Heine's Wine & Dine in Baden-Baden

Sehr schönen Abend dort verbracht. Wir hatten das 5-Gang Überraschungsmenü mit Weinbegleitung. Die Idee, den Wein erst nach dem jeweiligen Gang vorzustellen ist originell und hat zumindest uns gefallen. „We will be back!“ - Ergänzung: Wir waren wieder da - Juli 2026. Diesmal saßen wir an einem Freitagabend im Außenbereich. Es war wieder sehr lecker und die Atmosphäre war entspannt

Was für ein wunderbarer Fund! Nach einem langen Tag suchten wir einen Ort, an dem wir ein gutes Glas Wein genießen konnten. Der Besitzer, Michael, schenkte uns zwei Gläser Wein ein, die einfach fantastisch waren! Wir teilten uns ein Dessert, das wirklich fünf Sterne verdiente. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir morgen gleich wiederkommen, um dort richtig zu Abend zu essen! Michael kennt sich wirklich mit Wein aus. Weinliebhaber sollten Heine’s unbedingt besuchen!

Außergewöhnliches Fine Dining-Erlebnis auf höchstem Niveau! Ein Besuch im Heine Fine & Dine in Baden-Baden ist ein kulinarisches Erlebnis der Extraklasse. Das Essen überzeugt durch außergewöhnliche Kreativität und eine beeindruckende Komposition feinster Aromen – jeder Gang ist ein kleines Kunstwerk für sich, sowohl geschmacklich als auch in der Präsentation. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut gerechtfertigt, denn hier wird auf höchste Qualität der Zutaten und deren frische Zubereitung größten Wert gelegt – ein Unterschied, den man in jedem Bissen schmeckt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch die Weinauswahl und Spirituosenauswahl: Für Kenner einfach phänomenal, dabei bleiben die Preise erfreulich fair. Ein Restaurant, das man jedem empfehlen kann, der Wert auf Raffinesse, Leidenschaft und Perfektion legt. Ein unvergesslicher Abend – ich komme garantiert wieder!

Wow, es ist lange her, dass ich so einen wundervollen Abend erlebt habe. Da ich eine Weinbar besitze, besuche ich auf Reisen gerne andere gehobene Restaurants – und dieses hier gehörte zu meinen absoluten Favoriten. Michael hat sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert – seine Weinauswahl war durchdacht und raffiniert, das Essen frisch und köstlich, und wir haben bis spät in die Nacht über Wein und Gastfreundschaft geplaudert. Diese Erinnerung werde ich mein Leben lang in Ehren halten – vielen Dank, Michael!

Eine schöne Adresse in Baden-Baden. Unkompliziert, kleine Speisekarte, aber man findet immer etwas, sehr gutes Essen und auch die Getränke mit dem wohl gewählten Weinangenot sind top. Service freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Schade war nur, dass wir keine kleinen Snacks bekamen, da angeblich die Küche überfordert gewesen wäre. Dennoch haben wir auch andere kleine Gerichte auf der Karte gefunden. Also alles top.

Hervorragende Küche, exzellente Weine und ein freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Service. Vielen Dank für die gute Betreuung und die Anpassung des Menüs an unsere Ernährungsbedürfnisse.

Wir waren enttäuscht von den Speisen (lieblos präsentiert), dem Ambiente und der Qualität der Gerichte (zu wenig Würze). Leider hatten wir uns von den guten Bewertungen verleiten lassen. Im Fischgericht befand sich ein Stück scharfer Plastik (das hätte schlimm enden können) - ein No-Go in einem Gourmet Restaurant. Daraufhin wurde uns ein Glas Wein offeriert, ohne eine wirkliche Entschuldigung. Bei fast 500 Euro zu viert darf man/frau einfach mehr erwarten. Wir können Heine's leider nicht weiter empfehlen.

