We had an incomparably beautiful evening yesterday. The food was phenomenal! The service too. We would love to come back!

The food is good and beautifully presented. The waiters are pleasantly friendly and not intrusive. Unfortunately it was very cold, so one of our group had to wear his vest. The flowers in the middle were replaced by a bar, making the room appear boring or meaningless. Luckily there are other good restaurants in Düsseldorf…

I have been to Halbedel’s Gasthaus on multiple occasions, and they never disappoint. The food is amazing, the experience is curated nicely, and the atmosphere is cozy.

Excellent all around!!! An ingenious menu, a top wine pairing - and all in a totally charming atmosphere. We'll be going back here very soon. Update 10/2024: there for the 4th time. And always just perfectly tasty and nice.

Während unseres Aufenthaltes im Hotel Deimann haben wir natürlich die Gelegenheit genutzt, an einem Abend das Sterne-Restaurant Hofstube kennen zu lernen. An gut sechs Tischen mit Ausblick in die offene Küche wurden wir an unserem Tisch von einem kompetenten und gleichzeitig herzlichen Service bedient; hier möchte ich insbesondere Herrn Christian Pufahl hervorheben, der uns das Gefühl vermittelte hier Stammgast zu sein. Ein einziges Menü wurde uns für den Abend offeriert, was uns sehr positiv überrascht hat. Eine moderne und gleichzeitig lokal angehauchte Küche überzeugte bei jedem Gang voll. Der zweite Michelin-Stern dürfte nur eine Frage der Zeit sein…Dazu wurden exzellente Weine und auch eine alkoholfreie Begleitung gereicht. Wir werden wieder kommen…

Excellent food, great menu composition, fine wine accompaniment, very friendly and knowledgeable service, an all-round highlight. 6-course menu with a good mix of local and seasonal vegetables, meat and fish. I liked that Christinen-Brunnen water was offered instead of flown-in Pellegrino. The chef himself asked at the table about the main course. Definitely deserves a Michelin star.

An amazing experience! Had the 6 course menu with wine arrangement and everything was delicious. The staff were friendly and professional. An easy recommendation for a special dinner.

A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. - one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Went for the whole experience with amazing wines. We were ten together and we all loved every bite. Great service. Really hopping to go again one day.

perfect, modern ambience, which draws attention to the food due to its reduced nature. The staff is super accommodating, attentive, friendly and helpful. Relaxed and amiable. You can tell that Maximilan Kreus' team really enjoys what they do. Maximilian himself doesn't miss the opportunity to explain his dishes and creations at the table. The menu is consistently awesome. So much creativity and attention to detail, so many interesting combinations, combinations and everything cooked to perfection. Even if the prices seem quite high at first glance, please don't let that stop you! The whole evening was a celebration: relaxed, interesting, tasty, incredibly creative and definitely worth the price! We are fans now and will definitely come back.

Forgot my birthday. It was pointed out several times that even the “patisserie” was involved, but nothing happened. If you can't even get the basics down, you should leave it alone, i.e. the “patisserie”. The food was very good, but for the money, a mistake of this kind was unforgivable.

Today was the first, but certainly not the last, time we went to the Täfelchen. Excellent food in a wonderful feel-good atmosphere with incredibly friendly, almost family-like service. You arrive here and immediately feel comfortable and welcome. Unfortunately you can't give more than 5 stars.
