It was better long time ago…..unfortunately they probably understaffed or undertrained. Food is not bad at all but less oke star because of the cost. At the end the waiter made amends by forgoing coffee for us which we waited ages for. Nice gesture…

A scam. The hotel is very expensive because it raises prices when there is a fair in the mess, I can understand that because of the law of supply and demand, but you go to the restaurant and the waiter tells you at 9pm that the kitchen is now closed for 15 minutes and that at that moment he will ask for your order and it takes 15 or 20 minutes longer even if it is a salad. The burgers cannot be ordered rare because the meat is frozen. The Caesar salad dressing asked if it has cream in it (it shouldn't) and he told me that of course it's from a jar.... We've been there for 10 minutes, I ask for bread and they tell me that it's also going to take a while. There are only 2 in the kitchen, there are 30 clients and there are no more cooks because no one wants to work there. I am dedicated to the hospitality industry and it seems to me that these responses and management methods are among the worst I have ever experienced. I hope that at some point they give me something to eat..... and the fact that people only order hamburgers does not mean that it is a place with great preparations. I ask for a claim form and they tell me that this does not exist.

Attractive restaurant, but the service was hardly acceptable due to a lack of staff

Certainly a lot to do with the NFL game. The efforts of the employees cannot be denied. But the dishes were not well prepared. The pizza was partly cold and way too soft. No recommendation.

Das Essen ist hervorragend, Die Weinempfehlung hat perfekt zum Essen gepasst. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön und man sitze dort wirklich gemütlich. Der Kellner wirkte ein bisschen, als hätte er einen schlechten Tag gehabt.

Das angebotene Menü war ausgewogen und geschmacklich gut. Hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Servicepersonal.

Revisamos el menú y decidimos quedarnos. Buena comida, buen servicio, un poco caro, especialmente la botella de agua 9. 5 euros. Me encantó mi ensalada y mi sopa, ¿pero solo encontré un poco de salmón en la sopa? Pan fresco con gran selección de aceites de oliva gourmet.
