Waited over half an hour for two warm drinks, was repeatedly put off, and in the end got up without drinking anything... bad!

Friendly service, good selection, not expensive

Food was delicious, no long waiting times, toilet well, otherwise good atmosphere.

Ich habe Pasta mit Bolognesesoße bestellt. Was dann gekommen ist, hatte hiermit leider gar nichts zu tun - in Öl triefende Penne mit etwas Hackfleisch. Der Tellerboden war von ca. 1,5 cm Öl bedeckt, in dem das Hackfleisch schwamm. Die Folge des ganzen Öls waren Durchfall, Erbrachen und starke Bauchkämpfe in der Nacht. Ich habe mich wirklich gefragt, ob der Koch überhaupt jemals selber Bolognesesoße gegessen hat - anders kann ich mir diese Ölkreation nicht erklären. Mit knapp 15€ waren die Pasta zudem stark überteuert - ebenso das Wasser (0,75 l knapp 6€). Ich kann nur dringlichst von diesem Vapiano abraten - geht für das Geld lieber zum richtigen Italiener und genießt korrekt zubereitete Speisen.

Wir haben uns als Familie spontan am Flughafen beim Alex zum Abendessen getroffen. Es waren ca. 10 Tische besetzt und war nichts los. Wir wollten an einem Tisch sitzen aber die Mitarbeiterin kam und sagte , dass wir 6 Personen sind und der Tisch ist für 8 und außerdem ist der Tisch reserviert, wir sollen uns woanders hinsetzen. Wir haben uns an einen anderen Tisch gesetzt. Getränke wurden gefragt und serviert und Essen wurde auch bestellt . Nach einer Weile kam auch das Essen und wir waren enttäuscht. 1) Currywurst war frittiert, die Sauce war entsetzlich und ungenießbar. Ich finde der Chef soll seine Kreationen erst auch selbst probieren. 2) Schnitzel war auch nicht in der Pfanne gebraten sondern auch frittiert 3) Süßkartoffel Pommes bei Fish and Chips waren hart und ungenießbar 4) Wir hätten gerne noch ein Getränk zum Essen bestellt aber der Kellner hat uns nicht gefragt. 5) In Großen und Ganzen war der Service und die Küche enttäuschend .Wir haben uns nicht Willkommen gefühlt und haben viel Geld für schlechte Leistung ausgegeben.

Delicious food. Two stars for that. But! The employees - two young men - ate themselves the whole time - bread and dips, etc., during working hours and in front of the customers. I've never seen anything like that... They also chatted with each other about the customers, we sat next to the bar and heard everything. You can only pay in cash or with EC card... Bad!

There was no indication in the communicated opening times, so I arranged to meet there at around 2:30 p.m. on Good Friday with friends flying in from abroad - for which we (with luggage) had to go from Terminal 1 to T2 via 'skyline' and over countless (escalator) stairs - but then found ourselves in front of LOCKED DOORS (although the restaurant can almost be described as hermetically sealed)... absolute NO GO! Unfortunately NO STAR is not possible :-(

As mentioned many times, the burger is a good choice and the staff is very friendly and attentive.

Unfortunately, my experience at this venue was disappointing. The attitude of the staff was quite rude and indifferent. The pizzas we ordered were extremely salty; This prevented us from enjoying the meal. I expected a better customer experience and delicious food. When I said it was too salty to eat. He rudely said that they were selling the same pizza all day

Extremely unpleasant waitress, made us wait then took back the drinks refusing to serve us because we did not understand what she was saying.
