Smiley's Pizza Profis Hammerbrook in Hamburg

We were in Hamburg for six days and ate there twice because our hotel was nearby. We really enjoyed the food. The pizza was delicious, and the pasta portions were very generous. Everything was served hot and quickly. The staff were also very friendly.

The shop is new and very bright. You feel very comfortable here. The pizzas we ate here were incredibly delicious! And the staff are very friendly and accommodating, catering to any request you can imagine. It's 100% worth stopping by! I'll be back!

I ordered a 32cm pizza with salami and extra cheese, but it was delivered without any. I called the store. The employee first said he made the pizza himself. Then he said he measured the cheese perfectly. And finally, he said the cheese melts differently in the summer. The answers were completely inappropriate.

For me, Smiley's is the most reliable place when it comes to fast, delicious, and consistently good pizza. The dough is always perfect, the ingredients are fresh, and the selection is huge. Delivery is fast, and the staff is friendly—that's what pizza delivery should be.

Very poor service and quality. We ordered Bizza to our home and are so disappointed. They skimped on all the ingredients, so much so that there was more dough. And the pizzas were very cold, considering we're only 5 minutes away. I miss the high quality from 10 years ago in Wilhelmsburg, Winterhude, and Eppendorf. Chain stores like this should be handed over with great care. Not everyone is capable of being customer-friendly. It's a real shame.

I've been waiting for my order for an hour and it still hasn't arrived. I'm unhappy. This is the first time this has happened to me, even though I've ordered from Smiley's Pizza before. 🙁🙁🙁🙁 And besides, the payment was made by card, I'm sorry. 😡😡😡 I don't care who the delivery person is, I want my money back.

Addendum: I haven't ordered from there in a while, and I've ordered twice now. Very unpleasant. I don't want to be asked whether I like sweets or hear generally weird comments about my food. I will definitely never order or eat there again. The tarte flambée style is dry and has two pieces of feta on top! It also arrived lukewarm to cold. This time it took 45 minutes instead of the usual 20-30. The delivery person, like last time, couldn't say hello, please, or goodbye, and smiling was probably out of the question either. Very unpleasant, and the pizza is simply bad.

Highly recommended for a quick tasty pizza to take away

We were there during our lunch break and were able to order at the terminal without any problems. It took a while, but the pizzas were delicious. Ambiance is modern and clean.

Such an unfriendly owner and team. He said he lives around the corner and delivery takes 45-60 minutes and he didn't want to tell me the prices of M U L pizza either, I should just look on the website. Simply outrageous.

Food is good but not great. There is almost no service, you have sometimes to shout for anyone to serve you at the counter. Very bad atmosphere to enjoy a meal for dine in.

We ordered two pizzas, drinks and two snacks through the terminal. This went smoothly and quickly. So the pizzas were great. Mega tasty and crispy, hot and simply delicious! We ate a 28 each, completely enough for an adult with normal eating habits 😅 I can only recommend it. However, I miss a little music in the restaurant. Price/performance is good - completely fair. We'll be back. 😊

Quantity instead of class. You shouldn't have any culinary expectations. Fills you up and everything else is fine.

Chicken wings were okay very small but okay. Pizzas were not edible. It could be due to the spelled dough, but the other ingredients and sauce weren't very tasty either. Dough was soft and one of the pizzas smelled extremely bad. Vegetarian chicken wrap also didn't smell pleasant, probably because of the vegetarian chicken meat.

We were in the restaurant last night and couldn't figure out the terminal. Our request for help was initially rejected very harshly and we then wanted to leave immediately. The manager then came and explained the terminal to us very well and we then ordered. The time limit of 10 minutes was adhered to and the pizza we ordered was very, very tasty. In the end we got the deposit money for the drink bottle back without any problem. It was a great experience to have eaten there - gladly again and thank you very much

After more than 5 orders now, all of which were tip top, I can more than recommend the store. Employees on site are friendly and polite. The food lives up to Smileys. Other branches like Buchholz-in-der-Nordheide are welcome to learn something from this!

