Super nice restaurant! Great, very nice and caring waitress! Food is great and you get a super tasty dish for the price! Was a very great family meal here.

i have had the worst experience of my life in this restaurant already twice. i will never go again. the service there is extremely unfriendly. both times, i was shouted at by a waiter there and been subject to racist comments. go instead to the japanese restaurant in front, it is much better.

Absolutely not recommended!!! The restaurant itself is very nice but the staff is a complete disaster! There were 3 of us there, no one greeted us, the restaurant was 80% empty and when I asked the waitress for a table she looked at me stupidly and gave us a table for two. We then said that we would like to have a larger table because the restaurant was almost empty anyway. The lady said that we weren't allowed to take another table, which was absolute nonsense! A very nice gentleman offered to give us his table because he was sitting on a table for four and said they would get up soon. The children hadn't even finished eating!!!! The waitress just left and left us standing, EVEN THOUGH EVERYTHING WAS EMPTY!!! This isn't the first time we've been treated so badly! Unfortunately, the gentleman who works there (he wears a lot of jewelry and has tattoos) is also very, very disrespectful and very unsympathetic to the customers. We also have a restaurant and we know how important the staff is! In any case we will never come back

This lunchtime I visited Park Avenue Restaurant with my family (my husband and daughter). I wanted to order a Kinderschnitzel as I didn't want to eat much. However, when ordering I was told that it was not possible to order a children's portion for adults. I asked if it was possible for my daughter to order the Kinderschnitzel for me. I was assured that this was possible. So I asked my daughter to order the children's schnitzel for me while I ordered an adult burger for her. But again I was told that swapping children's and adult dishes was not allowed and that I couldn't get the children's schnitzel. No alternatives were offered, such as a half portion of the adult schnitzel. Ultimately I decided to leave the restaurant. I perceived this as a lack of orientation towards the customer's wishes. Overall my impression of the restaurant was disappointing and based on this experience I cannot recommend the restaurant.

Don't understand the negative reviews, the pizza is great and the service is great. Sure it's a bit expensive, but it's Frankfurt.

I am very dissatisfied. We were sent straight out because we wanted to learn. You can't even unpack a book without hearing strange comments like, "This isn't a library here." It may be that they don't want students there, but you can also express yourself more cleverly. We sat there for 10 minutes and couldn't even enjoy our coffee! I would also like to add that we were sitting inside and there wasn't a single other guest inside. So we didn't bother anyone. I've been a customer there for years, but after this lady with short black hair, my family, friends and I won't go there anymore. It's just never happened to me anywhere else! What's still missing is that they tell us how to breathe. Oh, and about this information: You pay around €20 if you have a drink and something to eat. The pizza is delicious. The iced latte not quite as good. Could have been a little colder. In general their food selection is good, but this woman (probably the owner) is just unfriendly. Better go somewhere else!

Good location, ambience and service. We were disappointed with the price and quality.

Rude, unattentive, unfriendly staff. One of the worst services i have seen so far. There were no cutlery offered. One of us had to go and ask for it. The request for getting the leftover half of the pizza packed was taken and never done. The cola was probably done from a sodastream or was one of the local ones. They had patrons who had rain water dripping on their tables and were offered no help to move them or kitchen towels bought to dry them.

I really like being on Park Avenue. The staff is always friendly. It's a great family friendly restaurant. The food is delicious and the public viewing for the European Championships on the Riedberg sports field is also great. Were there yesterday. Great!!! Kudos to the owners.

I ordered the “Italian Burger” from the menu. Wasn't worth the price of €22 at all. Unfortunately I had to wait a long time to order and pay. Nice atmosphere inside and outside.

Very bad price-performance ratio.

Aside from the often rude staff, today we met, in my opinion, the most unprofessional owner at Park Avenue that I have ever met in my life. We were out there eating at lunchtime (around 3 p.m.) when my mother (60 years old) suddenly felt sick and dizzy. We then went into the restaurant and asked if our mother could lie down on a bench in the far corner because she was about to pass out. There wasn't a single guest in this corner and all the tables and chairs were empty because the guests were outside enjoying the sun. But the owner's answer shocked us. She said that my mother wasn't allowed to lie down in the back, but she was allowed to sit on the chairs in the front. -> Although not a single guest was there and everything was free. How can you treat a guest with health problems like that? Especially since this happened after we gave our bill and (unfortunately also tip). The behavior was completely below the belt. Impossible! When I came back in 5 minutes later (after my mother had to lie down on the park bench and my father looked after her) to have a conversation, she had absolutely no opinion. I have never experienced something so outrageous and inhumane in my life. Apart from that, this is reflected in the food. But that would be too long to go into now. We will never go there again and I advise everyone around me not to support such owners with these values! Just sad. If it were possible, I wouldn't give a single star.

We were greeted very unfriendly after we asked for a table. So impulsive and cheeky that we left immediately. The waiter was a little older and had a tattoo.

