All Blue Restaurant & Bistro in Baden-Baden

Das Essen war gut, aber nicht unbedingt außergewöhnlich, und für das Gebotene überteuert. Ich werde dort nicht wieder hingehen. Wir zahlten 160 Euro und bestellten zwei Gläser Weißwein, zwei kleine Suppen, zwei Portionen Spaghetti und ein winziges Dessert. Die Musik war angenehm.

Wir waren zum 3en mal da und wurden wieder überrascht von der kreativen Küche, leckeren Speisen und ausgezeichnetem Service. Leckere Sushi, Fisch und andere kreative Gerichte - man bekommt eben ein Erlebnisessen. Asiatische und Meeresfusionsküche würde ich als Richtung bezeichnen.

Das Essen hier ist wirklich ein Erlebnis! Geschmacklich und optisch einfach fantastisch. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich würde immer wiederkommen!

Essen war gut, aber der Limetten oder Zitronensbrieb bei jedem Gang wird langweilig. Handwerklich top, deshalb 4 Sterne.

Wenn es um Fisch und Meeresfrüchte geht, in welcher Variante auch immer, alles wird auf höchstem Niveau dargeboten. Ein immer wieder tolles kulinarisches Ergebnis.

Köstlich. Wunderbar duftende und delikate Gourmetküche. Schade nur, dass die Einrichtung nicht mit der Qualität des Essens mithalten kann.

Exquisites Essen, ich habe Sushi, Suppe und Wolfsbarsch probiert. Ich habe das 60-Euro-Menü gewählt. Die Gerichte sind alles andere als typisch für ein Sushi-Restaurant, sondern sehr gut zubereitet mit einer besonderen Note, einem einzigartigen Geschmack und einer besonderen Textur. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam. Die Preise sind für diese Qualität angemessen. Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm, sowohl zum Mittag- als auch zum Abendessen. Nichts Pompöses, und das Restaurant positioniert sich auch nicht in dieser Nische.

Ich war wirklich beeindruckt von diesem Restaurant. Vor allem die Signature Sushi sind absolut außergewöhnlich – so etwas habe ich noch nie gegessen, egal wo. Die Kombination aus knuspriger Basis, feinem Bluefin Tuna Tatar und präziser Verarbeitung ist einfach besonders. Auch der Service war extrem zuvorkommend: Für einen Freund wurde sogar Fleisch angeboten, obwohl es nicht auf der Karte stand – das ist echte Gastfreundschaft. Das Wolfsbarsch Ceviche war ebenfalls ein Highlight: super frisch, klar im Geschmack, leicht und lebendig. Hier steht wirklich die Qualität des Produkts im Vordergrund. Insgesamt ein Ort, der mit Präzision, Frische und Liebe zum Detail überzeugt. Absolute Empfehlung!!! Ich komme regelmäßig und gerne wieder.

Ich hatte erst überlegt, ob es den Preis wert ist, aber nach dem ersten Bissen war klar: JA ! Es ist ein besonderes Erlebnis !! Vom ersten Moment an habe ich mich wirklich besonders Gefühlt. Der Service war einfach Top und definitiv, werde ich wieder kommen ! Danke an das Team.

Eine wunderbare Entdeckung in Baden-Baden! Das Restaurant All Blue bietet ein wahrhaft genussvolles Erlebnis, sowohl was die Qualität der Speisen als auch das Ambiente angeht. Die Zutaten sind frisch, meisterhaft zubereitet und die Aromen außergewöhnlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Service, der einfach hervorragend ist: professionell, aufmerksam und ein wahres Spektakel, das den Moment noch besonderer macht. Die Atmosphäre ist ausgesprochen romantisch, ideal für ein Dinner zu zweit. Die Portionen sind großzügig. Eine Adresse, die ich wärmstens empfehlen kann und in die ich gerne zurückkehren werde!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kurz gesagt: Ich wollte eigentlich nur essen gehen – bekommen habe ich ein kleines Erlebnis. Der Oktopus? So gut, dass man kurz überlegt, sein Leben neu zu sortieren. Außen perfekt angebraten, innen butterzart – genau so muss das. Das Sushi spielt ebenfalls ganz entspannt in der oberen Liga mit: frisch, kreativ und ohne diesen „wir übertreiben jetzt komplett“-Vibe. Alles wirkt durchdacht, hochwertig und einfach verdammt gut gemacht. Kein Standard-Sushi-Laden, sondern eher: „Wir zeigen euch mal, wie es richtig geht.“ Preislich vermutlich nichts für jeden Dienstagabend – aber jeden Euro wert. Fazit: Gefährlich gut. Man kommt wieder. Ob man will oder nicht.

