Extremely delicious. A big recommendation.

Very friendly waitress. Great food. Very American as we imagined it. Would come back at any time. Absolute recommendation. Rather inconspicuous from the outside but cool music inside. Portions are great in size.

Unfortunately hardly anything positive. Since we fought through several food spots that day, we were treated very disparagingly because we didn't order anything to drink. Unfortunately our sandwiches were served cold, they had little taste and unfortunately the bill was miscalculated so we had to pay more. But it's your own fault. Not a must when visiting Hamburg.

That was an experience of the extra class! The waitress was super friendly! Always a relaxed saying and she gave us great advice. At first I wasn't that convinced by the pictures. But that changed suddenly. Guys, if you want to try something delicious. Go to Mafia Bites!

The store was highly advertised on Instagram and so I wanted to test it out. It is easy to reach by public transport. You can eat on site or take it away. We decided to eat on site and if you sit very close to the inner glass partition, you also get heat from the heaters. Service is served at tables that are very close together. When the store is full, walking between the tables is tricky. My companion and I both ordered Philly Cheese Pulled Beef as a menu. Once with regular fries as a side dish and once with Mac & Cheese Balls. The food also came quite quickly and looked delicious. Unfortunately, Cheese Balls were very tasteless and didn't appeal to us at all. And on the menu for Philly Cheese there was the word BBQ Sauce, which only the meat is fried in, because the Philly Cheese underneath the meat was too dry for us. But the idea is great. For me and my partner, I would have liked some sauce under the meat. But tastes are different. The restaurant has a toilet that is accessible at ground level.

Landed there spontaneously and found it to be good. The staff was super nice and the food came to the table quickly and tasty.

Overall, unfortunately, mediocre to disappointing. I had the waffle chicken sandwich. The chicken was crispy, but unfortunately not very seasoned. The coleslaw was quite firm and the waffle was a bit small (see photos with cutlery for size comparison) Overall, unfortunately not the taste or experience I was hoping for. The shop was relatively cold. The service was nice, but some were quite inexperienced.

So friendly, very funny service 🍀🍀🍀. Food wow. Top lunch menu. I haven't had such a good sandwich in a long time. Lots of meat. Great hot mayo. So we will definitely be coming back more often now. Loud music and folding chair atmosphere, service that doesn't know their own drinks and they aren't there, Aperol that only tastes like water and food that is cold and tastes like nothing. The "juicy" chicken on the waffle was hot, but dry as a bone. I have no idea where the 5 stars come from.

The food at Mafia Bites was really delicious, no question! Unfortunately, my drink was forgotten when I ordered takeaway and there was no cutlery, which was a bit annoying. Otherwise the taste is good!

Very disappointing, looks better than it tastes! I had the Phily cheesesteak with mac and cheeseballs and my friend had the chicken nuggets as a side. Together we have approx. Paid €40. Price performance is absolutely not justified. Everything tasted very fatty, you couldn't even taste the individual components, let alone the meat. I also find it impossible that only 0.2 liters of drinks are offered for €2.80. All in all, I would rather spend €40 somewhere else where better quality is offered.

Yummy! Good concept. Definitely try it out, I think the prices are pretty fair except for the drink size (Gastro 0.2 l), which is a bit too small for me. The rest is actually fine, of course you would wish it was a little cheaper, but I don't have the feeling that I really paid too much. The selection is optimal, not too little and not too much! The Philly cheese steak gets an 8/10 from me, the mushrooms could add a little more umami to the taste composition. The selection of side dishes is really good, especially the menu with a free choice of side dishes is deluxe. The chicken nuggets (fillet) have a great pannade, unfortunately it was just a bit dry, so only 7/10, but I assume it depended on the day as the shop filled up extremely quickly and at least 20 orders had to be prepared at the same time . All in all, definitely a recommendation! I will definitely go there again!