Food was ready quickly and really hot. It was our first time eating in a Smielys shop and we really liked it, especially the ordering terminal.

Nice restaurant with good pizza snacks

Very good pizza and I rarely say that. Were in Hamburg with the motorhome and wanted to eat something in the evening. Two minutes walk and we were at Smileys Pizza. Ordering is easy at the machine, with many offers and variations of how you want your pizza. Pizza with a crust, without a crust or cheese in the crust. Preparation was quick and the price was around €10. Very nice, pleasant staff. Many thanks to the team 👍🏻. Very happy again.

The food tasted really good. The employees were all very friendly and requests (something to pack) were implemented immediately. Ordering via the terminals worked well and easily. The pizzas and salads for 5 people were ready in good time. The ambience is quite ok. It is located directly under the S-Bahn station. Everything in the restaurant itself is very clean. It's just a typical fast food restaurant. My conclusion: I would like to eat here again. But if you plan to have a leisurely dinner, you should look for something else.

I had a Pizza Margherita and I am wondering what kind of cheese they use instead of mozzarella?? The entire pizza was a piece of plastic with a strange sweet taste. Not to mention the rest. Never again.

I ordered via Lieferando. I ordered 16 chicken wings and was really looking forward to them. Today, as an exception, I ordered from the branch in Hammerbrook. Otherwise I always order near Langenhorn. The chicken wings I got today were almost entirely bones! They also smelled strangely raw... I didn't eat everything and left out half of them even though I'm still hungry. Not seasoned and without any flavor and hardly any meat. I'm really very disappointed! I just hope I don't get any stomach problems.

The ambience doesn't necessarily invite you to linger, but it's not designed for that either. Interestingly, you can order less at the on-site terminal than online. The pizzas taste great, it's a shame that Smiley's isn't available in every city.

Um 11:15 bestellt um 11:28 da gewesen. Perfekt ! Pizza mit Abstand Abstand Abstand die beste Pizza Smileys in ganz Hamburg. Esse viel Smileys aber hier geht der Teig richtig auf. Das Verhältnis der Zutaten stimmt, wenn man aber auch hier noch am verteilen arbeiten kann. Geschmacklich wirklich lecker. Warum ich bei Smileys bestelle ist, dass ich Nährwert-Angaben auf der Seite habe. So kann man auch mal kcal zählen wenn man bestellt. Bitte Bitte werdet nicht wie andere Smileys wo der Teig nie aufgeht.

Für Systemgastro sehr sauberer und leckerer Laden. Pizza ist lecker und schnell fertig. Ambiente könnte gemütlicher sein, zB durch ein paar Pflanzen und gute Musik. Wirkt etwas kühl, aber so wahrscheinlich vom Franchisekonzept vorgegeben. Freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Erstaunlich gut , heiße Pizza und frischer Salat. Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und machen den Job gerne - das merkt man. Entsprechend saubere Filiale. Da ist man von Mitbewerbern ja leider öfters anderes gewöhnt.

Die Pizza ist wirklich super lecker, alles frisch zubereitet. Der Salat knackig und ebenfalls frisch. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich, man hat das Gefühl die Leute arbeiten gern dort. Was man auch schmeckt. Das Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis ist gut. Es ist alles sauber und sehr ordentlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder : )

Goda pizzor inte riktigt som vi är vana vid från Sverige. Men förvånansvärt gott med få ingredienser, jag valde förutom tomat, ost. Nötkött (köttfärs) ananas. Det blev väldigt gott. Medel stora pizzor med svenska mått mät(t) Bra service och barnvänligt. "Exotisch säger dom, betyder bra på tyska"

Ein Pizzaschnellrestaurant das man echt empfehlen kann. Zufällig entdeckt und Pizzen gegessen. Geschmacklich top und sowas von gut!! Das Personal megafreundlich und um den Kunden bemüht. Alles ist sauber, Tische werden nach Besuch gereinigt. 5 Sterne also zurecht verdient!

Pizza war ganz okay. Leider war sie nicht geschnitten, und das obwohl wir sie in ein Hotel bestellt haben. Also keine Chance sie selbst zu schneiden. Schade.