Wir haben das vier Gänge Menü Omakase gegessen. Es sind die wohl abgestimmten Details, die jeden Gang außergewöhnlich machten. Das Zitronengras in der Suppe, das topping des Sushi, das geschmorte Gemüse zum Fisch. Alles sehr frisch und auf höchstem Niveau. Sehr angenehm ist die Auswahl an alkoholfreien Weinen.

Wenn es möglich wäre, hätten wir hier zehn Sterne gegeben. Es hat wirklich alles gestimmt. Doch besonders hervorzuheben ist die Qualität des Essens. Alles ist unglaublich frisch und kreativ zubereitet. Wenn man zum ersten Mal dort isst, sollte man unbedingt das Sieben Gänge Menü probieren, damit bekommt man eine siebenfache Geschmacksexplosion.

Ich habe in Baden-Baden ein Restaurant entdeckt, das man in Deutschland nur schwer findet. Das Essen war perfekt abgestimmt, und von koreanischen Feinschmeckern gibt es dafür ein dickes Lob. Die Premium-Rolle für 40 Euro war einfach köstlich. Das Personal war freundlich und die Atmosphäre fantastisch. Ich möchte jedes Mal dorthin, wenn ich Baden-Baden besuche! (Übrigens: Es war so lecker, dass ich eigentlich nur zwei bestellt hatte, am Ende aber fünf, was mehr gekostet hat als meine Unterkunft … haha)

Mein Besuch im Restaurant All Blue war ein außergewöhnliches kulinarisches Erlebnis. Die Qualität des Fisches ist herausragend – spürbar frisch, auf den Punkt zubereitet und von beeindruckender Raffinesse. Besonders die Backfisch Tacos sowie die fein abgestimmten Tempura Tacos überzeugen mit perfekter Textur und harmonischem Geschmack. Ein weiteres Highlight ist das exzellente Wagyu Sandwich, das in Zartheit und Aromatik Maßstäbe setzt. Abgerundet wird das Ganze durch ein stilvolles, elegantes Ambiente und einen Service, der aufmerksam, diskret und äußerst professionell agiert. Das All Blue ist für mich weit mehr als ein Restaurant – es ist eine Adresse für anspruchsvollen Genuss auf höchstem Niveau.

Dieses Restaurant in Baden-Baden hat uns super gefallen! Es ist zwar nicht groß, aber gemütlich und hat eine tolle Atmosphäre. Die Auswahl an Meeresfrüchten und Fisch ist fantastisch – das findet man hier nicht oft. Ich hatte unbedingt Hummer – und der war einfach himmlisch! Auch das Sushi war fantastisch, und man hat die Frische der Zutaten richtig geschmeckt. Der Besitzer hat uns Empfehlungen gegeben und uns sogar das Konzept der Küche erklärt. Absolut empfehlenswert! Es gab nur ein kleines Problem: Einige Mitarbeiter haben uns weder auf Englisch noch auf Deutsch verstanden, aber ein anderer Mitarbeiter hat uns sofort geholfen.

Japanisches Fischrestaurant in Baden-Baden. Das Jakobsmuschel-Carpaccio war unglaublich zart, ebenso wie das Mango-Passionsfrucht-Mochi. Wir kamen am nächsten Tag wieder und bestellten dasselbe wie beim ersten Mal. Exzellenter Service.

Wir waren gestern zum Silvester Menü im All Blue und wir sind immernoch begeistert! Wir haben selten so qualitativ hochwertig, lecker und kreativ gegessen! Riesen großes Lob, dieser Abend war jeden Cent wert! Der Service war unfassbar zuvorkommend und freundlich, der Chef kommt immer mal wieder selbst an den Tisch, berät einen zu Getränken und vergewissert sich, dass auch wirklich alles gut ist. Das Ambiente war auch sehr angenehm, man konnte sich ungestört unterhalten. Nochmal auf diesem Weg vielen Dank, wir kommen wieder!

