Pure disappointment and rip off. When we arrived, many tables had not been cleared, even though there were hardly any guests there, and when we left 2 hours later, these tables had still not been cleared. The service didn't come for ages & then only came to the neighboring table. We were only noticed when we were spoken to. The cocktails took a very long time and were poorly mixed. The burger was inedible. Plus everything is grossly overpriced. We'll never come again!

Very disappointed!!!! The location is really nice, but unfortunately that was the only positive thing about my experience. The service was simply unprofessional and chaotic. We had to wait forever until someone came to our table to take our order. It seemed as if the staff were completely overwhelmed and had no experience in the catering industry. It was particularly disappointing that our polite questions about the long waiting times were hardly responded to - instead we were fobbed off with a curt answer - we had a system failure. I also found it cheeky that they charged an additional €3 entry fee, for which please???. It's a shame about the beautiful corner, but I certainly won't visit this place again.

Good space, good drinks, service quite good and a great option in summer

The waitress should be friendlier because she scares away all the customers. The two ladies at reception were also very unsympathetic and unfriendly. Left again after 5 minutes. The table wasn't wiped either and there was a bug in the menu. Only the waiter at the bar was very nice.

Cool idea, good shisha, delicious drinks and nice ambience. There is enough space and the employees are nice and helpful. Can only recommend a visit

The waitress only concentrated on the male guests and flirted with them, every time she was in her round she asked male guests if they had everything and if everything was okay, the entire time we were there (2.5 hours) it was her Maybe 4 times for us but definitely every 5-10 minutes for male guests, we weren't even offered a blanket and we had to get everything ourselves while the male guests literally had their feet kissed!!!!

Not recommended, we weren't allowed to order anything (because there was a food stop) the waitress told us she would let us know when we could order. When the kitchen took orders again there was no more pizza - so we waited for over 2 hours and didn't get anything to eat. Service was completely overwhelmed. Not recommendable. With an entrance fee of €8 for dirty tables...

I reserved online beforehand. It said that you can reserve lounges that are designed for up to 7 people for fewer people, but then you have a minimum consumption of €210. We were aware of this and it was okay with us. So I had a reservation confirmation for a beach lounge. On site it was suddenly said that “of course” we wouldn’t get one of those because there weren’t 7 of us. Despite showing confirmation. Then we were given a seating area for 4 people, which wasn't comfortable at all. As I said, we actually reserved a lounge. Then on a Saturday at 6:30 p.m. it felt like half of the drinks on the menu were no longer available/orderable. Generally you had to look for food or drink menus. The entire location is a joke and not worth the money.

We reserved 4 seats especially for the European Championship Germany game - unfortunately we couldn't see any screens from our seats... The €8 entrance fee wasn't communicated anywhere in advance, which I find almost cheeky, because the beach doesn't otherwise charge entry. But if you know that it's going to be full, you spontaneously add entry to the already pretty sporty drink prices, or so it seemed to us. After 50 minutes of waiting, we asked about our food, whereupon we were told that the antipasti plate and salad were no longer available - only pizza, and we would have to wait a little longer... Overall, very disappointing, a lot of money for little service .

We reserved a beach lounge with a screen view for a European Championship game on June 29, 2024 and received confirmation for this. When we arrived we were told we wouldn't be given a lounge because there were only four of us. We were offered 4 chairs for this. At least 2 out of 4 people had a look at the screen. The description stated that you can also reserve a lounge with fewer than 7 people. However, there is a minimum consumption of €200. It's no problem for the four of us either. So you're put in some corner and that's it. Numerous drinks could no longer be ordered because some ingredients were no longer in stock. And that on a Saturday evening just before 7. Very poor performance.

!!!Caution!!! from debt collection fraud regarding the large gravel parking lot next to the new Arcaden Beach location. Even comes from the organizer himself.

Unfortunately we found the visit very disappointing. The prices are very high and the atmosphere on the roof used to be much better. Unfortunately, the service has also deteriorated significantly. During our three-hour stay, we were only asked for a drink refill once, even though our glasses had been empty for 45 minutes. The staff walked past our table several times without noticing us. The food didn't come even after 50 minutes, and it wasn't until we asked that we were told another 20 minutes later that the food we ordered (pizza bread, aioli, olives) was no longer available. We were kindly told: “Of course you don’t have to pay.” – Okay, cool, thanks! We probably won't come back.

The cocktails were ok. but nothing special. The burgers cold and tasteless. Even the super nice staff couldn't change that.

Achtung, schlechte Rezessionen werden gelöscht. Mir Fake Anwaltsschreiben und Fristsetzungen die weit zurück in der Vergangenheit liegen! Pizza war ok. Ausblick na ja... Shisha war Verhältnismäßig Teuer.

Delicious drinks in a relaxed atmosphere

Nice and attentive staff, I comfortably sipped a cocktail and unwinded.

Had a lovely evening. There is good music playing in a relaxed atmosphere and there are delicious drinks. As a small snack we had bruschetta, which was really well made. Won't be my last visit.

Was there in the evening with friends and, as in previous years, was thrilled. This year the location was next to the arcades, but still just as beautiful! Beach feeling and great Ibiza lounge music. The staff was also very friendly. Drinks and food were great as always!

Super Laden, freundliches Personal und einfach eine kleine schöne Oase um der Stadt zu entkommen. Man hat quasi in der Stadt ein kleines Stranderlebnis. Immer wieder gerne dort.

