I ordered a crunchy chicken bowl and a mango smoothie. It was delicious, healthy, and visually appealing ☺️ For me, it's a great alternative to burgers, pizza, and the like. Many reviews are emotional and not objective.

Unfortunately, I wanted to eat here today. I just arrived at the shop and asked the colleagues when they opened. According to Google, it opens from 11:00 a.m. I was just given a rude rant, saying, "Yeah, about 20 minutes later." Unfortunately, this isn't the first time the employees have decided when the shop opens on a whim. No go. Postscript after the meal: The red and yellow curries – The vegetables in both curries are always cooked disproportionately unevenly. For example, I've noticed several times in a row that the carrots and leeks are so mushy that they melt when you bite into them, they're so soft. The broccoli, on the other hand, is rock hard; you have to chew hard to even get it through. The rice is always overcooked 9 out of 10 times and isn't fluffy, but rather mushy, stuck together like mush. The quality at Dean & David has declined considerably :-(

Dean & David, I have a bone to pick with you. And speaking of chicken: The chicken teriyaki wrap? Honestly, that wasn't it. It was one of the most disgusting wraps my taste buds have ever encountered. The menu said "teriyaki sauce, cucumber, and cream cheese." But I didn't get any cream cheese, just mushy, not-so-fresh tomatoes, spinach, and bland, mushy rice. The chicken was completely white and tasteless, and the teriyaki sauce was simply nonexistent. My wrap also had a weird sign saying 9/9/2025 (no idea what that was about). That thing cost almost €8... Dean & David, please pull yourselves together and make decent wraps. Best regards

The food was delicious and the price was quite fair. The staff were very friendly, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I would definitely come back.

There was a mouse 🐭 inside, I've seen it enter it where ingredients are. When I told this to the people working they didn't even care, it was like it was normal to see it there. Completely disappointed, food was good but cold.

Opening hours according to Google are until 9:00 PM. When I tried to order something at 8:20 PM, the incredibly rude woman at the counter told me: "The kitchen is closed!" What's up with that? Just list the correct opening hours!

I've been to this branch often because I actually like to spend my break there and have something to eat. According to the opening hours the shop should open at 11am, I was there at 11.18 and the branch manager (I assume) sent me out and said Mondays are busy and we'll open later. That's all well and good but then I would recommend providing a proper opening time.

The waitresses (three young Asian women) were quick and attentive! (Very hardworking and friendly). The food was fresh. I'll be back!

After eating at Dean & David's in MTZ for the first time two weeks ago and really enjoying it, I now went to the branch here in MY Zeil. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. The drinks in the fridge weren't properly chilled. The food was lukewarm.

Very unfriendly staff, tables were dirty and the food that was over the counter wasn't listed on the vending display. Also it is supposed to accept the Edenred card, but when you try to pay with it, the machine declines.

That my favorite bowl in the Westend branch tastes so much fresher and tastier than here. Homeopathic dose of sauce, rice that was barely lukewarm and chicken that was too dry. Too bad.

This location is absolutely the worst – customer-unfriendly to the max! I was there on the evening of April 12, 2025, and there were over 10 customers waiting in line. The young girl at the register was completely overwhelmed, and the older colleague with her wasn’t any better. Neither of them seemed to know how to operate the register, and it was obvious they hadn’t been properly trained. More than half of the customers left without buying anything. Avoid this location at all costs!

Great salads, fast service and affordable price.

The food was ok, but unfortunately the staff wasn't. I ordered and was only made a salad. I also ordered coffee and cake. Luckily I still knew the number by heart (since I didn't have a receipt). It was the same with the other people. It's a shame to see something like that. 😒 not anymore next time.

The vegetables may be fresh, but the portions are much smaller than other branches. And it doesn't really taste good either because no spices are used. Not even salt it seems

Wanted to order food from this branch, which was quite empty. Both order terminals were out of order. The employees at the counter ignored me even though they didn't have any customers. Then I went out again and went to Fries Friends next door. Everything went well there.