Frischer Fisch pur...bestes Sushi

Wir hatten im All Blue den Chef’s Table gebucht, und es war ein wirklich besonderes und unvergessliches Erlebnis. Das Menü mit seinen 12 Gängen – von Jahrgangssardinen und Lachs-/Thunfischtatar über Popcorn Lobster, Bonito mit Pfifferlingen & Trüffel bis hin zur beeindruckenden Nigiri-Omakase-Auswahl – war außergewöhnlich kreativ und geschmacklich auf einem Niveau, das ich so noch nirgends erlebt habe. Jeder Gang war eine neue Überraschung. Die Atmosphäre ist elegant, gleichzeitig aber so herzlich, dass man sich direkt wie zu Hause fühlt und bestens aufgehoben. Das Personal ist äußerst aufmerksam und professionell, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch der Chef selbst, der unglaublich zuvorkommend ist und mit echter Leidenschaft durch den Abend führt. Der Service ist insgesamt besonders – man merkt, dass hier jedes Detail stimmt und man den Gästen ein echtes Erlebnis bieten möchte. Wer Fisch und Fleisch liebt, offen für Neues ist und sich gerne überraschen lässt, sollte den Chef’s Table unbedingt ausprobieren. Eine klare und uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Das Restaurant sieht von der Straße aus betrachtet nicht nach viel aus, das ändert sich aber bereits, wenn man das Restaurant betritt, das Ambiente ist wirklich toll. Als nächstes wird man von der super entgegenkommenden und freundlichen Bedienung begrüßt. Nun möchte ich zum Hauptthema kommen. Die Preise sind zwar etwas gehobener, was man aber sofort verstehen kann, wenn man den ersten Bissen probiert. Die Speisen ( ich habe den Schwertfisch und eine Pasta mit Meeresfrüchten probiert) sind wirklich super und schmecken hervorragend. Super Restaurant!

We were there for a business lunch. If you take this literally and want to use your half-hour lunch break to enjoy a delicious meal, I would advise against this restaurant. Three tables were occupied. The soup arrived after 20 minutes, the other meals after 35 minutes. The quality and taste of the food were very good.

We spontaneously visited All Blue in Baden-Baden yesterday and even got a table, thank you so much! 🙏 The ambiance is simply gorgeous: very peaceful, warm, and inviting. The chairs are super comfortable, you immediately feel at home. We had the sushi for two and were able to watch the kitchen. It's impressive how much attention to detail is put into the dishes, even using tweezers to perfectly arrange each piece. And then the taste: Wow, absolutely top-notch! We've rarely eaten such magnificently good sushi. Plus, beautiful cutlery and elegant glasses, everything very clean and well-maintained. The service was consistently warm, attentive, and pleasant, never intrusive—just a perfect match for the style of the restaurant. We were here for the first time today and were absolutely thrilled! The ceviche and sushi concept was superbly executed – all courses were perfectly seasoned and very creative. The wine pairing was also superbly matched and complemented the menu perfectly. The service was extremely friendly and attentive, and you feel completely at home. I managed to take my husband, who is notoriously opposed to Japanese cuisine, to this quiet little restaurant. We had a wonderful time; the food was excellent, with perfectly balanced flavors, all topped off by the courtesy of the staff who served us. It was a wonderful culinary experience. Even the espresso, despite being Italian, was excellent. Highly recommended, and a good value for the quality of the dishes.

For me the best fish and sushi restaurant ever. Although the prices are very high, the quality of the products and the creativity on the coordinated plates allow this. My type: let the master recommend it! From the starters to the main course and the accompanying wines, everything was perfect and indescribably delicious. A review in 2 parts. 1st part The food: Omakase (in German I leave it to him) in 7 courses. Each course on its own was delicious and, with the exception of the dessert, beautifully presented. Unfortunately, the first four courses consisted almost exclusively of tuna and salmon 1. Tuna tartare 2. Fish soup (this mainly contained salmon) 3. Salmon carpaccio 4. Tempura sushi with salmon and tuna For us, that's just not enough variety for a fish restaurant. The Hamachi in nut butter with ponzu was our highlight, unfortunately nothing was offered to eat the broth, e.g. bread or a spoon would have been enough (the dish hasn't been thought through to the end here) The main course was a whole turbot on a cold plate, so when I turned it (to get to the other fillets) the fish was already cold. The dessert was a frozen mochi filled with ice cream and an extra scoop of ice cream, served with a spoon. Unfortunately, the mochi was rock hard and therefore not edible until it had thawed, the ball of ice cream was neither round nor smooth (the temperature of the ice cream was too cold) which was unfortunately a very unbalanced ending. 2nd part of the service When making the reservation (e-mail), we already stated that we wanted the 7-course menu twice, one of which was without alcohol. When we arrived no one knew anything about it (just not enough given the price level) The courses were briefly mentioned but not explained (as a chef we know what it is, but as an ignorant person I wouldn't have been able to say what it was...) After our main course we had no water, wine or non-alcoholic cocktails. The service completely missed this, it's not only inattentive but it also costs restaurants a lot of sales. We weren't asked again until we left and then we had 30 minutes waited and then paid. In a restaurant where you pay several hundred euros, you should work differently.

