Today, the three of us went to Platz im Herzen for my sister's birthday. The atmosphere was really nice, and we were in good spirits at first—or so we thought… until the food arrived. The place was almost completely empty, yet we still waited an extremely long time for our food. If the restaurant had been full, we could have understood the wait, but as it was, it was simply unnecessarily long. We ordered: • 1 Cheeseburger • 1 Chicken Burger • 1 Chicken Caesar Salad What we received: • 2 Cheeseburgers • 1 Caesar Salad without chicken So, the order was wrong outright. The burgers? About the size of a McDonald's cheeseburger—except this one costs €16.90. Frankly, a mini-burger for that price is outrageous. And as if that weren't enough: The €16.90 burgers don't even come with fries. You have to order and pay extra for fries. And when they arrived, they tasted like your average frozen fries from a discount supermarket. Absolutely disappointing for these prices. Then came the showmanship: because of the dry ice used for presentation, our food got partially wet. Visually appealing, but bad for the plate. The "Chicken" Caesar Salad, of course, arrived without chicken – so in the end, it was just an overpriced green salad. And to top it all off, an unpleasant situation when paying: since there was apparently no change available, we got the impression that the waiter had simply rounded up the tip himself without asking. This unfortunately made the evening even more unpleasant. All in all, for a birthday dinner, it was simply disappointing. What started as a happy occasion turned into a huge disappointment. And to top it all off, there was a huge disappointment. Positive: ✅ Nice atmosphere, good decor Negative: ❌ Long wait despite the restaurant being empty ❌ Incorrect order ❌ Missing ingredients ❌ Tiny portions at exorbitant prices ❌ Fries not included & tasted like discount store fries ❌ Food got wet from dry ice ❌ Unpleasant situation when paying Conclusion: Maybe okay for nice photos – but unfortunately, I absolutely cannot recommend it for the food and service.

At first glance, the restaurant is quite charming – small, cozy, and with a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, this positive impression quickly faded with the meal. The price-performance ratio is completely off: for the price, one expects significantly more quality, and the waiters' little "show" was far less engaging than in the videos on social media. It was also nearly impossible to have a conversation because the music was so loud. The dishes were barely seasoned; there wasn't even a hint of salt. The truffle pasta was particularly disappointing. There was no trace of truffle; you could practically search for it, but you couldn't find it. Absolutely unacceptable for this price. The cheeseburger, however, was very tasty! Furthermore, we had to wait around 45 minutes for our food, even though the restaurant wasn't crowded. Overall, the visit was very disappointing – unfortunately, never again.

The shop has changed a lot for the better; it's been a while since we last visited... so we thought we'd give it another chance today. The gentleman who took our order was incredibly nice and personable, as was the lady who helped serve the food. Both of them made us feel at ease, rather than being like, "Eat it and go," or constantly asking, "Do you want anything else?" The meal was almost perfect this time too. There were two of us, and we both gave the overall experience 10/10. We'll be seeing each other very often from now on.

If you want good food served with love, a little show for the eyes, and nice drinks, this is the place for you! We felt completely at home, and the service was excellent! Highly recommended!

I thought the atmosphere was quite nice, but ultimately, the place is more of a gimmick. The wooden boards in the middle are only partially used and are actually incorrect. Some side dishes are served as bowls on the wooden board, but the gnocci with cheese sauce are served on the board. The fish and pasta are served on their own plates, but the small steak is sliced ​​and then put back on the board. That would all be fine, including the music, but for the price, there were some drawbacks with the food: two dishes were too salty, and the prawns weren't peeled properly. You can do it sometimes, but you don't have to. There was just nothing special about the meal itself.

Unfortunately, it was bad. We know Frankfurt's restaurant scene quite well, and this experience was a disappointment. The food was cold, and the meat was way overcooked. It took 1.5 hours for the food to be served.

