Everything is top-notch. It's just that cleanliness is sorely lacking.

This is the fifth time I've ordered a McDonald's Flurry there, and every time I get a melted, watery ice cream. The cup is only half full. This McDonald's is one of the most incompetent I've ever been to. 0 stars would be more realistic. Aside from the other incorrect orders, this place is also unhygienic.

It used to be great. It's now by far the slowest McDonald's I know.

I've rarely experienced McDonald's being so friendly. The shift manager was super nice, immediately looked for a solution, and made my niece happy. I can 100 percent recommend McDonald's St. Wendel. 10 stars to all employees.

Unfortunately, it's the same as always... there's a sale! Wow, great! BUT of course, certain items (in today's case, cherry blossom flavor) aren't available. At least it wasn't the ice cream machine.

Orders arrive incomplete. Contest stickers (currently available) weren't included with the order. When I asked the store manager about them, she had to ask the staff what they were. The staff's response was, "I have some, I still have some and I don't know where to put them." Yeah, thanks.

I ordered 2 Big Macs, 1 6-pack of nuggets, and a Filet O Fish. The Big Mac had no sauce or cheese on it, and instead of my 6-pack of nuggets, I got a cheeseburger without a bun, packaged in a 6-pack of nuggets. How stupid can you be not to label something like that?! But thanks for nothing, we won't be coming back! It all costs a ton of money, and you don't even get what you order. The Filet O Fish had definitely been reheated in the microwave again, given how hard the bun and the bun were.

It's common practice here, and presumably part of the business tactic, for food to be constantly forgotten when driving through the McDrive. I can't imagine anything else that could be possible, as something is missing almost every time. Today, the entire large chicken box was missing, and otherwise, burgers or fries are often missing. We rarely come anyway, but as a family, we spend quite a bit of money. If something is missing almost every time, we think twice and go get a kebab instead. At least the kebab man is nice, unlike the grumpy middle-aged man who served us today. My burger was also carelessly thrown into the box. I would never dare to do my job so listlessly. I have to give credit to the fact that I know that a few people work there (some of them for many years) who are very friendly and create a pleasant working atmosphere that even the customers appreciate. More of that would be nice.

Every time you have to run back because half the team is missing. At some point, it's enough. Great performance, better to hire better staff.

Completely overpriced, half of it isn't available and the mc smart menu now only has a burger. Hygiene also really deserves 0 stars.

The funniest thing that happened to me at that McDonald's was when my best friend and I met her friend. We were just chatting normally at first, and some of her acquaintances were sitting next to us. One guy suddenly spilled his entire drink on a girl, and they just left without cleaning. We offered to help the cleaning lady, but she said it was okay.

The food is okay. It's like McDonald's, as you'd expect. The staff is friendly. In the summer, you can even sit outside.

What's wrong with McDonald's? Nowadays you get an overpriced mc toast served with 2 burger lids?! It used to be with real flatbread. Then with toast bread and now with folded burger bread and costs almost 5 euros. You can't say anything about the staff, nothing about the interior, but if I'm paying so much for food, it's really not okay

Today I bought my children a Happy Meal and myself an MC Tasty and a small fries. When I got home, the toys were missing from both Happy Meals and my small fry was missing too. That's an absolute joke and it wasn't the first time something was missing. The result was two sad children top performance.

Hello, I ordered an iced coffee latte from McDrive this morning at 9:39. I received my order and then set off for home. When I took a sip, I realized that I was getting regular black coffee with ice cubes thrown in. If I had noticed this straight away I would have complained straight away. Waiting forever for breakfast in an empty shop over 30 minutes

This shop doesn't even come close to deserving a star. We actually really enjoyed coming here last time, but because of the longer working hours we often had to go through the mc Drive-Thru and it's NOT TRUE that for the 3rd or 4th time in a row our orders were ALWAYS wrong. We went home once and only then noticed that half was missing and we were always at an amount between €25 and €30. And then we keep driving back. It's annoying. You don't get anything for free these days. And today it happened again. The last shop really. I'm sorry but you can read what's going into the bag! You don't have such a difficult job!!!!!!! We definitely won't be coming again.

