Cito Burger die Stadt in Baden-Baden

Wir waren zu zweit auf der Suche nach guten Burgern und Pommes. Leider gibt es hier im Ort nicht sehr viele Burger Restaurants. Direkt einen Platz erhalten. Wir waren recht früh dran und es war sehr wenig los. Wir haben beide den Veggi Burger bestellt mit einer Portion Süßkartoffelpommes. Es gibt keine Veganen Burger und auch keine Vegane Mayo. Die Karte hier bei TripAdvisor online ist leider veraltet. Nach 15 Minuten Wartezeit gab es 2 Burger. Herzhaft reingebissen... Es war ein FLEISCH Patty. Wir hatten Vegetarisch bestellt. Also zur Kellnerin und gefragt. Sie direkt beide Burger zurück genommen und in der Küche 2x Veggi in Auftrag gegeben. Getippt in der Kasse war es als Veggi. Nach weiteren 20 Minuten gab es dann endlich unsere Veggi burger mit einer neuen kostenlosen Portion Fritten. Der Bun ist echt lecker, auch die Soße ist gut. Etwas wenig Gurke und leider nur den Standard Kartoffel Erbsen Veggy Fladen den es oft gibt. Der Burger war gut. Der Bun hat dabei viel ausgemacht. Die Pommes waren ebenfalls lecker. Sofern das Restaurant das hier liest folgende Tipps: Bietet einen anderen Patty an, es gibt mittlerweile echt bessere! Bietet an jeden Fleisch burger auch als Veggi zu erhalten. So gibt es viel mehr Auswahl. Preislich war es echt super. Für zwei Personen, zwei Burger, 1x Pommes und 2 Cola für rund 30 €

The quality of the food is bad. The glasses and bottles are dirty and you have to wait a lot

The beef patty was very tasty. Unfortunately, the vegetarian burger wasn't spicy and didn't come with a whole grain bun as ordered. But we'll be back.

Remember there a cash only place. If your from a country where it costs 20 euros extra to take out say 100 euros it's not worth using the very little cash you have even if the burger is decent

It couldn't be worse!!! Food underground. Staff unprofessional and very unfriendly. Can't even get an Aperol Spritz - despite the conversation at the counter, only Aperol was given. But that wasn't the problem - the taste was just completely wrong. Chicken wings completely tasteless. Neither after chicken !!!!! Still somehow seasoned. Was still charged the full amount even though the plate was full. “Guests” walk around the kitchen in street clothes. Actually, the economic control service should urgently take a look here.

The food was very good. Unfortunately a beer was served instead of a cola, I personally didn't think it was bad. I see more criticism of the menu, as unfortunately nothing is mentioned about the side dishes for the burgers... They were only on the board outside. Otherwise everything is perfect!!!

As someone who likes trying out burgers all around Germany I had to order it here as well so take this review as a burger review. And I have to say I really liked what I got. Both bun and meat were really tender and overall delicious. We did wait a bit for our food, but I didn't take it as a minus; it is worth noting that there were not a lot of people there so it might be worse if the place is packed. Overall I would say it's fairly priced as well. One minus though: it's right next to the road and outside seating is basically on a sidewalk so it's not the most quiet and private restaurant out there.

Am Abend vor meinem Besuch hatte ich das Restaurant schon gesehen, aber es auf einen Tag später verschoben. Modern aufgemachtes Lokal mit Sitzbänken und dazu passenden Tischen. Moderne Musik vom YouTube Kanal (mit Werbung). Nette flotte Bedienung und natürlich eine Karte mit den Burgern, R-Hack, Huhn oder Vegi. Mein „normaler“ Burger war mit Spezialsauce, Bacon, Guacamole, Gurke , Salat und Tomate. Alles recht lecker und ich hatte die geringe Menge Guacamole sogar gefunden. Geschmacklich gut und das Patti war leider sehr gut durchgebraten. Eine nicht zu günstige Alternative.

The staff at the bar were friendly, the service employee was so unfriendly and stubborn... we (15 people) just got up and left... unfortunately you can't rate it with 0 stars.