The resulting strong cleaning smell was very unpleasant and spoiled the rest of the meal. Even during the meal, no one asked if everything was okay. We even had to wait a very long time for the bill. When we finally paid, the waiter with the iPad seemed visibly annoyed by the tip, which was immediately apparent from his expression. We didn't respond to our request for a receipt; the waiter simply walked away, ignoring the request. Overall, the visit was a disappointment. The value for money is poor, and the service leaves much to be desired. I've been there several times, but this visit was by far the worst. It's a shame – I can't recommend the restaurant as it is.

Unfortunately, the rump steak was initially cold. When it came back warmed up, I received a very firm steak. Although I informed the waiter twice and was able to eat less than half, they didn't respond. I paid the full price and was unfortunately very dissatisfied.

I'm not really sure if all that dry ice mumbo jumbo is necessary... I think the way the food is presented in the middle is more original. The rest of the restaurant's ambiance is rather unobtrusive, except for the restroom. The food itself is good, the portions aren't excessive, and the prices are on the high end.

Very tasty food and a great atmosphere

Poor service, even though the restaurant wasn't overly busy. Long wait times to even take our order, and an equally long wait for drinks. They didn't even ask if everything was okay. When I mentioned that the steak was cold and the fries were soggy, the only response I got was "Okay, what a pity." We are totally disappointed and wouldn't recommend Platz im Herzen to anyone. Terrible value for money.

Far too expensive and just a show

We celebrated our birthday there, and it was our first visit. The food was very good, and I thought it was different to have it served on more than just one plate. It's served on large platters, and you can serve it in small portions on your own plate. Another advantage is that you can try other people's food. I thought the dessert was sweet, because the birthday girl also got a small table firework. It was very friendly. The restrooms were clean and something special. We'll definitely be back.

An unusual way of serving food. Very tasty. The front part of the venue has the feel of a townhouse, but the back part is very fancy. And above all, the restrooms are an experience.

Quality and price were disappointing

I don't know where to start... I'd love to write about the amazing food and the wonderful ambiance, but the service really won me over (first place in my heart). As soon as I entered, you noticed that I had a small dog with me, and after a few minutes, you brought my little "lady" water and her own steak (on the house). If there were 50 stars, I'd give them to you!!!! Absolutely number one in my heart and in "Lady's" ❤️

Four of us went to this restaurant last night at 8 p.m. It was empty. There were 3-4 other tables. Everyone was complaining that they had been waiting ages for their food. Even though the place was empty, we waited an hour for our food. We had 4 steaks and several side dishes. The starter "bread" arrived after we asked 3 times. The meat was cold. The pasta was hard as rock, and the vegetables were bitter. The only thing left to eat was the fries. I wonder how they managed to cook everything so poorly? We called the manager twice, but each time only the waitress came. Two steaks were taken off the bill because we didn't eat them. It was not a good experience. We spent what felt like 200 euros on fries and left almost the entire meal. The waiters themselves said that today we were only getting complaints. Very disappointing, we went home hungry.

I was very pleased with my visit. The food was truly delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. I particularly enjoyed the combination of flavors. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was VERY friendly. All in all, a fantastic experience, highly recommended!

We recently spontaneously went there for dinner before a nearby event, without knowing what kind of restaurant it was. Upon entering, we were immediately struck by a wow factor – the restaurant is decorated with many eye-catchers, and you don't know what to look at first. We were shown to a seat and then, even though there were only about 10 other people there at the same time, we had to wait a good 20 minutes for our drink orders to be taken. Eventually, both the drinks and the food we ordered arrived with a bit of a show. Unfortunately, it was more of a show than anything else. Our burgers were okay, but nothing more. The sweet potato fries were quite good, and the grilled vegetables were soggy. The waiter didn't come back until we raised our hands to pay. We paid, and added a little tip (apparently not enough, because the waiter's expression immediately changed, and we weren't told goodbye again). So if you value a show more than good food and good service and are willing to spend a lot of money on it, this is the right place for you :)

The team is warm, attentive, and authentic without seeming forced. I particularly enjoyed the small, thoughtful details in the service and the pleasant music and "shows" in the background. The steak is delicious and served to perfection, which isn't easy when it's cut into slices. We'll definitely be back!

