Upon entering the restaurant, I felt like an uninvited guest – the welcome was as warm as a cold winter morning. The menu promised much, but the reality was a disappointment. The ordered dish not only arrived incorrectly, but also in a form that lacked any culinary logic. Perhaps a new trend? "Fusion cuisine" done hard? The service was as attentive as an invisible ghost – ever-present, but never tangible. And when the wrong dish was served, the staff's reaction was as resolute as a lame donkey. An apology? None. At the end of the evening, when it was time to pay, I wasn't given the change. Perhaps a new trend for saving money? "Pay for the experience – and then some!"

A truly disappointing visit to this burger restaurant. Even the initial experience was chaotic: We were told they were out of beef burgers – in a burger joint, no less. When we wanted to leave, we were suddenly told they were still available. It seemed disorganized and untrustworthy. Then it continued with a series of mishaps: The wrong menu items were served, some of the meat was still hard, and different types of bread were used for the burgers – with no discernible system. The fries were soggy and unsalted, which topped it all off. The drinks were also a disaster. The "Long Island Iced Tea" was anything but a Long Island. The beer was poured from several glasses, not freshly tapped – an absolute no-go. On top of that, the glasses had an unpleasant plastic taste. The service was abysmal: We had to constantly ask if everything was there, instead of being actively attended to. In the end, we were told we could only pay in cash – without any prior notice. It was only by chance that we had enough with us. They couldn't give us the €2.40 change either. No apology, no effort, nothing. We felt like we were just being a nuisance. I will definitely not visit this restaurant again – and I won't recommend it to anyone.

When we wanted to leave, we were suddenly told that beef was available after all. This contradictory communication caused confusion and a bad first impression. The drink selection also left a lot to be desired. The beers we ordered weren't freshly tapped, but simply poured from the bottle into glasses – this doesn't meet the standard you'd expect in a restaurant, nor was this communicated transparently. The Long Island Iced Tea was undrinkable and seemed like a random mix without any measure or balance. The burgers were also disappointing: disappointing in taste, the quality of the ingredients left a lot to be desired, and to top it all off, the wrong thing was served. Not recommended. I was tempted by the positive reviews. We had pizza, fries, and a chicken burger. It took almost half an hour for the food to arrive, even though it was quiet. They served a ready-made pizza, the fries tasted of old fryer grease, and the burger meat was overcooked, even blackened in places. Patty was standard or poorly done. Think from the freezer but the cheese nuggets were well made. “Restaurant” was completely empty. 8:30 p.m. Since you can only pay in cash, the tip was "only" about 20% and people mumbled something that I didn't understand. 2nd visit is excluded. Too bad.....

Disappointment across the board. The portions are tiny - my pizza was so small that it definitely won't fill you up. This is simply not justified for the high prices. Just amazing Burger Grill Bar. I am staying in an expensive spa hotel nearby and the Cito fitness salad is incredibly healthy and tasty and my favourite here in Baden Baden. The music is excellent, The burgers are excellent. And great value for money

The absolute worst dining experience in my 77 years. When we arrived a little after 12 noon there were customers at two other tables; when we left an hour and a half later there were three tables occupied. One doesn't mind a wait if the food is reasonably good. What arrived was an overcooked hamburger on a burnt bun. While it was a large portion of what seemed to be quality beef, the meat had been cooked so long that it was dry, crumbled and burnt. The bun was blackened, not toasted. On the burger was a piece of wilted lettuce and a cucumber slice. My daughter commented that the house sauce, what there was of it was good; we both drenched our burgers in mayonnaise and ketchup. This made them edible, but not enjoyable. We ordered a 6 Euro portion of curly fries. While portion size almost justified the cost, the fries were burned to a crisp, not a good fry in the bunch. Again a ketchup bath, which made them like thick, hard to bite, tasteless potato chips. The best part: the food was cold when served! Staff was inattentive and when we complained, having left more than 2/3 of the fries and most of the buns, no apology was given, though the burned condition was noted. Inside there was a big screen with overloud , certainly for midday, music videos . The menu is comprehensive and an interesting mix of items, though not inexpensive. Seemed like it might have been someone's good idea, but quality control was lacking and, of course, it helps a restaurant if someone knows how to cook.l

In general the restaurant was good, but our waitress was terrible. We ordered 2 American-style burgers, one with some specifications, and they brought us 2 totally different ones, without even the specifications we asked for.

