Super fast service. Even in the hustle and bustle of the train station. And as the icing on the cake, it is even possible for people with celiac disease to get something to eat here. We are happy to recommend it

Really relaxed location, for a restaurant at Frankfurt main station, very pleasant atmosphere. Ultra nice staff. Large portions, commensurate with the prices. Very tasty, the gravy for the poutine was perhaps a little too salty, but all in all very good.

They are kind enough to let us order 5 minutes before closing- what is quite rare here in Germany. We are the last guests there. Food comes quick and exactly as we expected, price is also good. Very pleased. We would come back again for sure to try other poutine!

Food was cold over priced tasted like it had been stored for days the French fries were soggy I asked multiple times for them to do my fries with out the spicy sauce by the third try they got it right. The only good thing is that they have churros also way too expensive.

Dear Fritten-Werk team, I am extremely disappointed! If you want to embarrass yourself then visit this dirty shop!!! 😨🫣 When we got there we were greeted extremely rudely. The employee had an unbearable, disgusting bad breath, not to mention his physical appearance...😐 The employee then strangely asked us why we wanted to order? Did he think that we were just enjoying the view of the display case? I hope this was just an intern...hopefully...😬 After our order was ready (the prices there are not acceptable 🤦‍♀️) we were called too quietly so that we ended up being shouted at as to why we wouldn't come. When we ate the food it was inedible and the “intern” stared at us throughout our stay. We brought the cardboard box and the tray to the bar and asked nicely where we could dispose of it. We were then harassed and immediately left the store treated extremely badly. I would prefer to give 0 stars, but I'll give one star for the reasonably nice furnishings ⭐️.

The Lost Pearl at Frankfurt Station I really regret that I didn’t discover this place earlier. Large (huge) portions for a reasonable price, and most importantly very tasty I tried classic potatoes just with sauce and potatoes with halal meat 10/10 I highly recommend everyone to try not only potatoes but also churroz, a very cool dessert

I wanted to quickly grab something to eat while changing trains, so I couldn't check my order. I ordered currywurst with fries and only noticed on the train that it was just fries without anything. Fries were okay but half of them were missing or if I'm going to eat fries I also want ketchup or something similar. They just don't taste pure. Addendum: I wrote to the email that was referenced but got no response. Here the external impact is more important than the customer.

We needed a quick smallish meal between train transfers. Their service was speedy and the food tasty (we had the plain House Cut Fries and the Sweet Potato Fries).

Super Service. A woman dropped some of her guacamole on the floor. An employee was there within a very short time and mopped up and tidied everything up. And the employees were nice too! High praise to the current shift. Fries are of course super fresh and in this small space the concept really made the most of the ambience. #fritbrother ;-)
