Lavas Hamburg in Hamburg

Bin auf Durchreise und hatte spontan Lust auf eine gute Pizza, die habe ich hier auf jeden Fall bekommen. Lecker! Insgesamt eine gute übersichtliche Auswahl, vegetarische und vegane Speisen werden ausreichend angeboten, finde ich sehr gut!

Letztens hatte ich einen Chickensalat geholt zum mitnehmen, das war für die Arbeit gedacht. Ich und meine Schwester haben dort erstmal 20-30min gewartet was für uns kein Problem war. Später in meiner Pause, hab ich gesehen wie klein (merkt man auf dem Bild nicht so, war aber echt klein) und traurig die Portion ist. Das Salat bestand nur aus Eisbergsalat, 4 Scheiben Gurke und vllt paar Cherrytomaten. Dressing war viel zu viel. Weil ich so lange warten musste dachte ich, okay ist wohl ein schöner Bunter Salat, aber war doch nicht der Fall 😂 Das hat mich 9 etwas gekostet. Ich hab schon von anderen Dönerläden einen Chickensalat geholt, und die waren jedesmal richtig lecker, und Lavas ist ja auch sowas wie ein „Restuarant“ aber na gut da kann man nichts machen

Toller Laden bedienen alle döner Liebhaber oder auch andere Gerichte. Ausserdem döner habe ich noch nichts probiert aber sieht alles sehr l2cker aus. Die Lage ist gut zum schnellen döner holen, wenn man mit der Bahn fährt und etwas zeit hat. Die Jungs sind auch sehr schnell. Immer nett und freundlich

Habe ein Dürüm mit Yaprak Döner bestellt. Sehr lecker, gut gewürzt, nicht versalzen, nicht zu fettig. Kurzum sehr gut. Habe schon einige Yaprak Döner gegessen. Dieser hier gehört aber definitiv zu meinen Favoriten. Alle anderen Zutaten auch sehr frisch. Die Frische konnte man auch gut herausschmecken.

Richtig leckeres Fast Food. Die Leute sind extrem freundlich. Absolut top! Wirklich gut gemacht.

Die Kundenzufriedenheit ist hervorragend, die Atmosphäre ruhig und die Portionen sind sättigend 💯

Schon einige Male hier Essen gewesen und immer wieder positiv aus dem Laden raus gegangen. Das essen immer frisch serviert und köstlich. Besonders die Linsen Suppe und die Pide’s 10 von 10. Das Personal immer recht freundlich. Wärmstens weiterzuempfehlen 👍👍

Ich bin Stammkunde dieses Restaurants und komme fast jeden Abend hierher, um eine Dönerbox zu holen. Die meisten Mitarbeiter kennen mich. Was heute passiert ist, war jedoch absolut inakzeptabel. Ich habe meine Bestellung aufgegeben und etwa 10 Minuten gewartet. Ein Kunde, der nach mir gekommen ist und das Gleiche bestellt hat, bekam seine Bestellung vor mir. Die Reihenfolge wurde nicht eingehalten und es gab keine vernünftige Erklärung. Als ich nachfragte, reagierte der zuständige Mitarbeiter unhöflich und unprofessionell und suchte nur Ausreden. Grundlegende Service-Regeln wurden ignoriert. Leider ist das nicht das erste Mal, dass mir so etwas hier passiert. Ein anderer Mitarbeiter hat die Situation erkannt, sich entschuldigt und versucht zu helfen – dafür danke ich ihm. Dennoch ist eine solche Service-Unzuverlässigkeit in einem Restaurant nicht akzeptabel. Ich schreibe diese Bewertung, damit die Geschäftsleitung endlich reagiert. Wenn Sie Ihre Stammkunden behalten möchten, müssen Mitarbeiter, die keine Ordnung und keinen fairen Service einhalten, konsequent geschult oder ersetzt werden.

Ich habe das Restaurant auf Empfehlung besucht und eine Dönerbox zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist an sich auch ok, wenn die Fleischqualität gestimmt hätte. Die Joghurt-Knoblauch-Soße und die scharfe rote Paste sind recht gut. Leider ist das Fleisch ein totaler Reinfall. Bestellt habe ich den Kalbsspieß. Das Fleisch war dermaßen mit Fett und knorpeligen Stücken durchzogen, dass der Genuss des Gerichts nicht möglich war. Sehr schade.

Starkes Essen, sehr schöner Laden und freundliche Menschen. Perfekter Zwischenstopp bei Bahnreisen!

Super Kebap and rotisserie chicken

Simple restaurant with a large selection. Fast, good, and uncomplicated.

You just can't seem to get through to them that you want your meal packed to go but want to start eating in the shop and then take the rest with you. I've tried it twice now. The first time, I sat in the shop waiting. He packed it correctly, but put it on the warming tray instead of giving it to me and taking my payment. It was then cold on the train. This time, after asking, I didn't get my meal packed to go—and it was delayed. So I started eating and then had the leftovers packed up. Time—the train was leaving... He finally packed it for me, but didn't give me any napkins or cutlery for the train. So, before you even get to the shop, have a very clear explanation of exactly what you want and how you want it, otherwise, communication is guaranteed to go wrong. They weren't honest about the change either. What a shame about what was otherwise a tasty meal.