Das Essen war ok, mehr leider nicht….. und hat mich nicht überzeugt. Von einem gehobenen Restaurant erwarte ich persönlich mehr. Die Speisen waren größtenteils fade und zu wenig aromatisch und meines Erachtens nicht wirklich ansprechend und ästhetisch angerichtet, sogar fast etwas lieblos. Auch die Essens-Kompositionen waren gewöhnungsbedürftig und meines Erachtens zu wenig (kulinarisch) ausgearbeitet, was ich von einem solchen Restaurant in dieser (Preis-)Klasse erwarten würde. Die beiden Fischgerichte haben mich leider wenig überzeugt. Einzig die Käse Komposition und das Chutney konnten sich sehen lassen, und dieser Gang war dann sehr schmackhaft, doch auch hier musste man explizit Brot nachbestellen. Leider hat für mich das Preis-/Leistungs-Niveau hier definitiv überhaupt nicht gestimmt, um nicht zu sagen, dass es einfach überteuert war für das, was geboten wurde. Der Service hat mich leider auch nicht wirklich überzeugt. Es wurde nicht wirklich ernsthaft gefragt, ob es schmeckt - denn sonst hätte ich/wir das Feedback entsprechend anbringen können. Auch das Interieur ist eher nüchtern und sachlich gehalten… eine gemütliche warme Atmosphäre fehlt. Schade. Alles in allem: Das Heine’s Wine & Dine hat mich leider überhaupt nicht überzeugt, und ich war enttäuscht von diesem Restaurant und hätte aufgrund der vielen positiven Feedbacks und Rezessionen hier mehr erwartet. Es gibt definitiv bessere Restaurants in Baden-Baden, insbesondere zu diesen Preis resp. wo das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis besser stimmt.

Moderne Küche auf höchstem Niveau – eine gelungene Balance aus Kreativität, Geschmack, Saisonalität und Leidenschaft für gutes Essen und Wein. Der helle und freundliche Raum wirkt weder zu schlicht noch zu aufgesetzt. Ich habe hier zweimal gegessen; beide Male war es hervorragend.

Cooles, entspanntes Ambiente mit super Service. Das Essen war tiptop, der Wein perfekt ausgewählt und serviert mit entsprechendem Glas je nach Stil. Ein Muss in BB!

Das Essen war exquisit und perfekt ausbalanciert, wunderschön angerichtet. Selbst der alkoholfreie Aperitif war durchdacht und köstlich (ein großes Plus!), und der Service war freundlich, humorvoll und gleichzeitig professionell, was den Aufenthalt äußerst angenehm machte. Auf Empfehlung des Kellners entdeckten wir zudem eine tolle Auswahl an regionalen Weinen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Dies ist unser Lieblingsrestaurant für einen Zwischenstopp in Baden-Baden. Die Weinkarte ist hervorragend, das Essen stets perfekt zubereitet. Michael ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber – aufmerksam, humorvoll und immer bereit, bei der Weinauswahl mitzudenken.

Wir haben das MENÜ mit Weinbegleitung gewählt. Es war eine kleine kulinarische Reise von Essen und Weinen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wer gerne einen guten Tropfen Wein 🍷 Liebt ist hier genau richtig, der Someliere trift zu 100 Prozent den Geschmack. Das war ein beeindruckendes Erlebnis.

Spontanes Abendessen, 5 Gänge Menü mit Weinbegleitung. Was soll ich sagen? Das Essen ein absoluter Traum. Die Weine passten perfekt zu den servierten Speisen. Der grandiose Service hat den Abend abgerundet und somit zu einem grandiosen Erlebnis für Gaumen und Seele gemacht. Wie waren zwar zum ersten mal hier, mit Sicherheit aber nicht zum letzen mal.

We'll definitely be eating here next time... So, for now, this review is purely for the wine advice, service, and ambiance. Even though it was Sunday after 8 pm and we were "just stopping by for a glass or two of wine," we received a very friendly welcome and extremely competent advice. Given the extensive selection, we asked for recommendations, which perfectly matched our preferences. A heartfelt thank you for that! As a very wine-loving couple, we'll gladly return as soon as possible and then enjoy the full range of culinary offerings. Until then... wine lovers of the world... "Come in droves!"

