Unfortunately disappointing. The price-performance ratio is absolutely not right here. The pasta wasn't cooked properly and was way too expensive for what was offered. The dry ice insert was nice.

I will summarize our experiences in a few bullet points: - In the evening a Halloween party was advertised, which did not take place and was not canceled. -The waitress told us that she wouldn't know about this since it was her first day. We later found out from another service worker that this was the boss. - The steak for €130, which was ordered medium, was completely raw and tasted of nothing. - We were charged €10 for a bottle of water. -The bill was only shown to us on a tablet. We only received a receipt when we asked. Here we realized that we were being overcharged. Unfortunately, the visit was absolutely disappointing. We won't come again.

Yesterday I came there with a few friends, fully dressed up to celebrate Halloween. For this party they posted stories with robots, dancers, live music, etc. for several days. When asked why there was no party, the man who served us replied that it was his first day at work. And the funniest thing is that the same man served us for Valentine's Day last year. So he had a costume, I didn't recognize it straight away, the costume was the best liar in Frankfurt😂 We paid €330 for food (i.e. €80 p.p.). For that money they don't get high quality food, but it is edible. Side dishes and cocktails were delicious. At least they gave us this short horror story and that was the only thing that had to do with Halloween. So never again!!

Steak was ordered medium and it arrived welldone, and it tasted like normal meat and not like STEAK. Then the gnochi were too salty and hard to eat (they were also left lying around). 1.5 hours of waiting time for the food was added to the mix, which made the experience even worse has made. Unfortunately the burgers didn't taste good at all and I had a very bad experience with the store. Not at all like it is presented on social media!

Negative comments were made on Instagram because no card payment was offered, which we found strange with such large sums and then you get blocked. In my opinion a bit overrated by TikTok! The various starters weren't that bad but a bit too expensive in my opinion. For the main course I had the black noodles with shrimps, they weren't bad just very boring, unfortunately you couldn't smell the coconut taste! The main courses of my four colleagues were also a bit disappointing in terms of taste.

The restaurant offers an exceptional culinary experience! The ambience is stylish and inviting, the staff friendly and attentive. The food is excellently prepared, with fresh ingredients and creative presentation. If you appreciate good food and great service, this is the place for you. Highly recommended!

Sorry but that has nothing to do with good food for me. More appearance than reality.

Mal was anderes, ...dachten wir 3 Pärchen. Ja... und das war es dann auch. Trotz bestätigter Reservierung warteten wir 45 Minuten auf unseren Tisch, bekamen überteuertes, lauwarmes Essen von einer mehr als aufdringlichen Servicekraft serviert, auf das wir auch noch über eine Stunde warten mussten. Ein schlichter Wein für 10 Euro war eigentlich noch harmlos im gesamten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wer es mag, bei einem gemütlichen und leckeren Abendessen zusammenzusitzen, entspannt zu quatschen, einfach einen schönen Abend genießen zu wollen, ist hier garantiert fehl am Platz!

The service was really bad. The food itself was good, but due to the poor service, I unfortunately can't recommend it. We had to wait forever before we could even place our order, even though there was nothing going on in the restaurant. Then the waiter tried to clear away the plates three times, even though we were still in the middle of eating. The last time it was too stupid for us and he took the record with him. There wasn't much left, but the principle was that you don't want to be constantly asked if the plates can be put away when you're still chewing and holding the burger in your hand. When we wanted to leave, another waitress came and sprayed the table and wanted to wipe the table. My companion was still sitting at the table and my bag and cell phone were on the table. Normally you wait until the guests have left the table. So it felt like being kicked out. At home I noticed that food that we hadn't ordered had been added to my bill. It was my first time there and it will stay that way. Overall, not a nice experience even if the food was good.

