Was a regular customer. Quality - Yes Taste - not always fair price - no more. Minimum order value is 38€ so I can also consider going to a real restaurant before I end up paying 50€ here. Not what it once was, too expensive now. Burger patties were often dry. Service is still friendly.

The food is delicious, but the new website is unfortunately very disappointing - confusing and not user-friendly at all. The service and staff also seem unfriendly, which is a shame. Criticism or suggestions for improvement are not taken seriously and one has the feeling that the customer is not being taken into account. This is a big negative point when it comes to customer service.

Went there a few days ago and it tasted delicious. Large portion, large selection of drinks, very friendly service and the “small but nice” atmosphere. We really liked it.

I was here for the first time on November 17th, 2024. The ambience itself is quite ok for such a small shop. The bad thing, however, is that once you've eaten there you can put all your clothes straight into the washing machine because you smell as much like the kitchen as if you were standing at the grill yourself. The kitchen is open and visible. The taste of the burger was okay, but despite being self-made there wasn't that much of a difference to the big burger chains. The bun is much larger than the patty, so in the end I only had the bun on the plate without the patty. The portion size was such that unfortunately I wasn't completely full. In my opinion, the price of €20 for a cheeseburger, fries and Coke was at least €5 too high. But well, the three people behind the counter also have to be paid, although the really nice and friendly young lady is more than worth her money. Despite a few criticisms, I can recommend it and I might even go there a second time if I'm in the area again.

Yesterday we ordered 3 burgers including the side dishes. Jack Daniel's burger was unfortunately completely soggy, onions were too sour for my taste (but to each their own) The other two were really ok, but you would also have liked a cucumber or tomato, which unfortunately was missing. We ordered cheese fries twice and got cold fries twice It's a shame for the price, I expect more, but I'm sure it tastes better on site. (Of course it will be tested :)

Delivery: I am extremely satisfied, it arrived as stated and it was still very warm to hot. Driver was very friendly and personable. Order: I got crispy chicken burger, chef burger, chilli chese fries, sweet potato fries and churros Rarely have I had such good burgers and nothing was soggy despite the delivery being great and the fries were still very warm and absolutely not soggy. I am thrilled and can only recommend it 💗

I had a menu with a cheeseburger, home fries and a drink for €17.5. Mayo and ketchup can be used as desired, although all other burger restaurants only provide extra sauce for an additional charge. The ambience is inviting as is the outdoor area. Service is very friendly and quick. I can only recommend. TOP!

During the Baden-Baden summer nights we decided on burgers and fries. Unfortunately, these didn't meet our expectations at all. Apart from the overwhelmed staff, the beef patties were completely undercooked, the brioche bun was burnt and you were allowed to get your own ketchup. We are happy to pay more if everything is right. 14 € for a burger that just wasn't good overall is just too much - sorry!

After all the good reviews, I wanted to try it today. Two cheeseburger menus ordered once with normal fries once curly. After 15 minutes I picked it up and then the big bad surprise! Citizen bread completely wet, meat not cooked through looked like it had been thawed 3 days ago. Two fries and one curly? With a 5€ surcharge?????? Why, I didn't order these on the menu. Fries soggy curlys hard, and the burger DISGUSTING!! Meat tasted worse than it looked, we didn't eat anything, it was so disgusting. There wasn't any more sauce on the citizen, it was all just soggy. A disgrace for the money!!! Never again, and now I can go cook even though we just spent €40 on inedible food. thanks for nothing

This was the worst burger I have eaten at the most expensive price. Unfortunately the burger got stuck in my throat. Just sauce and patty for 10€?! Outrageous. The waitress couldn't get 2 burgers with fries. Absolute disaster not recommended and just disappointed. Street food festival

The burgers were excellent. Both the meat and the veggie burger were delicious. The toilet was clean but a bit marginal/dilapidated, so 1 point deducted for the ambience.

We were served by a super nice girl who spoke English perfectly so we had no problem ordering. The service he gave us was fast and very good. The food is very delicious. I recommend it.

Overall the food is delicious. In my opinion, they have actually improved over the last few months. Always friendly service so far. You have to like the ambience. They got the best possible out of the place. Personally, I don't like the narrowness and the location right on the street. I was disappointed with the crispy chicken salad. It only consisted of lettuce leaves, a few onions, croutons and parmesan. The crispy burger patty was on top. At least a few cucumbers or tomatoes would have been nice. For the price it wasn't worth it at all.

Wow, a burger place I thought and with good ratings we have to go there, I went there with my girlfriend. The restaurant is so small that there is no space inside. The condition says there is no space inside, we can only eat outside, well then we leave because it is cold outside and we are not dressed warmly. Dan 2 people get up and say we can sit at their table because they have only ordered take away and are waiting. The waitress doesn't even have an overview of their 5 tables. Sitting down well, I didn't feel like it anymore. The next joke is that they want to drink their beer from a bottle or glasses and then he comes over with a glass. That's all. We have to wait. I've never experienced anything like that before, where a store doesn't have enough glasses. I got a cold in the restaurant because I was sitting at the door and there was a draft.