Upon arrival, we had to wait a long time at the door, even though the restaurant was almost empty. The table prepared for us wasn't fully set – only for five people – and was neither clean nor inviting. One chair was also noticeably wobbly. It took a good 20 minutes for the first service, which was unacceptable given the restaurant's busy schedule. Our order was taken using the Notes app on a tablet – which is generally fine, but it then took another 20 minutes for the drinks to arrive. Water was initially completely missing and only arrived after repeated requests. The appetizers (carpaccio, beef tartare) were fine – however, the garlic baguettes we ordered didn't arrive until the main course. These were supposed to be eaten with the tartare and carpaccio – annoying. The main courses were solid overall: T-bone steaks, beef fillet, grilled chicken, and smashburgers were presented in the middle of the table – we generally like the show concept, which is why we chose the restaurant. The meat was served medium, even though we had ordered medium-rare – but still acceptable in terms of flavor. The truffle gnocchi was delicious, but the grilled vegetables could have used a bit more roasted flavor. Unfortunately, while carving, some meat juice was spilled at our table – it simply remained on the floor throughout the entire meal. This was particularly unpleasant for my guests, as they were right next to them. A quick wipe-up would have been appropriate. After the main course, no one asked for dessert or more drinks – apparently because we were the last table served. It's a shame – they should either stop late reservations altogether or treat these guests just as well as everyone else. The music was very loud at the beginning, which made conversation difficult. Overall, the service seemed overwhelmed, uncoordinated, and not particularly attentive – which isn't understandable given the small number of guests in the restaurant. Conclusion: The food was okay to good, but the service and atmosphere unfortunately ruined our evening. We won't be returning. Two stars – unfortunately, that's all we can get.

The restaurant is definitely worth a visit; the decor is a matter of taste, whether you like that or not. The prices for the food are OK; the fries for around €5 were very good, and the spaghetti was also very good, but too expensive for €9, as was the burger we ordered for €16. The service was very friendly, and we were able to scan the menu using a QR code at the table. Drinks and food were served promptly. The highlight, of course, was how the food was served! Everything was top-notch, both in terms of taste and appearance! When we ordered, we were recommended the gnocchi, and they were absolutely delicious. We will definitely come again. Perhaps on a Saturday to see the show.

The place clearly put effort into their interior design, you can see they’ve invested in decent furniture and tried to create a nice atmosphere. The overall vibe is pleasant, and the staff were genuinely friendly, polite, and attentive. That said, the food was really disappointing. I ordered a burger, and it fell short in every way, the size, the flavor, even the smell. The patty had an odd scent, and it was noticeably larger than the bun, which made it look quite unappetizing. They mentioned the burger came with fried mushrooms, but all I got were two tiny slices, pretty misleading. I can’t speak for the rest of the menu, but if you end up here, I’d definitely recommend avoiding the burgers. Another frustrating detail: the fries come without any sauce, and even if you want basic ketchup or mayo, they charge an extra €2.50. It just feels stingy. Their serving concept is also… questionable. They bring out large trays placed in the center of the table and dump all the food directly onto them, fries included. Maybe it makes for an eye-catching Instagram reel, but in reality, it felt more like being fed at a zoo than dining out. I’m giving them three stars purely because of the kind staff. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend this place and personally won’t be going back.

Also, all the food came out on one big wooden board for the table — maybe some people like that, but I prefer individual plates. Feels cleaner. Music was too loud for my taste. Hard to talk without raising your voice. Still, the experience more or less matched what you'd expect for the price. I wouldn’t rush back, but I don’t regret going either.

I had pasta that tasted okay, but unfortunately there was something unpleasant in my piece of meat, which spoiled the enjoyment quite a bit. We also had to wait a really long time for our order, which was a bit disappointing.