Terrible, cold food, looks like it's hanging on the board... and everyone is walking around with their cell phone. What is the store supposed to do, what is the concept supposed to do? And if you complain about something, the service hisses back unfriendly…never ever again

We arrived 20 minutes before the reservation and that was a good thing. There was already a small queue waiting in front of the door and everyone who was there after the specified time was technically removed from the list, which was then no longer traceable. So we arrived just in time to register. There is a small parking garage right next door, which was surprisingly cheap at around 1EUR an hour. Drinks were available very quickly. As expected, the musical accompaniment, also live, was very nice (by SM). Unfortunately I have to deduct a very big star because the meal itself took 2 hours (!!!) and that's really not possible under normal circumstances. Especially since some guests who sat down at neighboring tables after us were already served before us. The food was (as expected) a bit more expensive. And it's definitely within reason for the extraordinary ambience. Jan's requested service was taken into account and he presented the desired food properly. Thank you, Jan! :) All in all it was a nice evening and I would like to come back again.

Unfortunately it's no longer what it was. Somehow I had the feeling that none of them wanted to have guests. At 400€ for 4 people an absolute taboo.. why should I come again.. very, very sad. And probably the reason why such shops don't thrive in the long term.

Let's start with the entrance, we reserved a table for 8:00 p.m. and our table was so tightly scheduled that we had to wait in front of the door until 8:20 p.m. because the table was occupied and someone just pushed in quickly became. To order. We received the starter before the drinks, the starter was very tasty, you can't say anything about it, but it was just burrata! The main course. Steak was very good, gnocchi was half cooked, I would say a convenience product which is a shame at this price. In addition, they were hardly creamy and had hardly any taste, just like the alleged Parmesan Tagliatelle, which really had no Parmesan content and was also barely cooked through. We also had grilled vegetables, which were served in a pan and placed in the middle of the table. The portion was more than manageable. Basically there weren't four tablespoons of vegetables, which I just think is a shame! The music from the DJ was generally a good sound, for partying, but not for eating. Too many filters and sounds that are annoying. Communication at the table is hardly possible. The only thing that was top was the violin player, who really did a great job. If the kitchen improves, the portions are adjusted to the price and sauces are made according to what is on the menu, I would be happy to come back! Otherwise, the immHerzen square is more likely to be a closed square in Frankfurt in a year! Just an Instagram hype. Too bad.

After a relaxed delay of 45 minutes after our reservation, we arrived at the “Platz im Herzen”. (The parking garage is extremely overcrowded.) After 20 minutes in front of the door we were able to stop off at the gastronomic treat. Luckily for us, we got a seat in the very corner, which prevented us from having sudden hearing loss. Because the recurring songs at overwhelming volume could be easily heard even from a safe distance. The drinks came after a short wait, the food took time. 1 1/2 hours later was our lucky day! The Instagram waiter served us food for 200 euros and fed my companion. It was a dream! The gnocchi were absolutely amazing! The toilet wasn't very inviting. But that could also be because of my expectations of a luxury restaurant like this. Looking at hungry Miss Piggy made me horny! Gladly again.

Anyone who sells themselves as a boss on the Internet has no longer heard the shot. There are thousands of other restaurants with the same concept. It's better to go there than give your money to such a person.

After we ordered - the drinks are very expensive - we had the pleasure of waiting 90 minutes for our food. During this time we weren't even asked if we wanted to order more drinks. Only after we went into the kitchen and asked did our food come. I have no words for the food, unfinished noodles are bottomless. If you think it can't get any worse, then you're usually wrong, and so were we: 5 people, everyone paid extra, he couldn't give 4 of the 5 people change and promised to bring it with them. He then gave the 5th person €6 and said it was change for everyone. Biggest filth, I would recommend you stay away from this place as much as possible. You have to know.

Wartezeit war unzumutbar - zuerst 30 Minuten vor dem Restaurant trotz Reservierung und danach 90 Minuten im Restaurant auf das Essen. Das Essen war dann teilweise nicht ganz durch wie beispielsweise sogar die Nudeln waren hart.