The waiter forgot the order once and the second time forgot ingredients that we asked in advance. Also he didn't mention that they didn't have onion rings before confirming the order. After the food arrived the meat was chewy with lumps of fat. After that we were told to pay by cash without any notice beforehand. We paid in another bar which we had to walk to. A bit bizarre.

Not recommended!!! We ordered a pizza (vegetarian), a veggie burger (Black Forest Burger) and a burger with beef (Vintage Burger). Pizza was unseasoned and limp, but still the best of the 3 meals. Black Forest veggie patty was okay, but the bun was cold and you had to look for the sauce. Far too small for the price. The mushrooms were completely missing from my vintage burger?! Otherwise another cold bun, just cheese, a slice of tomato and a slice of cucumber on the patty and it was also cool and of poor quality. Not to mention sauce. My plate also had hair and pieces of avocado on it that weren't included on the menu. The Vintage was also way too small and both burgers weren't visually appealing. 60 euros is too much for that with drinks!! Service (1 service person) was totally overwhelmed and went to another store several times during our visit. There were only 3 tables occupied. However, the 2 drinks (Gold Passion Limo and Spicy Ginger Limo) were very tasty and made with effort. Overall, despite the good reviews, it's just weak!!!

Terrible burgers at horrendous prices - €14 and €18 without side dishes!! Never again! I'm used to high quality in Cologne and Düsseldorf in this price segment but not what was offered to me there in Baden-Baden! Never again!

Overpriced. Burger with fries and water 25 euros. A waitress who wants to cash in the middle of the meal. To pay by card you have to go three restaurants further - there is no indication anywhere that card payment is not possible. The fries were very good. The Burger Twister is worth a maximum of 6 euros.

Als wir den Kellner baten (mit Karte) zu zahlen, wurden wir informiert, dass dies nicht möglich sei. Wir hatten nicht genügend Bargeld dabei, sodass wir aufgefordert wurden zur nächsten Bank zu gehen. Während mein Partner zur Bank lief, fragt ich, weshalb denn kein Schild mit entsprechender Info an der Tür hänge oder wir vor dem Bestellen die Info erhalten. Daraufhin meinte der Mitarbeiter, dass dies nur heute sei. Gemäß anderer Rezensionen jedoch scheinbar nicht. Nachdem mein Partner dann mit dem abgehobenem Geld gezahlt hat, gab es nicht mal ausreichend Kleingeld und uns wurde ungefragt zu wenig Geld (60 Cent) zurückgegeben. There were seven of us there. 3 meals were good, 3 burgers or the buns were completely burnt and a rib-eye steak was raw. The boss immediately became aggressive when we complained, so much so that we even had to call the police because we refused to pay for the food. In terms of service, it was an absolute disaster.

We were there in the evening at around 6:30 p.m., there were no other guests there. It was so cold inside that you couldn't take off your jacket. There were broken fan heaters everywhere. The food was good, even if it wasn't the best burgers ever. You were well fed and the prices are quite low for Baden-Baden. We sat outside in the sun, which on the one hand is nice if you're a car enthusiast because there are some very nice cars driving past, but on the other hand it's of course quite loud and smelly because of smokers. The service was great, very nice and accommodating. If you are looking for a good restaurant with fairly fair prices, I can recommend this one.

To even get in you had to pass a table of 8 smoking buddies. Where the cook joined us as soon as he had a moment. The service also left a lot to be desired: my reservation didn't seem to have been recorded correctly, and the wait for the dishes was long (to be fair, I was there in a large group), which further spoiled the overall impression. A side salad in the burger in the form of a limp leaf neither contributed to a refreshing taste experience nor could it meet the demands of a creative presentation style. I used to be a big fan of the burgers. Super awesome with extra melted mozzarella on top. What we got now was subpar for the price. Very cold fries, small burger, with very little but crumbly coleslaw salad, dry and the extra cheese was half a slice of Gouda, cold, from the package. Chicken fried to death. Frozen pizza for €15 and worst service I've had in a long time!

We ordered pickup on Saturday evening. Unfortunately it took over an hour until everything was ready even though only two tables were occupied. So they didn't start until we came to pick it up. Regarding the food: the price is not justified! The burger bun and the patti were burnt. The fries were weak and not salted enough. The salad tasted good, but was way too expensive for what you got. So all in all a disappointment. We wouldn't eat there again.