The service was really slow, and the food was quite ordinary. But the worst thing was the high extra fees they charged you for some food (for example, the fries were not included with the burger and they did not warned us about it) without letting you know they would do that.

Las hamburguesas estaban muy buenas, la camarera muy antipática sin ganas de agradar, éramos 5, pedimos 2 bebidas y una botella de agua, sólo puso vasos para 2, la botella era del tiempo, le pedimos que nos diera una fría y nos dijo que no tenía, no nos dio opción de traernos hielo. Estuvimos esperando más de media hora para que nos trajeran la comida. En fin sitio no recomendable si quieres aprovechar el tiempo para visitar la ciudad.

Nice place but the brunette waitress with blue contact lenses is very unpleasant. Super pizzas. The correct children's burgers. By the way, with the children's menu they don't let you order water.

It was simply ignored even though the waiter saw me. Unfortunately it wasn't a good atmosphere either, the employees all seemed totally uninterested... The waiter even ignored loud calls.

The first and definitely the last time I ate there. The food tasted good, but the waiter was very unprofessional and unfriendly. After complaining, one of our colleagues wanted to make it up to us with a drink on the house, but our mood was already in the basement.

Worst service ever, we waited in the restaurant for 20 minutes. I even made eye contact with the waiter and he still didn't come. Dirty table. The toilet couldn't be locked and the flush was broken. Then I left again.

Super vriendelijk personeel, zeer lekker en vers. Een echte aanrader voor een snelle hap. Op goed geluk terecht gekomen maar zeker een aanrader.

After waiting for 20 mins just to order drinks and the server paying no attention (even although we were one of the two people eating there) we left. Decided to go to the kebab place around the corner which was far and far better!!!

The steak meat was satisfactory, but simply bland, and there were no spices on the table. There was a huge portion of salad on the slate plate (from which the meat juice and dressing ran briskly onto the table), even though I had expressly avoided it, and the server had something else to do than look after the guests (she said )! In addition, the "table music" was deafeningly loud.

Steak akzeptabel, aber schlecht gewürzt, im Vergleich mit dem Service jedoch ein Highlight: kommt nur auf wilde Handzeichen, nimmt Bestellung nicht richtig auf und wird auch noch unverschämt. War mal ein ordentlicher Laden, jetzt unter aller Kritik!

There were three of us here. As already written in the previous review, the service seemed a bit unmotivated. Drinks and food came quickly. The burgers were swapped while we were eating, but we didn't notice until too late as the difference was minimal. The burgers tasted good, the curly fries were great. Ambience is good, it's on a street with a lot of traffic.

Everything was fine and the burgers were really very good. A little expensive perhaps, but so are the other restaurants in the city center. Probably depends on the location.

Service with a frown. Just went for a beer, but the bartender made it feel like a burden. Was going to eat but decided to move on.

Restaurant with interesting background, quite nice, slightly above average. Sitting on small benches where you can't lean back. A steak knife would be good for the steak, which unfortunately the staff didn't bring. Food was good, better average, big portion.

Good food! There are no vegan options even though the internet menu says yes (they changed the menu recently). Pleasant atmosphere although not very friendly staff. A bit pricey for what it is.

Ok for a Quick burger in the middle of the afternoon !

Hallo, war eigentlich beim Besuch in Baden-Baden so zwei bis dreimal im Jahr im Cito. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass die Qualität des Essens von mal zu mal nachlässt. Bei meinem letzten Besuch am 03.08.2024 war ich zu Mittag in der Location. Beim Besuch der Toilette durfte ich feststellen, dass diese obwohl das Lokal erst geöffnet hatte ,total verdreckt war. Das lässt darauf schließen, dass nicht vom Vortag gereinigt wurde. Schade.............. schaue es mir noch einmal an, wenn sich nichts geändert hat, werde ich auf weitere Besuche verzichten..................

We had to wait more than an hour for our food. The food was not good. The fries in particular were tough. It looked like it had been re-fried.