For our one-night trip to Frankfurt we were looking for a special location with delicious food. During our research we came across the “place in the heart”. We were greeted very friendly and shown to our place. We ordered burgers and fillet steak with various side dishes such as truffle gnocchi, sweet potato fries, cheese gnocchi and grilled vegetables. The dishes were consistently excellent, both in terms of doneness and seasoning… the way they were presented was also very special. The taste was great, only the size of the grilled vegetables was a bit small… Good entertainment was also provided by the live performance of Big Snow . Super entertaining and traveling along. All in all, a really successful evening that deserves repeating. At the very end, I would like to say that the staff here is super friendly and honest. In the heat of the moment, my friend left her handbag and wallet hanging on the chair. This was only noticed the following morning. As early as 9:30 a.m. (it doesn't open until 2:00 p.m.) someone from the restaurant was available by phone and was able to immediately give the reassuring news that the bag was/is being kept safe by the staff. We were able to pick them up at 1:00 p.m. before the store opened. A finder's fee was not accepted. Honesty and decency are still very important here. You have a place in our hearts for this campaign ;-) Thank you!

It was really great, we got there very early so there wasn't much going on and we were served straight away. The service was pleasantly friendly and accommodating. The food was top, great products freshly prepared and presented with a great effect. The prices are reasonable for the overall package. We'll be back.

The restaurant is very centrally located in Bornheim Mitte and you can eat good steaks here. At first I was very skeptical because of the strange Tik Tok influencer who exaggeratedly presented this restaurant, but the food convinced me. It should be clear to anyone who goes to a steak restaurant that the steaks have a certain price and I think the prices here are justifiable. We had 600g of meat for 2 and 3 different side dishes (truffle fries and gnocchis highly recommended) including a starter and have Almost didn't finish eating! The waitresses were very friendly and you get the food served directly at the table by several people (you have to like it). The service from the employees was great and everyone was very friendly. Unfortunately, the 5th star is missing because the herb butter, sauces and roasted onions are charged extra for the steaks and these should definitely be included in the steak prices! Unfortunately, since we were billed twice for all the toppings, it was a very expensive evening. I would visit the restaurant again on special occasions, but not for a simple night out on the weekend.

Food not particularly good and very overpriced. Cheeseburger cost 16 or 17 euros and I got a simple bun with meat. No tomato, no lettuce or side dish. Food took a very long time. The show with the dry ice and the serving was really cool. Big hype on social media. Were very disappointed.

Auf dem Ersten Blick nettes Ambiente, mehr aber auch nicht. 1 Stunde Wartezeit für das Essen und die Portionen erschienen deutlich kleiner als angegeben. Ein 200g Steak wirkte wie 140-150g. Das Servieren vom Kellner vor Ort erschien in der Art und Weise, sowie auf persönlicher Ebene meiner Begleitung und mir sehr unangenehm. Das Essen wurde sofort kalt und es war fast schon ein Krampf, die geringe Mahlzeit schnellstmöglich zu genießen, bevor man auf dem hölzern angemalten Plastiktablett nur noch einen kalten Klumpen vor sich findet. Mit vorgewärmten Porzellantellern oder ähnlichem wäre dem gut entgegen gewirkt. Auf den Toiletten blätterte bereits die Farbe von den Toilettendeckeln ab. Insgesamt wirkten die Sanitäranlagen eher schmutzig (z.B. einige Haare im Waschbecken). Die Toilettenpapierrollen lagen lieblos herum, statt in den vorhergesehenen Haltern.

This is once again an example of a lot of hype and little quality. A typical “once is enough” visit. At first glance, the ambience is quite nice. Music is just way too loud. A couple was able to observe what happened twice. The waiter who served the food was extremely fake and unpleasant. It just wasn't for me. Waiting time was about 1 hour. Food was okay, but I've had better things for the same price. The person we paid to seemed annoyed and somehow subtly pissed off, maybe he was just having a bad day...

