A truly beautiful venue, exceptionally good food, and attentive, unobtrusive service. The portions could have been larger, but the price was still perfectly reasonable. We'll be back.

Anyone in Hamburg should definitely visit Bless. Delicious, delicious, delicious. You'll be greeted like an old friend and made to feel welcome. The drinks and food are a delight. The service is always very friendly. The atmosphere is inviting. It's a shame I don't live in Hamburg. There should be more places like this. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

I've actually been a fan since it opened, but unfortunately, it's gotten worse with each visit. It's a shame, because the location is truly top-notch. The music is now unbearably loud in the evenings, and civilized conversation is impossible. The food was better in the beginning, but the value for money is no longer there. It's a shame, four disappointed customers.

It's a shame that less-than-good reviews are always deleted immediately instead of being seen as an opportunity! The music was really too loud for a restaurant; it's not a club, after all! The service was okay, but the drinks could certainly be better! The bar has more to offer than the wait staff sells! The food looks more impressive on the menu and could use less salt!

Just one small downside: the door always stays open, and then it quickly gets very cold. The mechanism should ensure that it simply closes automatically. Otherwise, everything's great! Q

There were two of us, sitting in a cozy spot with a semicircular bench. The service appropriately describes the food and wine served; they were absolutely on top of things. The fusion cuisine is exciting, delicious, and spot on. Thank you, that's exactly what we wanted.

Exciting and super delicious dishes, mega friendly service

I visited the restaurant with certain expectations – not least because of its current very high rating of 4.6 stars. Unfortunately, I absolutely cannot understand this rating! The food is quite appealing, but the taste is absolutely below average. Especially considering the value for money, it leaves a very bland aftertaste: You can get comparable quality elsewhere for significantly less money. The drinks didn't convince me either – they were plain and overall bland. Unfortunately, the overall package isn't coherent for me. I therefore cannot recommend the restaurant.

Delicious and very good priced lunch

My husband had rotten chicken with a really strange texture. My food was okay, but way too little. The restrooms were so cold that I preferred to hold in rather than die. In general, our food took forever to arrive compared to other customers who came after us.

The food was very good, and the service was initially excellent, but unfortunately, by the end, there was no one around. Still, I recommend it.

Cocktails and appetizers were really great! Fast service until then. Unfortunately, the atmosphere on a Saturday evening was extremely loud. There are only reflective walls and only 2 curtains as sound absorbers. Unfortunately the main course took a long time and was a bit disappointing for the price. Unfortunately, the toilets are not that clean and some of them don't function.

Today we went to this place by making a reservation through an application. In my opinion there were 2 big fails. 1; Although we had a 30% discount because we made a reservation through the app, it was not reflected in the bill, we had to say it, it was not nice. 2; We ordered 2 glasses of wine. It turned out that the menu said the price was for 0,10 lt. 0,20 lt was poured into the glass without any warning and 10 euros per glass was requested. I did not find this situation appropriate for such a stylish looking restaurant. I felt tricked. Apart from that, the steak was very tasty, the duck was not bad. The toilets in the women's room were dirty. 3 stars for this dishes and the work. I wont choose there again.

The menu listed prices for a 0.1 liter glass of wine. But without prior notice we were brought a 0.2 liter glass and charged double the price.

Disappointment across the board – more appearance than reality If you go to bless, it's better to have eaten beforehand - unless you value Instagram-worthy decoration more than good food. It's all about the perfect look for social media, but when it comes to taste, there's nothing but hot air. The hash browns? Frozen goods that are ideally warmed up. The “homemade” sauces? Unimaginative and entirely mayonnaise-based. Freshness, creativity or real craftsmanship? None. In addition, there is a service that is more concerned with selfies than with the guests. The prices bear no relation to the quality, but of course – you pay for the ambience, not for the taste. Conclusion: If you're looking for good food, you're better off somewhere else. bless is a prime example of a gastronomic deception. Never again!

Interesting menu at fair prices

The ambience, food and staff are awesome! One of the best restaurants and always worth a visit. Whether food or drinks, attention to detail and, as we all know, the eye eats too.