Sorry but Lieferando says 15 minutes for collection. Waited an hour for 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 salads. Then the burgers were completely burnt and just tasteless and dry. Food is ok, service is subpar. There were four of us and we ordered pizza, burgers and schnitzel. When we ordered, we specifically ordered lemon with the schnitzel, fries with the burger and a side salad with the pizza. We waited over an hour for the food (2 pizzas and a burger), even though the restaurant wasn't full. Dirty dishes are piled up at the counter. The quality of the food was poor, the toilet was dirty and when we wanted to pay (in the beginning it said "only possible in cash today") they had no change. One of those experiences where it really hurts to leave money behind even if you don't even pay yourself.

Wir hatten nich nie einen so enttäuschenden Restaurantbesuch. Wir waren zu 4. und haben 3 Burger und eine Pizza bestellt. Es hieß von Anfang an "es könne etwas länger dauern" was für uns kein Problem gewesen wäre. Nach ca. 15 Minuten kam dann die Nachricht, dass es keine Pizza mehr gibt. Kein Problem, also noch einen Burger bestellt. Dieser nachbestellte Burger kam dann auch schon nach 10 Minuten und die Beilage von einer anderen Person mit der Nachricht "das andere Essen kommt auch GLEICH(!)". Nach ein paar Minuten haben wir dann mal angefangen zu essen, damit es nicht kalt wird. Der erste Burger war dann schon gegessen und die Beilage (keine Vorspeise) war auch weg. Nach weiteren 10 Minuten kam dann wieder Personal und hat uns berichtet, dass sie keine Burger mehr hätten (Das konnten sie natürlich unmöglich wissen, als sie feststellten, dass es keine Pizza mehr gab). Und der größte Witz war, dass am Tisch gegenüber auch eine 4er Gruppe saß, die mindestens 20 Minuten nach uns bestellt haben und diese alle 4 Burger bekommen haben. Nachdem dann eine Person einen Burger, und eine Person ihre Beilagen (die übrigens kalt ankamen) gegessen haben, wollten wir die Rechnung haben und gehen. Zum Abschluss wurde mir bis zu meinem Hinweisen auch noch zu wenig Wechselgeld gegeben. Und das Restaurant war nicht voll, dass man es auf eine Überforderung des Personals beziehen könnte. Nein, wir waren maximal 20 Kunden im Lokal. Fehler können immer passsieren, und wir sind da auch wirklich sehr tolerant, aber das ganze was hier abgezogen wurde ist einfach nur ein Witz. Als ordentliches Restaurant hätte ich mir zumindest eine Entschuldigung in Form von "Getränke gehen aufs Haus" o.Ä. gewünscht. Aber nichteinmal ein einfaches "Es tut uns leid, ..." haben wir bekommen. Für diese Preise (ab ca. 25€/Person (Burger, Beilage, Getränk)) erwarte ich einfach einen gewissen Service.

Ordering two regular burgers and two beers cost 1.5 hours when the hall was not fully loaded. Wasted time that I could have walked and not waited. I recommend any other establishments with better pricing policies.

Waiting time of over an hour is not recommended. We were always comforted that it would come soon but we waited over an hour for the food.

We arrived at the restaurant at 1:30 p.m. and they didn't give us food until 2:25 p.m. and we missed the flight. We had to tell them that we wanted the food to go and they were missing a hamburger. We also told them to give us a refund for a pizza because they didn't bring it and they didn't want to give us a refund. In the end we had to wait 5 more minutes for the pizza. They were delivering the food to other people before us and they arrived later. I do not recommend going to this restaurant if you are from another country since they treat you badly and take a long time.

We waited over an hour for our food, there was nothing going on. We were consoled all the time with “it’s coming soon” or “there’s a lot going on right now” even though it wasn’t like that.

