Cito Burger die Stadt in Baden-Baden

Ein gutes Restaurant mit einer vielfältigen Auswahl. Der Hähnchenspieß ist köstlich, und die Burger sind ebenfalls sehr gut und groß. Empfehlenswert.

Der schlechteste Kundenservice, den ich je in Deutschland erlebt habe. Ich kam einmal um 21:00 Uhr. Die Bedienung sagte mir, sie würde um Punkt 22:00 Uhr gehen, ohne dass noch Plätze frei wären. So begrüßt man keine Gäste. Und ich hatte den Eindruck, das Restaurant wollte gar nicht, dass ich bestelle.

Absolut enttäuschender Umgang mit Gästen und Sachschäden Wir waren während des WM-Finales hier. Ein Kellner (Faisal) hat ungefragt und sehr grob unseren Tisch verschoben, um Platz für andere Gäste zu machen. Dabei ist mein Handy vom Tisch gefallen, wodurch die Glasrückseite komplett zersplittert ist. Anstatt den Fehler zuzugeben, ist der Kellner erst weggelaufen und wollte später nichts mehr davon wissen. Danach haben wir die Besitzerin angesprochen in der Hoffnung, das ganz normal über die Betriebshaftpflichtversicherung zu klären. Ihre Reaktion war extrem unprofessionell und unhöflich. Sie weigerte sich komplett zu helfen und sagte wörtlich, es sei "nicht ihr Problem" und ich solle "mir einen Anwalt suchen". Zum Glück haben unabhängige Zeugen am Nachbartisch den Vorfall genau beobachtet und mir ihre Kontaktdaten gegeben. Fehler können passieren, aber wie man hier mit zahlenden Gästen umgeht, ist absolut inakzeptabel. Keine Empfehlung!

Mittelmäßiger Salat und Burger, aber preislich angemessen.

Der Service war sehr gut, aber der Geschmack war absolut scheußlich und ich konnte es nicht aufessen.

War mit meinem Mann und meiner Schwester da.Wir waren sehr unfrieden. Erstmal hat sich der junge Kellner mehr für das fussballspiel interessiert als für die Gäste. Und dann waren mind. 4 Sachen wo wir bestellen wollten, nicht da.Das eins mal ausgeht, ok. Aber gleich 4 Artikel in der Karte finde ich schon viel. Das eine Getränk wo wir bestellt haben, wurde gar nicht erst gebracht. Haben dann die Rechnung verlangt und sind gegangen. Das Getränk stand Gott sei dank nicht auf der Rechnung. Schade war früher besser.

Ich bestellte eine Cola, er musste erst eine Flasche holen. Der Hähnchenburger war ungewürzt, wahrscheinlich ein Tiefkühlprodukt. Das Brot war auch furchtbar, ich war stinksauer. Wenigstens hat sich der Kellner entschuldigt.

Der Burger war gut. Schade war, dass es keine Pizza gab, obwohl wir welche bestellen wollten, da sie auf der Speisekarte stand. Insgesamt gibt es aber noch Verbesserungspotenzial.

Ich habe mir beim Cito Burger in der Lichtentaler Straße den Chicken Klassik (ohne Zwiebeln) für 12,90 € zum Mitnehmen geholt. Die Bestellung und die Abholung verliefen absolut reibungslos und das Personal war freundlich. Leider war das kulinarische Erlebnis eher enttäuschend. Das Burgerbun war viel zu trocken und hatte kaum Eigengeschmack, was den gesamten Burger leider sehr fad gemacht hat. Bei einem Preis von fast 13 € (ohne Beilagen) erwarte ich ein fluffiges, frisches Brötchen, das den Burger zusammenhält und geschmacklich unterstützt. So war es leider eine recht trockene Angelegenheit. Da der Service okay war und die Zutaten ansonsten frisch wirkten, vergebe ich noch 3 Sterne, aber beim Bun besteht definitiv Verbesserungsbedarf.

