An oasis of flavor in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city. The hustle and bustle is not an issue here for the moment. The food is high quality and incredibly tasty. The service is worth its 5 stars! Thanks for this experience!

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt leider überhaupt nicht. Das Essen ist durchschnittlich. Ich hatte ein kleines Stück Lachs und paar Brokkoli-Röschen für 35 Euro. Der Aperetif war wässrig. Leider gar nicht zu empfehlen.

The price-performance ratio was not right. The presentation of the food was tasteless and the food only tasted good when it was fried. It would be acceptable for a fast food restaurant, but not for a fine dining restaurant.

On a recommendation we went to Elaine’s Greenhouse on a Saturday evening. This was my first visit to an “Elaine’s” location. The greenhouse is visually really beautiful and the atmosphere, we sat outside, was also romantic and cozy. With the fairy lights and indirect lighting you immediately feel at home. It wasn't really busy as we had a reservation quite late. Unfortunately, as some reviews have already described, the service wasn't really attentive. We were only asked once (!) for drinks after staying for just under 2 hours. You get the impression you had to ask to be served. None of the waiters seemed really friendly, which is a shame. At first I understood because it seemed as if the service staff were understaffed. Later, however, there were significantly more people there and you still felt “left alone”. An order was completely forgotten and we had to make ourselves known. Too bad... In addition, the toilets were in a catastrophic condition. There were no towels in the women's toilet and it was very "dirty". The men's toilet as well... an absolute no go for me. However, the food was really delicious, I had the salmon fillet with Bimi vegetables. However, for €35 it is a fairly manageable portion. Good thing we had the sourdough bread with hummus beforehand, which was also really tasty. So a real 10/10 here. I think it's a real shame, but I guess this was my first and last visit here, because the price/performance ratio isn't right for me at all. Nice place to post nice pictures on social media and very tasty food, but that's not enough for me personally. Maybe I was just unlucky and will stop by again...

Unfortunately the food is not up to par. The balance is not right, the cooking times are not controlled and the combinations are not fully thought out. As many people say, the tables are small and too low, which makes them uncomfortable. The service was very nice and tried hard (despite the lack of experience).

We had a wonderful evening. Aperitivo, two starters (aubergine and tuna tartare), two main courses (the salmon and the steak) everything was incredibly tasty with good accents such as light mint in the pea puree). The wine was also very good. The service was friendly and attentive. And the location is beautiful. We'd love to come back.

This great place is located in the middle of the urban jungle. Elaine’s Greenhouse is really something different and you feel very comfortable here surrounded by high-rise buildings. There is plenty of seating, especially outside. The service is very friendly and attentive and never intrusive. On the menu you will find a small selection of different starters, main courses and desserts. The taste convinced us. The prices are slightly higher. All in all, a very successful concept.

Glasshouse surrounded by tall office buildings. We were only planning to have wine and some snacks but the offer was not too diverse. Only one type of rose wine you can order by the glass. Atmosphere was nice but very crowded. Make sure you reserve ahead.

The ambience is something new and quite nice, but the tables are far too small to eat at, and the plates and portions are also very small. The menu is quite compact, there were only 5 main courses and a few more starters. There was no common thread, from Asian to American, everything was there. The food didn't appeal to me either in terms of taste or the way it was presented, and the service wasn't what you would normally expect at such prices. For four starters, two glasses of wine and a lemonade, I found €135 to be much too much considering the points mentioned above. I'm just used to something different in this price segment.

Very nice location, but absolutely no value for money. €7 for a lemonade is outrageous even for Frankfurt. Then we waited over an hour for the main course, then sat there with the bill for another 10 minutes - on a day when half of the seats were still unoccupied. The service appears to be trying, but seems to be completely uncoordinated. Somehow everyone does everything and at the same time so much is forgotten. The food was ok, but for the price it was too tasteless and nothing special. However, I can recommend the bread, really delicious.

