Without a doubt my three favorite. We were there a little over a year ago. Great night in a great venue. The elongated table is a great idea. Good wines and impressive staff. A little surreal sometimes 😀. A very fun night.

Dear ZEIK team, We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for an all-round successful evening! The menu was an absolute dream - as a "die-hard" meat lover, I would be ready to become a vegetarian here in a heartbeat. It's truly amazing what Maurizio and his team conjure up with every single product. The dishes were full of flavor explosions and always surprised us. I would also like to particularly emphasize the non-alcoholic beverage accompaniment, which was a real enrichment. I was deeply impressed by the attention to detail and the quality of what is on offer here. If it weren't so long, we would definitely visit you more often - but we'll definitely be back! A huge thank you to Maurizio and the entire team for this unique experience. Thanks to Maurizio and his team!

Well, of course the food in a 2-star restaurant is delicious and meets all expectations. Nevertheless, next time I would rather go back to Lakeside or 100/200. At Bianc I had the historic, upscale restaurant feeling that the service was more distinguished than the guests. I also understand that it's boring to rattle off the same menu 10 times a night, but since we can read, that wouldn't have been necessary. Nevertheless, the Bianc is worth the money and if I frequented multi-star restaurants more than once a year, they would also get a second chance. Maybe they'll loosen up at some point.

After last year, I had to visit this restaurant again. Everything was very good last year. The reception from the service was again warm and professional this year. As a guest you feel comfortable and welcome from the first second. Unfortunately the special beer from the champagne bottle was no longer available this year, but we were served a good alternative. And then we started with the little greetings from the kitchen. 3 small bites, each tasted excellent and provided a surprise. The bread followed. Sounds banal, but it's simply fantastic. Both the sourdough bread and the pretzel roll were excellent. Plus the butter, which was of course refined with a little salt. This time we decided on wine accompaniment. The last time we didn't order this, but instead opted for a bottle. I would immediately recommend the wine pairing to everyone. The trip not only goes well with the dishes, but they complement each other perfectly. The sommelier Stefanie Hehn knows exactly what to serve with which dish in order to perfectly showcase the wine and the dish. So the second greeting from the kitchen also came from the wine cellar. A very nice idea. All courses were perfect. Even the quail, which I have been able to eat so often in other star restaurants, was interpreted differently here and was a culinary delight. The lamb was tender as butter and also a culinary delight. We often go out to eat in places that have been awarded stars, toques and the like. I have often visited restaurants on the top 50 list in the world, but something is different here. Not a single course on this menu was outstanding or was “just” average. No, every course was excellent and it was a culinary journey without any stumbling blocks. Every little detail was perfect and the wines were perfect too. But the ambience with its relaxed atmosphere also made guests feel almost at home. The tables are well spaced and the restaurant is relatively quiet. But not so quiet that you hardly dare to talk. A relaxed environment. And with top people who pamper the guests in the best possible way. A top kitchen team that prepares the food with a chef who is passionate about his job. A service team with a boss who really knows how to be a host and a sommelier who has a top palate and has conjured up the perfect wine accompaniment. Thank you for allowing us to take a short detour into the kitchen and for the chef taking time for us. Would I come again? Definitely! A must on my next visit to Hamburg! The only downside was that even a perfect evening ends. See you next time.

Die kleinen Häppchen waren bei jedem Gang ein neues Erlebnis. Angerichtet wurde jeder Gang auf sehr kreative und liebevolle Art, optisch wunderschöne. Dabei war jede Speise durch die Kombination von Elementen, Geschmacksrichtungen und Texturen ausgezeichnet. Zusätzlich zu der von uns bestellten Gangfolge gab es vorab zwei ganz wunderbare Grüße aus der Küche, und sogar noch nach dem Dessert ein weiterer süßer Gang mit diversen Kunstwerken. Alles war sehr schmackhaft, einige Stücke stachen besonders positiv hervor. Wir haben nicht die Weinfolge gewählt, sondern Aperitif und Wein von der Karte bestellt. Der Service bei uns am Tisch wurde durch mehrere versierte Kräfte gestellt. Alle waren sehr freundlich und vorbildlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Abend genossen. Ein großer Dank an das gesamte Team.

We always go there with friends to eat goose in December in the run-up to Christmas. And that has been the case for years. Because it is simply a wonderful meal and experience. A very tender goose with crispy skin in organic quality. As many side dishes as you like, excellent drinks and extremely friendly and attentive service staff. We will go again next year because it is just great there!

We had a great evening with 4 people with a super nice 6 course menu and great wine accompaniment. The excellent service and the very pleasant atmosphere including a reasonable price-performance ratio made the evening a perfect experience for us 👍👍👍.

Small but very fine restaurant with absolutely top cuisine. The service is extremely friendly. The restaurant is definitely recommended for special occasions!

Absolutely extraordinary! Loved every minute of our visit. Aside the immaculate service and atmosphere, we loved a lot how the courses were complex while maintaining a simplistic but approachable touch. Will visit again for sure.
