Very disappointed. On top of the arrogant process to get access, we had to wait 1h30 for our meal. Meat overcooked and the only reason for this massive waiting time was « we are busy » 2 options : or you are designed to achieve your occupancy or not? But when you already select your clients with prices, dress code and process to enter the place, maybe you can have enough staff to achieve the expected services that is expected when, as a guest, you already had to pass three different steps to reach your table. This diner was to celebrate my birthday but it was at no occasion possible because of this very poor level of service. Very disappointed.
