Auf dem Ersten Blick nettes Ambiente, mehr aber auch nicht. 1 Stunde Wartezeit für das Essen und die Portionen erschienen deutlich kleiner als angegeben. Ein 200g Steak wirkte wie 140-150g. Das Servieren vom Kellner vor Ort erschien in der Art und Weise, sowie auf persönlicher Ebene meiner Begleitung und mir sehr unangenehm. Das Essen wurde sofort kalt und es war fast schon ein Krampf, die geringe Mahlzeit schnellstmöglich zu genießen, bevor man auf dem hölzern angemalten Plastiktablett nur noch einen kalten Klumpen vor sich findet. Mit vorgewärmten Porzellantellern oder ähnlichem wäre dem gut entgegen gewirkt. Auf den Toiletten blätterte bereits die Farbe von den Toilettendeckeln ab. Insgesamt wirkten die Sanitäranlagen eher schmutzig (z.B. einige Haare im Waschbecken). Die Toilettenpapierrollen lagen lieblos herum, statt in den vorhergesehenen Haltern.

A couple was able to observe what happened twice. The waiter who served the food was extremely fake and unpleasant. It just wasn't for me. Waiting time was about 1 hour. Food was okay, but I've had better things for the same price. The person we paid to seemed annoyed and somehow subtly pissed off, maybe he was just having a bad day...

At first glance it's a nice atmosphere, but nothing more. 1 hour wait for the food and the portions appeared significantly smaller than stated. A 200g steak seemed like 140-150g. The way the waiter served on site seemed very unpleasant to me and my companion, both in terms of manner and on a personal level. The food immediately got cold and it was almost a struggle to enjoy the small meal as quickly as possible before you only find a cold lump in front of you on the wooden painted plastic tray. This would be countered well with preheated porcelain plates or something similar. The paint on the toilet lids was already peeling off. Overall, the sanitary facilities seemed rather dirty (e.g. some hair in the sink). The toilet paper rolls were lying around carelessly instead of in the intended holders.

The two of us had dinner at “Platz im Herzen” yesterday. I was invited and it was my first experience of this kind. The furnishings, ambience and atmosphere are unique and enchanting. The food was very tasty and the live act was great. The toilets are an experience 😉. We were greeted very lovingly and friendly and we were looked after attentively. So I'll be back... A clear recommendation 💖

We are very disappointed!! I had reserved 3 weeks in advance, a table for 4 people, the appointment was confirmed by email. When we arrived everything was full and there was no reservation in their system despite our confirmation, we waited over 1 hour, there was no apology or anything like that. So I paid a babysitter UNNECESSARY, I was UNNECESSARY looking forward to finally going out to dinner without children after 3 years and having a nice evening. When you see the TikTok account, you expect total professionalism and friendliness, but the truth is completely different. Thank you for NOTHING. Even our snack bar in the industrial area is friendlier, more empathetic and professional than this shop.

Ein Klumpen in Sahne getränkter Pasta landet neben einem well-done gebratenen Steak, welches medium bestellt aber eben nicht so gebraten wurde. Für 0,2 l Grauburgunder werden € 9.90 verlangt, für 0,75 l stilles Wasser € 8.90. Die Vielzahl an negativen Kommentaren spricht für sich.

Wir waren vor geraumer Zeit im „Platz im Herzen“ allerdings war das mehr Schein als sein! Ich bin nur zufällig auf Instagram wieder darauf aufmerksam geworden. Es ist keine schlechte Location aber das Personal ist sehr „gemütlich“ es wird eine Riesen Show aus dem servieren des „kulinarischen“ Essens gemacht wobei da auch die Preise doch sehr hoch gegriffen sind. Das Essen war teilweise kalt und für den unserer Geschmäckern falsch gewürzt. Diesen tollen Kellner welchen sie da haben ist sehr aufdringlich, sehr nervig und sehr auf Frauen fokussiert was auch unsere Freundinnen so gesehen haben. Sehr spezielle Person. Für influencer sicherlich ein super Restaurant aber für „normale“ Menschen die einfach nur was essen wollen ist das absolut nichts. Wir hatten uns dieses Restaurant ausgesucht da es viele gute Bewertungen auf Google hatte, welche sich hier nicht wieder spiegeln.

