Wanted to redeem app coupons at Nordsee. Unfortunately I saw too late that this was not possible for technical reasons. The waitress said there was nothing she could do about it. Two minutes later I see her showing a customer printed coupons and saying that only these can be redeemed. Would you like to redeem these vouchers as a gesture of goodwill and because there are technical problems in the North Sea? None. Always "I can't do anything". Food was delicious and there were four shrimps in the shrimp and potato box instead of three. Generous.

Food was ok but not up to par with other North Sea stores. No coupons were taken, although others received them. “Can’t do anything.”

I was on the way to work and was very thirsty and didn't have any cash or card with me. I bought a 0.5 Sprite on Lieferando knowing that it would of course have been cheaper somewhere else. I just wanted to pick her up and the employees made fun of me in front of me. So disrespectful! You can be happy about the win. Really a disgrace!

The fish is quite hard this time,the potatoes are alright, cos law is fine still.

Entrance opposite platform 4. Outdoor seating. -2* there according to my interpretation, the moon prices. Example: Fish & Chips €7.29. Contents: 3 nugget-sized fish balls. Leftover fries. And for 90% fries, the shop is more expensive than fish and chips in London.

1 euro for a urinal despite eating food When I asked whether there was a voucher available, the saleswoman at the Kamps bakery rudely and cheekily pointed her finger in the direction of the toilet and exclaimed: "1 euro". I will never consume anything here again! Deposit bottles will only be taken back if you have sold them. The return of other deposit bottles from Rewe is not accepted!

The Indian/Bangladeshi guy at the counter was very helpful and patient.

The terminal for scanning the barcodes from the North Sea app has been defective for over a year and is not being repaired. Plus, they don't run the Viking

Extremely unfriendly. Bought coffee and was stupidly told off that I wasn't allowed to sit here "unless I ordered". "Customer service" from the 21st century 🤨 I can only recommend the bakery Eiffler not 100 meters away.

I was charged extra money for the sauce

Catastrophic! The Indian man was incredibly unfriendly and charged us an extra €0.10 for the box at Fish & Chips + another €0.50 extra because we asked for country potatoes. Previously, his colleague also prepared the boxes with potatoes for previous customers without charging an extra fee. We would NOT recommend ANYONE to eat here, a complete rip off! The portions are far too small and far too expensive!!!

At the cash register, the man of Indian descent, who was on the verge of freaking out, gave me more emphasis: (I repeat, only with emphasis) €7.29 for that?

Although there is nothing going on, the employees prefer to continue their private conversations instead of serving me. Fish nuggets were cold and not crispy. Didn't get a napkin. Been approached twice by begging junkies.

What are these moon prices? 4€ for a Bremer.... 9€ for a small shrimp box... Just double the price. Tell me, do you still have them all together??? I hope this juice shop goes bankrupt in the next few years. Endless here.

I love Nordsee but when I went there at 7 o'clock they said there were no fish left and they couldn't make a new one.

Bad fish sandwiches (or as North Sea calls it "Bismarck baguette"). The baguette looks like a cheap baked roll, but has even less taste and doesn't feel fresh either. Fish was ok, a bit small, price clearly too high.

The most poorly managed North Sea in Germany. Apparently no online coupons or rewards have been able to be redeemed temporarily for a year, but it is listed online as working. The offline coupons that the very friendly cashier offered me instead didn't work in the last payment process either... and I had to give the food in my hand back or pay double the price?! So after 10 minutes of standing in line and choosing food, I went to the train hungry...

Unfortunately, you can't redeem coupons and get points with the Nordsee app, although it normally has to work in every branch.

When ordering, the employees seemed very moody and unfriendly. After ordering a box of shrimp and two fish sandwiches, we were really looking forward to our quick dinner. Unfortunately, we discovered that the fish sandwich was very cold. When asked whether this could be warmed up, the answer was “That’s not possible”. I said that the roll was cold, but this did not impress the seller. The prawns were overall ok. On the whole, as a guest in Frankfurt, I would definitely avoid the North Sea at the train station in the future.

Last store. They wait over an hour after a delivery order and then close the store and simply cancel without telling them. This is the very last!!! Dirty shop!

Coupons funktioniert nicht warum!

