I think when you pay €6 for a hot chocolate, it should at least be prepared properly—not by simply mixing milk, chocolate powder, and hot water directly into a cup right in front of your guest and without a lid… Moreover, you can’t expect a tip when you’ve been extremely rude to customers. When I chose not to leave a tip on the machine, the lady deliberately slammed the tip jar in front of me—again, just to make sure I saw it. Do you think that kind of service attitude deserves a tip? And let’s be honest, €6 for a hot chocolate is already a crazy price.

Stopped here for a quick coffee – there was a long line. The woman serving customers was rude and unpleasant. Tables and floor were dirty and sticky. Yes, there is a decent selection of sandwiches and everything looks fresh, but the prices are outrageous. I ordered a latte with almond milk – even though I don’t speak perfect German, I clearly understood that she entered oat milk instead, because I heard her say it to the staff. I corrected her, and she got visibly annoyed. Then came the payment – the machine automatically adds a tip option? For what? It’s self-service. This kind of attitude toward customers is just disappointing. I come through this airport often, but I won’t be coming back here again.

We stopped during a connection, we quickly bought 2 panini, 1 yogurt and 1 bottle of water. Total 29€, I was surprised so I looked at the bill and surprise, the bottle of water is 5.95€! Never seen before! I immediately told the seller to remove it before we pay, he replied that it was impossible. He told me that the price is displayed I should have looked. I replied that we rarely look at the price of water and that I have never seen an impossibility to remove an unpaid product from a bill.. If I had asked for a refund I understand but there I had not paid! In short we were in a hurry and wanted to avoid the scandal so we paid. I do not recommend this place at all.

the guy sent us away with the words "no coffee now" (it was 3 in the afternoon), asking him why, he said that they wanted to clean the machine. nobody was cleaning the machine and the second guy didn't make any intentions of doing so. The next customer after us was a pilot and guess what he got? a coffee! and the guy after him also got one. I was not queuing up again but spent my money elsewhere.

The system is completely ill-conceived. You think you'll pay and then get your sandwich, but you have to wait another 15 minutes? Additionally, a tip is pre-selected, which is really cheeky, since you're not served and the waitress clearly doesn't feel like serving you. Edit: 3 stars, because your sandwiches were pretty awesome, which is to be expected for €8.

Be weary when paying with a card!! The woman (reddish brown hair in claw clip) at the counter obnoxiously insists on a tip and you have to change the amount she puts and also press the red cancel button and she is very loud about it! Be careful with this shop! They charged my family 20% tip on the bill without their consent! This is a high amount for family travelling from abroad (outside of Germany), the staff at this place simply looted them with this high tip without their knowledge and took advantage of my family's lack of German. The bill is attached as a proof! It's not just about the amount of money but basic principles in sales management that this shop owner should teach it's employees!

My friend and I had similar unpleasant experiences in this establishment today. The person at the counter (lady, 30-40s) was very abrupt and impolite. In a manipulative manner, the paying machine was fixed to leave a tip (not asking first whether I wanted to leave such tip). Putting pressure on me, she told me I could for instance type 100 or 400 for leaving a 1 or 4 euros tip (suggestion made for a coffee valued 5 euros).

The place is extremely crowded, people are constantly coming in but barely anyone is leaving. It doesn't seem to be because of a very nice atmosphere which is just pure chaos. The service process is difficult to understand and very messy.

I went there a week ago. I was super tired and I just needed a coffee with something to eat and regain energy, as well as a good place to sit for 40 minutes and check my computer. However, the manager of this place at that time was super rude, he rudely said that the coffee machine was not working, and that I should not leave because he did not know when it would be fixed. I had there a coffee and a pastry in August. It was correct and the service was good, the guy behind the counter was very kind and professional. None of the issues reported by other people were to be noticed in any way.

They forgot my order, then the Panini was burned up. Got takeout even though it was for here. Consequently the coffee was so hot it had to cool down for 15min. Unfriendly staff in general. Very pricey, even for the airport.

Since I couldn't eat breakfast, I ordered a sandwich and a cafe latte here, and it was mediocre.

We didn't eat anything, just drank a cappuccino. The cappuccino was okay in terms of quantity and quality. The staff is not particularly friendly but does their job. It's not exactly comfortable to sit there. If there are a lot of guests with larger hand luggage, it can be a bit cramped.

It might be better to skip this place. On July 19th, between 12:30 and 13:00, there was an argument among the waiters, with one resigning afterward. The remaining staff treated clients poorly, screaming about orders and not respecting the queue. I had to wait 5 minutes for my warm sandwich after they heated up half of the queue's orders in advance. The service was inefficient.

The old lady at the cashier should retire immediately!! She is super rude to everyone not only me. We bought a beer from Amed at Perfect Day in Frankfurt Airport (Gate A34). He was very nice and spoke English to us. We really appreciate his happy demeanor. He even provided us water and napkins to clean a mess near our seating. We recommend visiting this spot in the airport.

This place is nothing close to perfect. The guy on the counter is the worst employee of the century. I wouldn't make such a comment if it was only once because i understand people might be having a bad day... But here it is not the case. I was waiting at the counter and in front of me there were some people from Brazil speaking in Portuguese. The old lady at the counter was annoyed because they were speaking a lot and she started saying in German to them to move on and don’t stand in front of the counter. It was a bit difficult for them to understand what she was saying but they moved on. Then the old lady working at “perfect day” said “ahh, these foreigners…they never under…”. I was shocked. I looked at her and told her she was not very nice with the customers…she looked at me completely lost and said that she did not understand a single word of English. now that is funny, being in a shop in the international airport and not speaking a single word of English and complaining about foreigners…

The two of us ordered coffee. The waiter didn't greet us but just said "give me ten". Since we didn't understand it straight away and responded briefly with "what?" Answered, he said "ten". Expensive, bad coffee and a horrible process of ordering and preparing coffee which causes delays and confusion. They made the wrong coffee They fixed it but they were rude about it. It was crowded, maybe they were understaffed but that's not the atmosphere you want to be in.

The lady at the till was extremely rude. She did the wrong coffee and then didn’t want to correct the bill. She started screaming at us and offend us. I have never experienced something like this in an international airport. Coffee was disgusting. She poured it from the wrong cup into a new one and served it. Shame on you.

Not bad! Bread for sandwiches was very good, and their vegan option was definitely worth a visit! The vegan granola mango mix or whatever it was called, was creamy and sweet, but nothing out of this world. Coffee wasn’t my favorite.

The airport is full of mouses 🐁 after 21:00 when everyone is leaving the mouses run everywhere, they even coming out of the refrigerator from restaurants and all the gates where people sitting and waiting for their departure. So when Noone is there the little mouses coming out to find any leftovers to eat. That's frankfurts airport 🛫 and Lufthansa should do something about it. I took a video which if needed I can send it to responsible person.
