Friendly service, food is prepared relatively quickly and tastes very tasty.

You know McDonalds. Unfortunately, this never had a McCafé station. Which I personally think is a shame because I have often used this for myself. There is a small counter. Unfortunately for me there is no selection of cakes and pastries. I don't think it will be possible to open a McCafé station here due to the lack of space, but I would still like to. But why only 3 stars? There are 3 stars because the staff is always friendly and accommodating, but the new outdoor playhouse no longer makes it possible for smaller children to play. I don't think that's right at all. Surely something different could have been done. The play tower is currently closed again. The two payment terminals are great. Feels faster.

Actually everything was always good, but this evening at 12:30 I was the only customer and experienced a few disappointing things. I redeemed a voucher with a BigTasty and got ketchup but no fries and the cola was stale and was dark but only tasted like water. I think it's a real shame that the quality is deteriorating here. So I paid €11.99 for a burger plus nuggets and thought I would save with the voucher.

Staff are constantly overwhelmed and orders are too often not properly understood. Change is often not given out correctly. If you complained you were treated unfriendly

The only branch in Saarland that I know that manages to be friendly even when the house is full and bring fast, warm food to the table. The burgers also don't look carelessly slapped together, with everything oozing out the side when you first look at it. Really great for McDonalds.

Standard McDonald's could be cleaner and service could be faster.

Mind you, the stars should be understood to mean that this is a mainstream fast food shop. Overall everything was clean, the food was hot and fresh. My junior enjoyed the happy metal. We were satisfied and would come again.

The staff is often overwhelmed. The order must always be checked (usually at least one item is missing). The burgers are almost always put together carelessly.

This restaurant is very consistent with the drive-thru. Consistently forgetting sauces. Maybe look at the screen while packing the order instead of out the window.

The toilet is totally filthy. This didn't used to be available at Mac Donalds. Date of visit 8/23/23 Then you don't want to eat anything anymore.

The employee seems totally overwhelmed and has no idea how the ice cream machine works, and apparently doesn't dare ask his colleagues for help, so had to wait 20 minutes for 1 ice cream.

The best shop in town after an excessive alcohol experience.

I think anyone who goes to McDonads expects quick and standardized food. That's what's available here... as in all of the group's branches

The 20-piece fly eggs (see picture) tasted very tasty instead of the 20-piece chicken nuggets. 1 star is way too much for something so angular!

I have to say that I was a bit disturbed on Sunday. As an exception, we went there to eat ice cream after visiting the animal shelter. In the app the ice cream was shown for 2 or something euros. On site, however, we were deducted 4 or more euros per ice cream. What I used to love about Flurry was that the ice cream was mixed with the additive. Here the desired additive was simply sprinkled on top. Not great when everything is just slapped on top. *shakes head*

A typical MC Donald's. However, despite the late hour, very friendly staff and a clean environment. The toilets were, surprisingly, clean too. The audience was fine too. We have experienced everything completely differently. The food tastes like any other McDonald's.

Unfortunately, what you can't rate is the price. The one fart-normal McFlurry (how many grams is that?) soft ice cream, i.e. SOFT ICE CREAM - not a prepared spaghetti ice cream or something like that - now costs €4.29! That's both stupid and crazy, that's definitely it for now, I'd rather go to the ice cream parlor with the youngest, it's cheaper now and you know what you're getting. Honestly, people: €4.29 for a cup of cool milk with sugar in principle??

I bought a 20 pack of chicken nuggets there were only 17 nuggets in it and I bought a Fanta but it tasted like water. And I bought sweet and sour sauce twice and it was Cury sauce, what's that supposed to mean???

Would advise anyone not to eat there or even go to a McDonald's. Anyone who complains about the food there has only themselves to blame, what do you expect from a McDonald's?

Ordered twenty nuggets and a double cheeseburger in the drive once. At home I discovered that both were packed incorrectly. How do you manage to get this small order wrong?

Unfriendly pack and you have to wait 25 minutes for 2 things when it's not busy. 19 nuggets instead of 20 also disrespectful I'll steal a nugget ....

