Heine's Wine & Dine in Baden-Baden

Was there for the first time on Friday last week and was more than thrilled. This was definitely not the first and last visit.

The overall experience was just perfect. Food was very nice and unique. The server was very attentive and always very organized. Great evening.

We attend a conference in Baden-Baden yearly and for the last few have been frequenting Heine's Wine & Dine. The food is always great, but the service is another level. They know their stuff and will happily talk you through choices. Love it!

Wonderful Food. The 4 courses were all delicious, unique, and beautifully presented. One of the best meals we’ve had and we have been fortunate to dine at some great restaurants. Quaint atmosphere and great individual service.

Very good restaurant. Everything tasted great and also the wines were excellent. We chose the menu so it was a surprise but we liked it very much. The sommelier also did a great job and was very friendly. We will definitely come back if we are back in Baden-Baden!

Durch Tripadvisor wurde ich auf Heini‘s aufmerksam. Wir wurden sehr nett begrüsst und genossen einen wunderbaren Weisswein „Auxerrois“ zum Aperitiv. Alle Gerichte waren ein Traum, mit Liebe angerichtet und durch wunderbare Weine abgerundet. Es Besuch lohnt sich!!

A small menu, which changes every three weeks (or so it says). The choce items are very well prepared, everything we had was kind of spectacular and tasted very good, was well prepared and hat an innovative touch. The list of wines by the glass was very interesting and the wines were all exceptionally interesting and good. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff - a recommendation.

I recently had the pleasure of dining here and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The restaurant exudes elegance and sophistication and offers the perfect atmosphere for special occasions or an intimate dinner. In my opinion the food here is the best in Baden-Baden.

Das Restaurant strahlt Eleganz und Raffinesse aus und bietet die perfekte Atmosphäre für besondere Anlässe oder ein intimes Abendessen. Meiner Meinung nach ist das Essen hier das beste in Baden-Baden.

We had an incredible time! Ordered the 5 course dinner with wine pairings and let them select everything. Everything we ate was amazing and the wine pairings could not have been better. The local wines were so good and paired perfectly with the food. We can’t say enough how impressed we were with the sommelier!! We even ended up buying some wine to take with us. We highly recommend this experience!

From a culinary point of view, the evening was even more exciting than expected at the time of reservation... The cuisine is innovative, creative and tastes perfectly seasoned! The variations of heirloom tomato varieties were really unusually good, the duck liver paté a little rustic but perfectly executed, grilled watermelon with feta foam unexpected but great... The red prawns for the main course were perfectly on point and creatively combined with purple sweet potato mousse, yuzu shosho etc. Overall a meal that will be remembered. The wine list is well stocked with top wines at fair prices. Pinot Blanc Eselspfad from Knewitz is rarely found on wine lists - and became a perfect companion for the evening! The service is very attentive and relaxed at the same time. If all the tables are occupied, it could be a bit tight in terms of staff... It's worth visiting again at any time!

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist besonders bemerkenswert - ganz hervorragend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, um diese gute Atmosphäre mit dem Gourmetessen und tollen Weinen zu genießen. Sehr gerne empfehle ich dieses Restaurant an jeden weiter.

Von außen eher unscheinbar erwartet einem innen ein durchaus stylisches Ambiente. Uns hat es gefallen! Das viergängige Menü war, was die Portionsgrösse anbelangt, übersichtlich aber überaus geschmackvoll. Die Weinempfehlung war perfekt, ebenso wie der Service! Bedauerlich für das engagierte Team war nur, dass ausser uns nur noch ein einziger Tisch an diesem Abend besetzt war.

Wir bekamen von Bekannten den super Tipp hier zu Essen ! Wir waren so was von begeistert. Hier stimmt einfach Alles das. Moderne Ambiente & den ausgezeichneten Service. Die verschiedenen Gänge ein Kulinarisches Erlebnis! Wir würden es mit 1 Stern bewerten . Vielleicht gibt’s ja in nächster Zukunft einen.

Wir hatten gerade einen wunderbaren kulinarischen Abend. Mehrgängige Menüs mit fein abgestimmter Weinbegleitung. Vorweg gab es sogar zwei Grüße aus der Küche. Wir grüßen herzlich zurück und bedanken uns bei den ambitionierten und fähigen guten Geistern am Herd. Der Service war aufmerksam und launig lustig. Einzig das räumliche Ambiente könnte noch durch ein bisschen Liebe zum Detail und Gemütlichkeit optimiert werden. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Baden Baden.