6 Minuten gewartet, wir wollten einfach nur zwei Brötchen holen. In der Schlange hat sich trotz zwei Mitarbeitern nichts bewegt. Mussten dann ohne Essen zum Zug. Schnellimbiss geht anders.

Schön zum sitzen. Ich empfehle aber etwas auf die Hand zu nehmen. Personal ist nicht besonders einladend, was man aber auch nicht bei einer Nordsee sein muss.

bin Sehr zufrieden. immer wenn ich zeit habe versuche ich vorbei zu kommen etwas leckeres zu kaufen. das essen ist immer frisch und personal sehr freundlich.

Wenn man bedenkt, wo sich die Filiale befindet, kann ich nur sagen: Hut ab! Trotz der Umstände die ein Hauptbahnhof mit sich bringt (was einige offensichtlich nicht verstehen) ist die Theke bei Nordsee immer ordentlich und sauber. Das Personal stets freundlich, trotz nerviger, gestresster Gäste… Daher bewerte ich das Restaurant mit 5 Sternen! Denn das was menschenmöglich ist an diesem Standort unter den gegebenen Umständen wird bestmöglich getan und das Essen ist immer frisch. Ein Hauch von Nordsee am Frankfurter Junky Bahnhof. Danke liebes Nordsee-Team!

Die Nordsee Theke im Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof ist für "schnell mal auf die Hand" echt Top. Die Fischbrötchen schmecken frisch und sind auch gut belegt 👍🏼 die Kassierer:innen sind auch freundlich. Das Ambiente ist halt eher ungemütlich, da an jeder Ecke ein anderer Imbissladen ist, aber da kann man auch nicht viel erwarten im Bahnhofsgebäude. Alles in allem bin ich doch Recht zufrieden mit dem Angebot von Nordsee an diesem Standort.

My favorite seafood fast food brand. I visit it on every visit to Frankfurt. Don’t miss the shrimp and fries box.

We always stop here for a matjes baguette myself and blackfish baguette baguette for my daughter. They always make it fresh as she doesn’t like the sauce. She liked it with ketchup. Charging 70cent for a sachet is very expensive.

Sauber, gutes Essen aber ziemlich kühl

Obwohl sie keine App Scannen konnten, haben sie den Gutschein eingelöst. Wäre nice gewesen, wenn ihr auch eine Serviette in die Tüte igelegt hättet.

Okay let me elaborate: The frankfurt food court has been a safe haven in times of need and loneliness when waiting for long-distance trains. This is where old meets young, rich meets poor and I have enjoyed my stay in this partially nasty not yet disgusting location many a times. Today my heart skipped a beat when I realised Nordsee had added plenty of plant-based options to their palette. Being slighlty hungry, I chose this Backvish roll and I’m not gonna lie it could have been more crunchy on the outside. However, the taste was good and the effort for the planet is very much appreciated which concludes to 4 stars, thanks guys

Deutlich unterdurchschnittliche Qualität für Nordsee. Der Fisch ist trocken und schon hart, das Gemüse wässrig und kalt. Frische fehl am Platz 👎

Ich habe mir mit den Coupons etwas gekauft. Ich kann mich dabei nicht beschweren. Man muss anmerken, dass es an einen Sonntag war. Alles war frisch zubereitet. Ich kann beim Service und Essen nichts bemängeln. Das Ambiente ist angenehm, aber nicht das beste, weil es am Bahnhof ist. Dennoch sind es all in all 5 Sterne, wenn man sich das Ambiente wegdenkt.

Die Markthalle ist mit das schönste was man am Frankfurter BHF sieht. Zum Essen findet hier jeder was, die Auswahl ist groß. Man musste nirgends wirklich lange anstehen. Und die Preise sind ok dafür das man in einem Bahnhof isst. Das Essen war gut, die Portion war ok. Ich denke die Mitarbeiter wären um einiges freundlicher wenn nicht die ganze Zeit der Chef durch den Laden stolzieren würde und so Kommentare vom Stapel lässt wie die Schlange ist zu lang. Das Klo kostet 1 Euro wovon man 0,50 Cent einlösen kann. AUCH für Kunden, das geht gar nicht!

Considering that this is at the main train station, the food is OK and by far better than anything else at this awful train station. The fish is good and the service is quick and helpful. I do not understand the critics about prices and quality, the other fast food restaurants are far more horrible and if you want fine fresh food you have to spend 5 times more in the surrounding hotels.

