Schlechtes Essen und schlechter Service. Der Salat als Hauptgericht bestand nur aus Kopfsalat, drei Kirschtomaten und etwas Karotte, also 1/3 des Tellers. Bedienung: 3 Wartezeiten – für die Speisekarte, für ein Gericht und für die Rechnung. Alles in allem – das Lokal ist den Preis nicht wert, nicht einmal die Hälfte!

The steak tartare is fantastic; we always enjoy eating there, especially with friends. The service is also excellent, and the ambiance is captivating in every season – one of the most beautiful locations in Frankfurt.

I ordered an avocado bowl and a chicken bowl. The avocado bowl only had half an avocado in it, and the chicken bowl barely had any chicken. It was crammed full of seeds and greens. As a customer, I feel really ripped off, especially considering the prices.

Nett eingerichtet, aber leider sehr kalt dort. Ich bestellte eine Käseplatte, die erst am Tisch ausgepackt wurde (es war noch die Folie drüber). Die Auswahl war nichts besonderes: zwei Weichkäse günstigerer Art, drei Hartkäse und eine Käsesauce sowie drei Weintrauben. Als ich den Kellner zum Schluss fragte, wozu denn dort Butter sei, sagte er: das hätten sie (das Brot) extra bestellen müssen, wenn sie dies gewollt hätten. Das habe ich so noch nie gehabt: man erhält das auf der Speisekarte ausgewiese Produkt nur dann komplett, wenn man es extra dazu sagt ? Also: ja, ich möchte wirklich alles haben, was auf der Speisekarte steht. Was man alles erleben kann.

Absolutely incompetent service. We waited in line for over 20 minutes to order drinks, and then after 20 minutes they told us the bar was closed. Absolutely outrageous and incompetent.