At first glance it's a nice atmosphere, but nothing more. 1 hour wait for the food and the portions appeared significantly smaller than stated. A 200g steak seemed like 140-150g. The way the waiter served on site seemed very unpleasant to me and my companion, both in terms of manner and on a personal level. The food immediately became cold and it was almost a struggle to enjoy the small meal as quickly as possible before you only found a cold lump in front of you on the wooden painted plastic tray. This would be countered well with preheated porcelain plates or something similar. The paint on the toilet lids was already peeling off. Overall, the sanitary facilities seemed rather dirty (e.g. some hair in the sink). The toilet paper rolls were lying around carelessly instead of in the intended holders.

The two of us had dinner at “Platz im Herzen” yesterday. I was invited and it was my first experience of this kind. The furnishings, ambience and atmosphere are unique and enchanting. The food was very tasty and the live act was great. The toilets are an experience 😉. We were greeted very lovingly and friendly and we were looked after attentively. So I'll be back... Coldest food i have ever eaten in my life

We are very disappointed!! I had reserved 3 weeks in advance, a table for 4 people, the appointment was confirmed by email. When we arrived everything was full and there was no reservation in their system despite our confirmation, we waited over 1 hour, there was no apology or anything like that. So I paid a babysitter UNNECESSARY, I was UNNECESSARY looking forward to finally going out to dinner without children after 3 years and having a nice evening. When you see the TikTok account, you expect total professionalism and friendliness, but the truth is completely different. Thank you for NOTHING. Even our snack bar in the industrial area is friendlier, more empathetic and professional than this shop.

Es ist alles eine reine, unangenehme Show, bei der der fehlende kulinarische Anspruch im Platz im Herzen mit Trockeneis übertüncht wird. Man lässt sich dafür feiern, dass man Tiefkühlkost in heißem Fett versenkt, als hätte man gerade ein Sterne-Menü serviert. Ein Klumpen in Sahne getränkter Pasta landet neben einem well-done gebratenen Steak, welches medium bestellt aber eben nicht so gebraten wurde. Für 0,2 l Grauburgunder werden € 9.90 verlangt, für 0,75 l stilles Wasser € 8.90. Die Vielzahl an negativen Kommentaren spricht für sich.

Rather, imagine solidified slime that could easily pass for industrial glue. Now to the service. Our waiter, a young man who could barely contain his disdain, greeted us with the enthusiasm of a sloth after a 72-hour nap. His grin suggested he knew exactly what horrors awaited us, and he seemed to take some kind of dark pleasure in it. When we dared to ask about the “special” on the menu, his response was, “You don’t want to know,” delivered with an arrogance that made us believe he was secretly the mastermind behind this culinary crime. Honestly, I left space in my heart and questioned not only my life choices but the very nature of existence itself. If you want to experience an evening you will never forget - for all the wrong reasons - then definitely book a table. But don't say I didn't warn you—this place is where taste buds go to die. Wir waren vor geraumer Zeit im „Platz im Herzen“ allerdings war das mehr Schein als sein! Ich bin nur zufällig auf Instagram wieder darauf aufmerksam geworden. Es ist keine schlechte Location aber das Personal ist sehr „gemütlich“ es wird eine Riesen Show aus dem servieren des „kulinarischen“ Essens gemacht wobei da auch die Preise doch sehr hoch gegriffen sind. Das Essen war teilweise kalt und für den unserer Geschmäckern falsch gewürzt. Diesen tollen Kellner welchen sie da haben ist sehr aufdringlich, sehr nervig und sehr auf Frauen fokussiert was auch unsere Freundinnen so gesehen haben. Sehr spezielle Person. Für influencer sicherlich ein super Restaurant aber für „normale“ Menschen die einfach nur was essen wollen ist das absolut nichts. Wir hatten uns dieses Restaurant ausgesucht da es viele gute Bewertungen auf Google hatte, welche sich hier nicht wieder spiegeln.

The *Platz im Herzen* restaurant offers a pleasant atmosphere and solid service. The food deserves 4 out of 5 stars - it was very tasty but with some room for improvement. However, the price is slightly higher. Overall, it was still a good visit and I would like to come back.

