It's a real shame that we waited at the door for at least 15 minutes because they then show you a spot, but we were ignored and so we had to wait inside the door for 15 minutes but we moved on. None, too bad for the customer!!!!

I've eaten at Bless several times. Totally nice atmosphere, very friendly service and always delicious… just something different! The appetizers in particular are highly recommended! I always like to come back!

Very original and extraordinary. However, very bad acoustics. The noise level was so high that it was almost impossible to hold a conversation. Otherwise everything was great!

The “Bless” restaurant is a real “insider tip” for lovers of Vietnamese cuisine. The atmosphere is extremely inviting and stylishly designed, so that you feel comfortable from the first minute. The staff is remarkably friendly and attentive - you can immediately tell that they value service here. The dishes came to the table quickly, which was particularly pleasant. In terms of taste, the food was excellent: fresh ingredients, authentic flavors and an appealing presentation rounded off the visit. Conclusion: The “Bless” is highly recommended and a place that I will definitely visit again!

The restaurant is ABSOLUTELY UNDERATED! Why is such a beautiful and special restaurant not in the newspaper or often in the media? I'm actually very critical and always have something that could be better, but with "The Bless" everything is perfect! 12/10.

Starter and main course were great, but you can do without dessert = I tried 2 of 3 desserts and wouldn't recommend either of them, everything else was great in terms of appearance and taste!!! Service was very courteous and quick, which unfortunately you no longer find anywhere else.

Nice shop, nice service, unfortunately bad food. Almost everything was cold, very greasy and over-breaded. Unfortunately, the wine was also undrinkable and the glasses smelled like washcloths. The service was super friendly and accommodated us, but we were still charged almost €20 for a 0.2 wine. In any good Italian restaurant I can get a good bottle for €30-40. Too bad. Just under €90 for 4 cold starters, a main course and a bottle of water….

We wanted something special for our last evening in Hamburg. We reserved a table for 8:00 p.m. (you're out of luck without a reservation) Unfortunately the table wasn't ready yet. But after the warm welcome, a drink of your choice was offered at the bar. This is to bridge the time. That's what we call service. When we were at the table, things happened in quick succession. The food came very quickly and was simply fantastic. What should I describe here? Go there yourself and let yourself be surprised. Appetizer: Baby spinach and scallops Main course: Chateaix Beufe and the salmon. Everything Asian style. Dessert: Coconut pannacotta All 5/5 stars. It doesn't get any better. The place is beautiful... The service is incredibly friendly and if you're open to having fun. If you like Asian, you should definitely go to Bless. We'll definitely be back.

I was also at Bless on April 7th, 2024. The Hamburg restaurant has a very elegant atmosphere and is more upscale. Unfortunately, the ambience and the service are the only things I could see as positive. Unfortunately the food wasn't good at all. As a starter I had a plate with a variety of delicacies, but the dumplings, tacos and fried zucchini were a disaster in terms of taste, everything just tasted like fat, which was a shame. For the main course I had fried salmon, which was quite good but a bit too dry, the sauce wasn't really suitable, I can't describe the taste itself. In general, everything didn't taste that freshly prepared. Last but not least, there was a mango panna cotta for dessert, which didn't particularly stand out in terms of taste, the sweetness was just right, but the components didn't quite harmonize.

Yesterday, December 7th, 2024 - 7 p.m. we were again with friends at the BLESS Restaurant Hamburg and our friends - who didn't know Bless yet - were absolutely thrilled. As soon as you enter the restaurant you feel welcome: stylish interiors, subtle lighting and an atmosphere that is both elegant and relaxed. As always, the meal was a true journey for the senses. Every dish was not only a pleasure for the palate, but also for the eye - artfully prepared and perfectly seasoned. The super service was and is first class: attentive, friendly and with perfect timing without being intrusive. The wine recommendations rounded off the entire experience - a perfect harmony between food and drinks. For anyone who values ​​excellent cuisine and an exceptional ambience, the BLESS Restaurant is an absolute must. We'll definitely be back!

The food was a 10/10 totally delicious. What I particularly like is that the menu has pictures so that I can better imagine my food. This is really very rare.

My friend and I had dinner here and the food was really tasty and well balanced in terms of taste. The portions were large and the food was beautifully presented! The service was also good and we didn't have to wait long for our food even though it was very busy that evening. The only problem was the volume! So if you and your partner expect a cozy and quiet atmosphere to spend a romantic dinner together, it's best to go somewhere else. The tables are very close to each other and on a busy evening you can hardly hear anything or not at all.💆🏼‍♀️ All in all a nice location with good modern Asian food!

We visited Bless because of the nice ambience and wanted to try the food. The price is upscale. Unfortunately I have to admit that it didn't have a wow effect. The food was very nicely prepared, but unfortunately it wasn't enough to really fill you up. The portions could be a little larger. Overall, a nice place, but we weren't entirely impressed with the cuisine.

Die Vorspeise Sharing bites of happiness 2 be blessed für 24 Euro ist ja noch okay, obwohl es schon ziemlich wenig ist. The two of us were there on Saturday evening. My extra request when making the online reservation was carefully taken into account. The food was great, as was the service. The sommelier was really excellent, as he told us the story of the wine of our choice in a very entertaining and skillful way. Really recommended for a very special evening.

