Es ist viel mehr als nur eine „Dönerbude“! Hier hat sich wirklich jemand Gedanken gemacht und mit den vorhandenen Räumlichkeiten eine moderne, geschmackvolle und gemütliche Atmosphäre geschaffen. Man kann seinen Döner hier ganz entspannt am Tisch mit Besteck genießen – das macht direkt einen ganz anderen Eindruck. Die Speisen sind durchweg sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich, sodass wirklich jeder etwas finden sollte. Wir waren bisher jedes Mal absolut zufrieden: frisch, geschmackvoll und vor allem reichlich. Wer hier über zu kleine Portionen klagt, muss wohl in einem anderen Laden gewesen sein – die Teller sind immer mehr als ordentlich gefüllt! Preis-Leistung ist daher wirklich top. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch den Service: selbst wenn der Laden voll ist, bleibt das Team freundlich, aufmerksam und hat immer ein Lächeln sowie ein nettes Wort für die Gäste. Mein absoluter Favorit ist die Pide: riesig, großzügig belegt und unglaublich lecker – ich liebe sie! Auch der Beilagensalat verdient ein Extra-Lob. Ehrlich gesagt schmeckt er sogar besser als bei manchem ortsansässigen Italiener. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Qualität der Gerichte ist enttäuschend, sehr fettig. Die Preise sind für das Imbissniveau nicht im Ansatz gerechtfertigt. Das will man wohl wettmachen, indem man riesige Portionen serviert.

DÖNER Rotkohl vergammelt ,Weißkraut vergammelt ,Brot nicht knusprig ,zu viel Einlage , zu viel Sauce deswegen zu fettig , Schade, sehr enttäuschend.

Ausgeraubt bei Tageslicht - Ich habe per Telefon eine Döner Pizza bestellt. Nach 15 Minuten war ich da um diese abzuholen - Musste trotzdem noch 20 Minuten warten. Als ich den Preis gesehen habe bin ich halb tot hintenüber gekippt - 17€… Für eine normale Döner Pizza auf dem Dorf! Nichts besonderes, einfach eine Döner Pizza! Auf Nachfrage hieß es, dass der Preis dadurch zustande kommt, dass das ein Restaurant sei. Ich hab nichts Restaurantmäßiges bekommen, einfach eine normale standard schmeckende Döner Pizza! Ich wurde beraubt, betrogen und belogen! Für eine take away Pizza vom Dorf verlangt man keine 17€! Das ist frech und absolut überteuert! Nächstes mal lasse ich für den Preis mindestens noch vier Rollen vom Klo und eine Tüte Plastik Gabeln mitgehen!

Ich bin leider etwas enttäuscht von dem vegetarischen Döner. Er hat sehr bitter geschmeckt und war zu voll, sodass die Hälfte des Inhaltes auf meinen Teller gefallen ist.

Wir sind heute Abend aus Karlsruhe angereist und hatten uns sehr auf einen leckeren Steak-Döner gefreut Als wir an der Theke bestellen wollten, wurden wir gebeten, uns zunächst an einen Tisch zu setzen. Es dauerte dann eine Weile, bis unsere Bestellung überhaupt aufgenommen wurde. Als wir die Bestellung aufgeben haben mussten wir anschließend etwa 25–30 Minuten auf unser Essen warten. Obwohl wir nur Döner bestellt haben. Erst nachdem wir selbst nachgefragt haben, wann es endlich fertig ist, wurden wir nach vorne gerufen. Um zu sagen was in dem Döner alles rein kommt. Ein klarer Kritikpunkt ist, dass uns niemand über die längere Wartezeit informiert hat. Offenbar wurde gerade ein neuer Dönerspieß vorbereitet das hätte man besser organisieren oder zumindest kommunizieren können. Nicht nur wir, sondern auch viele andere Gäste mussten ungewöhnlich lange warten. Zudem wirkten die Mitarbeiter an der Theke eher unmotiviert. Trotz Nachfrage wurde das Brot leider auch nicht knusprig gemacht. Für den Preis war der Döner außerdem etwas klein. Das Essen an sich war ok aber nichts besonderes. Insgesamt daher leider nur 2 Sterne.

Wartezeit zu lang und wenn man bestellt zum abholen ist das essen nie bereit wenn man bei der angegeben zeit kommt sondern muss immer zusätzlich mindestens 10-20 min warten

Das Fleisch ist wirklich top. Hatte das Rindfleisch probiert und kann es empfehlen. Alles weitere ist nicht besser oder schlechter als in andern durchschnittlichen Dönerläden. Das Brot konnte für meinen Geschmack knuspriger sein.