I have been a satisfied customer at the beach for years. 🤍 The atmosphere is simply a dream. This year it's at a different location but, like every year, it's still highly recommended! On my first visit I was really shocked because you just don't expect it to be so beautiful there. Pure holiday feeling 😍 The cocktails and drinks are always served with fresh fruit! The service is always friendly even when it's busy. Reservations are easy to make online without any complications. If you are only 2/3 people you don't need to rebook otherwise I would recommend that the staff tries to get you a place if you come in a group, but it's just not always possible so it's better to reserve!

Hier fehlt es deutlich an Professionalität. Die Homepage ist nur auf das nötigste ausgerichtet; für Veranstaltungen wird kaum Werbung gemacht (teilweise auf Insta). Für den heutigen Tag wurde eine Lounge reserviert, um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Am Eingang wurde dann auf eine Veranstaltung hingewiesen, die kurzfristig geplant wurde. Albanischer Sänger, Eintritt dafür 25,- , obwohl die Reservierung bestätigt wurde und keinerlei Hinweise für diese Veranstaltung gegeben wurde. Für Gäste, die Explizit den Arcaden Beach besuchen wollen und eine weitere Anreise haben, ein komplettes Unding. Mitte der Woche wurde auf Insta der Wochenposn bekanntgeben, hierbei war diese Veranstaltung nicht aufgeführt. Für diese Veranstaltung einen exorbitanten Eintritt zu verlangen, ohne darauf vorher auf der Homepage oder in den Social Medias hinzuweisen, ist eine Fechheit.

An Sich cool aber die Location ist halt neben dem Bahnhof und als friday 4 disco abend eher ne schlechte Location

Das war gar nicht gut!! 20€ für nichts. Das war auch übel eng und die Polizei ist um 23 Uhr gekommen dann wurden wir alle raus geschickt

Ich fande es alles in Ordnung Shisha und Getränke gepasst war auch ein ruhiges Tag für mich und meine Freunde hat alles gepasst kann ich nicht Beschwerden 👍👍

Echt toll! Reservierung ging super easy online, die Location ist wunderschön & man fühlt sich wie im Urlaub, große Auswahl an Getränken und Essen & alles sehr lecker! Komme gerne wieder!

Wahnsinnig entspannte Atmosphäre, zuvorkommende und nette Bedienung, angenehme Lounge - Musik, toller Ausblick, Swimmingpool, Strohdächer, samtiger Sand, reichhaltiges Angebot an Getränken und Essen - kurzum: Man fühlt sich wie an einem gepflegten Strand an der Südsee, ein wenig"Bonzengefühl" kam mir auf. Preisniveau vor allem der Getränke zwar enorm hoch, aber dafür wird kein Eintritt verlangt, irgendwie muss das alles ja finanziert werden. Warum trotzdem "nur" 4 Sterne? Weil für mich vorab nicht klar war, dass es Mahlzeiten erst am Abend gibt. Bin um 14 Uhr hungrig auf der Matte gestanden, aber Pustekuchen. Dann halt 'ne Shisha, aber auch hier: Erst am Abend. Eiskaffee? Ist gerade aus. Da wünschte ich mir eine sorgfältigere Planung im Einkauf, sowie eine transparentere Mitteilung, dass es tagsüber nur Getränke gibt. Letztendlich habe ich dann, ohne durstig zu sein, eine Rhabarber - Schorle getrunken, einfach um die Stimmung aufsaugen zu können.

Service von Eva war super, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder

Shisha für 15€, cocktails für ca 10€, normale Getränke für ca 5€. Chillige Atmosphäre mit 2 kleinen pools, lounge zum Sitzen und ein paar Tische für Snacks.

Sehr schöne beachbar! Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und die Drinks echt lecker! Habe mit meiner Freundin eine Pizza mit Trüffel gegessen, war besser als in vielen Pizzerien. Kommen gerne wieder! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Mega Location, coole Leute, leckere Drinks.

Preise ehrlich crazy teuer und wenn man Pech hat wartet man schon mal eine gute halbe Stunde. Türsteher auch nicht sehr freundlich und die Besucher fühlen sich auch oft ein bisschen zu cool. Ansonsten ganz chillig.

Absolut leckere Cocktails, die Bedienung sind sehr freundlich, wir haben dort einen Geburtstag gefeiert und das Team ließ keine Wünsche offen, sowohl das Essen als auch unser Highlight die Badewanne, die von 4 hübschen Jungs getragen worden ist die Location ein Traum !! Nur weiter zu empfehlen!!! 5/5

Bester Beach Club in Regensburg und Umgebung. Super Lage, hübsche Bedienung leckere Drinks und Snacks und die Kirsche auf der Torte ist die gute shischa. Ich bin positiv überrascht. Echt nur zum empfehlen.

Auf den ersten Blick eine schöne Location. Die Tische in der Lounge waren total schmutzig und verschmiert und teilweise kaputt mit Löchern. Der Service lies lange auf sich warten. Getränke sehr teuer und nichts großartiges. Man befindet sich nach wie vor auf dem Dach eines Einkaufszentrums im Bahnhofsviertel und nicht am Starnberger See. ;)

Vor allem am Wochenende Hammer Stimmung. Man hat alles was man will, shisha, essen, Alkohol und Spaß. Urlaub feeling Safe