Nice restaurant in the city. We tried various burgers and liked them all. Service was quick and the staff was nice and friendly. I only wish the seating was a bit more comfortable and there was a fan (which would be great for hot summer days).There is a car parking place (parkhaus lichtentaler straße) and a bus stop quite nearby so reaching this restaurant is quite easy.

Good hamburgers but, be careful, the prices displayed are without fries! So it's a bit expensive. That said, it's still better than McDonald's.

Food was fantastic, very generous portions, super nice service and not expensive.

Not exactly appetizing. I ordered a fitness salad. But I got a different salad... when I asked the waiter about it, he said, I had ordered a Mediterranean salad?! ^^ well, then came the alleged fitness salad. Several ingredients were listed on the board. I got a salad with fewer ingredients. The price is the same. Taste: bad. Unfortunately, the hygiene wasn't the same...see pictures. That's why I can't recommend this. Disappointing.

The food is good, the burger is large, and the potatoes are large. We took one plate because it was large and enough for two people, and the bill increased by 35 euros.

We bestelden een burger en kregen enkel een burger, dus zonder frietjes bij. Heel raar maar die moet je dus apart bestellen. Bij de serveerster kon er ook al geen glimlach af.

Do not go here. Asked for a taxi and kept saying it was just turning up. This went on for an hour it so. The worst service I’ve come across in Europe. Avoid at all costs. The worst part was that there were very rude to us when we eventually had to leave, the owner and his lady friend laughed at us (??!!) I think they thought we were here for the euros. We weren’t. We had been told Baden Baden was a nice place with nice people. Shocking treatment. The worst experience I’ve ever had abroad. What a shame, why can’t people just be nice to others, we needed help and were treated terribly. Trip ruined, maybe think next time you mock others as you don’t know what others are going through. Shame on you.

We asked the best west to get home, they explained it was a cab they could call. Even though there were cabs outside. We kept asking what was happening, we needed help. The cab never came. The owner and his lady laughed at us when we left an hour or so later. We had to walk a few miles back to our hotel in the rain. Disgraceful service, avoid at all costs. Never been so sad about gore oriole are treated. Shocking. Baden Baden was meant to be a nice friendly place. Never again.

Service was a bit confusing at times, but competent, friendly service sorted it out well. Food was top. Burgers and fries were very good, drinks very cold.

Delicious burger restaurant. I tried it twice in 2018 and 2024. It is considered the best in Baden-Baden.

The portions are very large. The fries could use a little more salt. Price-performance ratio is okay.

We ordered pizzas and beer. After 10 minutes the beer came (warm), and right after that the bill.🤔 The food arrived after that The pizzas were missing ingredients. The waitress was stone-faced as if she was constipated. Hygiene is not up to par. I wouldn't do it again.

Terrible place and service, even if I write the truth in a review, they report it to Google and say it is false and slanderous. They threaten you with courts in Munich, first they should learn culture towards people, and how to treat customers with dignity... I do not recommend it to anyone.

Never again, expensive, unpleasant atmosphere, just sad food

At first everything went fine. Soon after our order, they brought the beverages. Then, we waited an unacceptable time till we got served. The pizzas were really very bad, hard to eat. Nobody in our group was able to eat it completely. A point in their favor: the chief tried to compensate the bad service and invited us to a free beverage. But too late. We swear to never come back again.

The food was plenty and came quite quickly. The toilet was a bit cramped. There were three of us.

Disaster, the only positive thing was the sweet potato fries. I had the premium burger, the so-called steak strips were tough, dry and not seasoned. If I had wanted it through, I would have said so, but unfortunately I wasn't asked. When I asked if there was a sour cream dip with the fries, I was told that it wasn't available here? Hello? You are a burger shop and a selection of dips is part of it. Service was lackluster Price performance is not right Toilet absolutely yuck Ambience really cozy Well, hunger drove it down :-/ Can't recommend you more

Well... the table was dirty and sticky, not to mention the menu, which was stuck to almost every page... The mayonnaise tube was leaking and leaking everywhere. A huge mess! The service didn't know what a cola beer was and at the peak he couldn't write a bill... All I can say about the burger is that I've eaten far better ones! I'm not coming back!