Last night we were guests at Allblue in Baden-Baden, and I can only say that it was an unforgettable culinary experience. We opted for the Chef's Choice Sushi, which was not only a visual highlight but also outstanding in terms of taste. The freshness of the ingredients and the skillful preparation were simply outstanding. We also tried the Portuguese coastal octopus, which was grilled to perfection. The risotto brought tears to my eyes – so delicious! Everything was tender and full of flavor, which truly pampered our taste buds, sending them into a previously unheard-of ecstasy. We also enjoyed the Scottish Label Rouge salmon, which was cooked to perfection and had a wonderful texture. The combination of delicate flavors and perfect seasoning with the delicious rice made this dish an absolute highlight of our evening. The atmosphere at Allblue is modern and inviting, and the service was very attentive and very friendly. Overall, I highly recommend Allblue. It's the perfect place for gourmets who appreciate high-quality, creative cuisine. It really deserves six stars!

I've decided to only write reviews from now on when I'm absolutely convinced that the 5 stars are deserved. We had another fantastic culinary experience at this restaurant today. It's not just the food, it's a journey you embark on, especially if you treat yourself to the surprise menu. For me, as a meat eater, it was once again a different way of eating fish, with flavors I wasn't expecting that harmonize beautifully together. You can taste the chefs' passion as well as their love for their profession. The atmosphere in the restaurant was relaxed and cozy, and the setting was very pleasant and professional. I could write much more, but I would like to give this restaurant a clear recommendation. For us, today was once again the perfect culinary journey, one we'll definitely embark on again soon. 😀

Simply so delicious. If you love fish you have to eat there. Very nice people and the 7 course menu was really great. Highly recommended... but I don't know what I should eat next time because all the courses tasted so incredibly good... I couldn't decide... I really had a great evening and ate better than I have in a long time. My mouth is still watering when I think about the aroma of the dishes... although I am really very full after the 7 courses. Thank you very much and see you next time.. .I'm already looking forward to it.

Wir waren zum Abendessen im All Blue. Es war ein herausragendes Erlebnis, wir haben das Omakase Menü gewählt und waren überwältigt, die Speisen waren sehr präzise, abgestimmt und schmackhaft, jeder Gang ein Genuss, mit genau angestimmten Aromen und einem klaren Plan. Zur Begleitung hatten wir einen Terlaner Cuvve aus Südtirol, der perfekt gepasst hat. Der Inhaber Tuan hat sich viel Zeit für uns und andere Gäste genommen, er hat seine Kompositionen ausführlich erklärt. Wir hoffen, schon sehr bald wieder zu kommen. Klare Höchstnote

This is the most amaizng fish resturant I ever visited! We had an amazing evening, delicious food, really nice atmosphere and excellent service thanks to Tuan! Also fish was with really high quality. If we visit again Baden Baden we will definitely go to All Blue.

All Blue - a reference to the manga/anime "One Piece" and the delicacies that Chef Sanji created for his crew. Chef Dinh Tuan Do is no less keen to serve his guests a culinary dream and this is where this restaurant scores. The owner is self-critical and always wants to credibly develop further, where other star restaurants in the area ultimately get stuck in their own (overpriced) juice. We were served delicious food, the location is great, and the drinks were delicious even without alcohol. Ambiance is casual, perfect for a great evening. We'd love to come back!

I picked up a sushi platter for Valentine's Day yesterday and was really impressed. The freshness and quality of the ingredients were clearly noticeable, and the plate was lovingly prepared. I previously had business contact with the owner, Tuan Do, who is known as a dedicated restaurateur with great passion for his craft. Absolutely recommended!

Asian warm friendliness, uncompromising freshness and top quality in the open kitchen and a convincing wine selection made our evening an unexpected culinary highlight. This restaurant is a really hot tip. Once again a very special thank you to the boss, who fulfills his task in an exemplary manner. We are thrilled.

A new and modern fish restaurant very centrally located in Baden-Baden. The quality and taste of the food is really top class and I can only recommend it. But the prices are comparatively high, which is why I have to be a little more critical. There were a few points for the high price that annoyed me a bit. So the risotto was actually a Thai curry, the swordfish side dishes were a bit sparse and always a no-go for me: soft drinks are only available in 0.2 liter sizes. Don't get me wrong, this is a very good restaurant, but for the high prices I expect the nuances to be right, which is why it's only enough for 4/5 stars.

Ma femme et moi avons vécu un pur moment de bonheur tellement tout était parfait. Il est rare de trouver des restaurants ou c'est un enchantement tant pour le service, les plats remplis de saveurs et d'émotions avec en plus la découverte d'excellents vins allemands. Il faut y aller les yeux fermés. Je ne regrette qu'une seule chose, ne pas y être allé une seconde fois durant notre séjour. Nous reviendrons à Baden Baden aussi pour ce restaurant.

4 course meal was simply fantastic! Every dish was not only perfectly seasoned, but also a real visual delight - absolutely yeah! The ambience was incredibly harmonious and stylish, just the right place to feel completely comfortable. The team was consistently professional, attentive and really read our every wish. The cocktails? An absolute highlight – intense in taste and perfectly balanced. We'll definitely be back!