I was really pleasantly surprised!! Big compliments to the kitchen and especially the service. From the moment we were in the restaurant everyone knew that my friend only spoke English! The food was also very good and very tasty! For me the best is the steak and truffle gnocchi! The atmosphere was a bit too “loud” and cold for my taste :)

Disappointing Experience: Not Worth the Hype My other half and I had high hopes for a memorable evening at Platz im Herzen, but unfortunately, our experience fell far short of expectations. From start to finish, we were left feeling frustrated and let down. First and foremost, our reservation was for 19:15 , yet we ended up waiting for an entire hour before being seated. While we understand minor delays, waiting for an hour without any explanation or compensation is simply unacceptable. Moreover, despite the lengthy wait, there was no effort made to make amends for the inconvenience caused. In other establishments, a delay of this magnitude would warrant at least a gesture of goodwill, such as complimentary drinks, but here, we were left empty-handed. Furthermore, last night held special significance for us, as it was my birthday and the night I proposed to my partner. We had hoped for a memorable celebration, but instead, we were met with prolonged delays in both food and drink service, leaving us feeling disappointed and disheartened. when my spouse provided a small cake for the occasion, the staff failed to even bring a plate, serving it with just a knife and fork. This lack of attention to detail only further underscored the disappointing nature of our experience. While the quality of the food was passable, it certainly did not justify the exorbitant prices charged. For the amount we paid, we expected nothing short of excellence, but what we received was far from it. In conclusion, if you're looking for a truly memorable dining experience, I would strongly advise against choosing Platz im Herzen . The combination of poor service, lengthy delays, and lackluster attention to detail make it a regrettable choice. Save your time and money and dine elsewhere.

We were there for the first time. I became aware of it through social media. I liked the concept immediately. When we arrived we were quickly shown to a seat. The menu is available digitally as a QR code. No problem for me. We were immediately offered a bottle of water. When it comes to the drinks prices, you have to say that they are quite high. But well, that's just the way it is in a trendy restaurant. But you have to take it into account beforehand. We ordered and then the highlight came. The food came to the table and was served straight from the pan. Everything around it and the ambience are just great. The staff was very friendly and attentive the entire time. But most importantly: the food was phenomenally delicious. I've never had such good gnocchi and sweet potato fries. The burger was great too. All in all, highly recommended, but definitely have enough money with you ;)

We frequented this place on a Sunday which is not great in terms of atmosphere...There are no cocktails on Sunday which is rather strange. The waitress is very unpleasant, makes no effort to put customers at ease, not warm at all. In addition, having had a burger it was rather average it was just edible but nothing exceptional.

Get a sensible CEO and a decent restaurant manager and, best of all, replace the entire team... Maybe something can still be saved. PS: I'm a restaurateur in the star segment myself... I understand the industry a bit and can assess it well.

Wie kann man eine Geburtstagsfeier ruinieren? Einfach! Reservieren Sie einfach einen Tisch im Restaurant Platz im Herzen!!! Gestern wollten wir den 30. Geburtstag einer lieben Freundin von mir feiern, 24 Gäste, Tisch 26 Tage im Voraus gebucht, vor 14 Tagen bestätigt! Wir kamen am Standort „Restaurant Platz im Herzen“ in Frankfurt in der Arnsburger Straße 24 an und als wir ankamen, begrüßte uns der Mitarbeiter nicht, sondern schaute uns an und antwortete, dass er keinen Platz für uns habe worauf wir antworteten, dass wir eine bestätigte Reservierung per Mail haben- offensichtlich totale Panik! Sie hatten unsere Reservierung nicht auf den Schirm und keinen Platz mehr. Er bat uns draußen zu warten, wo wir dann 45 Minuten im Regen standen. Ohne dass uns in dieser ganzen Zeit keinerlei Beachtung geschenkt wurde, für einen Fehler der nicht unser Fehler war! ! Kein Problem für meine Freundin, die einen sehr wichtigen Tag wie ihren dreißigsten Geburtstag ruiniert hat, eine super peinliche Situation, in der wir dann beschlossen haben, zugehen und unser Glück woanders zu versuchen und trotzdem unsere Freundin zu feiern! Das Restaurant hat sich nicht entschuldigt und uns wurde nicht einmal ein Glas Wasser angeboten als Entschädigung. All dies soll meine völlige Enttäuschung über diese absurde Geschichte zum Ausdruck bringen, Schade!!!