We celebrated a birthday here and made it clear in advance that we wanted to celebrate into the birthday. Unfortunately, we were literally forced out at exactly midnight - in the middle of opening presents, the lights were turned off, the music was turned off and we were asked to pay by the service because “she wants to leave now”. Not only was it rude, it ruined the entire moment. On top of that, ten (!) bottles of water were placed on the table for €9 each - without us ordering them or being even remotely informed about them. Pure rip-off. Such rude and unprofessional behavior has never happened to us before - especially at a celebration where you want to spend a nice evening. We will definitely pass this on to our friends and can absolutely not recommend this restaurant.

I was a guest at Platz im Herzen on April 4, 25 with my children. First of all, I was greeted warmly at the entrance and shown to a suitable table for us while we had a nice chat. The other service staff were also very nice and attentive, which feels like a rarity these days. The restaurant immediately makes a very tidy, tidy and, above all, clean impression. If the toilet, which has a very special stylish look, sparkles from every corner, the guest room has to be particularly clean. The chairs we sat on were comfortable and the table had enough space for our food. Following a recommendation, my children chose the chicken fillet nuggets with fries breaded in buttermilk, which are HALAL and were also delicious for me personally. I had a double smash cheeseburger (also HALAL), with sweet potato fries. The burger was served to me exactly at the time I requested and it was very good. Most of the meat dishes on the menu are HALAL! There is nothing to complain about about my visit and my children were also completely satisfied. I will definitely come back. You can tell that there is a lot of personal and love in the place in the heart. Keep it up. P.S.: The only thing that annoys me personally is the bottle size of 0.2 l. It would be nice if restaurants offered bottles starting at 0.33 liters in size.

The ambience is very nice, but the tables are very close together so that you can listen to the conversations of the person sitting next to you. The drinks are ok, unfortunately I think it's a shame if a cocktail in the menu costs €15, for example. You then have to pay an additional bottle of tonic water (€4.50) because that's included in the cocktail, but there's nothing about it on the menu. Then you should leave out the amount completely and pay for the individual ingredients. I've never experienced anything like this before! Service is ok. Unfortunately drinks are forgotten…

The service was consistently impeccable: the staff were attentive, friendly and professional, making us feel truly “welcome”. Our culinary expectations were exceeded. The menu offers a diverse selection of high-quality dishes, including succulent beef fillets, creative burgers and delicious pastas. We were particularly impressed by the precision of the cooking points for the meat - every piece was cooked to perfection and of excellent quality. In summary, we can unreservedly recommend the “Platz im Herzen”. If you are looking for excellent food in a special ambience with first-class service in Frankfurt, you should definitely pay a visit to this restaurant. We'll definitely be back ;-)

Truly a very classy restaurant. I went there with my boyfriend for dinner last week, and everything went smoothly. The interior is a real eye-catcher. The waiters' service was excellent. We didn't have to wait too long for our food. We ordered the Argentinian beef fillet with various sides in the middle. The meat was very tender, and the side dishes were delicious. While the prices are a bit higher than at other restaurants, it's definitely worth it.

Reserved for breaking the fast. You stand at the reception for a few minutes even though the waiter is standing around. Choose your seat! You aren't even escorted to your reserved table. No dates, no soup for breaking the fast. There was no rice to order. Not every steak is halal. You had a choice of two or three types of steak. If you're advertising helal steak during Ramadan, I want to have a free choice. On top of that, the meat was too dry at the end. The food arrived much later than breaking the fast. Was it worth it? NO!!!

If we asked, everything would be correct. It's not about getting full, otherwise you would have to order everything 2-3 times. Side dishes such as potatoes should be enough to fill you up. You may want to order dessert. All in all, I'd rather go to the Blockhouse without a show, be full and ultimately get more for less money.