Portionen haben sich in den letzten Monaten halbiert, dafür die Preise verdoppelt. Kartenzahlung oft nicht möglich (schöne Grüße ans FA)… KEINE Empfehlung mehr. Döner ist inzwischen 0815, weder besonders gut noch schlecht. Aber teuer.

Wir waren wegen positiven Rezessionen da. Wir haben Dönerteller Spezial Döner Spezial yufka, dönerbox, pide mit Mozzarella und lahmacun bestellt. Döner ist naja Beilagen und Soße waren gut. Aber gute Döner macht man mit gutes Fleisch nicht mit gefrorene Fabrikdöner. Leider war lahmacun miserabel. Sie können von Fotos sehen das ganze Grünzeug war drauf. Döner Box und Mozzarella pide sind auch okay aber schlimmste haben wir 1 Stunde gewartet. Tut mir leid niemand hat uns gesagt dass wir so lange warten müssen. Das geht nicht

Yufka, vegetarisch und klassisch. Erstklassig. Teig und Brot sind hausgemacht (immer seltener). Die Beläge sind reichlich. Und die Speisekarte ist sehr abwechslungsreich.

Wir waren im ATA Grill Soulfood in Haueneberstein und sind begeistert! Das Essen ist einfach hervorragend – geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Qualität und Leidenschaft im Mittelpunkt stehen. Besonders die Grillgerichte sind perfekt gewürzt und auf den Punkt gegart. Mein absolutes Lieblingsgericht dort ist die Pide mit Sucuk und Ei – einfach unglaublich lecker! Der Teig ist perfekt knusprig und das Highlight ist der köstliche Käserand, der das Ganze noch einmal besonders macht. Die würzige Sucuk harmoniert perfekt mit dem Ei – ein echter Genuss! Aber Achtung: Unbedingt großen Appetit mitbringen, die Portionen sind mehr als großzügig! Auch das Ambiente ist modern und einladend, sodass man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Das Team ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und sorgt für eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

A really nice place, honestly it's one of the best doner kebabs I've ever had. One small oversight: we ordered fries but they never arrived… Reasonable prices and really very good food.

The portions were good, but didn't justify the price. The floor was extremely oily and very slippery, the tables were dirty, and the restrooms were almost shocking. I haven't seen such a restaurant restroom in a long time. It was clear no one had cleaned or tidied up that day. The place is significantly smaller and less inviting than it appears in the pictures. I wouldn't go back...

I unfortunately have to revise my review from three years ago. We were really dissatisfied the last few times. The vegetables were sometimes not fresh, the yufka dough was often too dark or burnt, and on top of that, the wait times were very long. The music is also frequently incredibly loud. Today was the final straw: Monday, 5:00 PM – no more yufka, sold out, and not even an apology. So we ordered a pide and received chicken/turkey meat (definitely not doner meat) without even asking – and that for €18. The restroom was also in a bad state, with no toilet paper. Particularly disappointing: the doner sauce, which I used to praise as the best in the area… what happened? Today it just tasted like coconut. The service: The guys are nice, but their hospitality and service definitely have room for improvement. If you charge these prices and keep raising them, you have to deliver. That's it for us – we won't be back.

One of the top places I ate kebab

I'm usually a very happy customer at Ata Soulfood and have always been satisfied. However, today's visit was disappointing. I picked up two Adana dürüms to go. This week they're advertising a special offer (dürüm including ayran for €9.90). The first two or three bites were okay, but then it became clear that there was far too little meat in the dürüm. Instead, it consisted mainly of vegetables, which meant it didn't deliver the typical Adana meat experience, and the overall ratio of ingredients was off. This is unacceptable for a dish that's explicitly advertised as Adana. In the future, they should probably forgo the ayran in the offer if there isn't enough meat in the dürüm. This isn't the Ata Soulfood I know, and I hope the quality returns to its usual standard.

Advertised as the "best doner kebab of 2025," it's completely incomprehensible to me. The yufka costs €10.50, with extra meat an additional €4.50, so €15 in total. What you get for that is underwhelming: mostly salad, red cabbage, and sauce; the meat is practically lost. Despite the "extra meat," the whole thing feels more like an overpriced vegetable wrap. The ingredients are poorly mixed, the wrapping is sloppy, and while the meat is good, it's by no means outstanding or worth the price. €4.50 for extra meat is simply extortionate, especially for this amount. The price-performance ratio is disastrous, the hype incomprehensible. A complete disappointment for me; I definitely won't be back.