A truly wonderful experience, top-notch service, exciting dishes, and excellent wine pairings. We had the four-course surprise menu and were completely satisfied. We spent a full four hours there and enjoyed every minute. Highly recommended.

A beautiful location in the heart of Baden-Baden with a great ambiance and relaxed, friendly, fun, and very professional service. The menu is small but impressive! Top quality and a true feast for the palate. Additionally, there was a daily selection of three other weights and a very large selection of local and international wines.

We chose a 5-course menu. The variety of flavors on each plate was exceptionally good. The advice on accompanying drinks was perfect. The host (M. Heine) was very relaxed and friendly. We'll be back.

The restaurant is a gem of Baden-Baden. We initially discovered it by chance and have since become regular customers. The restaurant has everything that makes an excellent restaurant: a very cozy atmosphere, excellent food (Michelin-standard for us), a fantastic wine selection (so far, the best we've ever had). The team offers excellent advice on the wines. We've been there several times and have never been disappointed! And the value for money is more than good. We would be happy to return.

A stylish evening with excellent cuisine and a great wine selection We had a very pleasant evening at Heine Wine & Dine. The ambiance is modern and cozy, ideal for a relaxed dinner. The food was high-quality and beautifully presented, and the wine selection was truly excellent. We were particularly impressed by the friendly and attentive service – attentive but never intrusive. The sommelier, Michael, and chef, Tobias, are a match made in heaven. This restaurant deserves a Bib Gourmand label. Excellent food, thoughtfully prepared, with generous portions and at reasonable prices, coupled with Michael Heine's deep knowledge and insight into German wine, both Baden and beyond. Many wines can be enjoyed by the glass. Michael is a generous and pleasant host, very personable and communicative. I will be back.

I was there a few years ago, and it's at least as good as it was back then. A very puristic and refined ambiance. A very pleasant welcome and support throughout our stay from the chef and staff. The food was outstanding, and as a bonus, the chef from the Wörner winery was there, with whom we were able to discuss his winery, his philosophy, and, of course, his wine recommendations. A wonderful evening.

Lovely meal in a nice, classy but relaxed environment. All the food was excellent (including the unexpected amuse bouche from the chef), the highlight being the Moroccan lamb and couscous. Special mention as well to the host/server who was excellent all night, and seemed to run the whole front of house operation himself!

Fine dining in a first-class location with a great selection of wines. We had the surprise menu with wine accompaniment and were completely thrilled. International influences, perfectly combined and rounded off by the professional wine selection, which also had some exotic wines to offer. We'll be back!

Nachdem ich von meinem Restaurant „of chice“ wegen Ausbuchung abgelehnt wurde, probierte ich spontan Heine‘s. Ich konnte zwar kurzfristig „nur“ einen Platz an der Bar ergattern - aber dies war ein voller Erfolg! Absolut empfehlenswert!!! Menu Surprise und Weinbegleitung liessen keine Wünsche offen!!! I am very difficult with food even in high end restaurants but I literally had the best meat and dessert of my life here yesterday! Everything was perfect, wine associations with the courses were absolutely great. Surprising and delicious. The veal was sublime I have no other words. Very nice atmosphere too and friendly staff. If I was less shy I would have complimented the chef myself in front of everyone every time I had a bite of the four courses. Thanks for the splendid evening!

This restaurant is a bit hidden in a side street, we had a very nice evening. The host, and you can take that literally, is very friendly, competent and provides great service. Delicious bread with nut butter as an amuse and a beautifully aged wine from Gut Herrmansberg with the delicious meal, goat with figs on pumpernickel and Simmental beef fillet as the main course, made the evening perfect. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber hat einen tollen Service gemacht, die Stimmung locker und entspannt. Wir haben als Amuse ein sehr leckeres Brot mit Nussbutter bekommen, dann als Vorspeise Ziegenkäse mit Feige auf Pumpernickel und als Hauptgang Simmentaler Rinderfilet. Booked a table for the ‘Surprise Menu’ here on our first evening in Baden-Baden. We enjoyed four fantastic and varied courses with an enjoyable bottle of regional wine. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very relaxed and we enjoyed friendly and attentive service throughout. Highly recommended to any food lovers.

