Been here for the second time and everything was always great! Very tasty and the service was always very friendly.

Of course, there are not as many varieties as in Turkey. But a familiar place makes people happy. It is located on the top floor of MyZeil Shopping Mall. Mr. Serhat took care of us. Thank you for your suggestions and guidance. If you don't want to just come here and visit the mall, there is an escalator that goes directly to the food court...

Had the burger, meat was poor quality, tasted like the sole of a shoe

The packet of extremely expensive tea. Instead of 50 TL, 1 tea is 58 TL, the prices are not satisfactory at all.

I have come here several times in the past and was very satisfied, but I was here again today and was shocked. The menu has changed and the portion of the pide is questionable. I really liked it here before some things changed here.

Very long wait for lukewarm food

As a regular guest of this restaurant I got Worst Service, team leader has a worst attitude and doesn’t know how to talk with a guest I had a table reservation but I didn’t received my place just a random place far from everything and no one accepting that I talked with like I just talked to air. I don’t advice anyone to do reservations by call they don’t take care of it for you and they just reject you for all. Worst service at all,

Unfortunately it took a very long time even though there was nothing much going on, the food was delicious but very little and very expensive... Over €40 for a burger with fries, chicken breast in sauce and 2 ayran..

We could spend more than 2 hours in the restaurant getting excited about everything. Our order would only be taken after about 30 minutes, then only after about 45 minutes would the drinks arrive incomplete. We had to get up several times and look for the waitress. There was no cutlery, we were never asked if we needed sauces for the meal, we had to get them ourselves. The operator dropped a drink on the table, the table was just dried and the drink would not be replaced. The food was lukewarm. It was very bad... we thought we were in the wrong movie.

Nothing was right from start to finish

Unfortunately my visit to BigChefs was very disappointing. The food was tasteless and obviously not fresh. The portions were small, but the price was exorbitantly high. The service also left a lot to be desired - long waiting times and unfriendly staff. All in all, I definitely won't be coming back.

The visit itself was positive, except that the music was much too loud, staff were asked about it and they were ignored! Very sad so no tip Drinks were delicious! View very nice. Ps: Tips are only for service, The robot urgently needs to be cleaned. There is dirt everywhere A toilet in the store would be desirable if you leave money there.

An upscale restaurant located on Zein Street in the Zein Mall that serves a variety of dishes. I ordered grilled salmon with freekeh with avocado and red beets with vegetables as shown in the picture. It was very, very delicious and one of the restaurants that I will bring my friend Amouri to. All I can say is that I recommend it. With this restaurant, God willing, I will visit it again soon. The prices are reasonable, the location is beautiful, and the staff are wonderful.

Is only recommended! Great breakfast in the middle of Frankfurt like in Turkey. Everything was fresh and warm. We felt really comfortable. The service was also very accommodating. A highlight was of course the robot.

Delicious food, kind staff and comfortable atmosphere

I went there to eat with my sister because we liked the impression of the restaurant. When we arrived we were asked by a very nice man what we would like to order. Our food and drink was brought by a robot. The food was great and the service was perfect. The view was also great. Would recommend everyone to eat there. Great restaurant!

Unfortunately our visit to this restaurant was a disappointment. I had dinner there with my girlfriend, but the food arrived cold the first time. We sent it back and requested new food as we didn't want to eat it cold. Unfortunately it wasn't any better the second time - half of my meat was raw. On top of that, we waited a long time for our food the first time we tried it, and then it arrived cold! The fries weren't cooked well either, they were soft and floppy. All in all, unfortunately not a good experience.

Personally, I didn't find the food that great, it's okay but nothing special. I also think it's a shame that there isn't really a sweet breakfast other than croissants with honey

The breakfast portions are very small but the price is very high. You could also dust off all the odds and ends and clear the trash (bottles with mold) from the decorative shelves. It's disgusting when you sit right there.

The food is a bit bland, but the ambience is amazing. A good place to sit in the sun, all comfy with cushions and all, and watch aeroplanes fly by.

Tried a pide at lunchtime as well as breakfast on the weekend (review primarily refers to breakfast). Staff was friendly, atmosphere is relaxed and food is good. If you fancy an oriental breakfast, you should come here.

I don't know how the food will be because the treatment we received on August 5 when asking (in English) if there were gluten free options was so haughty, that I don't remember treatment like that in a restaurant. I don't recommend it.

I've never experienced anything like this! The tables and cutlery were partly dirty. We ordered burgers which, according to the menu, were supposed to come with tomatoes and onions. They were just flabby burger rolls with bad frozen patties and BBQ sauce. For the price, this is just a disgrace. There is also no guest toilet. You have to use the public one on the other side of the layer.

I ordered a dish from the lunch menu. The chicken burger was cold and soaked in mayonnaise. The fries were old and it was really a bit stale. The service was super nice!

