To even get in you had to pass a table of 8 smoking buddies. Where the cook joined us as soon as he had a moment. Because of the friends constantly coming in and out, it was so cold that we had to wear jackets. The music, playing on a television, was a bit too loud, annoying and with advertising. The fries and meat were not seasoned and the sauce on the burger was only present sporadically, but otherwise good. The card machine obviously only works at the whim of the waiter. The man in front of us had to get money, and it was suddenly there for us, “got it from the neighboring restaurant”. Apart from our friends and the man who ordered, we were alone the whole time.

Ate there today. 2x burgers and curly fries. A waitress in the store. Very friendly. We were alone in the store. The burgers were, well. Mine was oversalted and a bit dry. I wouldn't call either burger a highlight. There isn't much topping on it. Too bad. The friezes were as they should be. - It's not that difficult - And then. No EC payments possible. Apparently the EC device was not started. Oh well. The cash was just enough. Then too expensive for the food. By the way - the prices in the shop window do not match those in the restaurant. The restaurant has a different, more expensive menu.

To me, this symbolized an attempt to feign high quality, while the actual execution conveyed the impression of insufficient care. The ambience, which at first glance suggests quality with a stylish interior design, could not stand up to the high price expectations. Unfortunately, in my opinion, what ended up on the plates did not meet the standards of an upscale burger restaurant. In my observation, several deficiencies in the kitchen implementation became apparent: burnt buns and patties, a pizza cheese whose quality I found to be questionable, and avocado in the burger that was served unpeeled. The service also left a lot to be desired: my reservation didn't seem to have been recorded correctly, and the wait for the dishes was long (to be fair, I was there in a large group), which further spoiled the overall impression. A side salad in the burger in the form of a limp leaf neither contributed to a refreshing taste experience nor could it meet the demands of a creative presentation style. All of these observations, combined with the high prices, seem to me to be a clear discrepancy between claims and actual performance. In my opinion, the dining experience was not what you would hope for from an upscale restaurant. Not only is this culinary experience disappointing in terms of taste, but it doesn't even provide the aesthetic appeal to make for a worthwhile Instagram post. In summary, I was left with the impression of a restaurant that longs for upscale enjoyment but fails due to its own demands. If you value quality, you should also consider other options. This rating was created based on subjective impressions after a one-time visit on January 31, 2025.

When asked whether the opening times given were incorrect, the answer was that the times were actually correct, but in winter “there is not that much to do”. We then requested that there be appropriate information about this. Then all I got was a “sorry”. When we asked the waiter to pay (by card), we were informed that this was not possible. We didn't have enough cash with us, so we were asked to go to the nearest bank. While my partner was running to the bank, I asked why there wasn't a sign on the door with the relevant information or why we didn't receive the information before ordering. The employee then said that it was only today. However, according to other reviews, apparently not. After my partner paid with the money he had withdrawn, there wasn't even enough change and, without asking, not enough money (60 cents) was given back to us. I got a salad for €12, which I actually think is a bit overpriced. The amount was normal but the taste was way too vinegary. You could hardly eat the salad. The burger was also burnt and very messy. The service was also quite ok. Only came to order and then no more.

We almost died of thirst until we finally got our beers. Somebody should tell the cook that fries need salt and the burger looked great but tasted bad. Spare ribs were sold out We had to call the waiter multiple times because he was busy with his phone rather than his guests.

If you could give the store -1 star, that would be an exaggeration and would speak for the store. If you want to go out for a bad meal, you are very welcome to eat there. The chicken wings, which were supposed to serve as a starter, were misused and came after the main course. Not only did the chicken wings with “sour cream” sauce look unappetizing and undercooked, but you also considered it “normal” to bring them after the main course. But the worst was the service. The employees seemed extremely annoyed and unfriendly. There was no excuse for the long wait and my questions were met with a rolling eye. There was a feeling that the customer here was more of a chore than a valued guest. Overall, my visit was a total failure. I really can't recommend this store and definitely won't be coming back. There are plenty of other burger shops in the city that impress with both quality and friendliness.