The starter had something from everyone and everything was delicious. Pulpo and goose were not only visually eye-catching and the dessert was exactly how you would imagine a chocolate cake. When it comes to coffee alone, we would have liked a larger selection, as is usually the case in Vietnam, a coffee country. Very nice, attentive, cheerful service. Nice ambience, successful mix of modern and cozy!

A very nice and beautiful restaurant with delicious food..We celebrated my daughter's birthday there and it's just a really great atmosphere there. Above all, I know how to mix bar and restaurant, which also creates a good atmosphere and a nice ambience.

The first thing I noticed when I entered the restaurant was that the place was more crowded and noisy than I expected. On top of that, the genre was pop, doesn’t match to the concept at all; so I could say that I was a little upset from the beginning :) however, what brought my joy back was the “petits bisous”, which included 5 different dumplings. It was really well-filled, soft and unbroken on the outside. Then we continued with cafe au lamb. Unfortunately, the overly blended truffle corn sauce with that beautifully cooked lamb meat did not meet my expectations. (I prefer a good red wine next to that) Finally, we ended the night with Panna passion. The creamy coconut panna cotta, golden passion fruit cream, longan and peanut brittle were the final touches. Although the cream was a little heavy, the taste was multi-layered and nice. The service was fast, helpful and friendly. The bathrooms were clean and hygienic. Unfortunately, it was not a good experience in terms of price and performance. For such a price, I would have expected more niche, quieter and better presentations.

I was here for the first time and by chance. But I was quickly pleasantly surprised. The ambience is absolutely convincing. The card is designed like a reading, which is something different. The dishes (pho & duck) were very tasty and accurately put together and lovingly served. The staff is very friendly. Sometimes I had the feeling that there was a bit of a wait before it could be cleared away and the seconds in which there was perhaps a bit of idle time were used to stand behind you. However, this could also be because we were there quite late and is not necessarily intended to judge the quality of service. All in all, I was very satisfied and can recommend the restaurant.

We visited the restaurant on a Friday afternoon. The quality of the food was rather mixed. the salmon and meat were very good. However, the side dishes were overcooked. The starter and dessert were okay but unfortunately too expensive. Basically, the price-performance ratio is not entirely consistent.

The bless Hamburg is a very nice restaurant with a blend of Asian and European cuisines. The price is very good and not too expensive. There are many nice dishes and I specifically recommend the fried duck breast, but only to those who like coconut, as many of the dishes, the duck included, have a coconut stock base. Overall though, it was very yummy and excellent. You recommend it to everyone who like indochinese cuisine.

Wonderful Vietnamese fusion cuisine in a romantic atmosphere.

In our opinion very overrated. We were there recently with a larger group. The rooms were very warm. Waiters are constantly rushing around you with food and drinks. Musically we were “spoiled” with Eminem and other hip hop and RNB. That doesn't fit the location at all. Starter was nice, I had the champions. I couldn't eat my main course "the salmon". The noodles have a completely indefinable sauce. Almost fell out of my mouth again. We still wonder to this day what that was. And we're really not complicated to host. Interior design is fancy. But whatever drives others there, and at least not again.

When we asked repeatedly and didn't want to have to sit alone in this room, the answer was in a bad mood: You have to say when you make your reservation if you want more. Not run-of-the-mill, but a convincing and consistently implemented concept of "Asian fusion" in a beautiful ambience. Not only does the extensively illustrated menu explain the numerous dishes, the attentive service does the same. If you take away the attractive, opulent decoration, your assessment of the culinary experience is ambivalent: the attractive combination of salmon tartare with mango could use more spice. The summer rolls can't decide whether they want to be sushi after all - in any case, rice in summer rolls is unusual and doesn't help improve the taste. In the main course, the juicy duck leg is enthroned on a boring standard egg waffle. If this was supposed to be homemade, a taste opportunity for the duck was missed. The stately 'Purple Pulpo' is accompanied by a delicious, unfortunately clearly portioned truffle corn cream, but loses the battle against the dominant, jammy-sweet beetroot/coconut/curry sauce. This should urgently be reworked, even the 'Five Spices Kalamansi sauce' served with the duck would be more harmonious. Overall, the picture remains that at Bless, visual and culinary wow effects (declared as 'fusion') are given greater weight than a composition of the individual plates that is coordinated down to the last detail. More substance, less show. If you manage to bring both into balance, it would be a step forward.

Still very inspired by the beautiful evening at Bless. We had two reasons to celebrate and that's why we chose this restaurant with a lot of variety. The menu clearly shows vegan dishes and the very friendly service staff were able to provide information. Even my dog ​​was allowed to come along and was provided with water. The vegan food was really great and exceptional, a great experience if you want something a little more refined. We will definitely come back and invite customers there in the future!

6 people, table outside. Above all, food was always delayed. The vegan option from Pulpo was large king oyster mushrooms, once divided, plus rice. Overall poor presentation and monotonous taste. In addition, Tonkin Prawns are also poorly presented, with a clear taste of a frozen product. Overall, dishes were grossly overpriced and poorly presented. Service OK but not present enough for 8 p.m.