The doner kebab itself is delicious – fresh ingredients, well-seasoned, and overall excellent in terms of taste. Unfortunately, the experience is significantly marred by the extremely long wait. Despite it not being busy, we had to wait a very long time for our food. It's also a bit pricey. Those who have the time and patience will be rewarded with a delicious meal. However, those in a hurry should probably look for an alternative.

After many visits, we've increasingly noticed that the price-performance ratio is no longer right. It tastes like any kebab from a train station. The owner's arrogance is off the charts. Cash only. I wonder why 🤫. And then they charged us way too much for drinks. Never again.

I happened to be in the area and decided to grab a bite to eat here. I ordered a doner kebab and received it after about a 15-minute wait. The doner bread was delicious, as were the sauces. Unfortunately, the meat wasn't entirely convincing; it didn't seem very fresh. The location and the atmosphere are really lovely. However, I found the prices quite high overall—especially a can of Coke for €4.

I was in Baden-Baden today and had seen this kebab shop on TikTok a few days before. So I really wanted to eat there. A friend and I ordered two kebabs and two Cokes. It was around 12:30 pm. The steak kebab was definitely from the day before, in my opinion, as the spit was already about 70% empty by that time, which I find hard to believe. It took 30 minutes for the food to arrive – for just two kebabs. The prices here are really high: a can of Coke costs €4, a kebab about €10. Taste-wise, it was nothing special, just standard, run-of-the-mill meat. Card payment isn't possible, only cash or PayPal. I'll be avoiding this kebab shop in the future.

This isn't just any ordinary place – it's a place where quality, passion, and respect are evident in every detail. You could walk in sight and know: you're in for a treat. It was our first visit – but definitely not our last. Absolutely fantastic. Respect on every level. And one more thing I want to make clear: Reviews are perfectly fine – they help many people decide whether or not to eat somewhere. But ultimately, everyone is different. Anyone complaining about waiting times or supposedly "too expensive food" should maybe just read the menu and be realistic. ... So, folks: Form your own opinion. We formed ours – and it was outstanding.

The "regular" yufka wasn't anything special. I've had more elaborate and interesting ones prepared in Karlsruhe. When it came time to pay, my jaw dropped. The prices are so exorbitant and so far removed from any other expensive kebab prices that I'm seriously wondering if I somehow paid for something twice. (-2 stars) I didn't order a "premium" or "giant" yufka. Apparently, they charge more for food here because of an award. For a kebab shop, these are "dining prices." And then there's the fact that the payment methods are unnecessarily complicated and limited. For prices like these, I expect the type of card I use to be irrelevant. (-1 star) All in all, I can't recommend this kebab shop for a quick lunch break. The restaurant itself looks nice, and those with time to spare can certainly have a pleasant dining experience.

Terrible service, over an hour's wait, no communication, not good at all, extremely dry meat, a very bad experience.

First and last time. The service was far too slow. We ordered kebabs. The meat was dry, like meat chips, and there was more salad than anything else—a salad sandwich… I really don't recommend it.

Today I bought a yufa, it was too dry, took forever to chew, and the meat was just as dry with chunks of fat in it. And you couldn't taste the steak at all, just the sauce, and it cost €10.50.

Very good yufka and similar dishes. It's best to pre-order food by phone; otherwise, you can easily wait 30 minutes for a single yufka during peak hours, as everyone is served in turn.

We were there yesterday, and the food was good. The pide was huge, but it also cost €18. It tasted good, but not the best I've ever had. The doner meat, on the other hand, was quite delicious, unlike anything I've had before. The doner sauce was also very good. However, the service left a lot to be desired. We were served by a young woman who wasn't very customer-oriented; she was rather unfriendly and not very polite. We asked if she could pack up the rest for us, and she said, "I'll bring you the boxes, and you can do it yourselves, okay?" instead of, "I'm really busy right now; would it be okay if you could do it yourselves today?" Given the high prices of the food, good service should be a given. Her manner of speaking to us wasn't exactly friendly either. Furthermore, they had no Coke, no Coke Zero, and no regular doner meat left—all this on a Saturday evening at 8 p.m. The next table also wanted to order a Coke, but the server explained that they were out. After some back and forth, they changed their minds, and the server responded with a snide "Well, there you go," just like when they had recently opted for iced tea... All in all, the food was quite good and the restaurant was nicely decorated, but the service significantly detracted from the experience.

