Restaurant Bellini in Gütersloh

We found the "Bellini" restaurant online and were curious about the special culinary experiences it offered. We received a warm welcome from the staff. That evening, we opted for the six-course menu, which was preceded by four exquisite amuse-bouches. We also selected the perfect wine pairing (a suggested arrangement) to complement the menu. At the "Bellini" restaurant, fine dining truly is the norm! The dishes are crafted with artistry and made from high-quality ingredients. The entire menu was exceptionally delicious and a true delight. Each course, along with its accompanying wines, was explained informatively by the knowledgeable and attentive staff upon arrival at our table. Overall, our experience at the "Bellini" restaurant was a culinary one with first-class service, comparable to a Michelin-starred restaurant!

I was privileged to spend an extraordinary evening at Bellini with my grandson. The menu was a unique culinary experience, as well as a visual feast. It was a great pleasure for me to watch my grandson sample and enjoy the food. The professional, friendly service from the wait staff contributed greatly to the success. The wine pairing was wonderfully matched to the flavors of the meal. My grandson chose the non-alcoholic accompaniment, which he completely won over. The sweet greeting at the end delighted us, as did everything else about the wonderful evening. We'll be back!

We recently visited Bellini for the second time, having first become aware of it as part of the 2024 Gourmet Gang menu (five restaurants, mostly in Bielefeld). Both menus were truly special experiences in every respect. Mr. Hoffmann and his team tend to approach their dishes in a more playful and detailed manner than other restaurants of this caliber that we have visited, and they skillfully work with nuances of flavor, textures, and visual presentation, so that each course is a discovery whose complexity cannot be replicated at home. The opening greeting from the kitchen, the excellent bread, the desserts from the patisserie, and, finally, the additional goodies from the patisserie are all absolutely outstanding. The atmosphere is informal, the staff-intensive service is warm and attentive, and even the dishes are visually unique, further presenting the food as something special. The ambience is beautiful, if a bit rustic, but that's a matter of taste, of course. It's a shame they weren't included in the 2025 Gourmet Gang series. Probably too dangerous ;-)

I'll start with a WOW! We only discovered this restaurant because we booked a short break at the Parkhotel. A very young team, always attentive, friendly, courteous, warm, and simply delightful. After some experience in 1- and 2-star restaurants, all we can say is... we wish Lukas Hoffmann and his team that he soon receives at least one of those stars himself. The variety of flavors, the lovingly crafted presentation of the dishes, and the seasonal and regional ingredients left nothing to be desired. A very special thank you goes to the junior sommelier, Franziska Prenzel, who was a true "wish-fulfiller" before we even made our reservation and guided us through the evening in a truly personalized way. Thanks to the entire team, and best of luck to all the staff in their future careers. We were, are, and will remain thrilled. WE'LL BE BACK. Best regards from the Bergisches Land region.

This was our second time at Bellini, and I have to say it's fantastic. The food, both visually and tastefully, truly resembles top-of-the-line Michelin-star cuisine. The service was fantastic, too. We'll definitely be back and are already looking forward to it!

Excellent food, a great menu selection, fine wine pairing, and very friendly and knowledgeable service – an all-around highlight. 6-course menu with a good mix of local and seasonal vegetables, meat, and fish. I liked that Christinenbrunnen water was offered instead of imported Pellegrino. The chef himself asked at the table about the main course. It definitely deserves a Michelin star.

A new chapter in East Westphalia! Fortunately, we were able to discover the Bellini restaurant on the last evening of the "Gourmet Gang" menu. We had already been to the Sunday family brunch at the Parkhotel and were so impressed by the quality and selection of the food that we now wanted to try the Bellini. A unique experience, unparalleled in East Westphalia. We can only agree with all the positive reviews and would be happy to return. After some experiences with Michelin-starred restaurants, we are delighted to have this level of quality in our hometown – but not pretentious, but down-to-earth East Westphalian, with fantastic quality of food and service.

Dear Bellini team and kitchen team, We spent a wonderful evening at Bellini yesterday. The menu/food was worth at least 1 Michelin star - very tasty and high quality. Simply a delicate art, the way it was prepared. Surely the star will not be long in coming. It was great that the service and various chefs presented the dishes at the table. A big compliment to the kitchen and of course to the two service staff, who accompanied the wine and non-alcoholic drinks with a lot of wit and humor. Really a nice and casual atmosphere. Keep it up... We felt very comfortable.

We treated ourselves to a special dinner over the weekend for a special occasion. The multi-course gourmet menu deserves at least one Michelin star. The service was extremely professional and the arrangement and presentation were perfect (background knowledge, etc.). After the online reservation, the kitchen called in advance to inquire about allergies or intolerances so that the menu could have been changed accordingly. Even though the evening wasn't cheap, it was absolutely worth every penny!!!!

Wow! Yesterday we had a completely perfect evening where everything was just right. Great ambience, first-class service (professional yet relaxed, super organized with a lot of mutual appreciation) and excellent food. We are already looking forward to our next visit and are happy to have discovered Bellini through the Gourmet Gang. We are excited to see when the first star will appear 🔥

We were in Münster with a small group as people from Koblenz. We then planned to eat in Bielefeld after we had visited the city. A friend who had already stayed at the Parkhotel in Gütersloh suggested the Bellini. A great decision. The chef knows his craft and the service, especially regarding wines, was very professional.