Der heutige Abend im Cito Burger hinterließ einen gemischten Eindruck: Während das Essen durchaus überzeugte, ließ der Service deutlich zu wünschen übrig. Besonders störend war der anhaltend hohe Geräuschpegel an der Bar, der eher an eine Reinigungsumgebung als an ein gastronomisches Ambiente erinnerte. Die Bedienung wirkte unfreundlich, wenig kompetent in der Beratung und sprachlich schwer verständlich. Insgesamt fehlte es an Professionalität und einem angenehmen Serviceerlebnis. Wer Wert auf eine ruhige Atmosphäre und aufmerksamen Service legt, wird hier vermutlich enttäuscht sein.

Dieser Imbiss befindet sich zwar direkt an der Hauptstraße, aber leider enttäuscht der Zustand des Lokals sehr. Das Interieur ist äußerst schlicht, und an den Ecken löst sich bereits die Tapete ab. Besonders störend sind die vielen flackernden Lampen, die dringend ausgetauscht werden müssten – das ständige Flimmern ist sehr anstrengend für die Augen. ​Das Essen war ebenfalls eine Enttäuschung: Pizza wurde uns verweigert, da angeblich kein Teig vorhanden war. Als wir andere Gerichte bestellten und höflich fragten, ob wir kurz ein iPhone aufladen dürften, wurde dies strikt abgelehnt. ​Ein absolutes No-Go sind die hygienischen Zustände: Auf der Toilette fehlte das Toilettenpapier, und auch Seife zum Händewaschen war nicht vorhanden. Das Personal wirkt insgesamt völlig desinteressiert an den Gästen. ​Nicht empfehlenswert."

Große Auswahl an essen und trinken,aber geschmacklich war es nicht lecker.

Leider sehr enttäuschend! Das Fleisch Petty vom Burger war sehr dünn! Hab ein Burger mit Guacamole bestellt und es kam mit eine Hauch dünne Scheibe von Avocado! Die Cola war warm, hatten kein Eiswürfel! Für den Preis hab ich mit was besseres erwartet!

Wenn man gerne beim Essen,von zwei Seiten mit lauter Musik beschallt werden will sollte man hier hin

Ein Stern ist zuviel. Grauenhaft. Möbel stark gebraucht. Toilette ein Albtraum: klebriger , dreckiger Boden, keine Seife, keine Handtücher, Toilette selbst mit altem Erbrochenen verdreckt und nicht gereinigt. Daraufhin das bestellte Essen storniert mit Begründung der Bedienung gegenüber. Diese meint nur, sie könne nichts dazu sagen, sie wäre nicht in der Toilette gewesen. Daraufhin kommt der Koch, diskutiert und meint, da wäre doch nichts, geht danach aber mit Putzlappen und Reiniger in die Toilette. Super lecker. Wir werden das alles der Behörde melden.bei allem Respekt - das geht gar nicht!

Unzumutbare, viel zu laute Musik mit halbnackten Frauen. Wenn Musik läuft, dann in gemässigter Lautstärke und weniger Nacktheit. Die Kellner waren unaufmerksam, da rauchen und tiktok wichtiger war. Ich würde empfehlen, dies nicht im Sichtradius der Gäste zu tun. Die Burger waren okay, das kann man durchgehen lassen. Immerhin hatten sie etwas Veganes auf der Karte. Für die Preise kann man aber sicher noch Pommes als Beilage dazu erwarten. Das Restaurant war leer, und das zurecht.

Ein unvergesslicher Samstagabend. Ausgezeichneter, freundlicher Service und hervorragende Küche

Ich war total überrascht! Ich wollte mir in einer Sportsbar ein Fußballspiel ansehen und habe dabei dieses Juwel entdeckt. Ich hatte den klassischen Burger mit Pommes (und habe gegen Aufpreis Käse dazubestellt) und wow! Das Rindfleisch-Patty war definitiv frisch. Die Pommes waren auch perfekt. Alles in allem war ich positiv überrascht. Leicht zu finden, direkt an der Hauptstraße. Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert!

Das Meistenauf der Karte gab es gar nicht und das Personal war gelinde gesagt ganz schön unverschämt. Sorry, das Schlechteste was ich seit langem sah.

Ich habe Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellt und der Burger war super, die Pommes auch sehr gut, ehrlich gesagt, keine Beschwerden. Der Kellner war sehr freundlich!