I used to be a big fan of the burgers. Super awesome with extra melted mozzarella on top. What we got now was subpar for the price. Very cold fries, small burger, with very little but crumbly coleslaw salad, dry and the extra cheese was half a slice of Gouda, cold, from the package. Chicken fried to death. As a result, the heating in the restaurant didn't work and we had to sit inside with a jacket on. Very unfortunate

My experience at this restaurant I went to today was a complete disaster! The meat of the hamburger was not completely cooked, it was almost raw and posed a health hazard. I order burger. The meat was overcooked and burned, with no taste. There was no leaf lettuce, but it was written in menu. And there was cucumber, but in menu wasnt written. Oh, and they bring me food and after 2-3 seconds took it , because they forgot to put jelapenos😀😀 and, plate was too small, food was going out of plate. Fries was uncooked. And fork was so weak, it even bent over... at least the bartender and service were great. He apologized and give me free drink for this experience. Oh.. and i forgot to say, the price for pommes is extra!! Lol . First time see this. Never come back!!

Frozen pizza for €15 and worst service I've had in a long time!

Food is ok, service is subpar. There were four of us and we ordered pizza, burgers and schnitzel. When we ordered, we specifically ordered lemon with the schnitzel, fries with the burger and a side salad with the pizza. Our not particularly friendly waitress (middle-aged woman) did NOT write down the order. When the food arrived, it quickly became clear that the above three things had been forgotten. During the entire time we ate we were not spoken to once by a member of the service staff. Later when paying, we made it clear that we would not pay for the missing dishes. Our waitress accepted this more or less without comment; we didn't get anything like an apology. In summary, we will definitely not come here again and are not satisfied with the experience.

We ordered pickup on Saturday evening. Unfortunately it took over an hour until everything was ready even though only two tables were occupied. So they didn't start until we came to pick it up. Regarding the food: the price is not justified! The burger bun and the patti were burnt. The fries were weak and not salted enough. The salad tasted good, but was way too expensive for what you got. Sorry but Lieferando says 15 minutes for collection. Waited an hour for 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 salads. Then the burgers were completely burnt and just tasteless and dry. The fries were missing salt. The salad was good but at €12 it was too expensive for the size. The service was nice but the waiting time was too long. The store actually looks quite nice.

My friend and I had dinner there in the evening. The prices are okay for Baden-Baden, but they certainly don't correspond to the quality of the food. The meat on both burgers was burnt and way too dark. We pointed out to the waitress that the meat was not edible, whereupon she took the plates away without saying a word. We didn't get any discount, apology or anything else. Also, the waiter smoked most of the time outside the restaurant and didn't wash his hands afterwards. Very unfortunate and disappointing.

Food is overpriced and tastes like nothing

Overall catastrophic, especially the service, but also the quality. After more than 30 minutes the drinks came, but not all 5 at once, but 3 times. We waited over an hour for the food (2 pizzas and a burger), even though the restaurant wasn't full. Dirty dishes are piled up at the counter. The quality of the food was poor, the toilet was dirty and when we wanted to pay (in the beginning it said "only possible in cash today") they had no change. One of those experiences where it really hurts to leave money behind even if you don't even pay yourself.

Wir hatten nich nie einen so enttäuschenden Restaurantbesuch. Wir waren zu 4. und haben 3 Burger und eine Pizza bestellt. Es hieß von Anfang an "es könne etwas länger dauern" was für uns kein Problem gewesen wäre. Nach ca. 15 Minuten kam dann die Nachricht, dass es keine Pizza mehr gibt. Kein Problem, also noch einen Burger bestellt. Dieser nachbestellte Burger kam dann auch schon nach 10 Minuten und die Beilage von einer anderen Person mit der Nachricht "das andere Essen kommt auch GLEICH(!)". Nach ein paar Minuten haben wir dann mal angefangen zu essen, damit es nicht kalt wird. Der erste Burger war dann schon gegessen und die Beilage (keine Vorspeise) war auch weg. Nach weiteren 10 Minuten kam dann wieder Personal und hat uns berichtet, dass sie keine Burger mehr hätten (Das konnten sie natürlich unmöglich wissen, als sie feststellten, dass es keine Pizza mehr gab). Und der größte Witz war, dass am Tisch gegenüber auch eine 4er Gruppe saß, die mindestens 20 Minuten nach uns bestellt haben und diese alle 4 Burger bekommen haben. Nachdem dann eine Person einen Burger, und eine Person ihre Beilagen (die übrigens kalt ankamen) gegessen haben, wollten wir die Rechnung haben und gehen. Zum Abschluss wurde mir bis zu meinem Hinweisen auch noch zu wenig Wechselgeld gegeben. Und das Restaurant war nicht voll, dass man es auf eine Überforderung des Personals beziehen könnte. Nein, wir waren maximal 20 Kunden im Lokal. Fehler können immer passsieren, und wir sind da auch wirklich sehr tolerant, aber das ganze was hier abgezogen wurde ist einfach nur ein Witz. Als ordentliches Restaurant hätte ich mir zumindest eine Entschuldigung in Form von "Getränke gehen aufs Haus" o.Ä. gewünscht. Aber nichteinmal ein einfaches "Es tut uns leid, ..." haben wir bekommen. Für diese Preise (ab ca. 25€/Person (Burger, Beilage, Getränk)) erwarte ich einfach einen gewissen Service.