Very cool restaurant/bar in the city center. The atmosphere is really nice, both inside and outside between the high-rise buildings. There are often problems with eating because many dishes are no longer available. The service is also rather so-so, as a lot of things are forgotten. Still a very cool place that I would recommend

Actually discovered by chance, who would have thought that there was something like this in Frankfurt. Super nice and cozy atmosphere. The food was delicious and the service was very friendly and professional. Very child-friendly, we were traveling with a baby in a stroller, space was made and we were able to eat in peace. We would like to come again

The restaurant looks much nicer in pictures, it is too small. The staff very arrogant, we wanted to book a reservation for 10 people 3 days in advance for lunch and it was “totally impossible”. Unfortunately very disappointing

What a beautiful restaurant. When I'm visiting Frankfurt, I love coming here. The restaurant is hidden away between the soulless Volkenkratzer and is something like the counterpart to the tall buildings. The restaurant has the charm of a botanical winter garden. Very personal and friendly, I've always felt very comfortable here. The menu impresses with quality rather than quantity. I think I captured the ambience well in my photo. I also found the other guests pleasant. And now that it's summer, I'll soon be spending an evening on the terrace in front of the restaurant. Best wishes and see you soon.

I wanted to eat here with my friend yesterday, but after we were ignored by the waiter for over 15 minutes and they couldn't even offer us a seat, let alone give us a quick look and just let us know that it might take a moment, we just left again. The restaurant wasn't even half full. I don't want to know what the service is like when the restaurant is full. A pity!

We reserved a table in advance for lunchtime. After the initial calm, the remaining tables also filled up. The restaurant is somewhat hidden and impresses with both the “glass house” style and the interior design. Our service was very friendly and attentive. The food was brought without a long wait and was very good.

The atmosphere and the restaurant itself were very nice, unfortunately the service was incredibly bad, which was a shame. They were friendly, but unfortunately really bad at their jobs. We had to ask for our drinks several times until we got them on the third attempt and unfortunately my food was completely cold when I got it. However, the tuna tartare was incredibly good, I would come back for that alone.

My visit to "Elaine's Greenhouse" was disappointing. Despite the high prices and the promising description of the restaurant, the food turned out to be more than average and overpriced. What was particularly shocking was the price of €9.50 for a 0.75l bottle of water. I also recommend checking the invoice carefully at the end. In my opinion, the restaurant is not recommended unless you don't know what to do with your money.

Mein Besuch bei "Elaine's Greenhouse" war enttäuschend. Trotz der hohen Preise und der vielversprechenden Beschreibung des Restaurants entpuppte sich das Essen als mehr als durchschnittlich und überteuert. Besonders schockierend war der Preis von 9,50€ für eine 0,75l Flasche Wasser. Außerdem empfehle ich, die Rechnung am Ende genau zu überprüfen und stattdessen nahegelegene Restaurants, wie beispielsweise die L'Osteria zu besuchen, welche günstiger sind und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Ich war Anfang Dezember mit einer Freundin das erste Mal im Greenhouse. Hier ist meine Meinung zu 4 verschiedenen Punkten: Einrichtung/Interieur: Dieser Laden ist einfach nur schön und für das Auge so beruhigend. Nicht viel Schnick-Schnack, perfekt platzierte Pflanzen und die Farbpalette von Blau und Grüntönen sind halt auch einfach meins. Essen: Eine kleine aber absolut feine Auswahl. Wir hatte zur Vorspeise das Avocado Tatar und und Brot mit verschiedenen Dipps. Meine Hauptspeise waren die Ravioli und als ich gefragt habe, ob ich dazu noch Rinderfilet Streifen bekommen könnte wurde mir dieser Wunsch sofort erfüllt. Meine Freundin hatte das Linsengericht welches ich probieren durfte und auch wenn ich kein Fan von Linsen bin, war selbst dieses Gericht (genau so wie meins) unglaublich lecker! Zum Nachtisch hatten wir einen Schokomous(?) weiß ich leider nicht mehr so genau aber das war auch lecker - hat uns jetzt nicht so umgehauen wie die anderen Speisen aber naja, Schokolade ist Schokolade - liebt man halt - oder auch nicht. Personal: Wir wurden von einem jungen Kellner bedient, der sehr aufmerksam war, unsere Gläser nachgefüllt hat, und die leeren Teller so abgeräumt hat ohne dadurch gestört zu werden. Musik: Ich habe oft das Problem, was man eig auch nicht Problem nennen kann, dass mir die Musik nicht gefällt. Bzw. gute Musik hebt meine Stimmung und schlechte mach eig gar nichts und im Greenhouse hat mir die Musik sehr gefallen. Ich freue mich auf jeden Fall auf meinen nächsten Besuch und möchte in Zukunft auch die anderen Locations der Elaine's World besuchen.

