The atmosphere is very nice and you can enjoy live music while you eat. The food is delicious, but the portions are too small compared to the price.

I discovered the restaurant by chance while walking around the neighborhood. I ordered a bean broth, fried cassava and a beer. The only thing missing was the heat of the Northeast, haha. The food was great, the atmosphere is beautiful and cozy, and I was very well attended to. I thought the prices were great too. I recommend.

A great evening in a lovingly furnished, authentically Brazilian restaurant. Very friendly and warm service. The food was very tasty. We had various starters and pineapple xodo as a main course (both chicken and vegan). Absolutely recommended. We really liked everything. We can definitely recommend the Xodo!!! ... and will definitely come back 😀

Very tasty food and extremely friendly staff

We received a super friendly welcome at Xodó. The service was very quick and courteous. Since our family includes everything from meat eaters to vegans, everyone was provided with delicious Brazilian food and drinks. It was a taste experience. The only thing missing was a vegan dessert. It's a shame, because the vegan is a huge dessert fan. But the Xodó is definitely a heartfelt recommendation ❤️

Yesterday we had dinner at Xodo with 11 people and it was terrific. A very cozy shop where you immediately felt at home, overall very familiar, cozy and very clean/tidy. The chefs really did an excellent job, with a very high level of product use. The food used was of very high quality and yet the prices were very low considering everything listed. The real highlight: the staff! The staff was very friendly/warm and very knowledgeable, I immediately took everyone to my heart. I will definitely visit Xodo again and, above all, recommend it, a blessing for everyone 😍

We want to eat something but at 8:50 p.m. we are informed that the kitchen closes at 9 p.m. We ordered the tapas and it wasn't that tasty. Non-carbonated drinks and we missed Brazilian cuisine. The desserts were all very tasty.

We were there yesterday and thought the restaurant looked great and the waitresses were mostly friendly. Unfortunately, we waited a long time for our main course because we didn't realize that the starter had to be eaten before the rest was served. When we asked, a waitress explained this clearly to us. The most important part, the food was unfortunately not to our taste, or rather tasteless. I had vegan dishes (20/21) and my companion had the premium steak (15) and number 3 as a starter. Although we didn't have the same thing, we both had heartburn immediately afterwards. My companion also complained that the premium meat consisted almost entirely of fat and was also swimming in too much fat. We were disappointed. With drinks we came to €71.50. We found this very disappointing in terms of performance.

Great food, very friendly staff.

I was there today at Xodó, the food is great, I had moqueca and my daughters Picanha, as a starter, fried cassava and coxinhas, both chicken and vegan, everything was very tasty, impeccable. For dessert we had milk pudding which left nothing to be desired and the freshly brewed coffee was a wonderful detail. Rafael and Raquel who served us were very friendly and super attentive. The atmosphere is very cozy, very cheerful and the decoration is super beautiful and pleasant. I felt very welcome. I will definitely go back to eat the other delicacies. I loved it and recommend it. IF I could I would give 100 stars.

Super delicious food, very nice service and a sweet, colorful atmosphere. Went there for lunch, the Brazilian plate was super tasty and very reasonably priced at €14.50.

We spontaneously had lunch here at lunchtime. The ambience is unique and very nice, the service was extremely friendly and the food was extremely tasty! At lunchtime there are tapas and three lunch dishes to choose from. We chose the Brazilian plate with sirloin steak, fries, rice, beans and salad and were not disappointed! All in all, a perfect lunch!

Unfortunately, the restaurant only has a very limited vegetarian selection of dishes. My girlfriend and I then had the tropical salad without meat. This tasted like a €2 bag of lettuce from the supermarket. The dressing had hardly any taste and the mango hardly tasted like mango either. The starters were also very tiny. And it was definitely way too expensive for that amount of food. The service was okay and the ambience was quite nice. Overall, as a vegetarian, I would advise against visiting. Way too expensive for a subpar salad.

I celebrated my birthday here and really had a great time. There was no rush when ordering, we didn't have to do everything straight away. When we arrived we had a drink and then ordered food - really good! We had cassava sticks and a mix of starters - the mix isn't worth the price as it was only 4 really small different types of Brazilian bites. Apart from the starters, main courses were good! We had the chicken stroganoff in the pineapple (amazing!!!) and the picanha (wouldn't order again). The drinks were also well priced. We will definitely come back! We were lucky enough to be here on a Wednesday as there was live music! The decoration makes us really inviting and the good atmosphere comes across immediately!

We ordered Guarana (a lemonade from Brazil, compare with Sprite/Cola etc), it was served without carbonation, so it had probably been there for a while. Mandioca frita came unsalted. The pastels were good, the coxinha really tasty. But the portions were very small and the price was quite high. So we skipped main courses and left. (25 EUR per plate = vegetarian schnitzel with tomato sauce and fries). I'm generally willing to pay more for good food, good service and a pleasant atmosphere, but unfortunately the price-performance ratio at Xodo wasn't right.

Cozy atmosphere, I was very well looked after with attention and care. And these people have created an art with Brazilian cuisine, very creative and delicious! I would give it 6 stars if I could, I recommend everyone in Hamburg to visit this place! I recommend eating the baked pineapple!

