I went out to eat today and ordered a chicken schnitzel, my worst schnitzel so far. The sweet potatoes were good, but that's the case with every restaurant. Instead of spending money on robots, they should spend on better chefs. Not recommended Especially there are so many better places than Big Chefs

Disappointing breakfast experience - Never again! Unfortunately, our breakfast for 32.50 euros for two people was a big disappointment. The menu stated that breakfast was for two people, but what we received was simply inadequate. A single croissant and a single pretzel for two people, that's really ridiculous. In addition, there was only tea, neither coffee nor juice was included. I definitely expected more for the price. It's not value for money here at all and we definitely won't be coming back.

Been to Big Chefs for the first time and everything was great. The food was tasty, the staff were friendly and there was a nice atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this restaurant, it was worth having breakfast there.

The place is a 10 out of ten 👌🏻 We went for breakfast. The presentation was very good, but the breakfast was below par, unfortunately, it was not worth the price we paid. There were two kinds of appetizers and their taste was unsuccessful. The jams were store bought and the chocolate was of poor quality. At least it could have been Turkish cheese. My daughter loved the robot service. I will never go again for breakfast. I haven't tried their food, but I might go back for a coffee.

I simply want to eat here again. I ordered a salad and it was divine. Wonderful service. I highly recommend it.

I had dinner with a friend at this restaurant around 8:30 p.m. We ordered food around 8:45 p.m. I chose the “feta in a clay pot”. This should be gratinated and served with flatbread. Finally, the feta cheese was neither gratinated nor was it flatbread. (see picture) I told the service person that these are simply hamburger rolls. He then said that the ovens would be closed at 9 p.m. When I told him that this had to be communicated in advance, he didn't seem particularly interested. I hadn't eaten the rolls. While I was collecting I asked indirectly if some of the food could be taken off the bill, to which he said "no, that's what you ordered." - but definitely not burger buns and I didn't eat them either. I find it very unfortunate.

We came here for the Big Burger. But the restaurant decided to change the recipe. They left out the sauce, put in a schnitzel from the underpass and everything is so dry that you want to dip it in the water. For the same price. Very disappointed with these changes.

Big Chefs😂Probably more of a big disappointment...Unfortunately you have to give one star, 0 would be more appropriate. The table was as clean as the train station floor. The “Big Big BBQ” burger for 20€ honestly consisted of a patty that obviously came from the supermarket and a burger bun that tasted like it was from last year’s summer season. In addition, during the meal you were constantly harassed by the serving robots who shouted at you. My companion's salad didn't look really appealing either, but I can't say much about the taste and I didn't even dare try it. All in all, the first and last time here. I can't recommend this restaurant to anyone👎

Very tasty breakfast for two. And our food was brought by the cute service robot. We are good eaters and yet we didn't get everything done.

My son and I decided to eat a delicious burger at Big Chefs. Sounded good BBQ - Chadder burger with fries for around 18 euros and a margarita pizza around 10 euros. TERRIBLE IS NOT AN EXPRESSION! The food came after 5 minutes. The burger for 18 euros wasn't even worth 5 euros. None of it was homemade, no lettuce, cucumber, tomato etc. I let the burger go back after the 1st bite. The answer... Yes, that's how it is with us! Not even tried to offer us anything else and of course everything was deducted down to the last cent. Absolutely not recommended. It's a shame because it's a really nice shop.

Ein schönes Erlebnis, das wir zu zweit haben durften. Wir haben uns ein leckeres türkisches Frühstück gegönnt. Es war echt alles dabei! Erst dachten wir, dass es zu wenig Brot wäre, aber im Grunde hat es ausgereicht (, wobei ein Croissant mehr auch nicht geschadet hätte). Der Preis ist recht hoch, aber es ist nun mal mitten in Frankfurt … 😁

We were there twice: the first time we had lunch menus (hamburgers) and they were good! However, the second time was a disaster: this time we had bowls that were tasteless and the accompanying sweet potatoes were inedible.

I ordered a mojito, but got something else because the barmaid didn't have lime or sugar. My colleague ordered iced tea but got orange juice 😄.

I had the experience on Monday when I ordered an omelette and tea for breakfast. The omelette was nothing special, it was okay, however the black tea was served cold.

Very nice drinks and nice ambience, although it is expected that you order with your cell phone. Unfortunately, this didn't work for me... I then ordered on my companion's cell phone.