This restaurant definitely deserves a Michelin star! It was a completely perfect evening. We enjoyed incredibly delicious food in a very cozy and elegant atmosphere. The non-alcoholic drink accompaniment was an absolute experience. We've never had such drink creations before... it was great. Every single course was an intense taste explosion. There wasn't a single thing that we didn't like so much. Everything was of the highest quality and put together and prepared with an incredible amount of love and creativity. The service was very professional, super nice, yet totally relaxed and relaxed and always available for a little chat. We are very excited and will definitely come back. A wonderful enrichment for the whole of OWL! The food is absolutely top class, somewhere between one and two stars - I'm looking forward to the next Michelin rating. Everyone, without exception, all the service staff and also the kitchen staff who were at the table, were extremely friendly and in a very good mood - that's also a joy. We have been to Bellini again about 2 years apart to give the restaurant another chance after a very disappointing first experience - it was the second and last visit. On our first visit with a group of 6 about 2 years ago, almost everyone was more than disappointed. 3x tuna, 3x completely fried and oversalted, 2x completely tasteless vegetarian pasta. Now a new attempt - my main course was okay, again very salty, but still edible, but nothing that justified the restaurant's self-assessment and corresponding calculation. My husband's meat was again completely "cooked to death" and tough. The ambience is very nice, the service is also completely fine - but in terms of cuisine, the Bellini doesn't have much to do with fine dining.

Yesterday we had the 6-course menu in the Bellini restaurant in the Parkhotel Gütersloh and it was a pleasure in every respect. The cuisine is at the highest level. Each dish is a small work of art, perfectly composed and full of surprising flavors. The combinations of ingredients are creative and bold without ever losing sight of the taste. The service was just as impressive: professional, attentive and yet pleasantly reserved. Here, as a guest, you not only feel welcome, but also truly cared for. The ambience completes the experience. Stylish, elegant yet warm and inviting. A big compliment to the friendly Lukas Hoffmann and his team! This restaurant is undoubtedly at a star level and we were definitely not there for the last time. Absolute recommendation for everyone who loves fine dining!

I was in OWL on business and therefore stayed at the Parkhotel in Gütersloh. I then had the choice between the park restaurant and the smaller Bellini. I have to say that I can absolutely recommend Bellini. Creative and technically excellent chef, service staff excellent in their area with wine recommendations that go very well with the food. The ambience creates a cozy atmosphere and invites you to linger.

A whole new Bellini! As former employees of the Parkhotel who only knew the dishes from this perspective, to new regular guests of the Bellinis with a new concept from the new chef: We enjoyed every single course with all our senses, had fun eating and left us wanting more. Scallops, tuna, Strammen Max's own interpretation, eagle fish, saddle of venison and the white chocolate dessert - in our opinion all the dishes were very well thought out, extremely well crafted and lovingly prepared. But most importantly: it was also simply delicious! The service has always been strong at the Parkhotel, but today to experience how well the trained service staff knew the new dishes, made recommendations, recommended great wine and created a feel-good atmosphere with ease really put the crown on the evening. High-quality basic products presented in such a way and presented by interested service staff who live their job: that's what you're happy to pay this reasonable price for. The Bellini restaurant is located in the Gütersloh Parkhotel. The furnishings are timelessly elegant in muted colors. Many guests particularly like to sit in the 4 seating niches in front of the large windows to enjoy a "private" atmosphere. The preparation and quality of the food were excellent. The river pike perch is highly recommended. The service staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Therefore 5 stars

It was my first time eating here and I had very high expectations. The ambience is great, rustic with a modern touch. You feel good. We had a table that was somewhat screened off so that we could chat in peace. The staff was very attentive, friendly and well trained. The knowledge about the different wines and the dishes is there. The food tasted great, we had a classic starter, a main course and a dessert. Visually, the food was also lovingly prepared. The Chanti recommended to us was exceptional, fruity and robust in taste. As an appetizer there was bread from a famous baker from Hanover (I forget the name) with 2 dips and olive oil. We could have eaten our fill here alone. The olive oil wasn't bitter, no savings were made here. The only small negative point: We would have liked 3-4 more main courses and starters to choose from.

Sehr gutes italienisches Restaurant. Wir hatten ein 4-Gänge Überraschungs-Menü, das in unserem Hotelarrangement enthalten war. Er war wirklich sehr lecker. Sehr angenehm war auch der professionelle und zuvorkommende Service, leider heute keine Selbstverständlichkeit mehr.

Gemütliches Ambiente, hervorragendes Essen und aufmerksamer, sehr freundlicher Service. Sehr empfehlenswert!

This small restaurant in the Park Hotel gives one the feel of Italy. The are several booths that are semi-private. They have an antipasti bar with cured meat, grape leaf wrapped goodies, and vegetables for a salad. Although we did get it this time, the Lo Stendino, an appetizer built for two, has a presentation like I have never seen. Slices of Italian ham hang on a small stand surrounded by and sausages, cheeses, olives, dried tomatoes, figs and bread. The ravioli were light and delicious. The red sauce was not too heavy. The beef strips and pasta had just enough sauce. Any more and it would have been swimming. The pork and roased potatoes dish was also not heavy as one might thing of meat and potatoes. The dessert was disappointingly tiny, and my wife and I shared it, making it miniscule. On the plus side, not too many calories. We would recommend as a great place for a quiet meal, or even a romantic one.
