Great restaurant, superb service. We were there for lunch, the food was excellent, and we'll definitely be back!

This is the second time I went there, it was absolutely amazing. I ordered the lamb and duck which I highly recommend. It was my girlfriend’s birthday and they gave her a special birthday gift as a dessert. I love that restaurant a lot even the staff and above all, the food!

This was our first time at Bless and we were absolutely thrilled. The atmosphere is super cozy yet elegant – perfect for a special evening. The food was simply amazing – lovingly prepared and absolutely delicious. You can tell that a lot of attention to detail goes into the work here. The service was also super friendly, attentive, but never intrusive. You just feel comfortable and welcome. We had a great evening and will definitely be back!

We celebrated a birthday here, and there were 13 of us (6 of whom were from the catering department). Unfortunately, we were more than disappointed. You see all the beautiful pictures and videos everywhere and hope for a first-class evening, only to be disappointed. We know it's not easy to serve many people at once, but yesterday's service was unfortunately really bad. We ordered appetizers, which arrived after about 25/30 minutes. Unfortunately, not everything was warm, but that didn't matter. We ordered the main courses along with the appetizers, for which we had to wait 60 minutes (+). When the main course finally arrived, one was unfortunately missing, and we mentioned it several times. After 40 minutes, we were all finished eating, and one person was still waiting for their food. Unfortunately, I had to be a bit rude, as the staff was extremely inattentive and didn't even offer an apology. Then, finally, the last meal arrived, and at that point, for the first time, they asked if everything was okay with the food – much too late. I also had to ask for all the empty glasses to be cleared away and ask if we could order more. At one point, when we were so annoyed that the birthday was supposed to be something special, we asked for the manager, who apparently wasn't there that evening. The food was solid, but everything else was very disappointing. If you want to serve that many guests at once, you have to ensure good service, especially with regard to prices.

Excellent service from Florian's friendly waitress! The vegan food was amazing, especially the crispy tofu and spicy noodles (you can really tell they're homemade). The place exudes such a lovely, calm atmosphere. You know it's a good place when, after the first bite, you say, "We have to remember this place." And it's so filling that you can have two meals at once and eat the rest the next day. The price/performance ratio is good.

Restaurant Bless leaves mixed impressions. The appetizers were truly delicious and well-balanced – a great start to the evening. Unfortunately, the main courses couldn't keep up and were rather disappointing. The drinks selection was good and we enjoyed it. The service deserves special mention: very pleasant, attentive, and friendly, which made the experience pleasant. Overall, the restaurant is okay – not a standout, but fine for a relaxed evening with good service.

Disappointing. With all the good reviews we were excited. But the scallops were overcooked and the pandan duck wasn’t even lukewarm. The staff were attentive and kind but couldn’t make up for the poor food.

Expectations were naturally high given the mostly very positive reviews. Well, the food is pretty good quality and also impressive. However, the three of us felt the main courses could have been a bit more substantial. Unfortunately, the service messed up twice. An appetizer was forgotten, and a main course was incorrectly recorded (duck leg instead of breast), which meant the third person had to watch for another 15 minutes. All in all, very annoying – if you're going to use technology to take orders, you should do it that way. What a shame…

We were here on June 11th and ordered an appetizer for two. It was very tasty and filling. The main course was also a good choice for both of us and tasted interesting and very delicious. The drinks were noticeably chilled, which we always appreciate. I should actually give the ambiance 4 stars, but I changed that here because it was so incredibly loud in the place that we couldn't have a conversation. Otherwise, I'd be happy to go back anytime.

I can only speak to the service based on my own experience, but I think this one is generally good. But in my case, I was rather dissatisfied. It doesn't live up to the standards the restaurant is aiming for.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary here for the second time and, as always, are delighted. The ambiance is truly wonderful. The service really deserves praise. Our daughter was a bit disappointed when a mango was served on the dessert instead of a raspberry (as pictured on the menu). (Big dilemma :')) The lady was so sweet and served a strawberry instead. Really very attentive. It's the little things that make a difference. The food was, of course, 10/10 again. We'd love to come back again.

The selection on antipasti for 2 was very good and tastefull. The main course for 2 had very good steaks, lamb cotelette, souces and fries, but the sea food wasnt that good - shrips were dry and octopus was bit stiff. Staff was very polite and the interior design looks great.

The food was okay. It wasn't a flavor explosion; the pho tasted good after several seasonings. The duck was less Asian than home-style, with a fancy green waffle side dish. A chic place with DJ sounds and decent food is a hit... unfortunately, it wasn't enough for us to come back again.

Unfortunately, compared to our last visit, we sometimes had to wait longer for drinks yesterday (up to 20-25 minutes, even for a bottle of water). Four of us went there for dinner and were not disappointed! Despite the restaurant being full, the noise level was pleasant, and the tables were sufficiently spaced apart – in contrast to many other restaurants. The food was consistently excellent: We had octopus, duck, and salmon – all cooked to perfection. Only the scallops as an appetizer were a little smaller than expected. We finished off our meal by trying all three desserts from the menu – each one was a delight. The cocktails were also excellently mixed. The service was attentive, friendly, and always present, without being intrusive. An all-round successful evening with culinary highlights – we'll definitely be back soon!