So I've been there twice now. I ordered Sinop Manti once and it was very tasty. The second time I ordered çıtır mantı and tantuni pizza, both were also very tasty 👍 the service is okay... but as I said, the food is always delicious.

I went out to eat today and ordered a chicken schnitzel, my worst schnitzel so far. The sweet potatoes were good, but that's the case with every restaurant. Instead of spending money on robots, they should spend on better chefs. Not recommended Especially there are so many better places than Big Chefs

Disappointing breakfast experience - Never again! Unfortunately, our breakfast for 32.50 euros for two people was a big disappointment. The menu stated that breakfast was for two people, but what we received was simply inadequate. A single croissant and a single pretzel for two people, that's really ridiculous. In addition, there was only tea, neither coffee nor juice was included. I definitely expected more for the price. It's not value for money here at all and we definitely won't be coming back.

The place is a 10 out of ten 👌🏻 We went for breakfast. The presentation was very good, but the breakfast was below par, unfortunately, it was not worth the price we paid. There were two kinds of appetizers and their taste was unsuccessful. The jams were store bought and the chocolate was of poor quality. At least it could have been Turkish cheese. My daughter loved the robot service. I will never go again for breakfast. I haven't tried their food, but I might go back for a coffee.

I simply want to eat here again. I ordered a salad and it was divine. Wonderful service. I highly recommend it.

I had dinner with a friend at this restaurant around 8:30 p.m. We ordered food around 8:45 p.m. I chose the “feta in a clay pot”. This should be gratinated and served with flatbread. Finally, the feta cheese was neither gratinated nor was it flatbread. (see picture) I told the service person that these are simply hamburger rolls. He then said that the ovens would be closed at 9 p.m. When I told him that this had to be communicated in advance, he didn't seem particularly interested. I hadn't eaten the rolls. While I was collecting I asked indirectly if some of the food could be taken off the bill, to which he said "no, that's what you ordered." - but definitely not burger buns and I didn't eat them either. I find it very unfortunate.

We came here for the Big Burger. But the restaurant decided to change the recipe. They left out the sauce, put in a schnitzel from the underpass and everything is so dry that you want to dip it in the water. For the same price. Very disappointed with these changes.

Big Chefs😂Probably more of a big disappointment...Unfortunately you have to give one star, 0 would be more appropriate. The table was as clean as the train station floor. The “Big Big BBQ” burger for 20€ honestly consisted of a patty that obviously came from the supermarket and a burger bun that tasted like it was from last year’s summer season. In addition, during the meal you were constantly harassed by the serving robots who shouted at you. My companion's salad didn't look really appealing either, but I can't say much about the taste and I didn't even dare try it. All in all, the first and last time here. I can't recommend this restaurant to anyone👎

My son and I decided to eat a delicious burger at Big Chefs. Sounded good BBQ - Chadder burger with fries for around 18 euros and a margarita pizza around 10 euros. TERRIBLE IS NOT AN EXPRESSION! The food came after 5 minutes. The burger for 18 euros wasn't even worth 5 euros. None of it was homemade, no lettuce, cucumber, tomato etc. I let the burger go back after the 1st bite. The answer... Yes, that's how it is with us! Not even tried to offer us anything else and of course everything was deducted down to the last cent. Absolutely not recommended. It's a shame because it's a really nice shop.

Erst dachten wir, dass es zu wenig Brot wäre, aber im Grunde hat es ausgereicht (, wobei ein Croissant mehr auch nicht geschadet hätte). Der Preis ist recht hoch, aber es ist nun mal mitten in Frankfurt … 😁

I ordered a mojito, but got something else because the barmaid didn't have lime or sugar. My colleague ordered iced tea but got orange juice 😄.

A nice, decent and clean restaurant with a nice atmosphere. The employees are caring and friendly. My son loved the robot waiters. The food is also very delicious. We left satisfied.

I had the experience on Monday when I ordered an omelette and tea for breakfast. The omelette was nothing special, it was okay, however the black tea was served cold.

We ended up here on the recommendation of a friend, and despite the short queue at the entrance we quickly got a seat. You can order from waiters or simply online yourself using a QR code. Drinks are very tasty! Clearly recommended

Very nice drinks and nice ambience, although it is expected that you order with your cell phone. Unfortunately, this didn't work for me... I then ordered on my companion's cell phone.

We were there with the company at lunchtime today, but 9 people had made special reservations. Conclusion: highly exorbitant prices for average food at best. McDonald's effect, the photos in the card are better than reality. The male service staff were sometimes more than unfriendly and incompetent. Never again

Nice service and good food. Not a star restaurant, but really not bad. Something for everyone and great drinks. The view is ok.