We were there for the first time. I became aware of it through social media. I liked the concept immediately. When we arrived we were quickly shown to a seat. The menu is available digitally as a QR code. No problem for me. We were immediately offered a bottle of water. When it comes to the drinks prices, you have to say that they are quite high. But well, that's just the way it is in a trendy restaurant. But you have to take it into account beforehand. We ordered and then the highlight came. The food came to the table and was served straight from the pan. Everything around it and the ambience are just great. The staff was very friendly and attentive the entire time. But most importantly: the food was phenomenally delicious. I've never had such good gnocchi and sweet potato fries. The burger was great too. Geburtstag einer lieben Freundin von mir feiern, 24 Gäste, Tisch 26 Tage im Voraus gebucht, vor 14 Tagen bestätigt! Wir kamen am Standort „Restaurant Platz im Herzen“ in Frankfurt in der Arnsburger Straße 24 an und als wir ankamen, begrüßte uns der Mitarbeiter nicht, sondern schaute uns an und antwortete, dass er keinen Platz für uns habe worauf wir antworteten, dass wir eine bestätigte Reservierung per Mail haben- offensichtlich totale Panik! Sie hatten unsere Reservierung nicht auf den Schirm und keinen Platz mehr. Er bat uns draußen zu warten, wo wir dann 45 Minuten im Regen standen. Ohne dass uns in dieser ganzen Zeit keinerlei Beachtung geschenkt wurde, für einen Fehler der nicht unser Fehler war! ! Kein Problem für meine Freundin, die einen sehr wichtigen Tag wie ihren dreißigsten Geburtstag ruiniert hat, eine super peinliche Situation, in der wir dann beschlossen haben, zugehen und unser Glück woanders zu versuchen und trotzdem unsere Freundin zu feiern! Das Restaurant hat sich nicht entschuldigt und uns wurde nicht einmal ein Glas Wasser angeboten als Entschädigung. All dies soll meine völlige Enttäuschung über diese absurde Geschichte zum Ausdruck bringen, Schade!!!

Leider war die Erfahrung, die wir an diesem Abend gemacht haben, äußerst enttäuschend. Bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass keine Reservierung vorliege. Obwohl ich die Bestätigungsmail vorweisen konnte, wusste der Manager nichts von unserer Reservierung. Dies führte dazu, dass wir 45 Minuten im Regen draußen warten mussten, ohne eine Entschuldigung oder zumindest ein Getränk zur Überbrückung der Wartezeit angeboten zu bekommen. Es war sehr unangenehm und unverschämt, dass sich niemand bei uns entschuldigt hat. 24 Personen mussten draußen warten und es schien niemanden im Restaurant zu kümmern. Ich verstehe, dass Fehler passieren können, aber an diesem Abend fühlte ich mich alleingelassen und es wurden keine Lösungen angeboten. Wären wir nicht spontan ins „Destino“ (sehr leckeres Tapas) gegangen, wo wir glücklicherweise noch Plätze bekommen und den Abend genießen konnten, wäre mein Geburtstag komplett ruiniert gewesen. Well, the store was busy. After we were finally able to sit down, we ordered our drinks and food and then the waiting began. Unfortunately, it was hardly possible to have a real conversation over the table for two given the volume of the music - but it would have been extremely desirable because we waited a whole TWO HOURS for our food. When it finally came, it didn't exactly blow me away. Yes, the steak tasted good, but the side dishes really left a lot to be desired. Truffle mashed potatoes and tagliatelle had next to no taste. For the price, I would have prepared a much more impressive steak dinner at home. I won't come back.

I spoke to the chef and he says cockroaches are good friends in the house. It wasn't without reason that the health department was there... so I decided to leave the food behind and go to McD.

You obviously pay extra for the dry ice frills and the show of serving the food together on a plate, as well as the IPAD as a pure menu on which you can't order, which I don't need at all because eating a steak is nothing special for me drive. Side dishes are too small. (Weigh 75kg.. I'm a normal eater) Price would be OK. if the portions weren't so small. Otherwise I thought the food was good. Sauces are extremely small. Actually everything is too small for a normal person. The potatoes from me (extra side dish) and my partner's (with the lobster) were put together, so little that it was probably only 1 portion even though we were supposed to get 2. If we asked, everything would be correct. It's not about getting full, otherwise you would have to order everything 2-3 times. Side dishes such as potatoes should be enough to fill you up. You may want to order dessert. All in all, I'd rather go to the Blockhouse without a show, be full and ultimately get more for the same money.

