An incredibly tasty, versatile but also sophisticated menu with at least 16 different proteins (I could count) and individual courses that I will remember for a lifetime. The sea urchin ice cream, the porcini mushroom with chocolate sauce or the carabinero, to name just a few, were really great. The service is excellent and yet surprising, with a relaxed Rhenish joie de vivre and a wink to the main course, would you like a little extra Wagyu? The wine recommendations go perfectly with the food. The house is one of the really big ones in Germany. It doesn't matter whether there are two or three Michelin stars here. A unique experience in a beautiful hotel just outside Cologne that I can fully recommend. I'll be back.

We wanted to try a new restaurant with a star. The experiment worked great! The restaurant has a cozy, warm appearance. The service is very friendly and warm. The food was a real pleasure throughout. A beautiful journey through flavors. With every walk you noticed how much work, thought and finesse went into it. We really liked the Asian or Japanese touch. The pace was also appropriate, even though we were there on a day when every table was full. Allergies were taken into account and consistently throughout the evening. The champagne was perfectly chilled and the price was right. We'd love to come back. Thanks for the lovely evening!

Every time an incredible, aromatic taste experience with a great and extraordinary wine accompaniment. The non-alcoholic accompaniment is also excellent and is in no way inferior to the wine accompaniment. Jörg, Emiko and the entire team are very warm hosts, you feel completely at home.

This is our second time at Bellini and I have to say it is fantastic. The food looks and tastes really top star cuisine. Completed by the fantastic service. We are definitely coming back and are really looking forward to it!

I and my companion really liked the service and ambience. We had ordered the menu and various extra dishes. A very clear recommendation: the Crostinis with beef tartare. Just perfection from start to finish. The courses on the menu were very good, but they didn't blow my socks off, which is okay. If it had stayed that way, I would have given it 5 stars considering the overall package. However, we sometimes received gnocchi which, in my opinion, were a bit watery. Since it is a very high-priced restaurant, I think it is appropriate to deduct one star. Overall I would probably give it somewhere between 4 and 4.5 stars. After trying all the fine-dining restaurants in Düsseldorf, I would definitely come back after considering all factors.

Without many words - the best restaurant in Hamm

Many thanks to the St Benedict team. Great atmosphere, charming service and a really successful pleasure trip. We almost felt sorry for destroying the little works of art with the fork. The individual components were each harmonious in their own right and in their interaction. A very suitable wine accompaniment.

Alles in allem gut. Allerdings fand ich die vom DJ aufgelegte Musik grauenhaft!!!

Als Geburtstagsdinner für einen besonderen Abend wurde hier ein Tisch gebucht. Der Empfang war nett und zuvorkommend. Nachdem man unsere Garderobe abgenommen hatte, führte der nette Kellner uns zu unserem Tisch in einem sehr verwinkelt gebauten Altbau. Es ging über eine schmale Holztreppe in einen im 1. Stock gelegenen Gastraum. Die Raumhöhe beträgt hier knapp über 2 m, so dass mein Mann, der 1,95 m gross ist, geneigt war, den Kopf einzuziehen. Wir bestellten Wasser medium und Weisswein. Das Wasser wird selber produziert. Auf Nachfrage bei der Kellnerin sagte man uns, dass es aufgrund von Lagerproblemen so sei. Es gab mehrere Grüsse aus der Küche (3 x) bevor die Vorspeise kam. Diese war sehr übersichtlich und wenig bis gar nicht gewürzt. Ebenso war es bei der Hauptspeise. Das Dreierlei, bestand aus einer sehr dunkel produzierten Pastetenaußenhaut mit einem zusammengewürfelten Inhalt, welcher ebenfalls keinen Geschmack hatte. Die Kellner und Kellnerinnen trugen zu kleine Westen, das Hemd guckte aus der Hose und eine Kellnerin hatte gar eine ungebügelte und absolut schlecht sitzende Bluse an, welche einen etwas schmuddeligen Eindruck vermittelte. Der Gruß der Küche als Nachtisch bestand aus einem einfachen Schokoladenkeks, einer Trockenwaffel mit Eis dazwischen und einem undefinierten Geleekringel mit Knisterreis. Bei den Preisen des Hauses hatten wir uns echt eine Geschmacksexplosion erwartet, die leider ins Gegenteil umgekehrt wurde. Da wir gerne und oft essen gehen, wurden wir hier für ein hochpreisiges Dinner sehr enttäuscht. Nie wieder...!

We were able to enjoy the 7 course menu with wine accompaniment. First of all, I have to say, we love good food and like to eat out a lot. Personally, fine dining is not my first choice, as there is often more “appearance than reality” behind it. However, I have to say that both the food, wine and service were fantastic. A trip around the world wasn't too promising. A wonderful chef who cooks with a lot of love and passion. In short, my expectations were far exceeded. A fantastic restaurant for special evenings.