We were there with the company at lunchtime today, but 9 people had made special reservations. Conclusion: highly exorbitant prices for average food at best. McDonald's effect, the photos in the card are better than reality. The male service staff were sometimes more than unfriendly and incompetent. Never again

Very unfriendly and slow service, who first took the order incorrectly and then didn't even own up to their own mistake. Instead you are insulted and asked to just eat it, that's not possible!!! That was my first and definitely last visit to Big Chiefs. Feel free to thank the fully tattooed self-promoter, who, by the way, carries his wallet in the back between his pants and boxer shorts, it sucks!

We visited twice on the weekend and holiday during rush hours and the restaurant manages every detail at its best! Thanks to great communication and friendliness from the staff and management the atmosphere is great. We were happy to use the digital amenities and what’s most important- all our meals were delicious. We recommend grilled beef tenderloin :)

Unfortunately the mezze were already sold out and the manti too, I would have been looking forward to it. There are no toilets, the only ones on the floor cost money! Big minus point.

Das Big Chiefs ist eine wunderschöne Location in der MyZeil. Die Location ist sehr gut geeignet für Familien mit Kindern, da in der Ebene die Kinder nach dem Essen rumtollen können. Zum Essen kann ich nur sagen, dass als der Laden eröffnet hat, das Essen, der Service vielfach besser war, als es heute ist. Der Service ist teilweise überfordert. Bestellte Getränke kommen viel zu spät. Bestellte Speisen sind teilweise unvollständig. Die Qualität der Speisen ist nicht den Preis wert, der verlangt wird. Der Kellner war allerdings sehr nett, wie gesagt überfordert, da er mehrere Tische bedienen musste.

There is far too much vinegar in the bowl, which makes it too salty because the salt wasn't skimped on. The service is not good, it is done by robots, you are not even asked if you like it. But the view is great, you can look at the Zeil from above. I won't come again as they pay more attention to quantity than quality.

A very good and nice restaurant. Highly recommended. I can't say that we only had breakfast, what dinner etc. is like, but if you want a good and pleasant breakfast, it's recommended. There were three of us. Staff also very friendly.

After a long time we went to Big Chefs for breakfast and it was good. Yesterday we ordered 3 cocktails, the waiter who came to our table was unfriendly and rude and smelled terribly of sweat. The drinks cost 11 euros each and only tasted like ice and water, we didn't feel well and good services look different, it's a shame we won't be visiting the restaurant again.

Incredibly beautiful evening!!! The food at BigChefs is always fresh and delicious and the ambience is simply perfect for a lively evening with family, friends or even - as in our case: a “simulation game” organization. Everyone was amazed by the waiters' ability to serve 100 meals at once *without much trouble*! Kind regards also go to the restaurant boss Serhart, who really runs the shop with a lot of love and sensitivity.

The restaurant has nothing to do with classic Turkish cuisine. There are only simple dishes that fill you up and are prepared in a modern way (pizza, burgers, fries, pide, schnitzel, etc.). We had 3 main courses, all 3 tasted bad, were too salty and way too fatty. The only tasty thing on the table were the dips. The worst food offer I've ever had in Frankfurt. And the worst "Turkish" food I've ever had. Prices rather high. It's cheaper (and tastier!) in regular Turkish restaurants. Employees are not qualified. Young girls who don't have much experience. No idea about the dishes and how customers are treated. But the location is actually quite good.

Went there for lunch today. Very attractive from the outside and the inside and definitely modern. The food was okay, but the chicken we ordered was not tender, but rather hard, fried for too long and already slightly cold, as were the fries. In addition, the table wasn't really wiped down properly. Although three waiters, some with empty hands, While we were always running back and forth, no one really wanted to serve us and we were “pushed” from one waiter to the next. We had to wait a relatively long time for a waiter and for the food in general. What was disruptive were the robots, which almost ran over each other with the words: “Your order is on the way, MEOW”. Couldn't we have done without this meaningless "meow"?! The pillowcases of the cushions on the bench seats had not seen the inside of a washing machine in a long time and were covered in stains (at least where we sat). All in all, recommended, as long as you can overlook these things, it was just my personal experience. LG

We were here for breakfast on Friday morning, the waiter was very unfriendly and arrogant. What we also didn't like was that the floor in the winter garden was so sticky and the seats were all stained, it was disgusting to sit on them. Lots of vegetables, not rice It was accompanied by couscous. It was delicious, but It was too much for Japanese people. The meat dishes looked delicious too!

Delicious food. But employees are rude and won't let 3 people sit on a bench because I quote: "You can't sit 3 on the bench, it will break." Other options like putting a chair or moving the table were also not possible. I would think again about whether this is how you treat your customers, because this store just lost 6. Perfect store for body shaming.

