I ordered sweet and sour and nuggets as normal, but they just aren't edible with sauce. You have to know for yourself whether it tastes good to you.

From now on we no longer receive straws for milkshakes!! I don't know if you've ever seen a milkshake without a straw but it's just not drinkable through the lid because it's so thick, it doesn't flow and it doesn't go through! The cardboard straws were great so why remove them???

Well, the change with the app etc. messed up the concept, unfortunately people can no longer keep up with their work, which puts too much strain on the employees. Otherwise it's just fast food. Every now and then it works

Lamentable! Allows you to give yourself Coca Cola at room temperature! Just undrinkable!!! No ice cubes and don't even warn you! Last time for me! I really don't recommend!

The service employee preferred someone he trusted during the ordering process. When my guests were confronted with their selfish behavior, they and the service staff only laughed mildly at it. Service desert Germany. When the supervisor was informed about the behavior after 20 minutes in the queue, they only made excuses and took no responsibility 😢

Friday morning at 9:30 a.m.: The staff was excellent, super accommodating! The branch is beautiful and clean. Latte macchiato from a portafilter machine and with oat milk. I'm impressed and would love to come back when I'm in the area. ♥️
