A charming little "restaurant" serving fantastic home-style cooking, right in the middle of a horse farm. A lovely, well-coordinated team. From cordon bleu to... well, you get everything from A to Z... A return visit is guaranteed. 5 stars... and they're genuine!

A spontaneous dinner, a five-course menu with wine pairings. What can I say? The food was absolutely divine. The wines were a perfect match for the dishes. The superb service completed the evening, making it a truly magnificent experience for both palate and soul. It was our first time here, but certainly not our last.

At Nigrum in Baden-Baden, everything was truly exceptional. The menu was perfectly composed – each course harmoniously balanced, creatively presented, and precisely executed in flavor. The attentive yet unobtrusive service was particularly impressive, making the evening thoroughly enjoyable. A restaurant that beautifully combines sophistication with warmth. Highly recommended!