After 1 hour the waiter comes to our table and says there is no more pizza and whether we want to order something else. We said no thanks and asked when the rest of the burgers we ordered would come. He said 10 minutes. After 15 minutes he comes and says beef is all for today whether we want chicken. We declined because none of the things we originally ordered were suddenly available. And we waited over 1.25 hours to get this information??? Are you serious??? We then said we didn't want to eat here anymore and just pay for the drinks. But then the bill included large drinks. But apart from one, we only got small ones. Then he has to run out and look at what’s on the table. Only then did he correct the invoice. Of course I didn't want to give a tip for such behavior. But then he couldn't even give out change anymore and I had to give him 10 cents out of necessity. If it had been a good shop you would have taken on the 5 drinks for €12.90 but no, of course not. Of course we left hungry after more than 1.50 hours and ended up in a kebab shop around the corner. The meal only took 10 minutes there. It was a kebab but we were extremely hungry. So people, think carefully about whether you want to continue to finance such a store, which is already expensive. Thank God there are reputable stores where you can happily spend your money. But not in this store. I wrote my first review of today immediately after leaving the store. But it was apparently too emotional that it was blocked. It's a shame that you can't clearly express your anger at such a shop. So people better go somewhere else.

Ordering two regular burgers and two beers cost 1.5 hours when the hall was not fully loaded. Wasted time that I could have walked and not waited. I recommend any other establishments with better pricing policies.

We waited over an hour for our food, there was nothing going on. We were consoled all the time with “it’s coming soon” or “there’s a lot going on right now” even though it wasn’t like that.

We arrived at the restaurant at 1:30 p.m. and they didn't give us food until 2:25 p.m. and we missed the flight. We had to tell them that we wanted the food to go and they were missing a hamburger. We also told them to give us a refund for a pizza because they didn't bring it and they didn't want to give us a refund. In the end we had to wait 5 more minutes for the pizza. They were delivering the food to other people before us and they arrived later. I do not recommend going to this restaurant if you are from another country since they treat you badly and take a long time.

The burgers here were AWESOME. Keep in mind though that they don’t come with fries, and if you order a side of fries, it’s a huge bowl so you can save a few bucks by sharing with your group. Also worth noting that it is cash only(at least when we went Nov 2024) and there is no sign indicating this, so thankfully someone in our group had enough cash on them to cover it.

Too stuffy and loud, it wasn't worth it. We waited forever for fries and a burger. The fries were soggy and the burger wasn't worth the money. Sweet potato fries were the only ones that were crispy. Payment was only possible in cash and you had to go to the nearest ATM in rainy weather. However, this was only mentioned after consumption. Overall a disappointment and not worth a second visit for us.

Nice atmosphere however the lady serving was quite rude to me. Barely spoke to me and just pointed me to a table. When she brought my food over, before I could even look up to say thank you she was gone (bear in mind it was not busy when I was there, about 6 tables seated). I was going to ask for some sauce but she left so quickly I didn’t get a chance. Finally when paying she told me cash only quite rudely. She didn’t explain why it was cash only and there were no signs at all around the restaurant to indicate this so I can only assume it was because I am a tourist. (Although I didn’t see anyone else pay in the time I was there, everyone else was greeted in a friendly way however I wasn’t). I was dining alone.