The deficiencies that the health department finds make you sick. This is so disgusting! How can you trust a store that has trampled on hygiene so much in the past but plays tricks on you with words in the guest area? Everyone has to decide for themselves whether they want to support such restaurateurs. My health would be more important to me

For the first time in my life I ate such a bad burger or rather it was more like a schnitzel roll. Fries and meat are probably fried in the same oil, just inedible 🤢 The staff was unfriendly, which ruined the first impression. I'd rather eat somewhere else for the money. What did we learn? Don't believe the videos on TikTok or Instagram, it's all just for show😊

We reserved a table for three people and after about 20 minutes we were moved from a table of four to a small table of two. The waitress promised us a bottle of water, which only came after an hour when we asked. When we finally received our lukewarm food after 2 hours, it wasn't even tasty. A huge show was put on in the restaurant, but the appearance was dim. The music was so loud that we couldn't even speak to each other. When we finally wanted to pay, this wasn't possible because we didn't have a German card and we were rudely told that we couldn't pay with any other card. It was promised that we would receive a discount, but that was not true either. We had to go to an ATM and get money there. Everything is presented very beautifully on Instagram and TikTok, but what lies behind it is not even a fraction of the beautiful presentation on social media.

Then the chef came and said that we would get something. Nothing ever came... When we had the food, it came to the table just lukewarm and we didn't like it very much when we did We didn't want to pay because we only had Swiss cards, so we had to go to the nearest ATM... hello, is that still possible?! Towards the end the service became increasingly rude and didn't really want to serve us. She promised to bring us a bottle of water which never came to the table Either way, appearances are deceiving When you put on such a big show, everything behind it should be just right!

There were 3 of us and we were seated at a table of 4 for exactly about 20 minutes. Then the unfriendly service moved us to a table of 2.....the food came out lukewarm after 1 hour and 50 minutes of waiting. We were promised compensation by the boss ( We don't eat kebabs at all) When we paid, we were pretty bluntly told that our Swiss cards wouldn't work here, I travel a lot and pay all over the world with these cards - it was definitely not my fault. The boss personally promised us a discount because of all the inconvenience, but we didn't get that either. For Instagram and TikTok everything is more apparent.

Tendency like a packaged one from the metro. As a meat lover, when I am asked how I would like my meat (Medium.. Medium Well.. Well Done), I ask a counter question to ensure that the meat will ultimately be cooked that way. 💔 In short: get a €100 porterhouse on the bone in one piece; that's impossible. Fillet & Beef have different cooking times. Fillet piece was done 🤨 - R-beef was okay. 💔 The garlic bread (my personal opinion) would be great if it wasn't soggy but crispy :) 💔 The service is friendly and attentive, but not really accommodating, at least on this day. It always depends on the form of the employee on the day. So it's not particularly tragic, but still worth mentioning. If you always have to ask that the empty glasses be taken away when the new ones are almost empty again... then there is potential. 💔 A constant level of noise comes from the kitchen in the form of loud knocking - with the meat hammer?-. Certainly necessary, but a bit annoying as a guest in the long run. ⚠️ You cannot pay with a credit card; only with an “EC card” or in cash. With invoice amounts of €150+ I find this borderline regrettable - to extremely annoying. A restaurant, presented online in social media in such a modern and fresh way... and then only EC card... phew... ⚠️ Then get a comment, quote: "There is a bank/ATM opposite, you can withdraw money there.", wow. 🙋‍♂️Personal Note: Anyone who is so stingy as to want to save themselves the 0.5-1% additional fee always gives me a strange feeling as I ask myself, "It's the same with the quality of the food or the ingredients saved like that?.." But we then found an interim solution for payment. ☺️My conclusion: Personally, I had hoped for more from the Instagram postings. Another reason for me not to come back: EC card. People.. please..