I have visited several branches of your restaurant and it has always lived up to expectations, but unfortunately this time the vegetables were old and I couldn't eat the mangoes at all.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Dean & David at MyZeil in Frankfurt. The service was incredibly unfriendly, especially the older Asian employee, who stood out for his condescending manner. The bowls are not prepared to Dean & David's standards - key ingredients like sesame were missing, and the sauces were either non-existent or poorly distributed. This is completely unacceptable for a restaurant in this chain. I will definitely not eat salad here again and I absolutely cannot recommend this location. A review of employees and quality standards would be urgently needed!

Good food after some shopping. A lot of good sauces. Good recommendation if you are looking for a healthier alternative to all the other surrounding restaurants.

Food was overall just really bad..

Disappointment. The Caesar wrap we received was extremely soggy and far from fresh, despite their claims. Additionally, the portions were small, especially considering the high price. Not recommended!

I had dinner here yesterday on August 9th. The food was top. So was the service staff. Yesterday there were two Asian girls and they really did a great job. Szper friendly advice, fast service, they gave the customers great advice and had great teamwork. The girl at the checkout in particular stood out for me, she was always smiling and had a great charisma towards the customers :) . One thing struck me as very negative: After eating, I stayed seated for a while longer and while the girls were serving another customer, I heard a female voice coming from the back of the kitchen complaining that someone wasn't doing their job properly and should work better, then she said words like "Stop "Shut up", that absolutely doesn't belong here! You could see that the girls were visibly uncomfortable with everything being open and everyone being able to hear it. I don't know if this person was someone in a listening position but please shoot them out immediately, their behavior is absolutely disgusting and intolerable (I myself come from the catering industry and if one of my employees spoke to someone like that they would be fired immediately). is absolutely humiliating. If someone doesn't do a good job, you can say it sensibly and explain it again, but that's not possible, especially since you should be aware that everything is open there and you can hear every word

I recently had a disappointing experience at Dean & David that I would like to share. Cards with a QR code and the words “scan, order, enjoy” were placed on the restaurant’s tables. I used the QR code to place my order and assumed everything would go smoothly. To my surprise, after a few minutes, I learned that my order was automatically sent to another branch. When I contacted the staff to clarify the issue, I was told that I would have to contact the other restaurant myself and that they had nothing to do with it. This was particularly frustrating since we were using the QR code that the restaurant itself provided. However, during a subsequent phone call to the other restaurant, the employees there were very friendly and helpful. They helped us solve the problem quickly. It's disappointing that the branch we actually dined at couldn't provide better customer service. Overall, this was a very unsatisfying experience that could definitely be improved. I hope that in the future Dean & David will ensure that their QR codes work correctly and that staff are better trained to help resolve such issues.

As catastrophic as you want extra toppings, they understand everything wrong and don't give it either and are completely unfriendly, they say you're paying for the crying because of money, these people are so disrespectful and aggressive

Too much rice in the bowl, too little and too limp salad. The dressing was only on the rice and the salad was just dry

Anyone who pays attention to healthy eating and is looking for where to find it in Frankfurt and is looking for a very good price range of services will find what they are looking for here on my Zeil. Very rich menus. It's a shame that I didn't use this restaurant from the start. Something discovered too late. I've been here for a good 2 months for work. I've eaten here about 6 to 10 times. I've paid many times more elsewhere. The salads there were overpriced and not as fresh and tasty as they are here. I'm full. Top food, very friendly staff. Everything freshly prepared. I'll be back tomorrow.

The food tasted like heaven! Super fresh and delicious. The service was also really nice and there a good spots to sit. The only problem is that it’s quite loud around that area but I don’t think that’s a big deal as long as the food tastes like this. I can only recommend visiting.

I didn't enjoy the dining experience. The price is not justified in terms of taste. The carelessly prepared salad and wraps were nothing special. The staff was okay but not particularly motivated.

As always, dean&david serves a very delicious dishes with high quality ingredients. Dishes are also so nicely decorated.

Compared to other branches, not the best Dean and David. Falafel didn't taste fresh, nor did the rice. Banana bread had probably been there for a while. I know it differently from D&D. Despite the location, prices were the same as in my regular branch. The backdrop is very loud because of all the hustle and bustle in MyZeil. But I'm still glad that you can get a healthy alternative here. Service was ok.