Was there this evening and was very annoyed about the food. Friendly service, but unfortunately very slow. Had a bowl of salmon, the salmon was very tiny, ridiculous for the price at €22. Lots of onions, lots of unseasoned quinoa, everything else was very manageable. My wife's dish as well, large goat's cheese salad for €18, goat's cheese in a minimalistic small size. I just don't understand why you have to be so stingy and stingy. Unfortunately, that's how much the tip for the service is. A pity. We will never go to Big Chefs again.

Today I was looking for something quick to eat and found it here. The store almost ran out of steam, but after a short wait, we were very kindly assigned a seat. Right by the window, with a view of the Zeil and the Tower Mainhattens. Very cool. The friendly service continued at the table, the order was placed and we didn't wait too long. I didn't see the children's portion on the menu, but when we asked, it was very nicely explained to us what was available. The woman had the chicken skewer with bulgur she liked, I had the steaky burger or something like that, absolutely ok, but the taste still had a bit of room for improvement, the child had the noodles, not very hot (perhaps that's what he wanted?!) and quite weak in taste . Plus homemade lemonade and iced tea, very tasty. All in all it came to around €60, which I think is still reasonable.

It was our first time in this restaurant, which I had often noticed in a positive way. We ordered 2 cocktails and a pizza. When the moving robot finally brought the drinks, there was still a large puddle of my delicious drink on it under my "Classic Margarita" (it may not be a good idea to let the machine transport the drinks). The waitress noticed the accident and served the other drink and took my margarita away, which is why I initially thought they would either fix it up or make it new, since a significant part of the contents had left the glass. I was all the more surprised when the waitress came back with the same glass (probably just a little dry) and served it to me. When I asked if the drink could be re-prepared for me (if I could simply save it in a new glass and refill what was lost), the waitress replied that this was already the new drink. I pointed out that the salt rim on the glass had been washed away in public and that some had been spilled. The waitress then disappeared again briefly and I was given the same glass back, which now looked as if a little more salt had simply been attached to the outer rim, the contents unchanged. I finally accepted the drink and was too stupid to continue trying to make it clear to the waitress that I felt like I was really being taken for a ride. The drink itself was the main reason why we chose this location and it tasted good, but the preparation, serving and service are just part of it. It was the first and last time for me in this restaurant. Ruined my mood for the evening.

Today I was in this store and I have to honestly say that I will never go there again. It is unacceptable that they offer food but do not provide toilets for guests. When I pointed this out to the waiter, he became arrogant and aggressive, even though I spoke to him in German. He even asked me if I spoke German or English. Rude employees like this don't make a store successful for long. The word “nice” seems foreign to her. Even if guests are unhappy, it is important to be polite. I'm sorry but that was my first and last experience in this store.

Nice waiters, nice restaurant, but the food wasn't worth the high price. The piece of meat was 7 cm long and dry and cold. The salad was spoiled. The rice wasn't cooked through. Drink way too much sweet. There were also four small children running around our table and screaming.

Service very nice. Cesar salad cost €15 and for that I ONLY got iceberg lettuce and some bread. You had to pay an extra €5 for chicken strips and you got quite a bit. In the end I wasn't full. Restaurant does not have its own toilet.

I have been to this restaurant three times in the last 1 year. The service seems to be decreasing constantly. The restaurant is at a perfect location right in the middle of city with roof top views. The ambience and vibe at least in some parts of the restaurant is also nice. Some of the dishes are also good especially the mezze platter. However we seem to be observing constant decline in service and quality. They introduced the robots to serve food but that doesnt help at all. The staff seems to be in constant stress and doesnt pay much attention. With the platter, if they run out of their traditional bread then without any notificaiton, they just serve the standard "brötchen". I am not sure we would like to repeat now.

We felt extremely comfortable here last night (around 9 p.m.). The waitresses were particularly friendly. They lovingly looked after our children (5 and 9 years old) and even spent time with them. As we left the restaurant, a waitress personally said goodbye to our children. Our daughter (5) loved the waitresses and even made a necklace for her this morning and picked flowers in the garden. She definitely wants to visit you again and give a gift to the young lady she calls “my new friend”. Unfortunately we live 100 km away from the restaurant. We hope we have the opportunity to visit the restaurant soon.

The employee was very unfriendly and said that everything was fully booked today because I was with children, I think so. I called and spoke to Ms. Sofi about reserving a table and she suddenly reserved it at the same time! strange if the children are not welcome please write on it instead of pushing it away shocked! hope manager responds about this