Burger waren okay, der vegetarische Pattie war quasi ein Gemüsepuffer, und dieser verbrannt. Im Hintergrund lief lautstarkes "TikTokTV". Noch während wir gegessen haben, wurde uns die Rechnung hingelegt und wortlos blieb der Servicemann dann am Tisch stehen. Nebenan, noch schlimmer, kam die Rechnung quasi mit dem Essen. Wir waren noch weit vom ausgeschilderten Feierabend dort. Nur Barzahlung möglich.

Der Service, war leider sehr schlecht. Der Kellner hat sehr genervt auf uns gewirkt, als wollen sie uns gar nicht als Gäste haben. Das Essen war ok, allerdings schmecken selbst gemachte Burger besser. Die Cola wurde warm serviert. Beim Zahlen gab es Chaos, da die Hälfte bei den falschen Gästen gebucht wurde. Für uns wirkte es, als wird hier noch ein anderes Business geführt. Schade, dass es in Baden-Baden so wenige Burgerladen gibt:(

Essen: Burger selbst gemacht schmecken besser als dort, lohnt sich nicht. Cola war warm. Hausgemachte Limonade sind zusammen gemischte Säfte. Service: der Kellner war schlecht gelaunt. Egal ob beim Bestellen oder Bezahlen, da wir getrennt gezahlt haben. Vibe: da stimmt was nicht Ich war vor 7 Jahren dort. Absolut lecker gewesen. Aber jetzt ist davon nichts mehr geblieben.

Der Burger war gar nicht schlecht, sehr einfach, aber das Fleisch schmeckte gut. Der Service war allerdings etwas kühl; am Ende mussten wir bar bezahlen, ohne vorher Bescheid zu geben. Außerdem herrschte eine etwas seltsame Atmosphäre; es wirkte, als ob in der Bar kriminelle Aktivitäten stattfanden.

Konnte erst bestellen als ich an die Theke gegangen bin. Essen war so naja, obwohl die Bilder echt gut aussahen. Danach kein weiterer Service vorhanden, bis ich zur Theke gegangen bin und explizit nach der Rechnung gefragt habe. Kartengerät ohne Funktion, dann kein Bargeld vorhanden.

Alter Salat, uninteressierter Service (nur am Handy). Total lieblose und kalte Atmosphäre. Burger "mit Guacamole" bestand aus 2 Avocado Scheibchen. Dafür dann 50 Euro für 2 "geht so" Burger mit schwer frittierten Metro Zwiebelringen und 2 Getränken. Gastro zum Abgewöhnen

Unterirdisch. Private Raucherlounge der Belegschaft. Verwelkter salat, abgetrockner Belag auf dem Burger. In Jogginghosen wird flaniert. Falls der Laden einen Chef hat, bitte den Job wechseln.

Nachdem ich die Bewertungen gelesen hatte, dachte ich, ich würde in ein gutes Restaurant gehen, aber weit gefehlt… Meine Freunde und ich schauten uns die Preise auf der Speisekarte draußen an, um uns einen Überblick über das Angebot zu verschaffen. Bis dahin schien alles in Ordnung, also gingen wir hinein. Wir bestellten und stellten fest, dass die Preise auf der Speisekarte nicht mehr mit denen draußen übereinstimmten. Dann fehlten einige Gerichte, und ihre Preise waren auch noch höher – es herrschte also völlige Inkonsistenz! Das Essen kam lauwarm, fast kalt an. Meine Pizza war gefroren, und jemand anderes am Tisch bestellte einen Burger, aber es gab keine Pommes dazu. Außerdem war das Steak verbrannt. Und das alles für 17,40 € pro Person, was für die wenigen Gerichte, die wir bestellt hatten, viel zu teuer war. Und als ob das nicht genug wäre, berechneten sie uns an der Kasse auch noch 2 € extra! Auch die Hygiene ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wir bekamen unser Besteck in einer staubigen Holzkiste. Ich kann Ihnen nur raten, dieses Restaurant zu meiden!

ich bin wirklich sehr enttäuscht. Heute habe ich über Lieferando eine BBQ-Pizza bestellt. Die gelieferte Pizza ist absolut ungenießbar: es gibt keine Barbecue-Soße, nur Tomatensoße, und das Fleisch ist verbrannt. Ich habe diese BBQ-Pizza schon öfter bestellt, und sie war immer sehr lecker. Was ich heute erhalten habe, ist eine Frechheit und entspricht in keiner Weise der Beschreibung. Ich habe die Pizza nicht gegessen und sie beiseitegelegt, da sie unzumutbar ist. Ich habe mich bereits an den Support gewandt und fordere eine Rückerstattung.

Eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. 2 von 3 in der Karte aufgeführten Getränke waren nicht vorhanden. Die Burger haben zwar geschmeckt, waren aber ohne Pommes und restlos überteuert. Die Mengenangaben waren falsch: statt 0,75 Liter stilles Wasser wird 0,5 Liter. Dazu war die Bedienung sehr unfreundlich.

Das Essen war in Ordnung, aber für den Preis nicht gerechtfertigt. Die Atmosphäre war unangenehm. Die Musik war laut und unpassend; wir fühlten uns wie im Wohnzimmer von Fremden. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste, und als ein weiterer Gast hereinkam, warf ein Mann, der nicht wie ein Angestellter aussah, den dritten Gast hinaus und sagte ihm, es gäbe weder Kaffee noch Milch. Dieser Mann setzte sich dann hin und hustete lautstark mit offenem Mund, sodass meiner Frau der Appetit verging. Wir verließen das Lokal mit einem sehr unangenehmen und unwillkommenen Gefühl. Beim Abschied antwortete uns niemand.

They didn't even look at it. No staff there... When I visited the chef in the kitchen, he ran out to find the smoking "waitress"... Unbelievable. I work in the restaurant industry myself... But this! They just left.

I should really give zero stars. We ordered online today (Sunday) via their website and received a confirmation. Delivery was supposed to take one hour. After 1.5 hours, we inquired. We were told that online ordering is not possible!

I ate burger with fries. The food was o.k. a lot of salt. Not chip food.

Not even worth one star. Simply awful. Homeless people constantly wander in, approach the guests, and some of them are drunk. The burger was burnt—as was the chicken. Everything looked carelessly presented. The staff was practically never seen in the dining area; the waiter even wore headphones and kept going outside for a smoke. To top it all off, the waiter asked me to pay in cash only, even though I didn't have any cash on me and could only pay by card. He refused to give me a reason. The salads were also far too small for the price and presented without any care. The chicken in the salad was completely burnt—absolutely not recommended.

Disappointed in the place the food is mid the sauces too the chicken wings also I would not come back. And waiting for some chicken wings and fries 35 minutes is miserable too , I mean you have a restaurant you should definitely fix your toilets it’s disgusting and please stop with the music it’s not welcoming at all

Had a double burger with sweet potato fries and a Coke. Paid about €30.

The burger was burnt, just like other guests'. Salad bought from the supermarket around the corner and five tomatoes at least three weeks old were added on top... The waiter served without comment... The only funny thing was the ambiance, which was further enhanced by a few shady characters at a sort of regulars' table. In short: a dubious restaurant.

I've had much better burgers, which also looked better and tasted better overall. The service wore headphones, but was pretty quick. For €14 for a burger without anything, I expected more.

Just don’t do it. We went here since most of the other restaurants in Baden Baden are closed at 2pm. I ate two bites of the burger and didn’t eat the rest of my food, because it was not good. The owner/manager was nice and asked what I didn’t like about the food, but did not offer a refund or other solution for the entire uneaten burger.

Service was very nice but the burger was black on the bottom and for the price it tasted pretty bad. I won't be coming back.

Standard burger joint. The sandwich was well-filled, but the bun they use is more of a low-fried roll. When it cools, it becomes hard and doesn't absorb the toppings. Be careful, they didn't apply the discounts posted on a board outside; evidently, the fact that we were foreigners made them think we didn't understand what was written. We preferred not to complain; we counted it as a tip. Unfair anyway.

The burger buns were burnt, there was no guacamole on the burgers, just avocado (unloving). There was no soap in the restroom, and the door couldn't be locked. You'll have to decide for yourself...

