Unfortunately, I wasn't happy with the hotel. According to reviews, the hotel was supposed to be great. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case. Everything was dirty, run-down, and smelly. The furniture was broken, and there wasn't even a proper duvet, just a quilt. The food was absolutely not tasty, and the breakfast was unfortunately not impressive either. It was definitely a good hotel once, but unfortunately, its golden days are long gone. We left the hotel after one night because it was unbearable. Conclusion: I would never visit this hotel again or recommend it to anyone.

We ordered on a normal weekday and the delivery time was almost 2 hours. In my opinion that is far too long and completely inappropriate since we live 2 kilometers away as the crow flies. We definitely won't be ordering from here again, the store is absolutely not worth recommending!

The potatoes are terrible, all soft and wet, they also stuffed napkins in the potatoes, half the order wasn't delivered, we didn't get 2 cokes, 1 french fries and borek, terrible service, you can't get through when you call, they say there is no delivery.

It was very bad. We ordered four chicken burgers because we didn't eat beef. We called and said we didn't throw our dinner in the trash.

I had to take my hot brownie to McDonald's so they could put ice cream on it :D No more ice cream at 11 p.m. even though they're open until 1 a.m.
