We were at the Reiterstüble in Baden-Baden Balg this evening and were absolutely thrilled! 🍽️✨ The food was simply perfect – fresh, prepared with love, and a true highlight in terms of taste. We also really enjoyed the drinks selection; everything went together wonderfully. We would especially like to highlight the service from Carmen and Richard: incredibly friendly, attentive, and warm – you immediately feel welcome and in good hands. 🤗 The location is beautiful and exudes a cozy, inviting atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at home. In conclusion: An all-around successful experience! We would love to come back and can only warmly recommend the Reiterstüble. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Solid home cooking, tasty, but my steak was very marbled and I had to cut a lot off.

A truly recommendable idyll, not widely known, yet open to the public, even for non-riders, located at the end of Baden-Baden, in the Balg district, on the grounds of the Baden-Baden Riding Club, in the middle of the forest! A very nice, cozy restaurant with a cabin feel! Small but perfectly formed! A very nice and friendly host couple with many years of experience in the restaurant industry! Delicious and affordable food! In summer, there's a lovely little beer garden! Also ideal for families with children and horse lovers!

Excellent quality and taste of the food, small but fine menu. Service is very friendly and proactive. There are enough parking spaces and the style as well as the "size" of the drinking troughs make it very comfortable. You may want to turn the door to the toilet 180 degrees so that it opens inwards on the other side, this should make it easier for you to get started. Here it can be said 5 stars PLUS

The place is cozy, rustic and original - the food was very tasty and delicate 👍 we had medallions, cordon bleu and schnitzel with mushroom sauce, everything very, very delicately and beautifully prepared. We are happy about the new discovery and would love to come back 🤗

This restaurant is definitely my insider tip for eating really well. The small horse trough stands inconspicuously between trees and horse boxes. The small menu (approx. 15 dishes) changes almost weekly. However, there is something for everyone. The cook (also the host) is a master at work. Even standard dishes like “schnitzel, spaetzle & salad” become a special taste experience thanks to his cooking skills. The rotating menu also makes you notice the freshness of the food. Rump steak, mussels, sour kidney, goose, homemade cordon bleu, freshly shaved spaetzle, fresh homemade sauce, fresh vegetables, etc., there is something for everyone. The ambience in the restaurant is reminiscent of a small ski hut in the mountains and offers a high feel-good factor, without unnecessary and artificial “grandeur”. In the riding trough, enjoyment is definitely the priority. In terms of price, the Reiterränke offers very high-quality and enjoyable dishes for relatively affordable prices. The restaurant is definitely worth a visit! Important: Due to limited spaces, you should announce your visit and reserve a table as soon as possible.

Wir haben am Sonntag bei herrlichem Wetter dort zu Abend gegessen. Der reservierte Platz war durch einen großen Sonnenschirm beschattet und die aufgestellten Korbsessel waren sehr gemütlich. Nach relativ kurzer Zeit wurde das sehr gute Essen durch eine junge Dame vom Service gebracht. Der Abend in der Reitertränke war rundrum gut und schön.