Despite reservations and confirmation via email (for over 20 people), we didn't get a table because the reservation was lost! We had to wait outside without being offered a drink or anything like that. No apology from the restaurant nothing! I have never experienced such bad service! I'm very glad that we decided to leave after standing in the rain for 45 minutes and not allow any money there.

Despite booking for 25 people in good time and confirmation from the restaurant, we were informed upon arrival that there was no table available for us. The staff were unable or unwilling to provide us with an explanation for this error, nor did they offer a reasonable apology. The handling of our request was extremely unprofessional. Instead of helping us, we were ignored and told to wait. We were not offered an alternative, we waited for over three quarters of an hour without being offered anything to drink. Already sad behavior. Ultimately we left the restaurant.

“It’s starting well” that’s what I thought when I got there. On July 27th, 2024 I made a reservation for 24 people on the occasion of my 30th birthday in Platz im Herzen. Unfortunately, the experience we had that evening was extremely disappointing. When we arrived we were told there was no reservation. Even though I had the confirmation email, the manager didn't know about our reservation. This resulted in us having to wait outside in the rain for 45 minutes without being offered an apology or at least a drink to pass the wait. It was very unpleasant and disgraceful that no one apologized to us. 24 people had to wait outside and no one in the restaurant seemed to care. I understand that mistakes can happen, but that evening I felt abandoned and no solutions were offered. If we hadn't spontaneously gone to “Destino” (very tasty tapas), where we luckily got seats and were able to enjoy the evening, my birthday would have been completely ruined. I am very disappointed with the way we were treated. Definitely very professional! You don't even deserve a star. -have a written confirmation sent to you, but you will probably also have the same experience-

“Es fängt gut an“ das hab ich mir gedacht als ich dort angekommen bin. Am 27.07.2024 habe ich eine Reservierung für 24 Personen anlässlich meines 30. Geburtstags in Platz im Herzen gemacht. Leider war die Erfahrung, die wir an diesem Abend gemacht haben, äußerst enttäuschend. Bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass keine Reservierung vorliege. Obwohl ich die Bestätigungsmail vorweisen konnte, wusste der Manager nichts von unserer Reservierung. Dies führte dazu, dass wir 45 Minuten im Regen draußen warten mussten, ohne eine Entschuldigung oder zumindest ein Getränk zur Überbrückung der Wartezeit angeboten zu bekommen. Es war sehr unangenehm und unverschämt, dass sich niemand bei uns entschuldigt hat. 24 Personen mussten draußen warten und es schien niemanden im Restaurant zu kümmern. Ich verstehe, dass Fehler passieren können, aber an diesem Abend fühlte ich mich alleingelassen und es wurden keine Lösungen angeboten. Wären wir nicht spontan ins „Destino“ (sehr leckeres Tapas) gegangen, wo wir glücklicherweise noch Plätze bekommen und den Abend genießen konnten, wäre mein Geburtstag komplett ruiniert gewesen. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über die Art und Weise, wie wir behandelt wurden. Auf jeden Fall sehr Professionell! Ihr verdient nicht mal eine Sterne. -lass euch eine schriftliche Bestätigung senden, aber wahrscheinlich werdet ihr auch so eine Erfahrung sammeln-

We couldn't get in despite having a reservation.