I was just there and ate a waffle sandwich (pulled beef) and to say it tasted very good would be an understatement. As a Cologne resident, I would say it's worth coming here just to eat this waffle. Super tasty and juicy cheese steak sandwich, nicely seasoned crispy fries and a great sauce. I had a homemade lemonade to drink. The waitress then pointed me to lunch. That would be very accommodating and I was able to save some money on the menu. Great shop with a terrace. I can recommend it to everyone👍

We had high expectations and were disappointed. Waffle was very dry, as if it had been baked for too long. The meat was very tough, apparently not of good quality. It only tasted like waffles with coleslaw from the supermarket. But what I have to praise very much is the service. We tried hard and were nice all the time, but unfortunately that's not enough for me to visit again, which is a shame

The service and the ambience were perfectly fine. We had fries, chicken bites, mac and cheese and 2 different Philly cheese steaks. The chicken bites and fries were okay. The bread from the Philly Cheese Steak was soggy, lukewarm and the contents weren't all that convincing. Apparently the bread isn't toasted, just warmed up. Therefore there is no recommendation.

I'll start with the parking lot. There are a lot of parking spaces in the area. Service is a very friendly and nice young man, very polite and he always laughs. I tried all the food in my pictures today on August 28, 24 afternoon and it looks good, smells very good, the food is also appetizingly prepared and it tastes even better than anything I've tried so far. Another thing he should definitely try is the fresh drink with the strawberries. No matter how I write about it and talk about how the food tastes, I can't say and write about it enough. You have to try it to experience this permission. I would give more stars than five stars, this restaurant and this permission must be given at least 10 stars. Had the Philly cheese steak sandwich and the chicken waffle. Unfortunately, mid at best. Chicken and waffles was way too sweet, especially the waffle itself isn’t suitable for a classic chicken and waffle combo as it’s a super sweet and soft waffle. It should be crunchy and more on the less sweet side of waffles. The cheese steak sandwich tasted like a homemade steak sandwich tastes, stale bread. Nothing special. Sides were pretty tasty.

The food was really tasty but definitely not the highlight of our visit. The lady in service was so friendly and sweet. I can't even find the words for it. We were afraid to go out to eat with our tired and whiny daughter...but then she didn't have any time to complain, she was far too distracted by the delicious waffle and the entertainment to dance 🧡 We would like to thank you again.

The food is relatively good. I've been there 4 times so far, and every time, regardless of the person, the service was so unfriendly!! Especially when we were there with a voucher. Surely that can't be the point of a voucher campaign, to make the local people feel stupid?

No apology or explanation. The customer was blamed! The drink was sweetened and looked nothing like the other reviews! Just because of the waitress, never again

There are delicious sandwiches here. There is also a vegetarian and a vegan option. I recommend the vegan option with jackfruit rather than the vegetarian option. The service was quite normal, quite nice. The seats outside were completely in the sun and it was very hot. Unfortunately the homemade lemonades weren't good. These tasted like they were a very sweet syrup mixed with water. Prices are moderate to high, but they had a NeoTaste deal, which is why we went. With the deal I would go again, without it I probably wouldn't.

2 times visited (10:00 pm & 9:40 pm ) Both time not having any success of getting food ! Opening hours are not as mentioned ! And Owner behaviour was some how rude though visited before resturent closing time. Make sure to visit early.

This place rules. They've got a lot of sandwich options and I opted for the chicken and waffles with some mac and cheese on the side. The mac could've been a little bit better, but I was still happy with it. The chicken and waffles were phenomenal. Definitely worth a visit if you want some American cuisine.

I loved the photos of the sandwiches. I was even more disappointed with the pulled pork sandwich, which was served to me by a nice waitress in a small, slippery plastic basket on paper with cutlery and a napkin. A cold, simple, small sandwich bread with not enough toppings on or inside. The pulled pork with barbecue sauce was delicious. I barely noticed any of the caramelized onions. The coleslaw was tasty. The cheese sauce was just enough. I think it's cheeky to charge so much money (€13.90) for such small sandwiches without any side dishes. Better go eat a delicious croque. You can easily get 2 to 3 times as much and get it even cheaper. Unfortunately I left hungry. A pity. I think it's a concept that needs to be improved and I hope they're still working on it.