Thanks to the order panels, ordering is much easier than before. It is currently relatively clean and the staff are friendly. With a few exceptions, when the kitchen staff is stressed with a full house, the burgers are assembled decently and there are no incorrectly executed orders. All that's missing is a McCafé, then it would be great all around.👍🏻

Legal requirements and guidelines of the COVID-19 Protection Ordinance are simply ignored: the 2G requirement is partially checked, but ID cards are not. There is no (verification of) contact tracing. As is currently the case, the mask requirement does not apply at some times of the day, but at others it does, depending on the mood of the shift manager. According to the employees, the men's toilets are closed “due to Corona”. However, the women's toilets are not. (?) The waiting times are sometimes longer than average and the employees are sometimes outrageously unfriendly. Whether the absence of direct competition on the property opposite contributes to this behavior remains questionable. Takeaway orders are only possible at the drive-through window, regardless of the customer's vaccination status. This approach is absolutely degrading and shameful. The food meets the quality requirements of a McDonalds branch. The branch has a modern design and makes an inviting impression. Update 2024: The lack of competition continues to ensure that Getrey charges exorbitantly higher prices at this (and other) locations than at other DE locations. A surcharge of, for example, €0.60 for a pack of ketchup and an additional charge of several euros for a menu (!) compared to Kaiserslautern is simply no longer understandable at all.

Dear Ms. Götz, if your hobby is annoying customers, well done. Furthermore, order executed incorrectly, food cold (5 minute drive) this location is not recommended. Unless you like annoyed store managers. Unfortunately there are no negative points. But we don't have to eat with you.

We were at the drive-thru. Ordering online worked well. The price at McD has also gone up quite a bit.

This evening I went to MC Donald in St.wendel with my son. Zero activity, probably 10 people on staff, waited forever for the food and then it was cold.

Sehr nettes Personal. Nur bei Stichzeiten ist es wirklich sehr überfüllt und man muss mit langen Wartezeiten rechnen.

Wurden von nem sehr grossen Schicht Leiter bedient . Er wie auch sein Team an den Schaltern sehr freundlich und immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen

Ambiente nur 3 Sterne, wegen der Sauberkeit. Service könnte etwas schneller sein. Ansonsten in Ordnung

Alles Ok, wie in den meistens MCD.

Sitzplätze so wie Tische waren schmutzig und es war nicht viel Betrieb, der Boden hat so geklebt das man fast seine Schuhe verlor.Wraps sind kleiner geworden und die Burger einfach zusammen geklatscht, dabei ist mir aufgefallen das nicht mal mehr eine ganze Scheibe Käse drauf war...

Kaltes Essen und wenn man sich beschwert wird der Burger einfach auseinandergenommen und erhitzt,es sollte doch so sein das Liegezeit gibt.

So langsam schuldet ihr mir folgende Sachen 3x Mayonnaise 1x Ketchup 1x Regenbogendonut 1x Pommes 1x Chickenburger Die vergessen Sachen die Permanent fehlen wenn man bei euch in den MC Drive fährt nerven Langsam. UND NEIN ich packe die Liebevoll in Packung geschmissen Pommes mit den Zertrümmerten Bürgern NICHT jedesmal aus um dann im strömenden Regen im MC Drive zu eskalieren. Meine Tochter musste zum wiederholten Mal Feststellen das es keinen Nachtisch gibt. Ist eh vielleicht besser bei der Qualität. Und wer zur Hölle hat dieses Hochqualitative MC Donalds Monopoly entwickelt. Früher habe ich den Verdammten Aufkleber abgerissen und wusste in 1 Sekunde ob ich etwas gewonnen habe. Jetzt muss ich eine Datenkrake an App auf mein Handy Laden und mir unter Schmerzen ansehen wie ein Countdown runter läuft der mir anschließend sagt oh schade sie haben nicht gewonnen. Mal im Ernst das grenzt an Körperverletzung und physische Folter. PS meine Tochter weint immernoch wegen dem Regenbogen Donut. Ich werde nicht wieder kommen. Wenn ich schlecht behandelt werden will komme ich wieder. Solange gehe ich lieber zum Döner und lasse mich Chef nennen. Ich wünsche euch weihnachten ohne Geschenke so wie mein Essen ohne Donut.

McDonalds ganz in Ordnung für ne Mahlzeit wenns mal schnell gehen muss, aber nichts auf dauer.