Unfortunately I have to agree with the bad reviews. My lettuce was completely wilted. I also found the lettuce stalk in the bowl. Will avoid this store in the future.

I had the Tuscany salad. Unfortunately, the potatoes were ice cold and rock hard (almost raw), and the meat was also undercooked. The salad portion was very small, 30% of the contents were toasted bread cubes that went back. All in all, I wouldn't come again. Just under €13 was definitely too expensive. In return I expect a huge portion and perfectly fried, warm potato and chicken pieces.

Dean&David's franchise system is well thought out. The quality of the food is identical in the different stores. The two bowls tasted excellent.

We went to dinner for the first time today. 1. Unfortunately, when I ordered, I noticed that the employees weren't very helpful. As if you have to order here. “No, you don’t have to.” 2. The salad dressing without taste. Everything slapped together. Unfortunately, visually was without love. 3. When we were finished, we had to leave quickly. We were loudly called behind to put our dishes away. The manner was really outrageous. I'm really sorry. You do not do something like that. Still, all the best.

Leckere Bowls auch für Vegetarier und Veganer

Wir haben über die eigene app des Unternehmens zur Abholung bestellt, das Geld wurde auf meiner Kreditkarte vorgebucht. Danach (!) Abbruch. Ans telefon ging keiner. Also mussten wir doch hin gehen. Man hat abgestritten dass man überhaupt bestellen könne. Trotzdem steht diese Buchung auf meiner Kreditkarte. Jetzt muss ich also warten ob diese Buchung wirklich umgesetzt wird. Ich kann nur empfehlen hier einen Bogen zu machen

Meine Meinung nach etwas zu teuer, trotzdem wirklich zu empfehlen es ist sehr lecker. Bedienung wahr sehr freundlich.

Lecker aber etwas teuer meiner Meinung nach. Trotzdem wirklich zu empfehlen

Preise sind in Ordnung. Die vegane Auswahl fällt eher Schmal aus, weswegen wir uns einmal für den Falafel Salat und für die Bowl mit Falafeln entschieden haben. Tatsächlich waren die Falafeln aber das was uns am wenigsten geschmeckt haben, da diese sehr wässrig waren. An sich war sonst der Salat und besonders das Dressing super lecker! Die Bowl fanden wir im Vergleich schlechter.

Das Dean David im myzeil ist unfassbar lecker. Die Gerichte sind sehr sorgfältig mit verschiedenen Obst und Gemüsesorten verfeinert. Harmoniert extrem. Die Negativbewertungen sind sicherlich durch die Konkurrenten im gleichen Stockwerk verfasst. Lasst euch nicht täuschen. Hier macht ihr alles richtig.

Wir waren hier auf Durchreise und dachten uns, etwas Leckeres zu Essen. Leider nur 2 Sterne, wir hatten 2 Bowls im süßen Sparmenue (Wasser inkl. Brownie laut Ausschilderung +3,50 Euro) bestellt. Auf der Abrechnung wurde das Wasser und der Brownie aber höherpreisig berechnet. Als mir das auf dem Kassenbon auffiel, wurde nur von der Inhaberin mitgeteilt, dass sie nix für die Preise kann. Ich hatte darauf hingewiesen, dass aber mit dem Schild (+ 3,50 Euro) damit geworben wurde und ich auf den Preis bestehe. Dieses wurde weiterhin verneint und sie könne nix machen. Daraufhin habe ich das Wasser und Brownie zurück gegeben. Ich habe auf eine Kulanz seitens der Inhaberin gehofft. Daher -2 Sterne Kundenservice und -1 Stern Werbung unter falschen Voraussetzungen. Die beiden Bowl‘s waren lecker.

Sehr frisches leckeres Essen und Trinken. Kann ich echt weiterempfehlen. Auch die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.

