We visited La Souris Rouge for the first time on Easter Monday. We enjoyed a fantastic dinner in a welcoming atmosphere. My veal loin fillet was incredibly tender and topped with lightly roasted asparagus and a dreamy hollandaise sauce. The lamb loin with green beans and green asparagus was also perfectly cooked and my husband loved it. The chef's wine recommendation went perfectly with the meal, and the service was attentive and friendly. We haven't had such a good meal in a long time and will definitely be back!

Location is very nice, the food is ok, but simply too expensive for the level offered (€34 for a tough duck or €18 for a desert are “sporty”), the service is slow and inattentive. Overall not recommended.

Very pleasant ambience, very friendly staff, the food was of very good quality and tasted excellent, and the wine selection was good and reasonably priced. This restaurant is definitely recommended.

Quaint restaurant, cozy. There are very tasty tarte flambées there! We would once again receive very nice and courteous service. Would love to come back.

Overall great restaurant. Definitely recommended. Food was very good. Service staff was MOSTLY friendly but service speed was slow. One improvement area can be that the staff can take negative comments (about the slow service speed mainly) more gracefully. when confronted about the slow service speed the answer I was given was that they have 40 people to serve (which should be normal in a restaurant:-) ).

Unser Besuch im Paris Club war rundum perfekt! Das Essen war nicht nur geschmacklich ein Highlight, sondern auch wunderschön angerichtet. Ein besonderes Lob geht an unsere Bedienung Lisa – sie war äußerst zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und hat mit ihrer herzlichen Art maßgeblich zu unserem tollen Abend beigetragen. Die Atmosphäre im Paris Club ist stilvoll und einladend – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder!

The all-you-can-eat option is recommended. The restaurant has a pub-like feel. The service is excellent.

It's a real shame that it closed forever last year

Meine negativen Erfahrungen (wir gaben dem Herrn Wirt eine 2. Chance) werden hier von anderen Gästen bestätigt. Der Wirt ist derart unfreundlich. Das muss man sich nicht antun. Er beschäftigt überwiegend wohl Schüler/Studenten, die es nicht im Ansatz drauf haben. Und das Essen… naja. Also da gibt es in Kempen bessere Alternativen.

Sadly, you are a little late to enjoy this place, as they closed on the 29 of December 2024 - but you are right on time to learn about what separates a good restaurant from a great one. As someone who lives in the area, I walked past this place frequently. Every single time Beata and Robert greeted me with a friendly wave. On those days I worked far too late, had a bad mood, needed some quiet time, or got drenched in hydraulic fluid by my car, they were there for me and made sure I got a hot meal, a great wine, and felt like someone wanted to take care of me. Needless to say, all the other days I was feeling good and decided to drop by were absolutely wonderful. The food was delicious, their service was sincere, and the atmosphere magical. My favorite dish was their 'Wiener Schnitzel', paired with one of Robert's favorite wines. What set this place apart however, was the fact that you always felt like you were eating with friends. Few places manage to give you this feeling.