We were there today and we were told at the beginning that the meal would take 30-45 minutes. So far no problem and we ordered the food and drinks. Instead of the large dishes that were ordered, only small ones came. OK, you can reorder. After 1 hour the waiter comes to our table and says there is no more pizza and whether we want to order something else. We said no thanks and asked when the rest of the burgers we ordered would come. He said 10 minutes. After 15 minutes he comes and says beef is all for today whether we want chicken. We declined because none of the things we originally ordered were suddenly available. And we waited over 1.25 hours to get this information??? Are you serious??? We then said we didn't want to eat here anymore and just pay for the drinks. But then the bill included large drinks. But apart from one, we only got small ones. Then he has to run out and look at what’s on the table. Only then did he correct the invoice. Of course I didn't want to give a tip for such behavior. But then he couldn't even give out change anymore and I had to give him 10 cents out of necessity. If it had been a good shop you would have taken on the 5 drinks for €12.90 but no, of course not. Of course we left hungry after more than 1.50 hours and ended up in a kebab shop around the corner. The meal only took 10 minutes there. It was a kebab but we were extremely hungry. So people, think carefully about whether you want to continue to finance such a store, which is already expensive. Thank God there are reputable stores where you can happily spend your money. But not in this store. I wrote my first review of today immediately after leaving the store. But it was apparently too emotional that it was blocked. It's a shame that you can't clearly express your anger at such a shop. So people better go somewhere else.

Cold fries, after being asked to change them, were deep-fried again in oil. Burgers aren't like they used to be. Staff very friendly

The burgers here were AWESOME. Keep in mind though that they don’t come with fries, and if you order a side of fries, it’s a huge bowl so you can save a few bucks by sharing with your group. Also worth noting that it is cash only(at least when we went Nov 2024) and there is no sign indicating this, so thankfully someone in our group had enough cash on them to cover it.

Too stuffy and loud, it wasn't worth it. We waited forever for fries and a burger. The fries were soggy and the burger wasn't worth the money. Sweet potato fries were the only ones that were crispy. Payment was only possible in cash and you had to go to the nearest ATM in rainy weather. However, this was only mentioned after consumption. Overall a disappointment and not worth a second visit for us.

Nice atmosphere however the lady serving was quite rude to me. Barely spoke to me and just pointed me to a table. When she brought my food over, before I could even look up to say thank you she was gone (bear in mind it was not busy when I was there, about 6 tables seated). I was going to ask for some sauce but she left so quickly I didn’t get a chance. Finally when paying she told me cash only quite rudely. She didn’t explain why it was cash only and there were no signs at all around the restaurant to indicate this so I can only assume it was because I am a tourist. (Although I didn’t see anyone else pay in the time I was there, everyone else was greeted in a friendly way however I wasn’t). I was dining alone.

We've been waiting for the burger for an hour...

The food was decent, and the service felt understaffed, leading to a wait time of at least an hour for our meal. The card machine was not functioning, which was inconvenient, but the atmosphere was lifted by the nice music playing in the background.

Service unfriendly. Burger, poor value for money. Toilets not very clean and doors don't close.

There was a bone in the chicken burger and the beef burgers were unsalted as were the fries. Overall it wasn't tasty - not recommended.

Wir waren zu zweit auf der Suche nach guten Burgern und Pommes. Leider gibt es hier im Ort nicht sehr viele Burger Restaurants. Direkt einen Platz erhalten. Wir waren recht früh dran und es war sehr wenig los. Wir haben beide den Veggi Burger bestellt mit einer Portion Süßkartoffelpommes. Es gibt keine Veganen Burger und auch keine Vegane Mayo. Die Karte hier bei TripAdvisor online ist leider veraltet. Nach 15 Minuten Wartezeit gab es 2 Burger. Herzhaft reingebissen... Es war ein FLEISCH Patty. Wir hatten Vegetarisch bestellt. Also zur Kellnerin und gefragt. Sie direkt beide Burger zurück genommen und in der Küche 2x Veggi in Auftrag gegeben. Getippt in der Kasse war es als Veggi. Nach weiteren 20 Minuten gab es dann endlich unsere Veggi burger mit einer neuen kostenlosen Portion Fritten. Der Bun ist echt lecker, auch die Soße ist gut. Etwas wenig Gurke und leider nur den Standard Kartoffel Erbsen Veggy Fladen den es oft gibt. Der Burger war gut. Der Bun hat dabei viel ausgemacht. Die Pommes waren ebenfalls lecker. Sofern das Restaurant das hier liest folgende Tipps: Bietet einen anderen Patty an, es gibt mittlerweile echt bessere! Bietet an jeden Fleisch burger auch als Veggi zu erhalten. So gibt es viel mehr Auswahl. Preislich war es echt super. Für zwei Personen, zwei Burger, 1x Pommes und 2 Cola für rund 30 €

The beef patty was very tasty. Unfortunately, the vegetarian burger wasn't spicy and didn't come with a whole grain bun as ordered. But we'll be back.