You know McDonalds. Unfortunately, this never had a McCafé station. Which I personally think is a shame because I have often used this for myself. There is a small counter. Unfortunately for me there is no selection of cakes and pastries. I don't think it will be possible to open a McCafé station here due to the lack of space, but I would still like to. But why only 3 stars? There are 3 stars because the staff is always friendly and accommodating, but the new outdoor playhouse no longer makes it possible for smaller children to play. I don't think that's right at all. Surely something different could have been done. The play tower is currently closed again. The two payment terminals are great. Feels faster.

Friday evening in the McDrive....given my pickup code at the column because I ordered via the app and paid with Paypal. From paying to receiving the food (2 happy meals, 1 Mc Menu and 1 Mc Smart Menu) it took a full 15 MINUTES. In total I stood in McDonald's from 8:52 p.m. to 9:20 p.m. to get food. To make matters worse, I unfortunately only discovered when I got home that the 2 Capri Suns were missing from the Happy Meal. The Royal TS was also fart dry. You had to go looking for the sauce and the meat tasted old. That’s it for me with McDonald’s St. Wendel. They've annoyed me far too often lately.

The service employee preferred someone he trusted during the ordering process. When my guests were confronted with their selfish behavior, they and the service staff only laughed mildly at it. Service desert Germany. When the supervisor was informed about the behavior after 20 minutes in the queue, they only made excuses and took no responsibility 😢

The M citizen was freshly prepared and brought to the table in a friendly manner. The cleanliness, especially in the toilet, leaves a lot to be desired. Once again the soap was empty.

All in all, the branch meets the usual McDonald's standards. The food is solid and what you would expect from a fast food chain. Unfortunately the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. The staff often seems overwhelmed, which has a negative impact on the condition of the branch. The new order terminals are a practical addition and work smoothly. However, it is a shame that the cleanliness cannot keep up with modern technology.

The condition at McDonalds St. Wendel is getting worse and worse. It's always full to the brim, even during the week. The staff is always overwhelmed. Im Innenraum extrem kalt. Personal angesprochen. Die Heizung sei seit 3 Tagen kaputt, man könne an der Temperatur nichts ändern. Haben dann Jacken aus dem Auto geholt und in dicken Winterjacken gegessen, auch dann war es noch kalt.

Cleanliness at Mc Donalds Sankt Wendel has always been a thing. But yesterday everything was topped. All the tables, some of the benches and floors were completely dirty. It's no big deal that something goes wrong and something is left on the floor, but that was the biggest mess I've ever seen in a fast food restaurant. That was the last time I entered such an unhygienic store

Absolute chaos that couldn't be averted by 8 people. One just stood in the middle and no longer moved. Very, very, very bad. I'm NOT going there anymore. There is no such thing!

After my drive inn visit on Friday evening, I woke up on Saturday with a fever and stomach cramps. Today is Wednesday and I'm still having the fuck up of my life...

There is always a lot going on and it shows. There's little to complain about about the McDrive. The staff is friendly. The food, McDonalds. Price performance was also better. The Filet o Fish costs over €5 and what you get for it really doesn't look that great. The food always comes quickly and is never too hot or too cold. Unfortunately, the cleanliness often leaves something to be desired. There is leftover food around the seats and the tables sometimes seem sticky. And the return carts are overcrowded.

The staff is often overwhelmed. The order must always be checked (usually at least one item is missing). The burgers are almost always put together carelessly.

One of the best restaurant who deliver very fast service with guaranteed taste.

Everything was great, you can't complain about the food. However, the employee with the headband is extremely unfriendly and simply slaps the food on the table. I think the young man is wrong in his job...otherwise everything is great

Instead of standing around you could wash the tables more often. There were only 4 people because all the tables weren't clean. The service was friendly and nice and had my food quickly but it was expensive

Friendly service, food is prepared relatively quickly and tastes very tasty.

Actually everything was always good, but this evening at 12:30 I was the only customer and experienced a few disappointing things. I redeemed a voucher with a BigTasty and got ketchup but no fries and the cola was stale and was dark but only tasted like water. I think it's a real shame that the quality is deteriorating here. So I paid €11.99 for a burger plus nuggets and thought I would save with the voucher.

The only branch in Saarland that I know that manages to be friendly even when the house is full and bring fast, warm food to the table. The burgers also don't look carelessly slapped together, with everything oozing out the side when you first look at it. Really great for McDonalds.