The food, ambience and service were very good. However, the surf and turf at €95 is completely overpriced for the amount you get, I wasn't really full. But it tasted very good. The entrecôte was 40% fat. That was very annoying for the price. Still tastes very good.

The restaurant is beautiful and the service is simply amazing! We received a very warm welcome and the waitresses were extremely attentive. They kept coming by to ask if everything was okay - but without seeming intrusive. It was my friend's birthday and the team even organized a little surprise. There was singing and the whole atmosphere was simply magical. The restaurant is not only visually impressive, but above all culinary. The food was simply perfect – really worth every penny! Unfortunately, in many well-known restaurants you don't get good service or high-quality food for your money. The Bless completely convinced us! I was in this restaurant yesterday. The service was good, but I wasn't impressed by the food.

Service was completely disinterested: When we ordered we were not informed that a particular dish would take a good half hour to be ready. We then had to wait more than three quarters of an hour. Portions were also rather moderately sized, so we weren't really full. We even had to wait forever to pay.

We went to this restaurant 1 month ago, we ordered 4 glasses of wine with the main course, the price of a glass of wine was 6 euros on the menu. However, the next day we noticed that we were billed 48 euros for 4 glasses. I sent an email to the restaurant about the issue, they stated that they served 0.2 instead of 0.1, we ordered a standard glass, the 0.2 option they stated was not on the menu, and the bottle of the same wine on the menu was 40 euros. They said they would refund, but despite my reminders, no refund was made. Always check the bill at this place because neither the bill comes nor a slip is given for payment.

Parking situation was a disaster. The food was more apparent than real. Smelled too much like scented trees and essential oils.

Always beautiful! We were much earlier than our reservation. The table wasn't free yet and we decided to wait at the bar. We ordered a small appetizer and at first the waitress tried to stop us because it wasn't that comfortable, but we ordered anyway and everything was great! We would love to come back 🤗

Good restaurant for fine dining

Service is amazing, bar and drinks are amazing! Food is a bit average.

The first two visits to Bless we only drank cocktails, but this time we were even more excited about the food. Called spontaneously on Valentine's Day evening and even got a table. Service very friendly, the atmosphere makes you feel good. We tried the mixed starters, which were really tasty, as well as the main courses. One point is deducted for the cocktail - Smoky Mezcal Margarita. It didn't taste the same as the last few times. Unfortunately not smoky and far too sour - inedible. We asked the waiter to correct the bartender, but unfortunately it tasted unchanged afterwards. We then ordered sugar separately and mixed it into the cocktail. Otherwise a great evening!

My girlfriend and I reserved a table there for her birthday. The waitress was really super nice and kept eye contact with a smile when you talked to her! Very attentive. The food was really delicious. The only thing that was a bit annoying was that the people who came in didn't know how to close a door properly and so it was always very cold. Even though the staff have other things to do than constantly close the doors, they still tried to keep it from getting too cold. We'll be back!

The best thing about the evening was the friendly and very committed service staff (that was great). Unfortunately, the food was without spices and the main courses (salmon & duck) were lukewarm at best. We sat in a side wing and unfortunately there was no atmosphere. It's a shame, we were happy after all the good reviews and unfortunately have to say: "That was probably nothing."

A wonderful shop with a lot of charm, an eye for detail and an incredible amount of warmth in the service! We felt like we were being fooled by this guy in our seats. However, the food looked great and was wonderfully prepared, but unfortunately it didn't taste quite as phenomenal during our visit as you would expect given the prices. I had made a reservation for 16 people today. We had a very nicely decorated table and were warmly welcomed. We wanted to have lunch today and ordered almost exclusively from the lunch menu. The price for the lunch selection is sensational and the portions are not small. Lunch is available here from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. The weekly lunch includes water. There are 2 starters, today salad and soup. Both were very tasty. There are 4 main courses. Three of the main courses can also be chosen as a veggie alternative. These are marked. There was also a weekly tea, which I enjoyed, and a non-alcoholic cocktail. That was great too. Even though there were so many of us at the table, the ordering and serving went very well. Dessert was chosen from the normal menu and was also very well received. We were all thrilled and will happily eat here again. The restaurant also offers after-work evenings with live music. That sounds good.