Great restaurant with a great northeast Brazilian atmosphere. We had very tasty coxinhas and the best picanha I have eaten in Germany. The portions are big enough to fill you up at reasonable prices. There are original drinks imported from Brazil (e.g. Brahma beer, Xodó Cachaca). On Wednesdays there is nice live music (well-known Brazilian songs - the Brazilians present all sang along enthusiastically). Service was quick, attentive and good!

Went there for the first time with the family this evening and as soon as you enter the location you immediately feel like you're on vacation in Brazil. The service is very accommodating and typically Brazilian, very friendly and always smiling. About the food: It was incredibly tasty and you can tell the quality and love in every little bite. The service is generally very quick, but also knows how to give the tables enough time. Absolutely top staff The food comes quickly and tastes good - please don't get me wrong. The points are only deducted because of the price. The vegan dishes definitely have hefty prices for the amount on the plate. But this is probably simply due to the authentic ingredients, which are probably only available here at more expensive prices.

We felt like we were “at home in Brazil”… the food is very authentic and delicious, the staff is super friendly and the rooms are colorfully designed with great attention to detail. There were also a few vegan options and for those who like, Brazilian beer. We had a great dinner, obrigada!

Unfortunately, the last two visits were very disappointing. It all started so well. Unfortunately I have to change my rating from 5 to 1 star. The picanha was chewy and grilled. Something like that shouldn't be served.

Excelente atendimento, porém porções de comida extremamente pequenas e um pouco caras.

Der Zufall wollte es, dass wir an einem Abend dort waren, an dem es Live-Musik gab. Das war fürs Ambiente richtig schön (gleiches gilt auch für die schöne Deko im Eingangsbereich), allerdings auch recht laut in dem eher kleinen Raum. Wir haben uns insgesamt wohl gefühlt. Das Essen (es gab eine spezielle Tageskarte mit einem besonderen Gericht, eine Art Eintopf) war größtenteils auch sehr lecker, die Portionen für mich persönlich etwas klein, bzw. Preis-Leistung dadurch eher mittelmäßig. Beim Salat waren leider laut Angaben des Serviceteams bereits nicht ganz frische Zutaten angeliefert worden; als Entschädigung gab es Nachtisch aufs Haus. Das Gesamtfazit ist dennoch positiv und ich hoffe, nächstes mal kann ich nach dem Besuch einen noch zufriedeneren Eindruck übermitteln.

Einfach sehr sehr lecker! Sehr nettes nd zuvorkommendes Personal, viele Brasilianer als Gäste, sehr gute Caipirinhas. Die coxinhas und Hauptspeisen (Bobó de camarao na moringa) waren einfach ein Traum. Auch vegane uns vegetarische Gerichte stehen auf der Karte.

Das Ambiente ist sehr gemütlich und authentisch! Man fühlt sich als würde man für eine kleine Auszeit des Alltags nach Brasilien in den Urlaub entführt werden. Das essen ist auch super lecker und wirklich mal was neues! Der Servis ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und kann dieses tolle nur Restaurant nur empfehlen!!

Das Restaurant hat mir optisch sehr gut gefallen und die Mitarbeiter sind super nett. Leider hat uns das Essen nicht geschmeckt hat. Ich habe die Nudeln mit Scampi gewählt. Die Scampi waren lecker und richtig schön groß, aber die selbst gemachten Nudeln haben mich nicht überzeugt. Irgendwie waren sie verkocht und sind komplett zerbrochen, aber teilweise waren sie auch noch zu hart. Die Soße hatte kein geschmackliches Highlight, bzw war insgesamt sehr neutral und ich musste ordentlich mit Salz und Pfeffer nachwürzen. Am Tisch hatten noch zwei Personen Nudeln die auch nicht so begeistert waren. Auch die Tapas kamen bei Freunden nicht gut an, da wenig Geschmack und die Gewürze gefehlt haben.

Comida brasileira VEGANA!!!!! Não esperava opções tão variadas para um cardápio vegano! Fui positivamente surpreendida!!! Eu adorei a comida com gostinho de Brasil, em espacial o pirão vegano e a mandioca frita 😋😋 No final ainda tomei um cravinho delicioso! Super recomendo e volto com certeza!!!

Ambiente gut, Personal freundlich, Essen geschmacklich o.k. , aber keine wirkliche Offenbarung.Getränke nicht. Aperol spritz plörrig mit viel Wasser,auch nach Bitte um Veränderung nicht genießbar, Caipi nicht lecker, Wein: ich zahle 14-16 Euro pro Glas in einem guten Restaurant für einen guten Wein. Der Wein hier war abgestanden und muffig, Flasche offensichtlich schon länger geöffnet. Insgesamt ein ungutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis,bei den Getränken unverschämt. Nicht wieder.

tolles Restaurant mit leckerem Essen und sehr freundlichem Personal, teils in traditioneller Bekleidung. Sehr zu empfehlen ist der Aperitif 'Xodó of Trones", für alle die Anis mögen. Eine Geschmacksexplosion 🎉
