We booked the Chef's Table at All Blue, and it was a truly special and unforgettable experience. The 12-course menu—from vintage sardines and salmon/tuna tartare to popcorn lobster, bonito with chanterelles and truffles, and an impressive selection of nigiri and omakase—was exceptionally creative and the flavors were on a level I've never experienced before. Each course was a new surprise. The atmosphere is elegant, yet so welcoming that you immediately feel at home and in good hands. The staff is extremely attentive and professional without being intrusive. The chef himself deserves special mention; he is incredibly courteous and guides us through the evening with genuine passion. The service is exceptional overall—you can tell that every detail is perfect and that they want to offer their guests a truly memorable experience. Anyone who loves fish and meat, is open to new things, and enjoys being surprised should definitely try the Chef's Table. A clear and unqualified recommendation!