I've been to Bless in Berlin and it's much better for one reason: the service. In Hamburg the restaurant was practically alone, but everything still took a long time and the waiter was generally not friendly. My dish wasn't as tasty as in Berlin.

Very friendly service and great ambience. The food stands out from other Vietnamese restaurants in terms of selection and concept and clearly leans towards sophisticated fusion cuisine. Of course you notice this here and there in the calculation. In any case, a recommendation for those who would like to try a slightly different, perhaps higher quality Asian cuisine.

Very nice atmosphere, excellent food, for our birthday we were the only ones in the restaurant who received a small bouquet of flowers with Happy Birthday written on them and beautiful candles without asking for it. The Bless is a very chic restaurant. The menu primarily features Asian dishes prepared and served to a high standard. Some are also available in vegetarian/vegan versions. I had something vegetarian with seitan, my accompaniment was fish. It was outstanding. We also had cocktails, which were a bit expensive but also very good and extravagant. Very happy again

Please save yourself this visit! When you walk in it smells like a snack bar. With all my love, I don't understand the 4.7 rating here! The food was a disgrace! The starters were worse than frozen goods. After complaining, the response was with incomprehension! It felt like there was only one salt shaker in the restaurant. After asking 3 times (because unsalted food) they finally brought a salt shaker! It was taken away from the table after a minute! Unfortunately, it was a flop for a lot of money! There are many better alternatives in Hamburg. The atmosphere is really not bad and the Château Boef was really good! Otherwise it would be a huge failure, almost an embarrassment in front of my business customers with whom I was there!

We sat at the front entrance and it was just too cold there. The thick curtains didn't help either...unfortunately. Unfortunately a disappointment. We ate there with several people. -The service staff was very friendly, but they didn't notice that we had knocked a glass off the slippery table and didn't ask about any dessert requests or other drink requests. -The ambience was attractive and well-kept (the dimmed lights everywhere meant we could hardly see the food, perhaps for the better). -Unfortunately, when we walked in there was a strong smell of old frying oil (an open kitchen can also be nice). -In addition, the smell in the women's toilet and its condition were absolutely unacceptable! Never experienced anything like this! -In terms of price, it is generally justifiable for Eppendorf, but not for the quality. Now to the most important part: the food We ordered various starters and also different main courses and the main courses in particular were absolutely inadequate. We all(!) found our various dishes bland; lacked salt/sauces/umami taste. The pasta in various dishes was really very dry and there was a lack of fresh vegetables. The fish tasted ok, but some parties had a stomach ache immediately after eating. Unfortunately, it is also not credible that the dips are made here in-house. It's a shame that guests here have to get to know Asian food like this. The Southeast Asian freshness, colors, spices and pastes were absolutely impossible to find. We would like there to be less appearances and more, perhaps fewer dishes but more quality. The concept we came up with is actually nice.

Very nice and attractively decorated restaurant that makes you feel good. To start with we ordered a selection of starters which were all very tasty and beautifully presented. The main course didn't disappoint either. We particularly liked the completely “new” flavors for us. The dessert, who would have thought it, was also great. As a special highlight, I would warmly recommend the Vietnamese coffee to everyone, it was really unique and really impressed me. A special thank you goes to our very friendly and courteous waiter who really inspired us with his own enthusiasm for the variety of products. We had a very nice evening and would love to come back.

Toilets weren't clean, food was mediocre and we were told you couldn't split the bill.

We were there for lunch and also ordered from the lunch menu. Overall, I can't understand the positive reviews. My beef kebab was tough, actually inedible, and my friend wasn't feeling great that afternoon after her tuna. The ambience somehow felt like a club that was accidentally opened at lunchtime, the toilets were mediocrely clean and overall in a battered condition. Only the service was really nice and courteous. In any case, we won't be coming back.

Unfortunately we had the table near the door. This was not closed properly by 85% of the guests and it came in very cold most of the time. In our opinion, the door locking mechanism urgently needs to be changed.

Zu den Toiletten, die müssten unbedingt mal repariert werden , aber sonst schön eingerichtet. Ich denke, wir werden nicht mehr kommen .
