I ordered the kebab with extra meat, unfortunately it's hardly noticeable in the small but long bread and is therefore simply overpriced and doesn't fill you up. In addition, the restaurant only accepts card payments over €10. I was supposed to pay 9.50 for the kebab with extra meat and I told him to make it 10€. He debited €15 instead of €10 from my card and wanted me out of the store very quickly. Luckily I checked it on my cell phone while I was in the store and filed a complaint. So you completely lost my trust after the campaign, and I also recommend that the rest of you check your payments carefully!

Ich würde nach mehreren Bestellungen dort tatsächlich sagen, dass das einer der schlechtesten Dönerläden in Frankfurt ist. Sowohl von der Qualität des Essens als auch vom Service. Beginnen wir mal mit den Online Bestellungen: Erste Bestellung war ein Dönerteller mit Kalb. Gekommen ist Hähnchen, was einen erheblichen Mangel darstellt. Dachte mir aber nichts großes dabei. Zweite Bestellung mit der expliziten Anforderung, den Dönerteller mit Kalbfleisch zu liefern. Falls dies nicht vorrätig sein sollte, bitte stornieren. Tja gekommen ist wieder Hähnchen. Nach einem Anruf hieß es nur "Entschuldigung". Dachte mir, gehst du mal vor Ort probieren. Bestelle einen Dürüm. Ich sah schon wie das übrig gebliebene Fleisch zusammengekratzt wurde, auf nen Teller geklatscht und in die Mikrowelle verfrachtet wurde. Dachte mir zuerst, vlt ist das ja für die selbst. Aber nein, das wurde auf meinen Dürüm gelegt. Natürlich ohne zu fragen, wie ich den haben möchte. Nach Rückfrage, warum denn kein frisches Fleisch geschnitten werde hieß es, es sei doch frisch. Und warum ladet das dann in der Mikrowelle? Also von A bis Z eine Katastrophe.

After ordering there several times, I would actually say that this is one of the worst kebab shops in Frankfurt. Both in terms of the quality of the food and the service. Let's start with online orders: First order was a kebab plate with veal. Chicken arrived, which represents a significant shortage. But I didn't think anything big of it. Second order with the explicit request to deliver the kebab plate with veal. If this is not in stock, please cancel. Well, chicken has arrived again. After a call all they said was “sorry”. I thought you'd go and try it on site. Order a Dürüm. I could already see how the leftover meat was scraped together, slapped onto a plate and put in the microwave. At first I thought, maybe it's for them. But no, it was put on my Dürüm. Of course without asking how I would like it. After asking why no fresh meat was being cut, they said it was fresh. And then why is it charging in the microwave? So from A to Z it's a disaster.

Absolutely BAD delivery service. Don't use this place for delivery. Made wait for an hour and then just canceled order!

After 1 1/2 hours of waiting, I called there to ask where the food was. When I called the gentleman on the phone said they didn't have any tuna pizza???? They only notice this after I call almost 2 hours later? Why don't you say this straight away or report it yourself? It's a shame when you rely on it and in the end nothing comes of it 😡😡 Bad service!

All I can do is wait and advise against ordering there. I waited 3 hours for food and didn't get anything. I called the restaurant several times, each time they said “food will be there in 10 minutes” - and then they just stopped answering. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

Never again and never!!!!! The orders take up to 2 hours, and at the end the call is hung up. Hands off !!!

Don’t order at this restaurant via any delivery app. They claim to achieve a quick delivery but it’s a false promise without any updates. After calling several times about the status they just hung up on me.

Under no circumstances should I eat there. The kebab didn't taste bad at first, but the next day I had a diarrhea that was second to none. The water in the “restaurant” tastes of chlorine.

It can't be that you order food via Lieferando at 2:29 a.m. and it isn't delivered after more than 1:30 a.m. The phone has been saying “colleague is coming in 5 minutes” for an hour. Really cheeky and disrespectful how they treat a customer and how they talk to you!!!

Very hardworking staff and friendly food, very clean.

Food was disrespectfully disgusting, pizza with ready-made champions that were cold, and dough that wasn't cooked through and was white. Doner kebab with doner meat in which there are thick pieces of cartilage, complete minced meat skewer, kebab tasted very, very strangely sour....In addition, prostitutes came into the shop while you were there and very drunk people came to play the slot machine, I can't recommend the shop to anyone. Absolutely guaranteed a stomach ache after eating there.

Selling such a tasty K4ck3 for just under €30 is pretty much a record suspect...*sarcasm The sausage was just brushed on quickly... 1x and never again 🫡 1x “Pizza” 2x “Lahmacun”

A good place to eat shawarma and sit outside. Fast service. Clean toilet. We ate about 5-6 times, it was always delicious.

I don't recommend it, it's a big mess. I ordered Doner Durum and got a lunch salad in a pancake. 0/5

We spontaneously went out to eat here and the food was incredibly tasty and plentiful and we can only warmly recommend eating here. We can't say anything about the ordering service. The service on site is great. We would come back at any time.

Ordered food via Lieferando. Pide with minced meat and iskender. I wanted to order 1 liter of cola afterwards and they wanted €8 for it!!!!!!!! Have. Absolute impudence!! #AttentionRipoff #ordungsamtfrankfurtammain Strangely, I can't rate them via Lieferando.