The food was decent, and the service felt understaffed, leading to a wait time of at least an hour for our meal. The card machine was not functioning, which was inconvenient, but the atmosphere was lifted by the nice music playing in the background.

Wir waren zu zweit auf der Suche nach guten Burgern und Pommes. Leider gibt es hier im Ort nicht sehr viele Burger Restaurants. Direkt einen Platz erhalten. Wir waren recht früh dran und es war sehr wenig los. Wir haben beide den Veggi Burger bestellt mit einer Portion Süßkartoffelpommes. Es gibt keine Veganen Burger und auch keine Vegane Mayo. Die Karte hier bei TripAdvisor online ist leider veraltet. Nach 15 Minuten Wartezeit gab es 2 Burger. Herzhaft reingebissen... Es war ein FLEISCH Patty. Wir hatten Vegetarisch bestellt. Also zur Kellnerin und gefragt. Sie direkt beide Burger zurück genommen und in der Küche 2x Veggi in Auftrag gegeben. Getippt in der Kasse war es als Veggi. Nach weiteren 20 Minuten gab es dann endlich unsere Veggi burger mit einer neuen kostenlosen Portion Fritten. Der Bun ist echt lecker, auch die Soße ist gut. Etwas wenig Gurke und leider nur den Standard Kartoffel Erbsen Veggy Fladen den es oft gibt. Der Burger war gut. Der Bun hat dabei viel ausgemacht. Die Pommes waren ebenfalls lecker. Sofern das Restaurant das hier liest folgende Tipps: Bietet einen anderen Patty an, es gibt mittlerweile echt bessere! Bietet an jeden Fleisch burger auch als Veggi zu erhalten. So gibt es viel mehr Auswahl. Preislich war es echt super. Für zwei Personen, zwei Burger, 1x Pommes und 2 Cola für rund 30 €

The beef patty was very tasty. Unfortunately, the vegetarian burger wasn't spicy and didn't come with a whole grain bun as ordered. But we'll be back.

Remember there a cash only place. If your from a country where it costs 20 euros extra to take out say 100 euros it's not worth using the very little cash you have even if the burger is decent

It couldn't be worse!!! Food underground. Staff unprofessional and very unfriendly. Can't even get an Aperol Spritz - despite the conversation at the counter, only Aperol was given. But that wasn't the problem - the taste was just completely wrong. Chicken wings completely tasteless. Neither after chicken !!!!! Still somehow seasoned. Was still charged the full amount even though the plate was full. “Guests” walk around the kitchen in street clothes. Actually, the economic control service should urgently take a look here.

The food was very good. Unfortunately a beer was served instead of a cola, I personally didn't think it was bad. I see more criticism of the menu, as unfortunately nothing is mentioned about the side dishes for the burgers... They were only on the board outside. Otherwise everything is perfect!!!

As someone who likes trying out burgers all around Germany I had to order it here as well so take this review as a burger review. And I have to say I really liked what I got. Both bun and meat were really tender and overall delicious. We did wait a bit for our food, but I didn't take it as a minus; it is worth noting that there were not a lot of people there so it might be worse if the place is packed. Overall I would say it's fairly priced as well. One minus though: it's right next to the road and outside seating is basically on a sidewalk so it's not the most quiet and private restaurant out there.

Am Abend vor meinem Besuch hatte ich das Restaurant schon gesehen, aber es auf einen Tag später verschoben. Modern aufgemachtes Lokal mit Sitzbänken und dazu passenden Tischen. Moderne Musik vom YouTube Kanal (mit Werbung). Nette flotte Bedienung und natürlich eine Karte mit den Burgern, R-Hack, Huhn oder Vegi. Mein „normaler“ Burger war mit Spezialsauce, Bacon, Guacamole, Gurke , Salat und Tomate. Alles recht lecker und ich hatte die geringe Menge Guacamole sogar gefunden. Geschmacklich gut und das Patti war leider sehr gut durchgebraten. Eine nicht zu günstige Alternative.