We chose this really nice, small restaurant based on a recommendation to celebrate a birthday. But not only was the place filled with football regulars at the agreed time, no, we weren't even allowed to play music during that time. The “champagne on the house” was actually a nice gesture. This inconvenience promptly ended up on the bill, as well as almost double what we had consumed. The agreed meal (saté skewers and calamari) was exchanged for cheap refrigerator meatballs without consultation - really disappointing and unfortunately overpriced. I was here as a guest before the celebration and felt so comfortable. Football Olé instead of Happy Birthday =( It's better not to celebrate here!

Dear guests, I was there two months ago with some friends. The price is more than average and what you get. In addition, strangely enough, after we paid everything and asked for an invoice, we didn't get one that evening. We were assured that we would send this by email. Me and my husband celebrated our 5th anniversary here. It was by far one of the most beautiful evenings we spent together. The atmosphere is very pleasant and cozy and the food tastes delicious. You will always receive very friendly service and you will not miss anything. Price performance is also great! Definitely highly recommended! 💎

Der Abend hat damit angefangen, dass wir an den Tisch gesetzt worden sind und es eine Weile gedauert hat, bis wir überhaupt vom Kellner schlecht gelaunt gefragt worden sind, was wir wollen. Die anderen Kellnern liefen alle griemig und schlecht gelaunt hin und her und als konnte fühlte man sich hier nicht sehr wohl. Die Getränke kamen recht zügig jedoch hat er eine Cocktail zu süß geschmeckt. Die Musik war sehr laut, dadurch auch ein Gespräch sehr schwierig Nach 1 Stunde und 20 Minuten kam das Essen und es schmeckte einfach nur okay leider muss ich dazu sagen für den Preis von 85 € habe ich mir deutlich mehr erwartet. zudem wurde es gefühlt auf das Holzbrett in der Mitte hingeschmissen ohne etwas zu sagen Es wurde dann das Trockeneis mit Wasser begossen, und es entstand ein wenig Rauch, so dass wir uns hierauf auch am meisten gefreut haben. Allerdings noch nicht mal 30 Sekunden, kam eine andere Kellnerin schlecht gelaunt und hat die rauchenden Gläser mit dem Trockeneis mitgenommen. Echt enttäuschend. Ich habe kürzlich das „Platz im Herzen“ in Frankfurt besucht und war leider sehr enttäuscht. Das Essen war geschmacklich fad und wenig ansprechend – definitiv nicht das, was man bei den aufgerufenen Preisen erwarten würde. Der Service war zudem unangenehm aufdringlich, was den Aufenthalt noch weniger angenehm machte. Statt einer freundlichen, unaufdringlichen Betreuung fühlte ich mich eher unter Druck gesetzt. Was mich jedoch am meisten beunruhigt hat, ist der Hintergrund, den ich nach meinem Besuch herausgefunden habe: Laut VerbraucherFenster Hessen gab es im letzten Jahr erhebliche Hygienemängel in der Küche, was mein ungutes Gefühl leider bestätigt. Angesichts dieser Informationen frage ich mich, ob sich hier überhaupt etwas verbessert hat. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Restaurant weder wegen des Essens, noch aufgrund des aufdringlichen Services und der fragwürdigen Hygienestandards empfehlen.

Was great.. friendly, delicious, would be back again

Hier stimmt wirklich gar nichts! Wie haben jeden Gang zurückgehen lassen. Sogar die Getränke wurden reklamiert! Leider war es nach der Reklamation nicht besser. Das ist ist kalt und von minderer Qualität. Zudem finde ich es extrem frech, dass das Unternehmen scheinbar gezielt gegen echte schlechte Bewertungen auf Google vorgeht und damit scheinbar auch Erfolg hat. Das Restaurant ist Scam auf der ganzen Linie. Es wurde sogar kurzzeitig wegen extremer Hygienemängel vom Gesundheitsamt geschlossen, siehe FAZ Bericht.