Very unfriendly and slow service, who first took the order incorrectly and then didn't even own up to their own mistake. Instead you are insulted and asked to just eat it, that's not possible!!! That was my first and definitely last visit to Big Chiefs. Feel free to thank the fully tattooed self-promoter, who, by the way, carries his wallet in the back between his pants and boxer shorts, it sucks!

The service was ok but the food was way overpriced for the quality/quantity. All in all it's sufficient but it doesn't have to be again.

We visited twice on the weekend and holiday during rush hours and the restaurant manages every detail at its best! Thanks to great communication and friendliness from the staff and management the atmosphere is great. We were happy to use the digital amenities and what’s most important- all our meals were delicious. We recommend grilled beef tenderloin :)

Unfortunately the mezze were already sold out and the manti too, I would have been looking forward to it. There are no toilets, the only ones on the floor cost money! Big minus point.

Das Big Chiefs ist eine wunderschöne Location in der MyZeil. Die Location ist sehr gut geeignet für Familien mit Kindern, da in der Ebene die Kinder nach dem Essen rumtollen können. Zum Essen kann ich nur sagen, dass als der Laden eröffnet hat, das Essen, der Service vielfach besser war, als es heute ist. Der Service ist teilweise überfordert. Bestellte Getränke kommen viel zu spät. Bestellte Speisen sind teilweise unvollständig. Die Qualität der Speisen ist nicht den Preis wert, der verlangt wird. Der Kellner war allerdings sehr nett, wie gesagt überfordert, da er mehrere Tische bedienen musste.

There is far too much vinegar in the bowl, which makes it too salty because the salt wasn't skimped on. The service is not good, it is done by robots, you are not even asked if you like it. But the view is great, you can look at the Zeil from above. I won't come again as they pay more attention to quantity than quality.

Just wanted a drink/coffee. We had a table by the window with great view. Table though a bit dirty. Drinks were really nice and tasty. Would love to visit to try the food as well.

A very good and nice restaurant. Highly recommended. I can't say that we only had breakfast, what dinner etc. is like, but if you want a good and pleasant breakfast, it's recommended. There were three of us. Staff also very friendly.

After a long time we went to Big Chefs for breakfast and it was good. Yesterday we ordered 3 cocktails, the waiter who came to our table was unfriendly and rude and smelled terribly of sweat. The drinks cost 11 euros each and only tasted like ice and water, we didn't feel well and good services look different, it's a shame we won't be visiting the restaurant again.

Incredibly beautiful evening!!! The food at BigChefs is always fresh and delicious and the ambience is simply perfect for a lively evening with family, friends or even - as in our case: a “simulation game” organization. Everyone was amazed by the waiters' ability to serve 100 meals at once *without much trouble*! Kind regards also go to the restaurant boss Serhart, who really runs the shop with a lot of love and sensitivity.

Unfortunately bad service, bad breakfast. Bowl was watery and melted, there was cardboard in our Simit, Menemen was also watery. “More appearance than reality” suits this restaurant chain.

The restaurant has nothing to do with classic Turkish cuisine. There are only simple dishes that fill you up and are prepared in a modern way (pizza, burgers, fries, pide, schnitzel, etc.). We had 3 main courses, all 3 tasted bad, were too salty and way too fatty. The only tasty thing on the table were the dips. The worst food offer I've ever had in Frankfurt. And the worst "Turkish" food I've ever had. Prices rather high. It's cheaper (and tastier!) in regular Turkish restaurants. Employees are not qualified. Young girls who don't have much experience. No idea about the dishes and how customers are treated. But the location is actually quite good.

Overpriced, food nothing special. Had a burger, meat was way too dry. Ketchup and mayonnaise were placed on the table in bottles. Given the prices, I expect more.

Went there for lunch today. Very attractive from the outside and the inside and definitely modern. The food was okay, but the chicken we ordered was not tender, but rather hard, fried for too long and already slightly cold, as were the fries. In addition, the table wasn't really wiped down properly. Although three waiters, some with empty hands, While we were always running back and forth, no one really wanted to serve us and we were “pushed” from one waiter to the next. We had to wait a relatively long time for a waiter and for the food in general. What was disruptive were the robots, which almost ran over each other with the words: “Your order is on the way, MEOW”. Couldn't we have done without this meaningless "meow"?! The pillowcases of the cushions on the bench seats had not seen the inside of a washing machine in a long time and were covered in stains (at least where we sat). All in all, recommended, as long as you can overlook these things, it was just my personal experience. LG

We were here for breakfast on Friday morning, the waiter was very unfriendly and arrogant. What we also didn't like was that the floor in the winter garden was so sticky and the seats were all stained, it was disgusting to sit on them. We know Big Chefs from Turkey and it cannot be compared with this restaurant. We were very disappointed and will not visit again.
