Otherwise, everything's fine there, and if I'm flying privately, it's usually worth a visit. The selection is also fine, and the view is okay if you get a window seat. So, even as an airport employee, I'm a bit disappointed.

I went there a week ago. I was super tired and I just needed a coffee with something to eat and regain energy, as well as a good place to sit for 40 minutes and check my computer. However, the manager of this place at that time was super rude, he rudely said that the coffee machine was not working, and that I should not leave because he did not know when it would be fixed. Bought a cappuccino here for €6 especially because of the portafilter machine. The milk is WAY too hot, just poured into the coffee without any fuss. Taste is no better than from the vending machine.

Unbelievable, you're already paying way too much money for food and then you're getting shit on your coffee. I definitely didn't order the extra espresso shot. The food was also mediocre and the chicken was even cold. . No recommendation!

The food is extremely lackluster. Barely any cheese or ingredients inside the foccacia or panini, you're overpaying for bread. Expensive for what you're getting. Would not recommend.

I had there a coffee and a pastry in August. It was correct and the service was good, the guy behind the counter was very kind and professional. None of the issues reported by other people were to be noticed in any way.

They forgot my order, then the Panini was burned up. Got takeout even though it was for here. Consequently the coffee was so hot it had to cool down for 15min. Unfriendly staff in general. Very pricey, even for the airport.

Since I couldn't eat breakfast, I ordered a sandwich and a cafe latte here, and it was mediocre.

The self-service cafe offers sandwiches, baguettes, muffins, croissants, etc. and hot and cold drinks. The prices are - like everywhere at airports - high. We didn't eat anything, just drank a cappuccino. The cappuccino was okay in terms of quantity and quality. The staff is not particularly friendly but does their job. It's not exactly comfortable to sit there. If there are a lot of guests with larger hand luggage, it can be a bit cramped.

It might be better to skip this place. On July 19th, between 12:30 and 13:00, there was an argument among the waiters, with one resigning afterward. The remaining staff treated clients poorly, screaming about orders and not respecting the queue. I had to wait 5 minutes for my warm sandwich after they heated up half of the queue's orders in advance. The service was inefficient.

The old lady at the cashier should retire immediately!! She is super rude to everyone not only me. Literally yelling at every single customer and she get all orders wrong then get mad because of her poor english. This is not acceptable and she has no right to give attitude to customers. Also Service is very slow in general.

We bought a beer from Amed at Perfect Day in Frankfurt Airport (Gate A34). He was very nice and spoke English to us. We really appreciate his happy demeanor. He even provided us water and napkins to clean a mess near our seating. We recommend visiting this spot in the airport.

This place is nothing close to perfect. The guy on the counter is the worst employee of the century. I wouldn't make such a comment if it was only once because i understand people might be having a bad day... But here it is not the case. The same rude and aggressive guy at the counter scolding and lecturing people and in some instances almost assaulted my friend... Please choose your employees wisely. Another topic, the queue has become 20 meters long and your team is only operating 1 outlet from one coffee machine and not giving a da.mn about people queuing and in rush to their flights

I was waiting at the counter and in front of me there were some people from Brazil speaking in Portuguese. The old lady at the counter was annoyed because they were speaking a lot and she started saying in German to them to move on and don’t stand in front of the counter. It was a bit difficult for them to understand what she was saying but they moved on. Then the old lady working at “perfect day” said “ahh, these foreigners…they never under…”. I was shocked. I looked at her and told her she was not very nice with the customers…she looked at me completely lost and said that she did not understand a single word of English. now that is funny, being in a shop in the international airport and not speaking a single word of English and complaining about foreigners…

The two of us ordered coffee. The waiter didn't greet us but just said "give me ten". Since we didn't understand it straight away and responded briefly with "what?" Answered, he said "ten". We gave him ten euros. Since we didn't get any change, we waited. He looks up again and looks visibly annoyed at us. Then he took the donation boxes with the coins. Empty it and give the change. There was no more milk and my coffee had coffee grounds on the edge and bottom of the cup. The taste was okay at best

Expensive, bad coffee and a horrible process of ordering and preparing coffee which causes delays and confusion. They made the wrong coffee They fixed it but they were rude about it. It was crowded, maybe they were understaffed but that's not the atmosphere you want to be in.

The lady at the till was extremely rude. She did the wrong coffee and then didn’t want to correct the bill. She started screaming at us and offend us. I have never experienced something like this in an international airport. Coffee was disgusting. She poured it from the wrong cup into a new one and served it. Shame on you.

I can only agree with the previous reviews about the unfriendly staff. The employee at the checkout today (April 11th, 2024, around 9:00 p.m.) spoke in an extremely unfriendly and condescending tone to the colleague who was busy preparing the food. I've never experienced anything like that before. I ordered something via TGTG and at first I was told stupidly what I wanted here, there was nothing for me (according to the app, pick-up time starts at 8:50 p.m., I was around 9:00 p.m.). I do not recommend this place. Of course it is expensive, it is airport food, but the issue is the service. There was a woman who seemed very nice and giggly with german people but to me she was very cold and didn’t even look me in the eyes. Then, she told me in a very bad manner (clapping her hands at me) that I should move to a different place to pick the coffee, which she didn’t say before. I would be angry if this has happened in any other place, but being in an airport it just feels ridiculous. If the staff doesn’t speak the language, at least they could be nice. I am tired, I have a connection flight and this ruined my mood.

Your cashier was definitely not having a “Perfect day”. She is incredibly rude. Makes you feel like you should apologize for eating there, like you are a begger and not a paying customer. As for the food? Sloppy and tasteless. Not worth the price.

Really good vegan options. The veggie deluxe toast was perfect after a 14 hour flight. Also recommend the overnight oats, very yummy.

Food is fine but they didn't accept card payments when I visited. Seems very strange for a location situated inside a busy airport.

Not bad! Bread for sandwiches was very good, and their vegan option was definitely worth a visit! The vegan granola mango mix or whatever it was called, was creamy and sweet, but nothing out of this world. Coffee wasn’t my favorite.

Bedienung wollte uns nur Wegwerfgeschirr geben. Richtiges Geschirr sei für ihn zu viel Aufwand!

The airport is full of mouses 🐁 after 21:00 when everyone is leaving the mouses run everywhere, they even coming out of the refrigerator from restaurants and all the gates where people sitting and waiting for their departure. So when Noone is there the little mouses coming out to find any leftovers to eat. That's frankfurts airport 🛫 and Lufthansa should do something about it. I took a video which if needed I can send it to responsible person.

Le gars me dit que les boissons chaudes ne sont pas prêtes et de revenir dans 30 min. Je reviens 35 minutes après et il me dit de revenir dans 30. J'essaye de comprendre pourquoi et il me dit que la machine est froide. Je lui demande quand elle sera chaude il me dit 30 minutes, ou peut-être 15... Bref du grand n'importe quoi et aucune claires...