Excellent service, great gourmet foods and drinks, all in a calming and relaxing atmosphere. To the people who were disappointed with their meals, as in the reviews I have read here on Google, as too pricey, or portions not large enough for the price, you should never go to a restaurant if you are on a budget. Great food requires quality, not quantity. Price should never be considered when fine dining is at hand. I totally recommend this restaurant...

Generally a nice place but I felt the waitress was punished to work there. She took our water and we were obliged to buy a new bottle, was not looking at us and a bit arrogant. A pity for the nice place like this.

We reserved a table for 5 people for yesterday weeks ago. When we arrived at the restaurant at the time we had reserved, we were informed that a group with more people had appeared and there was no room for us. We were also not offered an alternative seat in one of the other restaurants in the group. We were simply dismissed with a “we’re sorry”. This behavior deserves zero stars. Underground and unacceptable.

We had reserved a table for our Christmas dinner in the Greenhouse. We weren't familiar with the Greenhouse itself, but we had all had good experiences with Elaine's Restaurant. The ambience in Elaine’s Greenhouse was great, the food was average, but the service was a disaster. We had already ordered a bottle of still water right at the start and the right aperitif to match the Christmas feeling. Unfortunately, all drinks only came after the meal. There were no more drinks as no one had time to come to the table. A no-go! There was also total unrest and hectic pace. Tables were pushed from back to front, from front to back. You couldn't concentrate on any conversation or even on the food. And last but not least, our neighbor at the table was the lady who had served us before. Together with the (presumably) boss of the establishment, she then comfortably ate her fillet at the table next to us. How can it be that in the midst of this hustle and bustle and overwhelm, the staff sits down at the table and eats?! A small restaurant with three very smart ladies who were completely overwhelmed. This really needs to be worked on urgently! We didn't remember the evening well and it was not only the first time at Elaine's Greenhouse, but also the last time. A pity!

Super schöner Laden, leckeres Essen & zuvorkommende Bedienung - was will man mehr? Eine kleine Oase in der Stadt.

Teil der Elaine-Familie und wohl ausgerichtet auf Business Lunch und Dinner. Ähnlich wie beim Deli gilt auch hier wieder: Gut, aber teuer. Das Brot war lecker, der Auberginen-Salat auch. Gefühlt aber etwas kleine Portionen - gerade für den Preis. Der Cesars Salad mit Rinderfilet Spitzen ist lecker, aber ja … In Summe ist es mir für den Preis zuwenig „wow“. Wenn man aber eingeladen wird, geht es schon mal. Der Service ist gut. Nur eine dringende Bitte an die Verantwortlichen: Es war viel zu eng bestuhlt, bei etwas aktiverem Nebentisch ist es auch schon etwas unangenehm. Schade, ansonsten wären wir länger geblieben.

.... dann ist man hier richtig. Denn die Musik ist so laut, dass man sich kaum unterhalten kann. In einer Bar wäre die Lautstärke schon grenzwertig, aber beim Abendessen einfach nur indiskutabel. Und man hätte tatsächlich ein Gesprächsthema: Die Preise in diesem Restaurant sind eine Frechheit. Ich hatte einen Caesar Salad - das waren ein paar wenige Blätter Eisbergsalat und als Extra knuspriges Hähnchen (ein paar wenige kleine Bällchen) für sage und schreibe 17,50 Euro. Bei einer normalen Portion hätte man noch ein Auge zudrücken können, aber nach diesen paar Blättchen hatte ich hinterher fast mehr Hunger als davor. Eine 0,75 Liter-Flasche stilles Wasser kostet 9,50 Euro und für einen 0815-Weißwein soll man 11 Euro bezahlen - für 0,125 Liter. Ich kann nur sagen: Spart Euch den Besuch... Ihr verpasst nichts... weder kulinarisch, noch sonst irgendwas...

Das Ambiente ist in dieser Gegend wohl einmalig. Eine grüne Oase inmitten des geschäftigen Frankfurts. Den Service fanden wir freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Speisen waren von hervorragender Qualität und geschmacklich top. Wir fanden allerdings die Getränke leicht überteuert. Insbesondere gibt es nur Flaschenbier mit ambitionierter Preisgestaltung. Nichts desto trotz lohnt sich ein Besuch. Auch nachmittags nur für einen Drink oder Kaffee lohnt sich ein Besuch, wie wir zuvor schon feststellen konnten.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Elaine's Greenhouse und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Atmosphäre ist stilistisch und gemütlich. Die Terrasse ist sehr einladend. Der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen war gut, allerdings könnte die Auswahl an vegetarischen und veganen Hauptgerichten etwas größer sein.

