Smiley's Pizza Profis Hammerbrook in Hamburg

Food was ready quickly and really hot. It was our first time eating in a Smielys shop and we really liked it, especially the ordering terminal.

Very nice, helpful and bright staff, both on the phone and on site. The pizza is really good, completely meets expectations and the price is okay for Hamburg.

Wow...that was a delicious pizza. We ordered 3 different ones and there was nothing wrong with them.

Nice restaurant with good pizza snacks

Very good pizza and I rarely say that. Were in Hamburg with the motorhome and wanted to eat something in the evening. Two minutes walk and we were at Smileys Pizza. Ordering is easy at the machine, with many offers and variations of how you want your pizza. Pizza with a crust, without a crust or cheese in the crust. Preparation was quick and the price was around €10. Very nice, pleasant staff. Many thanks to the team 👍🏻. Very happy again.

The pizza was very good, but a bit difficult to order from the machines when you don't know German.

I just ordered online. The tarte flambée style is dry and has 2 pieces of feta on it! It arrived lukewarm to cold. This time it took 45 minutes instead of the usual 20 - 30. The delivery person like last time: can't say hello, please and goodbye, smile is probably not possible either. Very unpleasant and the pizza is just bad.

Decent pizza with nice dough. Highly recommended as a competition to other pizza fast food chains. Quick preparation of the food, friendly staff.

The food tasted really good. The employees were all very friendly and requests (something to pack) were implemented immediately. Ordering via the terminals worked well and easily. The pizzas and salads for 5 people were ready in good time. The ambience is quite ok. It is located directly under the S-Bahn station. Everything in the restaurant itself is very clean. It's just a typical fast food restaurant. My conclusion: I would like to eat here again. But if you plan to have a leisurely dinner, you should look for something else.

I'm a regular customer and order here 2-3 times a week.... I just got really pissed off by the employee because I went to the toilet before ordering. You have definitely lost me as a customer. Totally unfriendly

I had a Pizza Margherita and I am wondering what kind of cheese they use instead of mozzarella?? The entire pizza was a piece of plastic with a strange sweet taste. Not to mention the rest. Never again.

I ordered via Lieferando. I ordered 16 chicken wings and was really looking forward to them. Today, as an exception, I ordered from the branch in Hammerbrook. Otherwise I always order near Langenhorn. The chicken wings I got today were almost entirely bones! They also smelled strangely raw... I didn't eat everything and left out half of them even though I'm still hungry. Not seasoned and without any flavor and hardly any meat. I'm really very disappointed! I just hope I don't get any stomach problems.

The ambience doesn't necessarily invite you to linger, but it's not designed for that either. Interestingly, you can order less at the on-site terminal than online. The pizzas taste great, it's a shame that Smiley's isn't available in every city.

Overall really good. Prices great, staff very nice, food varied and fresh!!

Um 11:15 bestellt um 11:28 da gewesen. Perfekt ! Pizza mit Abstand Abstand Abstand die beste Pizza Smileys in ganz Hamburg. Esse viel Smileys aber hier geht der Teig richtig auf. Das Verhältnis der Zutaten stimmt, wenn man aber auch hier noch am verteilen arbeiten kann. Geschmacklich wirklich lecker. Warum ich bei Smileys bestelle ist, dass ich Nährwert-Angaben auf der Seite habe. So kann man auch mal kcal zählen wenn man bestellt. Bitte Bitte werdet nicht wie andere Smileys wo der Teig nie aufgeht.

Für Systemgastro sehr sauberer und leckerer Laden. Pizza ist lecker und schnell fertig. Ambiente könnte gemütlicher sein, zB durch ein paar Pflanzen und gute Musik. Wirkt etwas kühl, aber so wahrscheinlich vom Franchisekonzept vorgegeben. Freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Erstaunlich gut , heiße Pizza und frischer Salat. Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und machen den Job gerne - das merkt man. Entsprechend saubere Filiale. Da ist man von Mitbewerbern ja leider öfters anderes gewöhnt.

Pizzas ricas y de masa agradable al paladar. Local vistoso y espacioso. Además las personas que atienden son educadas y agradables. Muy recomendable

Die Pizza ist wirklich super lecker, alles frisch zubereitet. Der Salat knackig und ebenfalls frisch. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich, man hat das Gefühl die Leute arbeiten gern dort. Was man auch schmeckt. Das Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis ist gut. Es ist alles sauber und sehr ordentlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder : )

Netter Ort zum Essen gehen oder Essen mitnehmen kann ich euch noch weiterempfehlen frische Pizza alles supi ging relativ schnell kann man nur fünf Sterne geben

Goda pizzor inte riktigt som vi är vana vid från Sverige. Men förvånansvärt gott med få ingredienser, jag valde förutom tomat, ost. Nötkött (köttfärs) ananas. Det blev väldigt gott. Medel stora pizzor med svenska mått mät(t) Bra service och barnvänligt. "Exotisch säger dom, betyder bra på tyska"

Ein Pizzaschnellrestaurant das man echt empfehlen kann. Zufällig entdeckt und Pizzen gegessen. Geschmacklich top und sowas von gut!! Das Personal megafreundlich und um den Kunden bemüht. Alles ist sauber, Tische werden nach Besuch gereinigt. 5 Sterne also zurecht verdient!

Pizza war ganz okay. Leider war sie nicht geschnitten, und das obwohl wir sie in ein Hotel bestellt haben. Also keine Chance sie selbst zu schneiden. Schade.
