Absolutely delicious food, a great starter, and really tasty pizza too. The atmosphere is very cozy and the service is very helpful. Child-friendly.

I can't recommend it at all. The staff is okay, but the manager is a bit aloof.

The squid tentacle simply melted in your mouth, as did the risotto with scallops. You can't get any better in Italy; a true culinary delight. The portions were also generous. We went home full and happy afterwards. I highly recommend it!

We had an incredibly good meal here. So good, in fact, that we came back two evenings in a row. Everything was just perfect: food, drinks, ambiance, and service. From the very first glance at the menu, we knew, wow, this is promising, and the promise was kept. We sampled the "Meridiano" world of flavors and wholeheartedly recommend the liver, the tagine, the pasta dishes, the pumpkin soup, and the appetizers. Everything was delicious, cooked with love, and appetizingly presented. And to top it all off, we felt like highly valued guests from the very first evening. That's how gastronomy should be everywhere. It's a shame we don't live in Regensburg, but the "Meridiano" offers a good reason to return.

As soon as you enter, you'll notice the stylish and lovingly designed furnishings, which immediately create a feel-good atmosphere. The dishes were excellent – ​​a real highlight in terms of taste and prepared with a lot of care. The service also left nothing to be desired: attentive, warm and very professional. The boss of the house, whose friendly manner perfectly rounded off the harmonious overall experience, deserves special mention. A place to which you would like to return. Italian restaurant located just outside Dörnberg. Large menu with the usual dishes. Great selection of pizzas. Most guests come to enjoy the specialties of the sea. Very tasty and something for everyone. Also very big. Only recommended. The place is manageable. Nobly furnished. And the service is very friendly, nice and attentive.

We had dinner here over Christmas to celebrate a birthday in the evening. It was a successful evening all around - the table was nicely decorated to suit the occasion, the food was very good, although not exactly cheap. We were provided with attentive and very friendly service, where the boss himself is also on site and takes care of the guests - not a given! Overall, it was very customer-friendly and the price-performance ratio was definitely right. Gladly again!

Great, honest and simple dishes prepared to perfection with excellent ingredients! We ordered two pizzas and the seafood appetizer to take away. What can I say, everything was excellent and the best pizza I've had in a long time. The seafood was really outstanding, well dressed, cooked to perfection, visually and tastefully great! I would take a detour for this seafood appetizer. Recommend it to everyone!

Were on December 23rd. in the evening with the large family there. Everyone was enthusiastic, food is very imaginative. My recommendation: beef fillet tips with macaroni! Only in the carbonare should there be bacon (guanciale!) and no ham. Maybe the bacon was also very lean...all in all, excellent!

Wir waren das erste Mal in dem Lokal, Weihnachtsessen mit der Familie. Die Gerichte sind sehr sehr gut, sogar die Weihnachtsgans mit Knödel war mit auf der Karte und hat sehr lecker geschmeckt. Der Chef war am Tisch, das Personal super nett und die Preise entsprechend der Qualität wirklich in Ordnung. Gerne wieder....

We actually just happened to eat at Meridiano during a short vacation in Regensburg. And we were more than happy that we chose this restaurant for our dinner. The two of us had a mezze platter as a starter, the portion was definitely enough for both of us and was absolutely delicious. For the main course we had the macaroni with grilled vegetables, beef fillet tips and Napoli sauce, a pizza margarita and the tagliata di manzo. All portions were really generous and everything tasted great. I also have to clearly mention the service here, I have rarely experienced such attentive and friendly service! So we can definitely highly recommend the Meridiano :)

My husband was so excited about this restaurant, which he discovered during a business trip a few weeks ago, that he took me here today too. His recommendation was the pizza NONNA ( Mozzarella/ yellow tomatoes/ Gorgonzola/ figs/ Crudo di Parma/ fresh mushrooms for €16.90). I actually ordered these and I was thrilled too! Super thin and super tasty! There was also a SIDE SALAD (leaf lettuce/ rocket/ cucumber/ beetroot/ cherry tomatoes/ Fruits/olives/pepperoni/house dressing). My husband had the SALAMI pizza today (Mozzarella/tomato sauce/ for €12.90) and was again very satisfied! At the sweet end there was CHOCOLATE CAKE ( with liquid core/fresh berries/ice cream for €7.90) and HOMEMADE PISTACHIO CAKE ( with mascarpone frosting/fresh berries/hazelnuts for €7.90). Both a dream! So my conclusion: here you can eat very well in a cozy atmosphere and the service is very friendly! We felt very comfortable and had a great culinary end to the day!