I recommend..the best food. If you pass through Baden Baden you have to try it. I ate Burger and my husband Lammkotlett... Everything superlative, we will definitely come back.

Good and fresh food and citizens

Unfortunately I had NO local knowledge of Baden-Baden, so I ended up in the bistro... the TexMex salad I had in advance was unfortunately very flat and poor in taste... the chicken burger was OK...

Service was slow. We smelled of food when we left because the ventilation inside was insufficient.

Awesome burgers (both vegan and meat) and fries. We enjoyed the cheddar cheese 😋

No more! We ate there for the first time about three years ago and everything was wonderful. Now we were there again. The toilets are an absolute no go, it makes me shudder. There was no toilet paper left in the afternoon either! When we asked about a new roll, we received a napkin. Nice! The tables were dirty, the burgers were undercooked, the buns were burnt, and the cola was stale. The waitress was absolutely unmotivated and unfriendly. It's a shame that the store was initially great and in a great location, but we won't be opening there again!

Don't expect anything good, the girl very rude and uncooperative! The quality of the sandwich is absolutely low!!!

I would never go, I'm sorry. As you can see, I actually ordered cevapcici in flatbread and got a burger bread that fell apart at the first bite. Mini cevapcici from the supermarket. The waiter, if you can put it like that, doesn't even know what he's offering and neither does the one in the kitchen. When I asked about the flatbread they said “you always get it like that” all right 👍

I ordered cheese fries and a pizza starting with the pizza where the toppings looked like the pizza had flown out of the car, let's move on to the fries which were disgustingly soft and to top it off they had the most cheese sauce I've ever seen was comparable to Spray cheese.

I'm disappointed in Cito. We have been customers for years, but for 4 months (they changed chef and waiter) the hamburgers have lost quality. They are dry. On the other hand, I have celiac disease and I've been brought a hamburger with regular bread twice now, even though I asked for gluten-free bread (which I was later charged for). I could have ended up in the hospital if I had eaten that burger. Finally they asked us to pay in cash "because the device doesn't work" and didn't want to give us a receipt.

Quite a large selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes, fast service... Fits.

The vegetarian black forest burger was good. The coleslaw that was ordered with it was forgotten, but brought promptly when asked. The fries and sweet potato fries were ok. The employee didn't seem particularly motivated. It was pretty cool in the restaurant.

Unfortunately it's not as great as it used to be. The pattie of the veggie burger has a must-like consistency. The first bun was so hard I couldn't cut it. When I let the burger go back, the service was almost gone. We were no longer noticed. According to my child, the meat burger was very salty. Overall, unfortunately, they are no longer the delicious burgers that they were last year. The table top was sticky and the toilet couldn't be drained. Overall the store is pretty rocky. There is a lack of love. It's a shame because the location is great. The drinks are good.

We had dinner there with the family today. Unfortunately, in two out of four burgers the minced meat was still raw. We didn't pay this either. The ketchup bottle and the table were dirty. The glass we received with the water was not washed. This restaurant is not recommended at all.

Scary experience: the burger bun was rock hard, the veggie patty was inedible. The toilets are completely battered, the tables are dirty and sticky.

Lovely atmosphere, very friendly staff, baby friendly, great quality food for a really decent price. Highly recommend.

Had a chicken sandwich and pizza .. both disappointing

Parle pas très bien anglais, mais on se débrouille à se comprendre. Très bon service et personnel vraiment top ! Les burgers, frites et sticks sont vraiment super bon ! Nous avons été agréablement surpris du repas qui était vraiment très bon. Nous y retournerons. Petit bémol pour ma part, la carte est uniquement en Allemand. Muni obligatoirement d'un traducteur si vous ne parlez pas la langue