Wie man McDonald's halt kennt. Warum nur 2 Sterne in der Gesamtwertung. Also ganz einfach: War jetzt zum 3 mal hintereinander am Wochenende dort. Jedesmal viel Betrieb am Sonntag Mittag und ich musste jedesmal gute 20 Minuten auf mein Essen warten. OK, ich bestelle auch immer gleich 4 Menüs. Aber als Schnellrestaurant kann man das nicht mehr bezeichnen. Und die Preise sind enorm explodiert im Vergleich zu früher. Es liegt wohl auch an meinem Alter, das ich sagen muss, das Essen schmeckt nicht wirklich und satt wirste davon auch nicht. Ehrlich gesagt lege ich in Zukunft 15 Euro drauf und gehe in ein richtiges Restaurant essen. Dann schmeckt es, ist mit Sicherheit gesünder und man bekommt halt einfach etwas gescheites für sein Geld

Eten duurde echt lang. Het heeft niks met "Fastfood" te maken. Bestelling uiteindelijk verkeerd en deels koud... Personeel absoluut niet vriendelijk als ze een verkeerde burger moeten omruilen. De parkeerplaats is vervallen. Gaten en geen lijnen meer voor de parkeervakken.

Typischer MC Donald, aber schon renoviert. Nettes Personal, kann man nicht von jeder Filiale behaupten

Ich finde der Mcces ist etwas zu klein aber das wars auch schon an Kritik. Service war bisher immer eine 5

bedienung und service perfekt, die Dame an der Kasse meega, das Futter einfach nur schlecht....

Fastfood wie überall Aber sehr sauber

Liegt es wenig außerhalb, hat trotzdem eine gute Verbindung zur Schnellstraße. Der außenbereich war idyllisch und es gab ein schönes Kletterhaus für due kleinen Gäste. Jedoch war die Ausfahrt vom drive in genau daneben, was leider ab und zu dazu führt dass man ziemlich in Abgasen sitzt. Meine Pommes waren nicht ganz durch.

Man bekommt was man von McD. erwartet.

Korrekter Laden an sich, sauber und Personal ist auch korrekt. Beim abholen vergessen die manchmal paar Sachen da muss man bisschen selber checken.

MC Donald halt. Bedienung sehr freundlich Das Essen warm Und vorallem, es gab das zu Essen was bestellt wurde. Was ja nicht immer selbstverständlich ist.

Eismaschine war kaputt, habe aber trotzdem ein leckeres nussiges Eis bekommen. Aber merkwürdigerweise musste die Putzfrau bei helfen ;D

Musste 15 Minuten auf 2 Eis warten. Die wären eigentlich in 2 Minuten fertig.

Gewohnt schlechte Convenience Qualität der Produkte. Wer auf seine Figur und Gesundheit achten will, meidet den Besuch bei McDonalds

Vom Bestellmonitor ging die Papierrolle leer, während unsere Quittung und Nummer im Druck waren. Wir wiesen das Personal darauf hin (hatten keine Nummer bis dahin), es dauerte ewig, obwohl nicht viel Betrieb war, dauerte es ewig bis endlich jemand kam. Dann wurde tonlos die Rolle gewechselt, keine Nummer war gedruckt und die Servicekraft stampfte tonlos einfach wieder ab, wütdigte uns keines Blickes. Wir haben dann durch Beobachtung herausgefunden, welche Nummer uns war. Ausnahmsweise war die Bestellung sogar mal vollständig, gehört in St. Wendel aber eigentlich zum Standard, dass etwas vergessen wird. Wir haben 5 min Fahrtweg. Das Essen war richtig kalt. Obwohl es so schnell nicht hätte so kalt werden können. Sowohl Burger als auch Nuggets und Pommes. Auf meinem Burger schmeckte der Salat zum wiederholten Male faulig und roch auch so. Optisch sah er okay aus. Der McDonalds in St. Wendel war mal gut. Zur Zeit verschlechtert er sich permanent und wir werden ihn die nächsten Monate wieder meiden. Dann lieber "Fleischkääsweck" vom Globus.

Eigentlich alles so wie man es von einem MC Donalds erwartet. Vorsicht für Ruhesuchende spät Abends an Wochenenden. Durch eine nahegelegene Diskothek ist dies MC Donald*s bei feierwütigen an nächtlichen Wochenenden sehr beliebt.

Normals Mc Donalds Restaurant mit gutem Service. Empfehlen kann man natürlich nur Eis, Kaffee oder Salat.

Es ist eben ein typischer Mc Donalds. Manchmal muss man eben länger warten und manchmal geht es schon zügiger.

Aber es war sauber, der "Service" war nett und frisch zuzubereitendes wurde unaufgefordert an den Tisch gebracht. So kann sogar Fastdoof Spass machen ;-)

Burger war ekelhaft innen kalt außen lau warm ist alles drin ja! Kommt man zuhause an fehlt die hälfte! Sorry aber das geht gar nicht!
