Tafelspitz with fresh horseradish and a Kaiserschmarrn, which is enough for two. Plus a very attentive service. Only the volume of three birthday tables was quite high 🤭

I visited this restaurant and it was just great! I am vegetarian and they have many options and also modifications you can make with not a problem. Waiting almost an hour for two bowls of ramen, a plate of sushi and a poke bowl. Udon looked and tasted like salty dishwater with pieces of chewy chicken and vegetable scraps thrown in for good measure. Probably a good thing they forgot the spring rolls.

Super delicious tapas style evening, with lots of variation, a divine Pisco Sour and the South American influences in the dishes you want (cevice!). We'll be back!

In June 2023, I stayed with my sister at the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten in Hamburg. We both had our own rooms, which we were very impressed with; they were very tastefully and comfortably furnished. We had dinner twice in the restaurants. There are three restaurants to choose from. One of them, the "Haerlin," has two Michelin stars, but we didn't go there; we went to another top-class restaurant, the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten. In my sister's and my opinion, our dinners were also of "star quality." The dinners were exceptionally appealing, absolutely top-class. The staff at the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten are exceptionally friendly and helpful; they top everything we've experienced so far; absolutely world-class. With their overall performance, the Fairmont Grandhotel Vier Jahreszeiten is in the Champions League. Our next visit to this wonderful hotel is firmly planned. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Great hotel that combines modern and old (industrial style). Nice and clean rooms. Friendly and attentive staff. I felt completely at home. I would gladly come back.