Great shop and close to the train station. So if you have a moment to change trains, you have to stop by! I was here with a colleague and we were thrilled. The quality, portion, and taste were top-notch! I had a jumbo doner kebab and my colleague had the pitta with sucuk. I added an ayran and everything was perfect! I'll be back on my travels!

Outside, food is advertised that isn't even available inside (in this case, a veggie burger). This creates false hopes.

I've always really enjoyed coming here, as a lot of the food is homemade, and the lahmacun is a real highlight. The staff are always very friendly, too. Unfortunately, this is the second time I've had a severe stomach upset after eating. That's a shame, because I really like the place otherwise. So, I won't be coming back for the time being.

I've become a regular customer at Lavas and can highly recommend a visit to everyone. Delicious dishes, a clean shop, short wait times, and extremely friendly staff. In my opinion, the best dürüm in all of Hamburg!

The doner kebab was not so tasty, very little meat, but 8 euros paid unbelievable

Very disappointing! Even the delivery was a problem – the driver couldn't find the address, even though it was absolutely clear. One of the kebabs was labeled "KalP" – not only an embarrassing typo, but also an indication of the lack of care. The meat was dry, the bread was stale and also dry, and the overall taste was a disaster. I even had a stomach ache after eating it. Definitely not recommended!

Whether you order and eat in or have it delivered, it's always delicious and the food quality is top-notch. Besides doner meat from a rotisserie, they also have really good yaprak doner and even vegan seitan doner (though only the ezme sauce is vegan). The falafel is also quite good. Special requests are accommodated, the staff is friendly, and the delivery service is excellent.

For caffe they give me Pay 44€ !!! Take care Tourists.

We were unimpressed when DB moved our night train from Hamburg HBF to Hamburg Harburg but this place basically made up for it. Some of the best falafel I've ever eaten, at some of the best prices too! Friendly, helpful, and delicious. Highly recommended.

I ate a dürum from here and it tasted of nothing. Veal doesn't taste good, if anything, like chicken. The dürum was also small for €8.

A few days ago, the two of us got a kebab from you. Unfortunately, we both suffered from severe stomach pains for several days afterward. The bread was extremely soggy, and the meat was also very disappointing. While chewing, I noticed several gristly patches in the meat, which made it difficult to chew properly. Unfortunately, the kebab really wasn't good. The service, however, was super friendly, and we immediately felt at ease when ordering.

Vegan kebab is great! Unfortunately there is no vegan sauce :(

Surprisingly good. Best kebab in Harburg so far and more of a restaurant than a kebab shop. Try the house burger! My waiter was a bit slow, otherwise great.

I had a 4 hour relay in Hamburg-Harburg and was looking for some decent turkish food to eat in that time. The restaurant is located right outside the station and provides one with lots of different food options. I had the “mercimek soup” and “kuşbaşı pide”. Both tasted amazing, especially the kuşbaşı pide. Just as it is done in Turkey, even better than most places there. The portions were also worth their price. It’s good that there were non-boycott drink options (Fritz-kola). The staff was amazing, at the end of my meal they offered me a free rice pudding (sütlaç) and some tea. I will definitely stop by again if I ever come back to Hamburg.

It really is a very good place to eat, there is a variety of foods, the space is quiet and pleasant. The service is very good, I like it!!

Because of the good reviews, I went to this restaurant during my stay in Harburg. I ordered a kebab plate with lamb. The meat was completely dry. I also reported this to service. His answer was that it can happen at 9 o'clock in the evening. Why do they serve such crap in the evening? Something like that should be thrown away and not sold. Either stop selling the dry stuff and tell the guest that lamb is sold out or make new, juicy meat. But that doesn't work at all.

Rarely have we experienced such courteous service. Super nice staff and very tasty food. We felt very comfortable.

There were 9 of us here and we all really enjoyed it. The waiting time was very short and the service couldn't be friendlier and more accommodating. Since a small Margherita pizza was ready 2-3 minutes after the other dishes, we got a small fries on the house to bridge the waiting time.

Price performance is top! We ate very well here on Türk days in a row and would love to come back!

Great little restaurant/snack bar between Phönix and Marktkaufcenter. Good, inexpensive food in a cozy atmosphere. Everything is very clean. Service friendly. Good menu. Not too much choice and not too little. Ideal for a meal while shopping. PS The fries are delicious here

The vegan kebab is delicious but also quite expensive. In general, the kebabs are unfortunately only slightly filled. I would be happy if there was more filling and then I would come more often.

A small, inconspicuous atmosphere with fantastically tasty cuisine. The service is extremely friendly, we felt welcome and enjoyed being guests here. The food is high quality and lovingly prepared. It tastes fantastic. The kitchen is modern, the Vöner and other vegan dishes are in the portfolio. I was also very happy about the soft drink selection. We'll come again and again and again.

The Yaprak kebab had the best kebab meat I have ever eaten. Very clean, friendly service. Great recommendation!

The cheeseburger was just mediocre, the fries were only a 3. At €14 as a menu with cola, it was too expensive. The dish of the day was delicious but with just a small portion of rice it was way too expensive at €12. Service was ok.

Lamb kebab! Help, it was good! My best kebab in years!!!! More expensive but worth it.
