Wonderful restaurant with very nice hosts 😀 We felt very comfortable and ate very tasty schnitzel with fries.

Le chateau de Baden Baden est une belle halte à faire juste avant de rejoindre le centre ville. Entièrement gratuit d'accès, il se visite en 20 minutes et offre une vue spectaculaire sur la ville et la région. Le petit biergarten attenant (je ne parle pas du restaurant dans la cour) est une belle halte avant de partir avec des tables espacées, des parasols au milieu des arbres et un service au bar, simple comme bonjour et peu cher. Je n'y ai pas mangé, mais pour une bière ou un café c'est parfait, notamment aux beaux jours!

Gegenüber Juwelier CHRIST in der Lange Str. geht eine kl. nostalgische Gasse zu einem Restaurantt mit absolut leckeren u. gesunden Speisen. Es ist leise und man kann sich unterhalten. Die Energie ist super.

When you enter the Nigrum, an almost different world opens up... Stylish in every area combined with the old walls of this historic building. The food, which is offered as a menu, can be chosen by the number of courses and tailored to your own hunger. Every course is a delight and perfectly prepared. The wine list is optimally matched to the food, with the chefs always making a sometimes unknown recommendation and scoring 100 points there too.

Fine dining in a first-class location with a great selection of wines. We had the surprise menu with wine accompaniment and were completely thrilled. International influences, perfectly combined and rounded off by the professional wine selection, which also had some exotic wines to offer. We'll be back!

Wir waren vor einem Jahr schon im Restaurant essen und damals sehr zufrieden. Leider war dagegen der Besuch zum Frühstück, trotz leckerem Essen, eine komplette Entäuschung. Beide Servicekräfte sind aus unserer Sicht vollkommen ungeeignet, um für einen Wohlfühlfaktor im Restaurant zu sorgen: Durchweg unaufmerksam, schlechter Service, leere Teller wurden lange nicht abgeräumt, unser bestelltes Mineralwasser wurde überhaupt nicht serviert.... und beim Bezahlen ohne Entschuldigung lediglich kommentiert, dass man es ja dann auch netterweise nicht gebucht hätte ! Das ist leider keine gute Werbung für ein Gourmentrestaurent. Hätten wir das Lokal zuerst zum Frühstück kennengelernt, hätten wir nach diesem schlechten Eindruck sicherlich von einer Reservierung im Restaurant Abstand genommen. Sehr schade. Wir werden jedenfalls nicht mehr wiederkommen.

A review in 2 parts. 1st part The food: Omakase (in German I leave it to him) in 7 courses. Each course on its own was delicious and, with the exception of the dessert, beautifully presented. Unfortunately, the first four courses consisted almost exclusively of tuna and salmon 1. Tuna tartare 2. Fish soup (this mainly contained salmon) 3. Salmon carpaccio 4. Tempura sushi with salmon and tuna For us, that's just not enough variety for a fish restaurant. The Hamachi in nut butter with ponzu was our highlight, unfortunately nothing was offered to eat the broth, e.g. bread or a spoon would have been enough (the dish hasn't been thought through to the end here) The main course was a whole turbot on a cold plate, so when I turned it (to get to the other fillets) the fish was already cold. The dessert was a frozen mochi filled with ice cream and an extra scoop of ice cream, served with a spoon. Unfortunately, the mochi was rock hard and therefore not edible until it had thawed, the ball of ice cream was neither round nor smooth (the temperature of the ice cream was too cold) which was unfortunately a very unbalanced ending. 2nd part of the service When making the reservation (e-mail), we already stated that we wanted the 7-course menu twice, one of which was without alcohol. When we arrived no one knew anything about it (just not enough given the price level) The courses were briefly mentioned but not explained (as a chef we know what it is, but as an ignorant person I wouldn't have been able to say what it was...) After our main course we had no water, wine or non-alcoholic cocktails. The service completely missed this, it's not only inattentive but it also costs restaurants a lot of sales. We weren't asked again until we left and then we had 30 minutes waited and then paid. In a restaurant where you pay several hundred euros, you should work differently.

First time I came here to this little kebab shop and frankly it was incredible we had a pide it was huge and an iskender the plate was full on board and it was very good to come without hesitation the only problem is lack of parking space.

We were passing through and looking for a delicious burger and we were not disappointed 👍🏻

Our favorite sushi in Baden-Baden. 😊 Always consistently good and fresh, even the “normal” dishes are always very tasty! Every now and then (especially after a meal) the service could be a little more attentive, but all in all a great restaurant and highly recommended.