Leider haben die Angestellten scheinbar nicht verstanden, dass sie an einem Bahnhof arbeiten. Vor mir war eine Person, ich hatte erst nach 18 Minuten mein Essen. Zu wenig Personal, und das Personal vor Ort ist zwar freundlich, aber unorganisiert und langsam.

Mit Coupons ist es preislich vollkommen okay, vor allem wenn man den Standort bedenkt. Die Pommes und die Kartoffelecken waren bei mir jedoch nicht allzu warm oder knusprig, entsprechend der Abzug.

Schneller Fischgenuss im Herzen Frankfurts - mit Abstrichen Ich hatte kürzlich die Gelegenheit, das Nordsee Fast-Food-Restaurant im Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof zu besuchen. Für Reisende und Pendler, die Appetit auf Fischgerichte haben, ist das Restaurant eine willkommene Option. Dank eines Coupons, den ich vor meinem Besuch gefunden hatte, konnte ich mein Fish & Chips-Menü zu einem sehr günstigen Preis erhalten. Das Ambiente im Nordsee-Restaurant ist wie in den meisten Schnellrestaurants eher funktionell und auf schnelle Bedienung ausgelegt. Die Ausgabe der Speisen erfolgte tatsächlich sehr zügig, was ich als positiven Aspekt hervorheben möchte, besonders wenn man unter Zeitdruck steht oder den nächsten Zug erreichen möchte. Leider konnte das Gericht selbst nicht in jeder Hinsicht überzeugen. Die Pommes waren etwas zu weich und hatten nicht die knusprige Konsistenz, die ich mir gewünscht hätte. Der Fisch, der Hauptbestandteil des Gerichts, fiel leider auseinander und war nicht so fest, wie ich es von anderen Fish & Chips-Menüs kenne. Trotzdem muss ich betonen, dass der Geschmack insgesamt in Ordnung war und der günstige Preis durch den Coupon den kleinen Schwächen entgegenwirkte. Wer also auf der Suche nach einer schnellen und preiswerten Fischmahlzeit im Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof ist, kann das Nordsee Fast-Food-Restaurant in Betracht ziehen, sollte jedoch keine Gourmet-Erwartungen haben. Insgesamt vergebe ich 3 von 5 Sternen für das Nordsee Fast-Food-Restaurant im Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof. Der schnelle Service und der günstige Preis sind lobenswert, jedoch gibt es bei der Qualität der Speisen noch Raum für Verbesserungen.

Bought 2 items 1. nordsee schon fillet com grill which was around 12 euro - this was complete waste of money. Fully raw fish smell, no flavour, not properly fried. Even the potatoes were watery and soggy not at all roasted. Complete waste of money 2.backfish - baguette was eatable but served cold

Fish nuggets were tasty, the cashier was very polite and there is a friendly and energetic Asian lady who makes sure the tables are clean. A nice experience.

I used to love Nordsee, it was my fast food of choice when I lived in Frankfurt, but the prices have steadily increased to a point where the quality can’t keep up. Too bad, but more a sign of the times than necessarily poor food.

Man kan auf die Schnelle noch Fischbaguette schnappen. Qualitäöt stimmt seit Jahren. Immer freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Auf der rechten Seite in der Frankfurter Markthalle ist diese Nordsee-Filiale gelegen. Zugang gegenüber Gleis 3 und 4 – hier liegt die Frankfurter Markthalle im Hauptbahnhof. Günstiger und leckerer Schnell-Imbiss, besonders günstig mit Gutscheinen aus dem kostenlosen Bahnhof-Heft im Hauptbahnhof. Freie Platzwahl in der Mitte der Halle.

Un buen lugar para tomar aperitivos en forma de mariscos. Los camarones con salsa de cóctel en forma de caja están llenos de energía cuando tienes menos tiempo y tienes hambre.

Nordsee como uno de mis favoritos en Alemania. Un Nordsee en la estación de tren es lo más conveniente para un viajero. Estaba limpio y los sándwiches Bismark y Matjes eran excelentes. El servicio también fue bueno. Sin embargo, los asientos pueden ser su lado bajo, ya que tiene que mirar alrededor con otros restaurantes de comida rápida para sentarse. Si llevas tu comida para llevar, entonces es un lugar excelente.