Schöner Ort, sieht gut aus. Genau wie ein guter Platz in der Mitte. Das Essen ist nicht sehr gut. Die Mango war noch grün, die Avocado war nicht geschnitten und sehr hart, das versprochene knusprige Hähnchen knirschte nicht. Nur um Ihren Appetit zu stillen, ja, um zu genießen, nein. Obwohl sieht es echt gut aus.

Super leckere Salate & Bowls, netter & schneller Service. Atmosphäre ist ganz ok, ist gut zum schnellen Essen, lädt aber nicht zum Verweilen ein, ist ja auch nicht das Konzept 😁. Faire Preise für superfrische Ware!

Sehr leckere bowls, essen wird zügig zubereitet. Preise sind etwas sehr hoch aber der Ladenmiete wahrscheinlich gerechnet. Update 27.01.23 Nehme meine Bewertung zurück. Wenn man schon um 19:15uhr kein Bock mehr hat Bestellungen aufzunehmen, sollte man vielleicht auch die Öffnungszeiten dementsprechend anpassen oder es auf der Website bekanntgeben, dass man vor dieser Uhrzeit erscheinen muss. Es kann nicht sein, dass man bis 20uhr geöffnet hat aber dann keine Lust mehr hat Bestellungen aufzunehmen, obwohl man sowieso nur dumm hinter dem Tresen steht. Uns hat an diesem Tag auch die Bowl bei Chipotle geschmeckt.

Pleasantly surprised how good the food is here. The ingredients are fresh, tasty seasoned, nice combined and what‘s also important for city people - very quick served to the table. Rice was perfectly cooked. The desserts were so delicious that we enjoyed without picturing. Never ate such a tasty brownie. Fair prices. Cards accepted. Perfect place for quick lunch.

Está bien... No me gustó nada el servicio y la atención. Pesima y grosera. Habia 2 camareras solas atendiendo pedidos y cocinando. No daban abasto. Cola larga y cuando te atienden, con mucha prisa y cortante. Es una pena por qué el concepto de restaurante es bonito. El lugar es feo. Pequeño, muy juntas las mesas y algo sucio. Precios bien con opciones saludables. Porciones abundantes y la comida bien. No hay baño... Falta personal. Podría volver pero si me dan la opción voy a otro lado.

Die Bowls, Salate und Sandwiches sind wirklich sehr lecker und die Dressings gut auf das jeweilige Gericht abgestimmt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Einen Stern Abzug gebe ich, weil auf unserem Tisch noch das alte Geschirr vom vorherigen Gast stand und wir dieses selbst abräumen mussten. Etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit wäre hier schön gewesen.

Leider sind die Öffnungszeiten ein wenig variabel. Letzten Samstag erst nach 11:30 Uhr. Am heutigen Samstag hieß es um 11:40 Uhr es dauert noch 30 min. Bin heute ohne Bowl nach Hause. Wenn es geöffnet ist, ist alles immer sehr lecker.

Wer gesunde und frische Gerichte möchte ist hier an der richtigen Adresse. Im Vergleich zu vielen Mitbewerbern auf dem Markt stimmt hier das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Billig ist es nicht, dafür aber frisch und lecker. Das hier eingesetzte Personal könnte noch ein wenig freundlicher sein - dann wären es volle 5 Sterne. Vielen Dank … Ich komme wieder.

Ich hatte ein veganes Gericht. Salat mit Falaffel, roter Beete und Süßkartoffeln. Mein Freund den mit Hähnchen. War sehr lecker. Allerdings hätte ich gerne was mit der veganen Hähnchenalternative gehabt. Da wurde mir gesagt, dass es das nicht als veganes Gericht gibt. Also man könne nur das normale Hähnchen austauschen, aber dann ist die Soße nicht vegan und Käse ist dabei. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass ihre Mitarbeiterin dann etwas flexibel mitgedacht hätte. Solche Salate vegan zu machen ist ja heute keine Kunst mehr. Mein Salat hatte ja auch eine vegane Soße. Trotzdem 4 Sterne, weil es sehr, sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Kommen gerne wieder. 🤗

Delicious & Healthy Vegan choices! I enjoyed the falafel wrap, sweet potato sandwich,(warmed up) and the vegan apple cake for desert.