Great restaurant! A very beautifully designed restaurant, great decoration, everything somehow fits together very lovingly (dishes, serving plates, table decorations), modern, cozy. You can sit inside and outside. The food (we tried the breakfast menu) was really good: everything was very tasty and beautifully presented. The staff was also great, present but unobtrusive and very friendly. We would recommend it to everyone and will definitely come back.

I had the Pizza Gorgonzola... and this is really highly recommended. As you can see in the photo, the cheese is applied very generously and runs like in seventh heaven... so I can really recommend the Pizza Gorgonzola to everyone

A nice atmosphere with friendly, attentive service. I had a pizza that was very good and the price/performance ratio was okay. But for me the fun ends with a burger and fries for 22 euros.

The ambience was basically okay. However, our (relatively small) table for two wobbled even under light loads, so that the cocktail glasses almost tipped over. The light in the men's toilet went out after just a few minutes (motion detector in the entrance area/timer), so I was sitting in complete darkness after just a few minutes. The 2 mini sachets of ketchup and mayonnaise that were delivered "free" in addition to the 2 with the French fries were invoiced separately. The burger meat was quite dry instead of juicy.

I had rump steak that was tough and swimming in blood, not very tasty

The good restaurant, I particularly like the pizzas and Flammkuchen, but other dishes also good. The atmosphere here is cosy and pleasant. The service is also good.

There aren't that many restaurants on Riedberg, which is a real shame. The food at Park Avenue is okay, even if the orders didn't turn out as expected on the last visit. There were 9 of us there and orders were only taken in groups. So half of the table had already gotten their food before the other half could order their drinks (even though we all arrived at the same time). Therefore only 3 stars.

Wir hatten diese Woche unsere Weihnachtsfeier hier. Alles hat super geklappt, die Kommunikation im Vorfeld, die Tischreservierung und der Service. Das Essen für 20 Personen wurde zusammen gebracht und hat allen hervorragend geschmeckt. Das Restaurant ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wir haben einen sehr schönen, gemütlichen Abend verbracht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die äußerst freundliche und sehr kompetente Dame, die uns nicht nur freundlich begrüßt hat, sondern jederzeit ansprechbar war und dafür gesorgt hat, dass alle sehr zufrieden nach Hause gingen. Herzlichen Dank dafür!!! Wir haben bereits unseren nächsten Besuch geplant und freuen uns schon darauf!

Gehe dort des Öfteren hin, da dieses Restaurant so ein unglaublich tolles Ambiente besitzt! Zudem ist es sehr großräumig. Die Preise allerdings sind teilweise sehr hoch, gerade im Vergleich zum letzten Jahr. Den Kaffee finde ich leider gar nicht gut, vielleicht ließe sich da was an der Bohnenwahl machen. :) Dennoch gehe ich gerne dort hin und bin sehr froh über die Entdeckung dieses Restaurants. Das Müsli mit Joghurt ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Ich weiß nicht was die Leute hier so bewerten, waren heute mit 18 Leuten essen und konnte nix negatives feststellen, die Leute waren sehr bemüht uns jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen und das zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Abschließend: Personal gut Essen gut. An die negativ voter hier, vielleicht liegt es ja an euch.

Ich bin begeistert von der angenehmen und sehr eleganten Atmosphäre gewesen. Die Auswahl war überschaubar leicht und das Essen hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Der freundliche Service hat mich überzeugt jetzt regelmäßig mit der Familie im Park Avenue zu speisen und Zeit zu genießen. Immer wieder gerne!

Die Bratkartoffeln haben nach alten Kühlschrankkartoffen geschmeckt. Als die Bedienung fragte wie es geschmeckt hat, sagte ich es ihr. Die Antwort " das freut mich". Bitte zuhören oder erst garnicht fragen. Also außer der Bratkartoffeln ist das Essen dort eigendlich gut.

Mit der ganzen Familie und vielen lieben Freunden eine schöne Party gefeiert und dabei eine absolut professionelle Betreuung durch das super-freundliche Personal genießen dürfen. Das Essen war, wie gewohnt, wieder Spitzenklasse. Danke und immer gerne wieder!

Wir waren 05/2023 als Gäste einer Konfirmationsfeier dort. Das Essen war sehr gut. Es war auch sehr ansprechend angerichtet. Der Service war aufmerksam. Was es gekostet hat, weiss ich leider nicht.