Herr Heine - Inhaber und selber Sommelier des Etablissements - schenkte uns jeweilen den genau richtigen "Tropfen" zum exquisiten Gericht ein. Uns wurde ein breit gefächertes Kaleidoskop aus delikaten Speisen und vielschichtigen Weinen kredenzt. Für "Weinfreaks" ist diese Adresse ein Muss. Auf der sorgsam zusammengestellten Weinkarte finden sich viele Weingüter, zu welchen das Haus offenbar eine ideale Beziehung pflegt. Viele deutsche wie auch internationale Weine können zu durchaus auch moderaten Preisen (viele davon auch glasweise) entdeckt und genossen werden.

We can only recommend the restaurant! The service was great and we really liked the atmosphere. We had the cheese platter, tuna and the Croque Monsieur. The bread that came with it was warm and very fresh and also came with delicious butter. The wine recommendations were great and made the food even better. We went home very happy that evening and would come back again on another visit to Baden-Baden.

Ресторан реально удивил не с лучшей стороны. Из хорошего - вино было вкусное и масло так же порадовало На этом все Был абсолютно не вкусный комплимент от шефа. Не поняла особое отношение шефа к бобовым . Они присутствовали буквально во всех блюдах Холодная закуска была более или менее, но крошечная Мясо было жесткое, гарнир не съедобный . Даже pork belly был не вкусный В десерте вкусное было только мороженое . Цена совершенно не соответствует качеству

Отличный ресторан для ужина!!! Небольшой уютный с хорошей винной картой и прекрасной едой! В меню сеты от 3-6 блюд ( сет из 3 - 69€). Приятный вежливый персонал👌 Небольшие порции блюд с авторской подачей! Мы получили огромное удовольствие!!!

Sehr guter und umfangreiche Weinkarte und auch viele offene Ortsweinangebote. Das Menü war auch sehr fein und lecker. Das Service war super fit und nett. Der Sommelier hat sehr Mühe gegeben, bei der Wein-Empfehlung und das hat uns gut gefallen!

ein sehr schön gestaltetes -kleineres- Restaurant. es gibt ein "grosses" Menü, aus dem man die Gänge auswählen kann, je nach Hunger und Budget. der Inhaber - ein erfahrener Sommelier (und dadurch entsprechender Weinauswahl im Restaurant)- ist ein hervorragender und unterhaltsamer Gastgeber. das Essen war sehr nuancenreich gestaltet mit sehr ausgewogenem Geschmack. die Weinbegleitung beinhaltete sehr interessante Weine und passten Hervorragend bzw haben die Gericht ergänzt oder bereichert. das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. wir kommen wieder!

Das junge Team um den Besitzer Herrn Heine, welcher in Brenner's Parkhotel gelernt hat, zaubert saisonale Speisen mit einer unglaublichen Kreativität auf den Teller, die Weinbegleitung eröffnet neue Horizonte. Food and service are good, however i would not rate it as fine dining, except the menu price😂. in terms of value, we spent 180€ for three course and wine. I don’t think it worth it. The bottle of water is 8€. The Brest of Peasant was over cooked. It’s Not a restaurant i would like to visit twice. If there is a rating between 3 and 4, I will probably just give 3.5 because of it’s over charged.

In my country, we make jokes about German food. I won't do that anymore after dinner at Heine's. Delicious and great presentation. Original cooking with mostly local ingredients. The red beet starter is amazing, but the chef also knows how to impress with a port sauce from heaven. If the staff loosens up a bit, they would get 10/10.

Charming service and nice ambiance but the food...seriously?! 17 euros for a very small tin of anchovies and some bread...and the baba ganoush had 0 taste, squashed egg plant with no seasoning at all. We travel all over the world and dine out all the time so were hoping for a nice local, classy experience (Bratwurst is not really our thing). We were thinking about a main course if we were still hungry but went to the hotel instead and ordered room service. The wine was OK (we tried local wine, true it is not world famous so we didn't expect a grand cru) although it were just a couple of sips. We paid for the ambiance and the nice service but for the food (or wine): don't go there, or eat (and drink) before...

Hervorragend! Angefangen von einem super netten Austausch vor dem Abend mit Berücksichtigung unserer Wünsche mit einer großen Gruppe von 13 Leuten. Das Essen war wirklich extrem lecker. Alle vier von uns bestellten Gänge waren exzellent, wobei der Ramen ganz besonderes gut war. Die Grüße aus der Küche haben das Menü perfekt ergänzt und die Weinauswahl war auch nach unserem Geschmack. Herr Heine hat gut erkannt, welche Weine uns schmecken könnten. Unser Hund hat Wasser bekommen, noch bevor ich fragen konnte. Großes Kompliment an Herr Heine, seinen Koch und den Service. Wir werden garantiert wiederkommen 😃