Las hamburguesas estaban muy buenas, la camarera muy antipática sin ganas de agradar, éramos 5, pedimos 2 bebidas y una botella de agua, sólo puso vasos para 2, la botella era del tiempo, le pedimos que nos diera una fría y nos dijo que no tenía, no nos dio opción de traernos hielo. Estuvimos esperando más de media hora para que nos trajeran la comida. En fin sitio no recomendable si quieres aprovechar el tiempo para visitar la ciudad.

The steak meat was satisfactory, but simply bland, and there were no spices on the table. There was a huge portion of salad on the slate plate (from which the meat juice and dressing ran briskly onto the table), even though I had expressly avoided it, and the server had something else to do than look after the guests (she said )! Restaurant with interesting background, quite nice, slightly above average. Sitting on small benches where you can't lean back. A steak knife would be good for the steak, which unfortunately the staff didn't bring. Food was good, better average, big portion.

There were three of us here. As already written in the previous review, the service seemed a bit unmotivated. Drinks and food came quickly. The burgers were swapped while we were eating, but we didn't notice until too late as the difference was minimal. The burgers tasted good, the curly fries were great. Ambience is good, it's on a street with a lot of traffic.

Hallo, war eigentlich beim Besuch in Baden-Baden so zwei bis dreimal im Jahr im Cito. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass die Qualität des Essens von mal zu mal nachlässt. Bei meinem letzten Besuch am 03.08.2024 war ich zu Mittag in der Location. Beim Besuch der Toilette durfte ich feststellen, dass diese obwohl das Lokal erst geöffnet hatte ,total verdreckt war. Das lässt darauf schließen, dass nicht vom Vortag gereinigt wurde. Schade.............. schaue es mir noch einmal an, wenn sich nichts geändert hat, werde ich auf weitere Besuche verzichten..................

We had to wait more than an hour for our food. The food was not good. The fries in particular were tough. It looked like it had been re-fried.

Nice restaurant in the city. We tried various burgers and liked them all. Service was quick and the staff was nice and friendly. I only wish the seating was a bit more comfortable and there was a fan (which would be great for hot summer days).There is a car parking place (parkhaus lichtentaler straße) and a bus stop quite nearby so reaching this restaurant is quite easy.

Good hamburgers but, be careful, the prices displayed are without fries! So it's a bit expensive. That said, it's still better than McDonald's.

Food was fantastic, very generous portions, super nice service and not expensive.

Not exactly appetizing. I ordered a fitness salad. But I got a different salad... when I asked the waiter about it, he said, I had ordered a Mediterranean salad?! ^^ well, then came the alleged fitness salad. Several ingredients were listed on the board. I got a salad with fewer ingredients. The price is the same. Taste: bad. Unfortunately, the hygiene wasn't the same...see pictures. That's why I can't recommend this. Disappointing.

The food is good, the burger is large, and the potatoes are large. We took one plate because it was large and enough for two people, and the bill increased by 35 euros.

We bestelden een burger en kregen enkel een burger, dus zonder frietjes bij. Heel raar maar die moet je dus apart bestellen. Bij de serveerster kon er ook al geen glimlach af.

Do not go here. Asked for a taxi and kept saying it was just turning up. This went on for an hour it so. The worst service I’ve come across in Europe. Avoid at all costs. The worst part was that there were very rude to us when we eventually had to leave, the owner and his lady friend laughed at us (??!!) I think they thought we were here for the euros. We weren’t. We had been told Baden Baden was a nice place with nice people. Shocking treatment. The worst experience I’ve ever had abroad. What a shame, why can’t people just be nice to others, we needed help and were treated terribly. Trip ruined, maybe think next time you mock others as you don’t know what others are going through. Shame on you.

We asked the best west to get home, they explained it was a cab they could call. Even though there were cabs outside. We kept asking what was happening, we needed help. The cab never came. The owner and his lady laughed at us when we left an hour or so later. We had to walk a few miles back to our hotel in the rain. Disgraceful service, avoid at all costs. Never been so sad about gore oriole are treated. Shocking. Baden Baden was meant to be a nice friendly place. Never again.

Service was a bit confusing at times, but competent, friendly service sorted it out well. Food was top. Burgers and fries were very good, drinks very cold.

Delicious burger restaurant. I tried it twice in 2018 and 2024. It is considered the best in Baden-Baden.