Ich war vor ca 1 1/2 Jahren bereits bei Cito burger und war mehr als überzeugt. Gerade deshalb war ich so enttäuscht über das Ergebnis was wir bei unserer letzten Bestellung erhielten. Ich hatte den Premium Burger bestellt welcher den verlangten 15€!!!! nicht annähernd nahe kommt. Auf der Liste stand er sollte Krautsalat und Rucola beinhalten, gerade deswegen ich ihn bestellt hatte. Davon fehlte jedoch jede Spur und das Entrecôte konnte das dann auch nicht mehr retten. Viel zu zäh zum abbeisen. Ich hätte dafür eher Besteck gebraucht. Mein Freund hatte den American Burger und bis auf das Fleisch war der Belag demnach komplett der selbe wobei er 3€ weniger gezahlt hat. Also wirklich gelohnt hat es sich nicht. Ich hatte mich wirklich sehr auf die Burger gefreut da sie bei meinem ersten Besuch wirklich ihrem Preis gerechtfertigt waren und unglaublich lecker. Aber diesmal war es leider einfach nur enttäuschend.

We come to cito random when we went thrue the strret. It was look ok. But in the end… Its werry bad food and 2 of 2burgers was burned out. When i told him thats its burned he make like there is nothing…They will never gonna see us again!

Große Auswahl an leckeren Burger. Die Preise sind mehr als angemessen für die Qualität und für Baden-Baden.

Comida muito boa! Serviço 5 estrelas, com o menu em alemão e inglês. Ambiente e staff 5 estrelas. Hambúrgueres ótimos e recomendo

Allgemein: 3/5 stars Veganfreundlichkeit: 2/5 stars Obwohl Cito Burger fast die einzigsten sind, die überhaupt vegane Optionen in Baden-Baden anbieten, möchte ich sie kaum für vegane Gerichte weiterempfehlen. Das vegane "Fleisch" schmeckte für sich nach überhaupt nichts und hatte die Konsitenz von Brei. Das ist nicht übertrieben gemeint und ich bin selbst noch ganz perplex. Es musste wohl im Restaurant selbst hergestellt worden sein, sowas gibt es nirgends zu kaufen. Vielleicht machen sie es aus Hafer, Mehl, oÄ? Abgesehen davon waren die (Männer-)Toiletten leider dreckig/kaputt und das Personal rauchte direkt vor dem Eingang, dass es im Restaurant selbst danach roch. Jedoch hatten wir auch einen außerordentlich netten Kellner. Und der Burger (abgesehen vom Patty) war sehr lecker und die Zutaten wirkten super frisch. Ich verstehe, dass es womöglich sehr selten vegane Kundschaft gibt. Trotzdem wäre jedes erdenkliche Patty besser gewesen. Man kann ja veganen Fleischersatz auch länger einfrieren. Es muss nicht Mal ein teures Beyond Meat Patty sein. Auch paniertes Gemüse wäre besser gewesen, als der Hafer(?)brei.

Stylisches Restaurant in dem man bei einem kühlen Bier gut Burger Essen kann. Die Kellner/in waren aufmerksam und die Wartezeit auf das Essen war normal. Preis Leistung passt auch. Kann man weiter empfehlen.👍

Pedimos la hamburguesa vegana y no llevaba guarnición, mientras que las otras todas llevan patatas. El camarero no nos informó de nada y apenas nos habló. Servicio muy lento y poco amable. Y la comida de nivel bajo para el precio que tiene.

Első pillantásra azt hittem, hogy a hamburger túl kicsi lesz, de nem! Ennyi elég volt.

Ich fand der Burger war richtig gut die Bedienung war okay ich kann hier jetzt nicht sehen was negativ zu bewerten wäre was andere Leute sagen ich bin war vollkommen zu zufrieden

Das Essen war wirklich lecker. Wir waren zwei Mal dort und waren beim ersten Mal wirklich begeistert und wir hätten uns in das Essen reinlegen können. Beim zweiten Mal war es zwar gut, jedoch fehlte irgendwie bei meinem Burger der Käse, bzw. ist der wahrscheinlich beim braten aus dem Patty gelaufen. Trotzdem war er lecker.

Essen war perfect, Kellner sehr nett Ich empfehle denn crispy chicken burger