Ich habe dieses Restaurant schon auf einer anderen Plattform bewertet. Leider lassen sie alle schlechten Bewertungen dort löschen, was meiner Meinung nach noch mehr bestätigt, wie inkompetent und unprofessionell dieses Restaurant ist. Aus diesem Grund werde ich hier die gleiche Bewertung noch einmal abgeben: Dies ist wieder mal ein Beispiel für viel Hype und wenig Qualität. Ein typischer „einmal reicht“ Besuch. Ambiente auf dem ersten Blick ganz schön. Musik einfach viel zu laut. Konnte ein Pärchen beobachten was sich zweimal umgesetzt hat. Kellner der das Essen serviert hat war maximal aufgesetzt und unangenehm. War einfach nicht meins. Wartezeit war ca. 1 Stunde. Essen war okay, habe aber auch schon besseres erlebt zum selben Preis. Die Person bei der wir zahlten wirkte genervt und irgendwie unterschwellig angepisst, vielleicht hatte er nur einen schlechten Tag…

The second time we asked, they only brought us the herb butter, and unfortunately the drink we ordered took a long time. The evening continued like this, the service seemed stressed and inattentive. We also had a large family next to us and they really disrupted the atmosphere because they were very loud and the children constantly threw cutlery on the floor.

For Christmas, my wife and I received a voucher for €100 and were looking forward to the homepage. To be honest, the pictures were so good that we couldn't wait to get there. Now I was spoiled for choice whether it would be burgers or steaks. We decided on the burgers because we now only order steaks from real steak houses. We had reserved a table and arrived at 2 p.m. when this restaurant was just opening. We were greeted unfriendly by an employee and chose a table. When we arrived there were only three tables occupied in the restaurant apart from us. After 15 minutes, the waitress, who was also the receptionist, came to our neighboring table to take the guests' drinks orders. My wife and I looked at the waitress in a friendly way to signal that we wanted to order. She looked at us unfriendly and simply walked away without asking us what we would like to order. That would have been the moment we would have left unless we had a voucher. After 22 minutes of unnecessary waiting, I went to the unfriendly waitress who looked at me with an arrogant look and told her in a friendly way that we would like to order. After 35 minutes of waiting, our drinks finally arrived and we ordered our food, which ended up on our table after a total of 50 minutes of waiting, which is unreasonable for 2 burgers in a barely occupied restaurant. The burgers were bland, the taste wasn't great and the fact that a burger should also have salad on it doesn't seem to matter to anyone in the restaurant. After the meal the unfriendly waitress came and we had to wave her over and we ordered a cocktail. Even though we had finished eating, the waitress didn't ask whether we were satisfied or whether it tasted good. The waitress didn't even think about clearing our full table. When the first cocktail arrived, we immediately ordered a second cocktail because the drinks were all delicious. Even when this cocktail arrived, our table was not cleared and the cocktail was carelessly placed on the unnecessarily full table with cold fries and used napkins. If you like beautiful pictures, you are welcome to go there. We attach great importance to the taste and the feel-good atmosphere when going out. With a bill of €100 we should actually leave the restaurant with a smile instead of being absolutely sure we'll never go there again.

Today we were in the “Platz im Herzen”. The “show” with the dry ice is really cool, the staff was also quite friendly. The ambience was quite nice, but the music was quite loud, so having a conversation was a bit tiring after a while. We waited almost an hour for the food. However, the food, which should actually be the main focus in a restaurant, was unfortunately quite a letdown. The starter (we had the bread and burrata) was quite good but nothing special, you can actually get it much cheaper at some Italian places. For the main course I had the cheeseburger, it was really bad, way too much mustard, little meat, crunchy bun, NO lettuce, tomato, cucumber, etc. and in terms of taste (I'm sorry to say) it was very lacking Enjoyed McDonald's :(. I've eaten quite a few burgers that were tastier. The truffle fries were okay, as was the steak, but everything got cold quite quickly, I think due to the special way it was served. Only the coleslaw was really tasty! With drinks we paid almost €150. It was clear that it wasn't cheap and that was fine with us. However, value for money is SIGNIFICANTLY better in other restaurants. Too bad. Overall it gives the impression that it is “more appearance than reality” and we will not be visiting the restaurant again.