Absolutely unacceptable! I waited for two hours for a 15-minute drive, called twice, and had to pay an extra €2, and one of the three burgers didn't have a lid. I'll never order from there again!

The only explanation I can think of for the 4.4 stars is that reviews are being deleted. Service is nonexistent; no hello, no goodbye, nothing. The card doesn't work, so we had to walk 300 meters to the ATM. A burger without a side dish costs €14, consists of a maximum of 150g of minced meat, and tastes very bland. The drink was also charged incorrectly. I wouldn't recommend it!

Poor service, the waiter came to us with headphones in his ears! The food was mediocre and way overpriced given the poor quality! No card payments, which isn't advertised anywhere! Overall a negative experience, won't go there.

A truly disappointing visit to this burger restaurant. Even the initial experience was chaotic: We were told they were out of beef burgers – in a burger joint, no less. When we wanted to leave, we were suddenly told they were still available. It seemed disorganized and untrustworthy. Then it continued with a series of mishaps: The wrong menu items were served, some of the meat was still hard, and different types of bread were used for the burgers – with no discernible system. The fries were soggy and unsalted, which topped it all off. The drinks were also a disaster. The "Long Island Iced Tea" was anything but a Long Island. The beer was poured from several glasses, not freshly tapped – an absolute no-go. On top of that, the glasses had an unpleasant plastic taste. The service was abysmal: We had to constantly ask if everything was there, instead of being actively attended to. In the end, we were told we could only pay in cash – without any prior notice. It was only by chance that we had enough with us. They couldn't give us the €2.40 change either. No apology, no effort, nothing. We felt like we were just being a nuisance. I will definitely not visit this restaurant again – and I won't recommend it to anyone.

Who would have thought that a restaurant visit could be such an unforgettable experience? Upon entering the restaurant, I felt like an uninvited guest – the welcome was as warm as a cold winter morning. The menu promised much, but the reality was a disappointment. The ordered dish not only arrived incorrectly, but also in a form that lacked any culinary logic. Perhaps a new trend? "Fusion cuisine" done hard? The service was as attentive as an invisible ghost – ever-present, but never tangible. And when the wrong dish was served, the staff's reaction was as resolute as a lame donkey. An apology? None. At the end of the evening, when it was time to pay, I wasn't given the change. Perhaps a new trend for saving money? "Pay for the experience – and then some!"

Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant was disappointing. The orders weren't delivered correctly, which made the process unnecessarily complicated. The drinks were poorly flavored and seemed carelessly prepared. Overall, the experience didn't live up to our expectations. It's a shame; based on the reviews, we had hoped for more. I therefore cannot recommend the restaurant.

Unfortunately, our visit to this burger joint was a huge disappointment. Right from the start, we were told that no beef was available – which is quite problematic for a burger joint. When we wanted to leave, we were suddenly told that beef was available after all. This contradictory communication caused confusion and a bad first impression. The drink selection also left a lot to be desired. The beers we ordered weren't freshly tapped, but simply poured from the bottle into glasses – this doesn't meet the standard you'd expect in a restaurant, nor was this communicated transparently. The Long Island Iced Tea was undrinkable and seemed like a random mix without any measure or balance. The burgers were also disappointing: disappointing in taste, the quality of the ingredients left a lot to be desired, and to top it all off, the wrong thing was served. Overall, a very negative impression. The service lacked both quality and professionalism. We definitely won't be returning and can't recommend the joint. Cash only and they didn't even have change

Friendly service and the food was ok but not really delicious.

Not recommended. I was tempted by the positive reviews. We had pizza, fries, and a chicken burger. It took almost half an hour for the food to arrive, even though it was quiet. They served a ready-made pizza, the fries tasted of old fryer grease, and the burger meat was overcooked, even blackened in places. I wouldn't recommend it at all, and the prices are way too high for what you get. The service was nice, but otherwise, nothing positive.

2 years ago there were burgers that were much larger and tastier, now the cutlet looks like it was cooked yesterday and heated in the microwave, the meat is dry. The quality has dropped greatly.

Patty was standard or poorly done. Think from the freezer but the cheese nuggets were well made. “Restaurant” was completely empty. 8:30 p.m. Since you can only pay in cash, the tip was "only" about 20% and people mumbled something that I didn't understand. 2nd visit is excluded. Too bad.....