How can you ruin a birthday party? Simply! Simply reserve a table in the Restaurant Platz im Herzen!!! Yesterday we wanted to celebrate the 30th birthday of a dear friend of mine, 24 guests, table booked 26 days in advance, confirmed 14 days ago! We arrived at the “Restaurant Platz im Herzen” location in Frankfurt at Arnsburger Straße 24 and when we arrived the employee didn't greet us, but looked at us and replied that he didn't have a place for us to which we replied that we had one have a confirmed reservation by email - obviously total panic! They didn't have our reservation on screen and didn't have any more space. He asked us to wait outside, where we stood in the rain for 45 minutes. Without paying any attention to us during this entire time, for a mistake that was not our mistake! ! No problem for my friend who ruined a very important day like her thirtieth birthday, a super embarrassing situation in which we then decided to leave and try our luck somewhere else and still celebrate our friend! The restaurant didn't apologize and we weren't even offered a glass of water as compensation. All of this is to express my complete disappointment at this absurd story, shame!!!

Food overcooked, cold and too salty Service not friendly and little expertise

Absolutely great. It was also unforgettable to see the "evil" waiter from tiktok live with passion for his job 🤗 there were almost 10 of us, exactly 8 of us and everyone was in a great mood until the "evil" tiktok waiter came 😉 every single one of us found him very likeable and boosted the mood at the table to another good level.

Music super super cool!! Food also tasted very good, although the waiters were very stressed, they were still very friendly.

Cool restaurant with a nice atmosphere. The food was really tasty and of good quality. When they brought the food to our table of four, they did a little show with dry ice fog... it was really cool!

I was robbed several times in the store

All well and good. But selling a bottle of red wine from Rewe for just under €8 for around €70 is very cheeky. Unfortunately this is the first and last time for me.

Never again! We waited 1.5 hours for our food which ended up being cold and now I have a stomach ache.

Came especially from Hamburg, never again! The show is rather annoying in that what is supposed to be charmingly cheeky is exaggerated and not very funny. If you say that the sayings are enough now, you won't be taken seriously. Food isn't bad. The chef knows his craft, but unfortunately that is completely destroyed by the service. Then you'd better have a kebab in the train station district!

Overpriced standard food with an extra portion "slapped cold on a board". Sry, with about half the price it would probably be 3 stars. You have to be lucky with the steak - sometimes it's blue, sometimes it's almost well done, all were ordered medium... Specialist knowledge is only demonstrated here, so even if the whole thing were significantly cheaper, it would be a maximum of 3 stars. Here you only pay for the marketing and the beautiful ambience.

I'll never go here again! Our companies held a party there and were pushed outside into the hall, despite making reservations and inquiring about the show in good time. We froze our asses off!!! Despite repeated comments that it wasn't booked that way, this was ignored! You are just a number and clearance!!! The one star only applies to the food, but only because you can't give any stars.

No no no! I don't know where to start and where to end. So just no! Only 5 star reviews are commented on, criticism is given 0 and there are plenty of them. Here the guest is simply dazzled and many 5 star reviews are certainly from our own ranks.

Maximum unpleasant. Food is rather below average.

Service was friendly and quick. As a starter we had truffle burrata which was very tasty and also the beef fillet with teriyaki sauce. For the main course we had the porterhouse steak, which was very good. The truffle gnocchi was excellent. The Parmesan tagliatelle were ok, the sauce tasted a bit watery. The rosemary potatoes were a little too hard, borderline . The steak sauce tastes like spicy ketchup. Beautifully prepared and nice effect with the dry ice. Unfortunately, the blood ran from the meat across the table onto his pants. You'd have to think about something, it wasn't so nice. All in all it was good and we'll be back!

Garbage loading, garbage waiter

A lot of show and little behind it. We were there as a group. The food and some drinks are served with dry ice. Yes, that looks nice, but that's about it in terms of special features. When serving, the overview was completely lost and everything was spread all over the table, even though you said beforehand that you didn't want this. Only a small portion of gnocchi was served. When asked, they said they would bring something else. But it never happened. No money could be given out during settlement. Here too it was said that they would still bring it. It didn't happen. When the group was settled, the waiter disappeared. A lot of show and fuss, but little behind it and what is said is not followed through. You go home feeling bad and ripped off. The location is particularly furnished and cozy, which is why more stars here.

There were two of us and we had reserved. The service really made an effort, the food was prepared lovingly and with a bit of show, and at the end we were given 2 espressos. The food, especially the meat, was just perfect!