For the past two or three weeks, they've been offering this new premium steak, and what can I say? It's by far the best meat in the whole area. The ribeye is cooked to perfection, sliced ​​beautifully thin, and has a real, authentic flavor without any of the additives and preservatives. The new steak actually costs the same as the other cuts of meat (everyone else around charges an extra €1-2) – which I think is great. The service was excellent; the owner and staff were incredibly friendly. I had a baked yufka and couldn't even finish it because it was so big (but it was really delicious). I spontaneously drove to ATA in Baden-Baden one evening because I'd heard so many good things about it. Even though it was my first visit, I was greeted incredibly warmly. I wanted my doner kebab without tomatoes, and the owner himself immediately asked if I had a tomato allergy. You can tell he's thoughtful and truly passionate about his business. The food was absolutely delicious, and the owner is an exceptionally friendly person. Highly recommended – I'll definitely be back.

So, I ate at ATA for the first time today, and the service was an absolute disaster. I waited an hour for two doner kebabs and two doner boxes, and in the end, it didn't even deserve that long. The bread was too crispy, the doner box arrived without cutlery, and there were no napkins either. The doner itself tasted okay.

We went to ATA today and were very disappointed. I got a doner kebab that was more like a salad sandwich – hardly any meat, but four (!) pomegranate seeds – and that for €15.50. My colleague also had a doner kebab, and there was practically no meat to be seen in his either. To us, it seems like a complete rip-off. In total, we paid around €40, including a can of Coke for €4. The value for money is extremely poor. You can clearly tell that they're more concerned with making money than with quality or customer satisfaction. For me, that means: Never again. Baden-Baden has so much more to offer than places that are only out for profit.

Unfortunately, the prices are too high. €13 for a cold çiğ köfte yufka with dry bread is not the best experience. The other dishes are definitely worth 5 stars in terms of taste. The pide looked very good, but even there, €18 is too expensive for me. A shame.

The food tastes okay, but the price-performance ratio isn't right for me. The prices are sometimes even higher than in some Italian restaurants. I was annoyed that there weren't any smaller portions for children and not even small bottles of water for kids – that feels like a rip-off. The service was neutral, nothing special. At these prices, I would expect the staff to at least be paid well. Overall: taste okay, price/selection needs improvement. 7 euros for water is simply not normal.

Yesterday I ate at ATA Grill & Kebab – Oriental Soul Food for the first time, and I have to say, it was a special experience. We had a yufka, a baked yufka, a premium döner, and a standard yufka, along with ayran and Coke – all for around 50 euros. Yes, the price is definitely on the higher end, but the overall experience more than justifies it. The place is modern and stylish, with everything designed with great attention to detail. You can tell that they place a high value on quality and presentation. I'd especially like to highlight the premium döner with parmesan and arugula – it tasted fantastic, was juicy, fresh, and exceptionally presented. In short: not just a cheap fast-food joint, but a well-thought-out concept for anyone who wants to experience döner on a whole new level. We were very satisfied and will definitely be back.

My husband was really excited the first time, but the last two times the vegetarian yufka was a disappointment. There was far too little sauce, even though we specifically requested plenty of sauce. As a result, it was basically just a dry, oversized wrap full of lettuce with a slice or two of feta cheese, since we ordered the yufka without rice. For €10, that's just not appropriate. I'd rather have a smaller one, better filled, and with more sauce – as you'd expect. We're really disappointed. The pizzas are very good, but unfortunately, they're also incredibly expensive.

If you're looking for a good yufka/doner kebab, you've come to the right place! The quality and freshness of the ingredients are simply top-notch. The sauce is easy to digest and tastes absolutely fantastic. The portions are also very generous and really filling. There's simply no better one in the area. Update after a good two years: the place has simply become outrageously expensive. Yes, you're the best in the area, but €19.50 for a plate of doner kebab? Absolutely unrealistic. I'll probably never eat here again.

Delicious food Service could be better but the good food makes up for it

We recently ate there. We had to wait 20 minutes before our order was taken, even though servers kept rushing past our table. The door to the dishwashing area was constantly open, so the smell of dishwater was constantly in our noses. We had a premium kebab and the iskender. The quality and taste were good, but not really worth the price. €15 for a medium kebab and €24 for the iskender is pretty steep.

The yufka tastes amazing, and the falafel is also incredibly good. BUT it's the worst rolled yufka: It falls apart, is way too loose, OPEN at the top and bottom, and they skimped on the aluminum foil. It tastes amazing 10/10, but it's -10 for edibility (€9 for a yufka is pretty expensive).

Everything was great, but the whole thing was a bit expensive.
