It was better long time ago…..unfortunately they probably understaffed or undertrained. Food is not bad at all but less oke star because of the cost. At the end the waiter made amends by forgoing coffee for us which we waited ages for. Nice gesture…

A rip-off. The hotel is very expensive because they raise their prices when there's a fair at Messe. I can understand that because of the law of supply and demand. But you go to the restaurant and the waiter tells you at 9 pm that the kitchen is closed for 15 minutes and that at that moment he will ask for your order and it will take another 15 or 20 minutes, even if it's a salad. Burgers can't be ordered rare because the meat is frozen. I asked if the Caesar salad dressing has cream (it shouldn't) and they tell me of course it's from a jar... we've been there for 10 minutes. I ask for bread and they tell me it's going to take a while too. That there are only 2 people in the kitchen, that there are 30 customers, and that there are no other cooks because nobody wants to work there. I work in the hospitality industry, and I think these answers and management methods are some of the worst I've ever experienced. I hope that at some point they give me something to eat... and even though people only order burgers, it doesn't mean it's a place with great preparations. I ask for a complaint form and they tell me that it doesn't exist.

Attractive restaurant, however the service was barely acceptable due to staff shortages.

The NFL game was certainly busy. The staff certainly made an effort. But the food wasn't well prepared. Some of the pizza was cold and far too soft. I wouldn't recommend it.

There was no longer any kitchen until 10 p.m., but everywhere it says until 11 p.m. And room service until 11:30 p.m

Das Essen ist hervorragend, Die Weinempfehlung hat perfekt zum Essen gepasst. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön und man sitze dort wirklich gemütlich. Der Kellner wirkte ein bisschen, als hätte er einen schlechten Tag gehabt.

Das angebotene Menü war ausgewogen und geschmacklich gut. Hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Servicepersonal.

Revisamos el menú y decidimos quedarnos. Buena comida, buen servicio, un poco caro, especialmente la botella de agua 9. 5 euros. Me encantó mi ensalada y mi sopa, ¿pero solo encontré un poco de salmón en la sopa? Pan fresco con gran selección de aceites de oliva gourmet.
