Received wrong order. Actually, the system with the terminals should be able to ensure that everything is prepared as ordered. Unfortunately, instead of vegan chili cheese fries with extra onions, I got Istanbul fries with chicken. Unfortunately for me as a vegetarian, it ends up in the bin. And annoying, money wasted for nothing because I only saw it on the train and didn't check it beforehand and now there's nothing else left after a long train journey. It's a shame, because I had good experiences with the frittenwerk in Berlin. However, not recommended here.

Good fries and combinations. Nice and friendly staff. Calm and composed environment at the middle of the Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. Overall, I would suggest to give a heads up to this place.

Basically, I'm a big fan of Frittenwerk. However, today I had an unpleasant experience in this branch. I ordered at the order terminal instead of at the checkout, after paying for my order the terminal froze and I didn't receive a receipt, which in itself wouldn't be a big deal. Unfortunately, the employee didn't want to hand me my order, even when I pointed to the still frozen terminal from which my order could still be read. After I was able to show him with a photo that this was exactly what I had ordered (he didn't want to leave his desk to check the terminal), he was willing to give the things to me. However, he wasn't willing to give me a tray because that was "all I would have ordered" (?!), which was chips and a snack. Who comes up with the idea of ​​ordering this and then dares to travel alone with an involuntary extra dip, so that the carrying capacity of two hands becomes tight? Clear cheek on my part... I had the involuntary extra dip because the terminal was probably programmed incorrectly and the sauce for the churros can only be selected as an extra sauce: In order to show which sauce was my choice, I had to choose an extra sauce. I came back from a so-called "developing country" a few days ago and things went much better and digitally more smoothly there. I can only recommend avoiding this branch (as far as I know there is another one a few hundred meters away) and if this is not possible, order at the checkout and not at the terminal. I found dealing with customers impossible, but maybe it was because I was a customer you could talk to like that; the other male customers, at least while I was there, didn't experience the same thing as me.

They are kind enough to let us order 5 minutes before closing- what is quite rare here in Germany. We are the last guests there. Food comes quick and exactly as we expected, price is also good. Very pleased. We would come back again for sure to try other poutine!

Food was cold over priced tasted like it had been stored for days the French fries were soggy I asked multiple times for them to do my fries with out the spicy sauce by the third try they got it right. The only good thing is that they have churros also way too expensive.

Dear Fritten-Werk team, I am extremely disappointed! If you want to embarrass yourself then visit this dirty shop!!! 😨🫣 When we got there we were greeted extremely rudely. The employee had an unbearable, disgusting bad breath, not to mention his physical appearance...😐 The employee then strangely asked us why we wanted to order? Did he think that we were just enjoying the view of the display case? I hope this was just an intern...hopefully...😬 After our order was ready (the prices there are not acceptable 🤦‍♀️) we were called too quietly so that we ended up being shouted at as to why we wouldn't come. When we ate the food it was inedible and the “intern” stared at us throughout our stay. We brought the cardboard box and the tray to the bar and asked nicely where we could dispose of it. We were then harassed and immediately left the store treated extremely badly. I would prefer to give 0 stars, but I'll give one star for the reasonably nice furnishings ⭐️.

The Lost Pearl at Frankfurt Station I really regret that I didn’t discover this place earlier. Large (huge) portions for a reasonable price, and most importantly very tasty I tried classic potatoes just with sauce and potatoes with halal meat 10/10 I highly recommend everyone to try not only potatoes but also churroz, a very cool dessert

I wanted to quickly grab something to eat while changing trains, so I couldn't check my order. I ordered currywurst with fries and only noticed on the train that it was just fries without anything. Fries were okay but half of them were missing or if I'm going to eat fries I also want ketchup or something similar. They just don't taste pure. Addendum: I wrote to the email that was referenced but got no response. Here the external impact is more important than the customer.

A good option for a quick snack at the main station in Frankfurt. Order processing possible at terminals or with employees. The food comes very quickly and is hot. Ambiance is good for the main station, but of course not comparable to a regular Frittenwerk restaurant. Overall a good solution.

We needed a quick smallish meal between train transfers. Their service was speedy and the food tasty (we had the plain House Cut Fries and the Sweet Potato Fries).

Super Service. A woman dropped some of her guacamole on the floor. An employee was there within a very short time and mopped up and tidied everything up. And the employees were nice too! High praise to the current shift. Fries are of course super fresh and in this small space the concept really made the most of the ambience. #fritbrother ;-)

Ordering via panels goes smoothly, the service is also friendly when picking up, despite the stressful situation. The (vegan) currywurst and fries were excellent, nice and fresh and filling well. Rarely have I had such a good curry sauce as at Frittenwerk. Because of the time (7 p.m.) it was quite busy, but I still got the food quickly. Especially when there is a lot going on, the place where you should wait is not entirely clear and you can't hear much (especially because it's a train station) - displays would be cool for such situations.