Wir haben hier einen tollen runden Geburtstag mit Freunden verbringen dürfen. Qualität der Speisen und Service war herausragend. Herzlichen Dank.

Ein besonderes Restaurant mit sehr schönem Ambiente, perfekt für ein Date. Die Location ist top und das Essen ist mega. Auch wenn wir ein wenig warten mussten bis wir zum Platz gebracht worden sind, war die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Würde definitiv wieder kommen!

Es gibt keinen Ort in Frankfurt, wie die Elaines Läden. Jedes Mal aufs Neue einfach nur ein Erlebnis. Das Ambiente im Greenhouse ist einmalig, eine grüne Oase mitten in der Stadt. Das Essen ist ebenfalls einfach nur hervorragend. Vom Service möchte ich erst gar nicht anfangen. Jedes Mal aufs Neue fühlen wir uns bei unseren Besuchen einzigartig, der Service ist freundlich, aufmerksam und schafft es jedem Gast ein Gefühl des Willkommen-seins zu geben. Ich war das erste Mal bei Elaine's Greenhouse und war sehr zufrieden. Eine außerordentliche, stilistische Location mit außergewöhnlich gutem Essen! Die kleine aber feine Karte bietet eine Auswahl an liebevoll, kreativen Gerichten.

Ich war jetzt dort bereits mehrere Male mit Geschäftskunden und alle meine Erwartungen an Essen und Service wurden erfüllt. Im Sommer kann man draußen sitzen und es gibt genug Platz zwischen den Tischen. Im Winter sind die Tische im Innenraum etwas eng zusammen gestellt. Manchmal ist die Musik etwas zu laut vor allem wenn man nah am Lautsprecher sitzt.

Service war zuvorkommend und freundlich.Die Preise sind allerdings selbst für die Lage sehr übertrieben hoch.Daher würde ich nicht mehr hingehen.

Schönes Restaurant, Service könnte etwas spritziger sein. Essen (Ravioli) uninspiriert und für den Preis eine sehr kleine Portion, hatte mehr was von einer Vorspeise, müsste danach noch was kaufen um satt zu werden. Portionen anderer Gäste sahen größer aus.

Sehr schöne Location. Location erinnert mich an das Openaire Restaurant in Los Angeles, nur in kleiner. Service gut aber nach dem Essen wurden wir längere Zeit leider nicht mehr bedient, dabei wollten wir bezahlen. Preis Leistung weniger gut, Preise zu hoch. Es fehlten leider auch Sachen beim Essen, auf Nachfrage hieß es dann das die Karte noch nicht angepasst wurde.

Location Top, Essen war gut. Die Preise sind zumindest diskutabel. Indiskutabel ist allerdings die Übergriffe Bedienung. Beim Abschied hat sie sich beschwert, dass eine von sieben Personen nicht gegessen hat (die Person muss nun mal arbeiten, kam in der Pause zum Hallo-Sagen vorbei). Die Bedienung verabschiedete sich anschließend mit den Worten: „Wir haben genug Gäste, wir brauchen euch nicht.“ Und damit ist alles gesagt. Dieses Lokal werden wir nicht mehr aufsuchen. Davon ist nur abzuraten.

I had just returned from Italy to spend Christmas with the family, we decided to give the greenhouse a chance. Let me tell you, it was worth it. The food had a good quality, the beverage menu of a more than satisfying extend and the service friendly and attentive. The present atmosphere contributed to a harmonic and joyful experience. I’ll be sure to revisit it. On a side note, it was surely helpful not to have called the police because of not being able to pay by card, unlike another comment suggested.;)

When it came time for the bill, I was told credit card machine was having issues but they would try to run it. Card was declined by the machine of course and they suggested they walk me to an ATM to get cash. I asked for the police and owner showed up stating they were trying to find a happy medium. They changed the scenarios, insinuated that I was trying to use a bad credit card. This went on for minutes until I decided to go to the ATM to get cash. Suddenly a 3rd person showed up (who was known by the manager) and he watched myself and the manager walk to the ATM which was across the street. After I got out the cash, the manager gave e him a thumps up. I paid the cash and got out of there. They also tried yo say the tip was no included in the check and was additional. I do not recommend, the management is up to some type of scam and fraud