The former "Imara" has lost none of its charm under its new owners. The location is still top-notch, and the service is still first-class :-) We particularly appreciated the competent and knowledgeable recommendations of the staff, as always. The uncomplicated handling of the reserved table was also very flexible. They still do EVERYTHING to satisfy their guests. A recommendation at any time for varied, high-quality food in a relaxed atmosphere.

The food at "Bless Restaurant Hamburg" is truly unique! I had the best beef fillet I've ever eaten there today. Highly recommended. The service was also really good and very friendly! We don't even need to talk about the ambiance; it's beautifully decorated and looks super fancy ✨ 5/5 stars more than deserved!

Really fabulous restaurant, the food was delicious. The menu is varied and tasty and the staff are friendly and helpful, the ambiance was top class and I could highly recommend to those who want a true dining experience.

Average food, but disproportionately expensive, especially when compared to the best culinary experiences in any Italian city. A water of 7 euros and a mandatory tip starting from 10% of the total bill truly leaves you speechless.

I can't agree with the very positive experiences. The service was mixed. One force is very nice, the other not so much. The food looked great, but the taste was missing the kick and the pulp and we had also prepared the tuna much more tenderly and better. Side dishes were ok. Starters didn't convince us either.

Food was excellent. The drinks were great too. The place also has a nice modern vibe. I was really missing a good noodle soup and the vegetarian pho definitely hit the spot for me. Would happily return. Not to mention the service was great.

Super delicious food and elegantly decorated. The employees were super nice and fulfilled all wishes. However, sometimes we were a little overlooked when we needed something. Definitely recommended for a date night!

What can I say except: We would love to come back! We were warmly greeted by the waitress and shown to our table. As stated when making the reservation, a baby chair was also prepared for our 11-month-old daughter. The waitress (unfortunately I've forgotten her name, otherwise I would have mentioned her here) was really extremely friendly and even if our little one was a little louder, she never made us feel like we weren't welcome. The waitress also knew the menu well and was able to answer any questions. Unfortunately, it is no longer so commonplace today. What really pleased me personally, especially since I come from the upscale hotel and catering industry, was the question after the starter as to whether we could continue with the main course or whether we should take a short break first. That's what I praise myself and it's a mark of good service! And about food: My wife and I haven't eaten so well in a long time. From starter to main course to dessert, everything was prepared to perfection, there was nothing to complain about! Anyone looking for good fusion/Asian cuisine will find it here. I can only say it again, we would love to come back! Thank you for being there on Easter Monday!

We visited here for an early dinner on a sunday, using the 30% discount advantage (only for meals) via TheFork. The place was not crowded at all for a weekend. The atmosphere is quite nice and the toilets were very clean. Coming to the dishes, except some of the experimental ones, we were overall quite satisfied. Especially the meat place was delicious. Staff was very kind and friendly. As we used the discount, the price/performance was good but without that I believe it would be too much comparing to what we had. Especially the price of the 0,2L house wine was double of the 0,1L and was 8 Euros which is too much for a house wine. This could definitely be arranged differently.

Delicious and very good priced lunch

I visited the restaurant with certain expectations – not least because of its current very high rating of 4.6 stars. Unfortunately, I absolutely cannot understand this rating! The food is quite appealing, but the taste is absolutely below average. Especially considering the value for money, it leaves a very bland aftertaste: You can get comparable quality elsewhere for significantly less money. The drinks didn't convince me either – they were plain and overall bland. Unfortunately, the overall package isn't coherent for me. I therefore cannot recommend the restaurant.

Exciting and super delicious dishes, mega friendly service

My husband had rotten chicken with a really strange texture. My food was okay, but way too little. The restrooms were so cold that I preferred to hold in rather than die. In general, our food took forever to arrive compared to other customers who came after us.

Cocktails and appetizers were really great! Fast service until then. Unfortunately, the atmosphere on a Saturday evening was extremely loud. There are only reflective walls and only 2 curtains as sound absorbers. Unfortunately the main course took a long time and was a bit disappointing for the price. Unfortunately, the toilets are not that clean and some of them don't function.

Today we went to this place by making a reservation through an application. In my opinion there were 2 big fails. 1; Although we had a 30% discount because we made a reservation through the app, it was not reflected in the bill, we had to say it, it was not nice. 2; We ordered 2 glasses of wine. It turned out that the menu said the price was for 0,10 lt. 0,20 lt was poured into the glass without any warning and 10 euros per glass was requested. I did not find this situation appropriate for such a stylish looking restaurant. I felt tricked. Apart from that, the steak was very tasty, the duck was not bad. The toilets in the women's room were dirty. 3 stars for this dishes and the work. I wont choose there again.