My work brought me to Regensburg. My (food) choice today was Meridiano. Pizza is almost always possible. Let's see what's here... Ohhhh, pizza with Gorgonzola and Parma ham. -> here Pizza Nonna NONNA €16.90 Mozzarella/ yellow tomatoes/ Gorgonzola/ figs/ Crudo di Parma/ fresh mushrooms I waited for my pizza with big friends. The host could deliver very quickly. The pizza looked very good (see picture) and tasted even better. It's a shame I wasn't that hungry... Due to the volume I had to send a piece back to the kitchen. My conclusion: If I'm in Regensburg again, I'll be happy to come back.

We were there by chance because the restaurant is close to our hotel. Even though we didn't make a reservation, we still got a table (later it got pretty crowded, so it's better to come early or reserve!) We were greeted very friendly and shown to the table. The pizzas were large, hot and very tasty. As a surprise, our children received a scoop of ice cream from the boss because they had finished their pizza. 👍 Very friendly staff! 🩷 Card payment is possible!

Went here for dinner on 2 consecutive days. Everything is just right here. Be it service, ambience or the food. Everything is perfect. Enjoyed octopus, lamb chop and bruschetta. Have rarely eaten so well. Unfortunately we have to leave tomorrow, otherwise we would have come again

We had a fantastic evening here! The pasta was simply outstanding – perfectly al dente and incredibly tasty. To top it all off, there was a panna cotta that simply melted in your mouth. We would particularly like to highlight the manager of the house, who was not only very friendly, but also made us feel very welcome.

Hier hebben we echt lekker gegeten, op aanwijzing van de receptie van ons hotel. Zelf zouden we dit restaurant niet gevonden hebben omdat het in een heel rustige woonbuurt ligt. Een mooie afsluiter van onze reis.

Eigentlich kein Stern! Wir wurden rüde abgewiesen: Sinngemäßes Zitat-> drei Erwachsene ja, aber kein Kinderwagen! Vor uns hatte ein Paar mit kleinem Kinderwagen (Buggy) das Lokal betreten, und auch sofort wieder verlassen. Am Vorabend waren wir in einem Restaurant in der Nähe. Das ist ähnlich beengt. Es gab keine Probleme mit dem Kinderwagen. Wir wurden freundlich behandelt.

Das Meridiano ist besonders, da es nicht nur durch beste Qualität der Zutaten und die typisch leckere italienische Küche überzeugt, sondern bei jedem Gericht der kleine Wow Effekt dabei ist. Generell ist beim „typischen“ Italiener bei einem Fleischgericht als Beilage Kartoffeln und etwas Gemüse dabei. Manchmal ist dieses sogar geschmacklos und fad. Wenn man Glück hat, ist der Teller schön angerichtet und die Beilagen überzeugen durch Frische. Das Meridiano übertrifft dies, in dem es zum Beispiel nicht nur Gemüse und Kartoffeln als Beilage zu einem sehr zarten Rinderfilet serviert, es gibt obendrein Ravioli und eine fabelhafte Tomatensoße. Das Beste ist jedoch die perfekte Würze - hier werden frische Kräuter verwendet und ich freue mich bei jedem Besuch über eine überraschende geschmackliche Balance. Bei einem Besuch vor Ort wird man sehr herzlich, meist sogar vom Chef persönlich, empfangen. Für mich sehr wichtig ist außerdem, dass Sonderwünsche (ich will immer seeeehr viel Salatdressing) Immer erfüllt werden. Das ist heutzutage in der Gastronomie sehr selten geworden. Im Meridiano ist das Gefühl von Willkommen sein, aber genauso bestand wie das leckere italienische Essen. Sowohl wenn man im Restaurant ist als auch wenn man sich etwas für zu Hause holt, ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut. Auch in anderen deutschen Städten, in denen ich häufig italienisch essen gehe, habe ich bis jetzt keinen besseren Italiener als das Meridiano gefunden… ich empfehle das Meridiano bedingungslos weiter :-)

Great! Was on a business trip and made a stopover in Regensburg. Unfortunately, I wasn't in Regensburg until after 9 p.m. and many other restaurants had already closed their kitchens. Not so at Meridiano: Despite my late arrival, the boss greeted me in a very friendly and highly motivated manner at 9:30 p.m. The kitchen conjured up a fantastic dish for me! Big congratulations to everyone, you saved my evening! In short: see you again!

The food came quickly and was very tasty, and the portions were sufficient even for good eaters. We were allowed to bring our dog with us without any problems. That's not the case everywhere. But it was pretty noisy and loud. We were sitting near the front door, it was a bit uncomfortable.