Eating below the level of mcDnlds. Not a single leaf of lettuce on the burger, patty tastes as sweet as cake. Service: No card, unfriendly reference to the QR code. Drinks came after a 35m wait and a cocktail only after the meal, which was ordered before the meal. Glasses with dry ice are then placed with the food, which are then poured over with liquid nitrogen so that all the mist is guaranteed to cool the food down to an inedible level within 2 minutes. Service: noticeably untrained, unfriendly, unmotivated. You simply don't want to finance your salary from the start. Hygiene: the health department will be able to let off steam, especially when it comes to the toilets. The toilets are open, no doors separating them from the guest room. No sinks - instead you have to wash your hands in an old bathtub painted pink. The flushes are probably from the Wilhelminian era - you have to use a flushing chain. The toilet situation is so loud that it can be heard throughout the entire guest room. As a result, the music in the guest room is so loud that conversations cannot be held. Conclusion: The rent determines the price - the quality will determine the time until bankruptcy.

Absolutely underground! Starters carelessly prepared, no bread with a beef starter, you had to order it separately for €6. For the main course we ordered truffle fries as a side dish, nowhere was it mentioned that these were already served (drowned) with mayo, so we unnecessarily ordered white truffle mayo for extra money without the waiter saying anything beforehand. And the fries were drowned in half a kilo of mayo. Burger was basically raw, had nothing to do with Smashburger, sauces were basically non-existent. Absolutely terrible and for 2 people it cost just under 150€ (2 cokes and a mojito, mind you). Maybe leave out this dry ice crap and concentrate more on gastronomy. We will never come back and will advise everyone against this restaurant! With the prices and the service and the quality, go to MCs if you want a burger and for beef there are a lot of good places in FFM. Ps.: We were only there because of a voucher, the reviews speak for themselves.

The truffle gnocchi are highly recommended! 😍 The grilled vegetables & the beef fillet steak were also very good. The noodles and chicken sticks were good, but nothing special. Service was good, had a nice time there ☺️

3 star hotel in Antalya - that was the feeling in this restaurant. Despite the bad headlines from the consumer advice center so far, we spent New Year's Eve here, but only because all the other restaurants were fully booked. I wasn't expecting much, but it was even worse than expected. I haven't had such a bad evening in a long time! It started with the fact that there was no cloakroom and the tables and chairs were very close together. You sit practically back to back with the table next to you. The food was really bad, but we weren't surprised because we were prepared for it. A few dishes were forgotten and so on. We always waited forever for the drinks. We ordered at 11:40 p.m. so we would have something to toast at 12:00 a.m. sharp. Unfortunately that didn't work. I would also have expected fireworks or at least sparklers or a glass of champagne or something, but there weren't any. Espresso Martini and Pornstar Martini were brought in the wrong glasses, how can a restaurant like this not have enough glasses? :-D For all of this, a service fee of 10% was charged, which was not stated anywhere before. Nothing about it is mentioned when making the reservation or in the menu. That was the worst New Year's Eve for me and I will never come back!

Sitting at the table, the order was taken about 25 minutes later. We simply forgot our drinks and then after 35 minutes the lady at the counter asked if we had actually ordered yet. After half an hour we actually wanted to leave the store because nothing came. The food itself was ok, but the times and the service didn't match the price. Service was actually almost non-existent, even though the store wasn't relatively full. They had asked for napkins, but none were provided. We wanted to pay and waited another 15-20 minutes, but nothing came, so we decided to get up and pay at the front. When we paid, we took the receipt with us and from it we saw that a €18 tip (10%) had been added to it, which we saw afterwards. We cannot understand this at all with a service that was absolutely not present. Our stay lasted 2.5 hours, where we ate and left straight away. Unfortunately I had a lot of expectations, but was completely disappointed.

We came all the way from Berlin and didn't regret it. Always worth a visit. The service and food were extremely good, the food was of a sensational good quality and was simply amazing for me so far, the best meat I have ever eaten. Simply great, thank you.