Been there again after about 5 years, it's still super tasty. The staff is polite and courteous. It's always worth going there again

Tastes nice but they advertise on the door all the credit cards they take and inside the told me after my good was ready that I'd have to spend at least 15€ to pay by card, so they made my buy a still water for 3€. Bad customer experience.

Essen war an sich gut aber es laufen Mäuse im Restaurant rum und der Geruch im Restaurant ist Gewöhnung bedürftig (kann am Essen liegen)

Lieferung war die schlechteste, die ich jemals hatte. Ich habe 2 Stunden warten müssen, nur um ein kaltes dürüm zu bekommen. Der Mann am Telefon, war auch sehr unfreundlich. Am ende hab ich es zurückgeben müssen. Zum liefern nicht zu empfehlen, sehr inkompetenter lieferservice, weil es mir nicht zum ersten mal passiert ist.

Essen war in Ordnung, aber Service grottenschlecht. Habe mit meiner Freundin draußen 40 min warten müssen, nach mehrfacher mühsamer Rücksprache wurde ein Gratis Getränk versprochen, wofür wir am Ende 3.50€ zahlen durften… Also: Nicht bestellen, lieber vor Ort

Gyros war sehr gut und freundliches Personal.

Lahmacun mit Dönerfleisch und Weichkäse gegessen. Zum abholen oder dort essen sehr zu empfehlen. War zum ersten Mal im Bahnhofsviertel und erstaunt was da so abgeht...

Lieferung kam auch nach mehrfacher Nachfrage nie an. Essen ist nicht das beste, aber okay. 2 Sterne gibts für den netten Kellner.

Schöner Laden. Service ist nicht so aufregend. Essen war wirklich nicht gut. Döner Box war sehr klein und Wasser kam im Glas und nicht in der Flasche. Vermutlich einfach Leitungswasser aufgetischt.

I was very surprised with the food considering the reviews that have been left on Google. The chicken was really flavorful and moist, fries were great, pizza was surprisingly good in consideration that it’s a Turkish restaurant. Overall, I was very surprised and was pleased in the end with what they brought to the table.

Keine Touristen. Alles gut schmeckt!

Ein türkisches Restaurant im Bahnhofsviertel, indem authentische Gerichte angeboten werden. Ich war schon öfter hier und es hat mir immer sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Ort eignet sich sowohl für ein ausgiebiges Essen, wie auch für einen Happen zwischendurch. Die Preise sind human und das Personal ist freundlich. Lokal und Sanitärbereiche sind sauber. Wegen der Lage eignet sich das Restaurant leider nicht für einen Familienausflug mit Kindern.

Prima pizza in een voor mijn begrippen vaag buurtje, bediening erg gehaast en spreekt slecht engels, geen engelstalige menukaart

This was our go to restaurant during the 2020 lockdown period.. we were visiting Germany for 3 months and we ate from this restaurant every other night. We are from australia and still to this day talk about the egg & sujuck pide as well as those pita pocket style kebabs. I’ve still not been able to find a restaurants that compares to the quality and flavour that Zagros provided The only downside is location

Die Lieferung erfolgte sehr schnell. Das bestellte Essen war heiß und super lecker. Sehr freundliches Personal. Werde hier wieder bestellen. Empfehlungen.

Ich weiß wirklich nicht was Menschen für ein Problem haben , aber die Bewertungen , die , die Leute hier machen sind nicht nachvollziehbar , ich habe zum erstmal bestellt war noch so skeptisch wegen den Bewertungen hier , aber ich finde die manche hier übertreiben maßlos . Ich fand’s echt lecker und wir werden wider hier bestellen .

Sehr freundlich! Ich stand vor der Tür um kurz mal zu schauen was er so hat, dann hat mich ein Mitarbeiter direkt reingebeten und mir ein Angebot gemacht. Der Döner schmeckt sehr besonders, man kann den Geschmack nicht beschreiben aber er schmeckt jedenfalls anders...aber gut!!! Wahrscheinlich haben sie ihre eigene Gewürze! Als ich etwas zu trinken wollte, bekam ich sofort eine Getränke Dose die er mir sogar öffnete. Also ich habe mich wie ein König gefühlt dort, kann ich nur empfehlen!

Wir haben mit 9 Personen dort gegessen und sind alle satt wieder rausgegangen. Das Essen war sehr lecker und schön serviert. Die Menükarte bietet eine große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Es gibt reichlich Platz für viele Gäste und die sanitäre Einrichtung ist hygienisch top. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Empfehlenswert!

Die bestellte Pizza war nicht besonders gut.

Durchschnittlicher Kebap Laden mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Personal bisschen langsam. Essen war in Ordnung.

Also ich hatte zwar nur Nachtisch (Baklava und Milchreis bestellt) und war echt positiv überrascht. Hatte zuerst bedenken, aufgrund der vielen negativen Bewertungen aber ich bin sehr sehr zufrieden. Extrem leckere Nachtische! Zu dem Essen kann ich nichts sagen. Lieferzeit war etwas lange, deswegen einen Stern Abzug, aber dafür dass ich nachts bestellt habe - top Qualität!