Disappointment across the board. The portions are tiny - my pizza was so small that it definitely won't fill you up. This is simply not justified for the high prices. I had to wait for my food, but others in our group waited much longer - 10 to 15 minutes later, and the child even got his food last. This isn't how things should work in a restaurant. Of several lemonades advertised, only one was available - and that on a Saturday lunchtime. This seems disorganized and unprofessional. The service wasn't unfriendly, but it made a very dissatisfied, almost annoyed impression. In addition: No card payment possible – completely incomprehensible in 2025. What puzzles me: With all of these shortcomings, I wonder how so many positive reviews come about. Today I was even told that negative reviews are often deleted here. If true, that would be a powerful piece – and would explain a lot. Conclusion: Never again.

The food itself was ok, but nothing special for these prices. Eating out there once is enough. Next time I'll avoid this store.

Just amazing Burger Grill Bar. I am staying in an expensive spa hotel nearby and the Cito fitness salad is incredibly healthy and tasty and my favourite here in Baden Baden. The music is excellent, The burgers are excellent. And great value for money

The food made me stomach' pains. It was a tasty food but something from burger or salad poisoned me.

Music way too loud. It is impossible to eat outside as there is only smoking. And in general the store didn't seem clean

The absolute worst dining experience in my 77 years. When we arrived a little after 12 noon there were customers at two other tables; when we left an hour and a half later there were three tables occupied. One doesn't mind a wait if the food is reasonably good. What arrived was an overcooked hamburger on a burnt bun. While it was a large portion of what seemed to be quality beef, the meat had been cooked so long that it was dry, crumbled and burnt. The bun was blackened, not toasted. On the burger was a piece of wilted lettuce and a cucumber slice. My daughter commented that the house sauce, what there was of it was good; we both drenched our burgers in mayonnaise and ketchup. This made them edible, but not enjoyable. We ordered a 6 Euro portion of curly fries. While portion size almost justified the cost, the fries were burned to a crisp, not a good fry in the bunch. Again a ketchup bath, which made them like thick, hard to bite, tasteless potato chips. The best part: the food was cold when served! Staff was inattentive and when we complained, having left more than 2/3 of the fries and most of the buns, no apology was given, though the burned condition was noted. Inside there was a big screen with overloud , certainly for midday, music videos . The menu is comprehensive and an interesting mix of items, though not inexpensive. Seemed like it might have been someone's good idea, but quality control was lacking and, of course, it helps a restaurant if someone knows how to cook.l

In general the restaurant was good, but our waitress was terrible. We ordered 2 American-style burgers, one with some specifications, and they brought us 2 totally different ones, without even the specifications we asked for.

You couldn't pay by card, the food was bad and raw. The burgers don't come with fries, and the prices are expensive

The waiter forgot the order once and the second time forgot ingredients that we asked in advance. Also he didn't mention that they didn't have onion rings before confirming the order. After the food arrived the meat was chewy with lumps of fat. After that we were told to pay by cash without any notice beforehand. We paid in another bar which we had to walk to. A bit bizarre.

Not recommended!!! We ordered a pizza (vegetarian), a veggie burger (Black Forest Burger) and a burger with beef (Vintage Burger). Pizza was unseasoned and limp, but still the best of the 3 meals. Black Forest veggie patty was okay, but the bun was cold and you had to look for the sauce. Far too small for the price. The mushrooms were completely missing from my vintage burger?! Otherwise another cold bun, just cheese, a slice of tomato and a slice of cucumber on the patty and it was also cool and of poor quality. Not to mention sauce. My plate also had hair and pieces of avocado on it that weren't included on the menu. The Vintage was also way too small and both burgers weren't visually appealing. 60 euros is too much for that with drinks!! Service (1 service person) was totally overwhelmed and went to another store several times during our visit. There were only 3 tables occupied. However, the 2 drinks (Gold Passion Limo and Spicy Ginger Limo) were very tasty and made with effort. Overall, despite the good reviews, it's just weak!!!