Frühstück im Park Avenue Das Park Avenue ist ein gemütliches Café Bar Restaurant im Riedberg in Frankfurt. Die Frühstückskarte bietet eine große Auswahl an Klassikern und modernen Gerichten. Ich habe mich für Das Buffet entschieden das ist sehr umfangreich und bietet alles, was das Frühstücksherz begehrt: frisches Brot und Brötchen, verschiedene Aufstriche, Marmelade, Honig, Käse, Wurst, Eier, Obst, Müsli, Joghurt und vieles mehr. Die Qualität der Speisen ist sehr gut. Das Brot ist frisch und knusprig, die Aufstriche sind cremig und lecker, und das Obst ist saftig und aromatisch. Das Servicepersonal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich habe mich im Park Avenue sehr wohl gefühlt und kann das Frühstück uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Highlights: Umfangreiche Frühstückskarte Frische und hochwertige Zutaten Freundliches und aufmerksames Servicepersonal

Kinderfreundlichen Restaurant, das meiner Meinung nach an alles gedacht hat. Wickeltisch mit Windeln und Wickelunterlage. Damentoiletten mit Deo, Handcreme usw. Personal mega freundlich. Gerne wieder 😊

Ein kulinarisches Erlebnis der Extraklasse! Meine Frau und ich hatten das Vergnügen, im Park Avenue ein türkisches Frühstück zu genießen, und es war schlichtweg fantastisch. Die Aromen und die Qualität der Speisen haben uns in die Türkei versetzt, ohne dass wir Riedberg verlassen mussten. Was uns besonders gefallen hat, war die Liebe zum Detail, die in jedes Gericht gesteckt wurde. Die Teekanne schien nie leer zu werden, und die Gastfreundschaft des Teams war außergewöhnlich. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen. Für alle, die auf der Suche nach einem türkischen Frühstückserlebnis sind, das alle Sinne verwöhnt, ist das Park Avenue absolut zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank an Cako!

The food is normally quite nice and very tasty, but sometimes the service can be quite disappointing. Once we ordered a Caesar salad and the chicken was raw... Another recurring issue is that one in every five times we order Pizza Quattro Formaggi we get a Pizza Quattro Stagione instead (this has happened at least two or three times). Otherwise I recommend the food here.

Schöne Location und ganz netter Service. Bedauerlicherweise werden hier die steigenden Kosten unverhältnismäßig auf den Kunden weitergegeben. Waren die Getränke vorher schon teurer, sind sie jetzt unerschwinglich und realitätsfern.

Das Restaurant sowie die Innenausstattung ist sehr einladend. Wir sind wirklich sehr oft hier und wir hatten nie etwas auszusetzen. Das ein Restaurant über so viele Jahre dauerhaft ein sehr hohes Niveau hält, Sei es das Leckere Essen oder das tolle Personal, ist eher selten. Preis-Leistung Top👍🏻 Macht weiter so👍🏻

Top. War binnen zwei Monaten drei Mal hier und habe nur gute Erfahrungen sammeln können. Obwohl ich aufgrund der zuvor geschrieben Bewertungen recht skeptisch war, konnte das Restaurant mich sehr überzeugen.

I at the table and had to wait for 20mn until I got the menu, although the restaurant was not crowded. The menu is exhaustive Will a full range of choice, which shows no real specialities. This is already not a good sign. I ordered the tagliatelle with shrimps. The dish was floating in oil. Not to say that is was overpriced for the quality delivered. If you want to have a drink, the restaurant is ok, if you wish to eat you must avoid

Einmal dort, aber muss kein zweites Mal hin. Die Desserts waren ganz lecker, allerdings überteuert. Die Einrichtung wirkte vielverprechend und gemütlich. Allerdings war der Ton der Bedienung/Leitung zum Teil unangemessen. Zwei Frauen wollten sich an einen größeren Tisch setzen und wurden auf eine sehr unfreundliche Art und Weise zurechtgewiesen, sich an einen 2er Tisch zu setzen, obwohl das Restaurant zu 95% leer war. Diese sind natürlich nach dieser Behandlung gegangen. Leider haben wir das als Gäste mitbekommen und teilweise wie andere von der Leitung/Bedienung behandelt wurden, was sehr unangenehm war und die Stimmung etwas getrübt hat. Im Getränk wurde lediglich ein Eiswürfel hinzugefügt (gerne könnte man mindestens 2-4 reintun). Beim Bezahlen wurde von der Leitung? direkt gesagt, Kartenzahlung ginge nicht, nur über 15 Euro, ohne den Betrag vorher auszurechnen (, welcher bei über 15 Euro lag). Gerne vorher rechnen und dann ja oder nein sagen oder Kartenzahlung komplett abschaffen, wenn es unerwünscht ist. Gerne am Ton arbeiten und darauf achten, dass die Gäste viel sehen und hören können und etwas flexibler und freundlicher sein.

Wir essen gerne hier und können es definitiv empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Lokal, sehr gutes Essen, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Abwechslungsreiche Speisekarte. Gemütliches Ambiente.

Die Location und das Ambiente sind gut. Der Außenbereich ist groß und am Platz ohne Autos angenehm. Leider ist das Essen maximal durchschnittlich. Der Salat war in essigreichem Dressing eingeweicht, die Minestrone versalzen, zumindest die Pizza war Durchschnitt. Ich glaube, der Laden gibt sich mit der guten Lage, vor allem durch mangelnde Alternativen, zufrieden. Die Bedienung war freundlich.

Wir Saßen draußen und als erstes bekam mein Hund einen Wassernapf hingestellt. Sehr aufmerksam! Auch unsere Getränke kamen schnell und der Flammkuchen war sehr gut. Die Bedienung sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Alles top! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