Mind you, the stars should be understood to mean that this is a mainstream fast food shop. Overall everything was clean, the food was hot and fresh. My junior enjoyed the happy metal. We were satisfied and would come again.

This restaurant is very consistent with the drive-thru. Consistently forgetting sauces. Maybe look at the screen while packing the order instead of out the window.

I have to say that I was a bit disturbed on Sunday. As an exception, we went there to eat ice cream after visiting the animal shelter. In the app the ice cream was shown for 2 or something euros. On site, however, we were deducted 4 or more euros per ice cream. What I used to love about Flurry was that the ice cream was mixed with the additive. Here the desired additive was simply sprinkled on top. Not great when everything is just slapped on top. *shakes head*

The 20-piece fly eggs (see picture) tasted very tasty instead of the 20-piece chicken nuggets. 1 star is way too much for something so angular!

A typical MC Donald's. However, despite the late hour, very friendly staff and a clean environment. The toilets were, surprisingly, clean too. The audience was fine too. We have experienced everything completely differently. The food tastes like any other McDonald's.

Unfortunately, what you can't rate is the price. The one fart-normal McFlurry (how many grams is that?) soft ice cream, i.e. SOFT ICE CREAM - not a prepared spaghetti ice cream or something like that - now costs €4.29! That's both stupid and crazy, that's definitely it for now, I'd rather go to the ice cream parlor with the youngest, it's cheaper now and you know what you're getting. Honestly, people: €4.29 for a cup of cool milk with sugar in principle??

I bought a 20 pack of chicken nuggets there were only 17 nuggets in it and I bought a Fanta but it tasted like water. And I bought sweet and sour sauce twice and it was Cury sauce, what's that supposed to mean???

Would advise anyone not to eat there or even go to a McDonald's. Anyone who complains about the food there has only themselves to blame, what do you expect from a McDonald's?

Thanks to the order panels, ordering is much easier than before. It is currently relatively clean and the staff are friendly. With a few exceptions, when the kitchen staff is stressed with a full house, the burgers are assembled decently and there are no incorrectly executed orders. All that's missing is a McCafé, then it would be great all around.👍🏻

Legal requirements and guidelines of the COVID-19 Protection Ordinance are simply ignored: the 2G requirement is partially checked, but ID cards are not. There is no (verification of) contact tracing. As is currently the case, the mask requirement does not apply at some times of the day, but at others it does, depending on the mood of the shift manager. According to the employees, the men's toilets are closed “due to Corona”. However, the women's toilets are not. (?) The waiting times are sometimes longer than average and the employees are sometimes outrageously unfriendly. Whether the absence of direct competition on the property opposite contributes to this behavior remains questionable. Takeaway orders are only possible at the drive-through window, regardless of the customer's vaccination status. This approach is absolutely degrading and shameful. The food meets the quality requirements of a McDonalds branch. The branch has a modern design and makes an inviting impression. Update 2024: The lack of competition continues to ensure that Getrey charges exorbitantly higher prices at this (and other) locations than at other DE locations. A surcharge of, for example, €0.60 for a pack of ketchup and an additional charge of several euros for a menu (!) compared to Kaiserslautern is simply no longer understandable at all.

This evening I went to MC Donald in St.wendel with my son. Zero activity, probably 10 people on staff, waited forever for the food and then it was cold.

Sehr nettes Personal. Nur bei Stichzeiten ist es wirklich sehr überfüllt und man muss mit langen Wartezeiten rechnen.

Wurden von nem sehr grossen Schicht Leiter bedient . Er wie auch sein Team an den Schaltern sehr freundlich und immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen

Ambiente nur 3 Sterne, wegen der Sauberkeit. Service könnte etwas schneller sein. Ansonsten in Ordnung

Sitzplätze so wie Tische waren schmutzig und es war nicht viel Betrieb, der Boden hat so geklebt das man fast seine Schuhe verlor.Wraps sind kleiner geworden und die Burger einfach zusammen geklatscht, dabei ist mir aufgefallen das nicht mal mehr eine ganze Scheibe Käse drauf war...

Kaltes Essen und wenn man sich beschwert wird der Burger einfach auseinandergenommen und erhitzt,es sollte doch so sein das Liegezeit gibt.