The Philly Cheese Steak is very tasty and you probably won't find it better anywhere, at least in Hamburg. The service was very friendly. There is an outdoor terrace facing the street from which you can enjoy the atmosphere on the Lange Reihe.

The Philly menu fills you up very well, not too much and not too little either. Fries were perfect and the spice mix was also very good. One of the friendliest service staff in the catering industry I have experienced in Hamburg.

Ordered cheese pilly beef, portion wise super good, price wise was really good. The music is amazing if you like real rap. Recommended.

We had chicken and steak sandwiches, fries and fried cheese-macaroni balls. Everything recommended. Juicy and delicious. Only the 200 ml cola is great and tasty in the glass bottle, but much too small.

Great food and also a cool selection of variants, but for €20 you could also offer a 0.33 l Cola bottle. 😅

Tastes and costs like an expensive kebab!

Oh well. First visit, due to the hype. The chef tried hard and offered a replacement dish without hesitation because I didn't like the first dish. With an appraising look over her shoulder, the waitress served me the replacement dish so gallantly as I passed by that the plate didn't even make a sound when I threw it down. At least she gave me a smile after the tip! Which I specifically gave for the cook. It wasn't worth the trip.

We were missing a taste explosion with the pulled pork and beef. The meat was good but we didn't like it. The spice mix or the oomph was missing. In terms of price I also think it's too expensive, even if it's a menu, it's not much and it's a lot of rolls with meat and fries and 0.2 drink for over 20 euros.

We also tried this spot on our food tour through Hamburg. As hyped as it was, it really disappointed us. We had the chicken cheese sandwich. The menu said something about being marinated in buttermilk and something like that. But when I tried it, it was very tough. Maybe it was too long in the deep fryer, the cook was alone and the hut was full. Regarding the bill, the chicken came 12.80eu with menu upgrade 6.90, to 19.80... bill showed 20.80... Maybe just an error in the system? That's not allowed, many guests probably don't check their bill and so a few more euros end up in the till. And on the subject of scurrying, it is advertised according to the card and menu with a soft drink size of 0.25l, but only 0.2l is served... That's a fifth less and therefore hidden sales are generated.

We ordered the Philly Cheese Steak. Unfortunately, the meat was completely tough and therefore almost inedible. The bread roll that came with it was of the cheapest quality. I'm guessing that these are baked rolls from the nearest discount store. Everything wouldn't be so dramatic if the price were lower. The service was nice and accommodating. The food was prepared quickly.

Ordered a sandwich, fries on the side and a drink yesterday and paid €20.90 for it. Considering that I got almost 23 fries that weren't completely cooked on the inside, I think the price-performance ratio could be improved. Cocktail was delicious, main course 6/10, looked good, had more expectations in terms of taste, maybe just wasn't for me. Maybe others like it better. I can only speak good things about the service. Unfortunately I can only give it 3.5 stars overall.

I found out about the store through an app. The staff was very friendly and worked quickly. Despite the location, a lot could be achieved for the ambience. Had a hot chicken sandwich. Admittedly, they don't taste bad but they aren't great either. Given the price range, I would rather spend the almost €14.00 somewhere else.

Today was my first visit to you. The quality of your products are top 👍🏼. I chose the PhillyCheese. You did a great job with the caramelized onion and champion combo. The bread has the perfect consistency for a sandwich. As a restaurateur and chef, I would recommend that grillers taste their food. My sandwich was completely missing salt and pepper. The store was relatively full, but the two of them managed it very well. Although the store was relatively full. A man in the kitchen and very nice service. If salt and pepper are missing, that's no reason for me to deduct the rating. The only annoying thing was that I couldn't add more seasoning because my order was for take out. Until next time. We had Philly hot fried chicken, it was really delicious. The fries were also great as was the homemade lemonade, I had pomegranate lemon. The overall price-performance ratio is good, the portions are large and come with all the trimmings, I only think the sauces for the fries are a bit overpriced. The only downside is that the room you sit in is quite fresh as it is more like a pavilion, the existing thinking helps a bit. Luckily, the service is very fast, so you don't have to wait long.