If you can, go to the other chip factory 3 minutes further into town. More choice and all prices are cheaper: Poutines are usually up to €1 cheaper and, for example, garlic fries €4.30 vs. €4.90 at the main station. What's that supposed to mean???

Went there the day before yesterday and got food poisoning from the French fries shawarma (vomiting diarrhea, etc.). This store should be closed.

The team is just amazing! We had dinner there with a classroom of 40 students and all the members were very patient with our kids. One of the team member even run after us because one of our students has forgotten his bag. Thank you again.

Conclusion: You live by the name, but unfortunately it doesn't do it justice. Therefore no recommendation.

Not only did I suffer from unpleasant stomach cramps afterwards, but the prices were also exorbitantly high and the staff extremely unfriendly. First of all, I would like to address my health problems. After eating the fries and the various sauces on offer, I immediately started having stomach cramps that lasted long after my visit. This left a bad impression on me as I have never had such a reaction before. It seems that the ingredients or the preparation of the food here do not meet hygienic standards. I was also disappointed with the prices at Frittenwerk. The portions were small and yet utopian prices were charged. It seems like they're trying to take advantage of the store's reputation by charging exorbitant amounts for simple fries. The quality of the food definitely doesn't justify the prices. In addition to the health and financial aspects, the staff was also extremely rude and unfriendly. Not a single smile or greeting upon entering the store. The salespeople seemed stressed and annoyed by customers' orders. Even simple questions were answered with an "irritated" attitude, which made the visit even more unpleasant. Overall, my visit to Frittenwerk was a big disappointment. The stomach cramps I suffered after eating the food, the exorbitant prices and the unfriendly staff completely spoiled my stay. There are definitely better options if you're looking for quality fries and pleasant customer service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Frittenwerk and will personally share my experiences with others to protect them from similar bad experiences.

Hello, the food was delicious, but shortly before the end I discovered a long hair in the fries... It would make sense if employees would wear their hair tied or with a hairnet in the kitchen.

Been there twice now, once it took forever for normal fries and was really expensive, almost missed my train. The second time it was quick, it was still very expensive, but I sat there and there were beautiful plants. The food is normal, tastes good, but nothing special.

Service absolutely unfriendly! Two different orders were placed. This is also shown on the receipt. What I got was an order with everything slapped on it and absolutely inedible. When asked, they said it was normal. I can't imagine that fries with pulled pork and gravy and then chicken bites with baconaise belong together. If so, then it should definitely be pointed out. It's pure mud and that for €19.50!!!!

A nice little shop in Frankfurt HBF. The ambience is worlds nicer than other fast food stalls. The service was very nice and I received what I ordered (see picture) very quickly. Now about the food: Let's start with the garlic fries (on the left in the picture). The garlic flavor of the fries was perfect. It's easy to add too little or too much garlic, but here it was just perfect. The sour cream sauce I had with it was delicious and combined with the garlic it was simply heavenly. Now let's get to the curry sausage (on the right in the picture). The sausage was the right one for a real curry sausage. In my home country, a few shops try to make it clear that what they are offering is a curry sausage with a red sausage, but that's not the case. The sausage here was white, which for me a real curry sausage should always be. The curry sauce had a good taste and another word about the fries, although a few fries were buried in the sauce, they didn't lose the bite that all my fries had, they just weren't crispy anymore. Unfortunately this cannot be prevented. Final note The store here really pays attention to sustainability. Because my dishes didn't come in plastic bowls but in cardboard ones. The same is true with cutlery. All in all, this store 100% deserves the 5 stars from me. I will remember this shop and hopefully visit here when I am in Frankfurt again

It tastes good but for the price of close too 6€ the portion of fries is too small. Other Frittenwerk give you bigger portions for that.

Wire ate directly in the HBF in the Frittenwerk area. The food was good, but the portions ordered at the terminal were once without a drink - that was only available upon request and once without garlic sauce on the fries - also only after asking - you should be able to read the order form ;) The seating area, the napkin dispenser and the floor were dirty from the customers in front of us - the employees should go over it with a cleaning cloth every now and then to keep everything clean.

The sausage is delicious and the potatoes are delicious too. It was cold but it was nice to be able to eat indoors. I am very satisfied with the friendly service and the price compared to the quantity. 😎

Man muss 1,40€ für einen Dip bezahlen. Nicht für einen zusätzlichen Dip, nein, man holt sich eine Pommes für fast 5€ und muss dann 1,40€ für einen Dip bezahlen. Ich könnte mir eine Mayonnaise Tube für so viel Geld selbst kaufen. Außerdem habe ich ein Barthaar in meinem Essen gefunden und das Curry ist es echt nicht. Keinen Cent wert.