What was ordered: - Chicken wings - Burger with beef patty - Burger with turkey party - Dipper fries - Sweet potato fries How was it brought: - Chicken wings: completely without any spices (except salt). Tasted absolutely boring. Everyone can do better at home! - Burger with beef patty: After the first bite, your sense of taste tells you "ATTENTION, DO NOT EAT! BAD MEAT! SOMETHING IS WRONG HERE!!!" We didn't eat the burger then. - Burger with turkey patty: Turkey meat was completely tasteless. Just as unseasoned as the chicken wings. We also decided not to eat it. Worst (probably basically edible) burger ever! - Dipper fries: normal, completely unsalted fries were brought - Sweet potato fries: not salted, not crispy, but still the best of the whole order Total price: €59.80 Conclusion: If I go out to eat and leave the burger after one bite even though I have to pay for it, I think that says it all! The health department should take a look here! PS: in the men's toilet there is no soap or toilet paper to dry your hands. And these are a restaurant where they also serve finger food...

Terrible burgers at horrendous prices - €14 and €18 without side dishes!! Never again! I'm used to high quality in Cologne and Düsseldorf in this price segment but not what was offered to me there in Baden-Baden! Never again!

Overpriced. Burger with fries and water 25 euros. A waitress who wants to cash in the middle of the meal. To pay by card you have to go three restaurants further - there is no indication anywhere that card payment is not possible. The fries were very good. The Burger Twister is worth a maximum of 6 euros.

Leider nach den zahlreichen älteren, guten Bewertungen eine wirkliche Enttäuschung. Wir waren alleine im Restaurant und zum Ende hat sich dann gezeigt wieso. Die Burgerpatties waren ziemlich dunkel und die Guacamole für den Burger war nur eine geschnittene Avocado. Die Öffnungszeiten bei Google (bis 22:00 Uhr) sind leider auch nur bedingt richtig. Nach dem Bestellen setzte sich der Kellner an einen Nebentisch und hörte während des Scrollen auf dem Handy Musik. Um 20:45 wurde angefangen aufzuräumen und noch während des Essens die Rechnung gebracht. Auf Rückfrage, ob die angegebenen Öffnungszeiten inkorrekt sind, kam die Antwort, dass die Zeiten eigentlich korrekt sind, aber im Winter „nicht so viel zu tun ist“. Daraufhin wurde unsererseits erbeten, dass es hierzu eine entsprechende Information geben muss. Daraufhin kam nur ein „sorry“. Als wir den Kellner baten (mit Karte) zu zahlen, wurden wir informiert, dass dies nicht möglich sei. Wir hatten nicht genügend Bargeld dabei, sodass wir aufgefordert wurden zur nächsten Bank zu gehen. Während mein Partner zur Bank lief, fragt ich, weshalb denn kein Schild mit entsprechender Info an der Tür hänge oder wir vor dem Bestellen die Info erhalten. Daraufhin meinte der Mitarbeiter, dass dies nur heute sei. Gemäß anderer Rezensionen jedoch scheinbar nicht. Nachdem mein Partner dann mit dem abgehobenem Geld gezahlt hat, gab es nicht mal ausreichend Kleingeld und uns wurde ungefragt zu wenig Geld (60 Cent) zurückgegeben. There were seven of us there. 3 meals were good, 3 burgers or the buns were completely burnt and a rib-eye steak was raw. The boss immediately became aggressive when we complained, so much so that we even had to call the police because we refused to pay for the food. In terms of service, it was an absolute disaster.

The burger was cold, the meat didn't taste good and everything was piled up carelessly. In addition, the burger was just way too small, especially for the price & there were no fries, which was completely incomprehensible to me. Plus, employees constantly go outside to have a smoke. I don't recommend the store to anyone, at least the burger size or price should be adjusted first.

The worst and puniest burger I've eaten for almost €20. Nogo! Never again!

In my opinion, the place has so much untapped potential. The location is great, the atmosphere with the bar is nice. Prices are fair. Unfortunately, the ambiance at the dining tables isn't so nice, and the TV with commercials doesn't fit in at all. My biggest complaint is the food. The burger patties taste like they were cooked with burnt fat, are unseasoned, and there's hardly any sauce to be found. This comment is meant kindly; I hope the place will address the problems that I'm not the only one to see.
