We ordered two vegetarian dishes to be delivered and are sad to say we were very disappointed. Food was bathed in oil and we found it very tasteless.. Bread was stale and equally tasteless, there were no options for drinks and when out food arrived it was half heartedly wrapped. Bread almost loose in the bag and the currys covered in oil. Maybe its better eating there but I would not recommend getting take out here.
Tried the star cuisine there several times. Top quality, very good food, friendly advice. The ambience depends somewhat on which table you get. There is no hotel bar, so the selection of spirits is very simple. However, a classy bar is generally difficult to find in Regensburg.
Fast and pleasant service, and the meal was really excellent! In addition, you have the choice between three portion sizes, which allows you to be sure not to have too much or too little.
It is best to book, the restaurant is quite small and is very popular.
The waiting time is really terrible. I was allowed to leave again because there wasn't enough time (2 hours) to bring me my food. That was my first and last visit with you.
Last night, we stumbled upon this restaurant while looking for dinner. Locals recommended it to us. We had a wonderful evening here. The staff is efficient, everything is clean, the food is absolutely excellent, and we had an exceptionally good ouzo. It wasn't frozen, but rather perfectly tempered, yet still unusually mild. The desserts were also excellent. If we're ever in Regensburg again, we'll be back! Keep up the good work!
Everything was really great! From the decor, making you feel like you're really in the Balkans, to the friendly waiters, to the delicious food.
Even with my many allergies, I didn't have to think twice about eating here. Their food is delicious and so authentic. Some in our party got schnitzels and I can tell you truthfully that I've never seen such huge schnitzels in my whole entire life. The Katharinenhof platter was a delight of flavors, and the salads my parents got were also really filling and satisfying. Everything was really well seasoned and well cooked (even the skewers were juicy which isn't usually the case in other places)
We would definitely return again!
Unfortunately, after the change of tenant, not much remained of the original dada. The menu is now quite manageable, fries and burgers are now completely missing. The soy schnitzel with potato salad is not my favorite, but the gyros are really tasty. Plus point for the staff, they were really very friendly. Maybe something new on the menu will be developed in the future?
The toilets are very modern and clean, there are even free tampons, but there isn't a single sticker left on the wall. It's a shame somehow. Overall there isn't much charm left. I used to feel like I was going to *the* vegan/vegetarian restaurant in Regensburg, but today it's just *a* vegan/vegetarian restaurant.