We attend a conference in Baden-Baden yearly and for the last few have been frequenting Heine's Wine & Dine. The food is always great, but the service is another level. They know their stuff and will happily talk you through choices. Love it!

Wonderful Food. The 4 courses were all delicious, unique, and beautifully presented. One of the best meals we’ve had and we have been fortunate to dine at some great restaurants. Quaint atmosphere and great individual service.

Durch Tripadvisor wurde ich auf Heini‘s aufmerksam. Wir wurden sehr nett begrüsst und genossen einen wunderbaren Weisswein „Auxerrois“ zum Aperitiv. Alle Gerichte waren ein Traum, mit Liebe angerichtet und durch wunderbare Weine abgerundet. Es Besuch lohnt sich!!

A small menu, which changes every three weeks (or so it says). The choce items are very well prepared, everything we had was kind of spectacular and tasted very good, was well prepared and hat an innovative touch. The list of wines by the glass was very interesting and the wines were all exceptionally interesting and good. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff - a recommendation.

Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, hier zu speisen, und es war von Anfang bis Ende ein außergewöhnliches Erlebnis. Das Restaurant strahlt Eleganz und Raffinesse aus und bietet die perfekte Atmosphäre für besondere Anlässe oder ein intimes Abendessen. Meiner Meinung nach ist das Essen hier das beste in Baden-Baden.

The local wines were so good and paired perfectly with the food. We can’t say enough how impressed we were with the sommelier!! We even ended up buying some wine to take with us. From a culinary point of view, the evening was even more exciting than expected at the time of reservation... The cuisine is innovative, creative and tastes perfectly seasoned! The variations of heirloom tomato varieties were really unusually good, the duck liver paté a little rustic but perfectly executed, grilled watermelon with feta foam unexpected but great... The red prawns for the main course were perfectly on point and creatively combined with purple sweet potato mousse, yuzu shosho etc. Overall a meal that will be remembered. The wine list is well stocked with top wines at fair prices. Pinot Blanc Eselspfad from Knewitz is rarely found on wine lists - and became a perfect companion for the evening! The service is very attentive and relaxed at the same time. If all the tables are occupied, it could be a bit tight in terms of staff... It's worth visiting again at any time!

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist besonders bemerkenswert - ganz hervorragend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, um diese gute Atmosphäre mit dem Gourmetessen und tollen Weinen zu genießen. Sehr gerne empfehle ich dieses Restaurant an jeden weiter.

Excellent creative cuisine and an extremely exciting and very good wine pairing. The service is always attentive and absolutely competent. The price/performance ratio is particularly remarkable - absolutely outstanding. We would love to come back to enjoy this good atmosphere with the gourmet food and great wines. I would be happy to recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Von außen eher unscheinbar erwartet einem innen ein durchaus stylisches Ambiente. Uns hat es gefallen! Das viergängige Menü war, was die Portionsgrösse anbelangt, übersichtlich aber überaus geschmackvoll. Die Weinempfehlung war perfekt, ebenso wie der Service! Bedauerlich für das engagierte Team war nur, dass ausser uns nur noch ein einziger Tisch an diesem Abend besetzt war.

Wir bekamen von Bekannten den super Tipp hier zu Essen ! Wir waren so was von begeistert. Hier stimmt einfach Alles das. Moderne Ambiente & den ausgezeichneten Service. Die verschiedenen Gänge ein Kulinarisches Erlebnis! Wir würden es mit 1 Stern bewerten . Vielleicht gibt’s ja in nächster Zukunft einen.

Incredible food and service. Visited for dinner with a group of friends and we had the most special time, the whole experience was amazing. 100% recommend, do the wine pairing you will not regret it.
