McDonald's in St. Wendel

Ich gehe eh nur ein zweimal im Jahr aber das war der absolute Tiefpunkt und ich werde nicht wieder hingehen Der Chickenburger war nur noch geschmackloser Hähnchen Matsch Wobei ich mittlerweile bezweifle ob da wirklich noch Hähnchen drin ist und das letzte Mal die Chicken Nuggets waren genauso. Der Burger hat 7,50 € gekostet dann hole ich mir lieber einen Döner für das Geld. Kann leider kein Bild hinzufügen

McDonald’s wie man es kennt. Alles ok.

Leider alles dreckig gewesen (vor allem Boden und Bänke) ,das Essen wir nicht frisch(Wrap war hart, Salat schon nicht mehr gut)trotz dass nicht viel los war und leider hat dieses Restaurant keine Kinderstühle! Sehr enttäuschend!

Ich bestellte etwas, bekam aber statt eines Cheeseburgers einen Chickenburger. Als ich die Rechnung überprüfte und um eine Änderung bat, fing die Angestellte an, mit mir zu streiten. Sie behauptete, wir hätten Chickenburger bestellt und sie müsse sie ihretwegen wegwerfen. Ich könne aber unter keinen Umständen Chickenburger bestellen, weil wir sie nicht mögen.

Nach über 20 Minuten Wartezeit (mit Tischservice) endlich was zu Essen bekommen. Tische mal wieder nicht sauber, in den Müllboxen kein Platz mehr. Pommes nur noch lau warm.

Es kann doch echt nicht sein , dass wirklich JEDES mal was vergessen wird , heute mal wieder die Apfeltasche… aber auch schon Burger und super oft Spielzeug im Happy Meal .. immer fehlt etwas .. man muss alles kontrollieren und das ist so schade… wir sind alle nur Menschen und man kann mal was vergessen, aber jedes Mal ? Vorallem ja anscheinend auch nicht nur bei uns , habe auch andere Kommentaren hier gelesen, denen es genauso geht.

Im Zuge eines Tagestrips zwei Mal da gewesen; Morgens gegen 09:30 sehr entspannt, hatte Tischservice bekommen ohne welchen ausgewählt zu haben, sehr freundliches Personal! Abends hingegen war es nicht so erfreulich. Von Drei Dingen hat eines gefehlt, kann mal passieren, kein Problem. Was mich dann doch etwas gestört hat, war das Eis. Ich habe ein Magnum McFlury bestellt und einen McSundae in McFlurry Verpackung ohne die Schokoplättchen und generell wenig topping bekommen (siehe anbei). Das ganze wurde, trotzdessen darauf aufmerksam gemacht wurde, wurde es leider ignoriert, daher die mittelmäßige Bewertung.

Noch nie so lange auf's Essen gewartet und als es endlich kam war 1 Burger eiskalt Dieses Restaurant kann ich nicht empfehlen.

Unhöfliches Personal und dazu vergessen sie die Produkte die man bestellt hat ein zu packen,wäre das mein Laden würde ich ein paar mal kündigen sowas zieht den Namen einer Firma nur in den dreck.

Teurer als in Rest von Deutschland! McSmart 6,99€ statt 4,99€ in München oder Frankfurt. Auch der Rest der Produkte ist teurer

Der Mitarbeiter bei Schalter 1 namens Zetrik war sehr unfreundlich und sehr unprofessionell. Darauf gab es Probleme mit der Zahlung und schickt uns die ganze Zeit von Schalter eins zu zwei und zu zwei zu eins. Wo sind mein 12 Cheeseburger und meine Cola light ???

Aus der Not heraus mussten wir sonntags morgens um 7.00 bei MC Donalds Frühstücken. Weil unser Hotel um diese Uhrzeit kein Frühstück angeboten hatte. Das Essen und der Kaffee waren gut. Wir waren fast alleine. Man könnte in Ruhe Frühstücken. Es war alles sehr sauber auch die Toiletten.

McSmart bei Getrey einfach 40% teurer als in KL, Frankfurt, München & Co. (bisher noch nie mehr als 4,99€ bezahlt, außer 6,99€ bei Getrey) Außerdem stinkt es in der Herrentoilette fast immer nach frischem Zigarettenqualm.

Sehr Positive Atmosphäre und super liebe Mitarbeiter! Eine der Besten Filialen wo ich jemals war. Parkplatz ist auch riesig mit vielen Plätzen

Alles gut nur wie des Öfteren geht die Eismaschine nicht. Würde mich mal interessieren warum einer vor mir ein Eis bekommt und bei mir geht sie wieder nicht.

Essen immer lecker Leider zu teuer

Ich habe mehrfach negative Erfahrungen mit der McDonald’s-Filiale der Getrey-Gruppe gemacht. Zuletzt erhielt ich einen verdorbenen Burger ohne Soße, und ein Big Mac fehlte komplett in meiner Bestellung. Nach einer Beschwerde wurde mir eine Entschädigung in Form von zwei großen Menüs zugesichert. Doch bei meinem nächsten Besuch wusste niemand davon, und ich wurde abgewiesen. Der Kundenservice ist enttäuschend, und die Qualität der Produkte lässt zu wünschen übrig. Ich hoffe, dass dieses Feedback zu einer Verbesserung führt. Frau Hunsicker von der Getrey Gruppe legte heute telefonisch einfach auf. Ich bleibe dran und informiere die Lebensmittelaufsicht. Und wenn es das Letzte ist was ich tue. Gammelprodukte nehme ich nicht hin.

Ich mag das Restaurant ! Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter! ABER … es kann doch nicht sein das ständig bei minus Graden die Heizung nicht funktioniert oder nicht genügend eingeschaltet wird ? Die Tische sind gefühlt gefroren. Das ist eine Zumutung !

Schöner Essbereich und nettes Personal. Das Essen ist wie man es im Mecces halt erwartet.

Essen ist gut. Service und Personal sehr nett. Leider wird bei uns sehr oft etwas vergessen. Ambiente oft laut. Man kann sich aber noch unterhalten. Toiletten sauber. Parkplätze vor der Tür. Man sollte sich nicht direkt an die Tür setzen. Zieht ungemein.

Ich bin Nachbar der Filiale. Bitte Repariert eure Abluft,Klima oder was auch immer dieses Nervende Pfeifen verursacht.

Am Mc Drive ein Mc Smart Menü bestellt mit 2 Cheeseburgern, das auf der McDonalds Website mit 5,99€ beworben wird. Am Schalter musste ich dann 7,99€ zahlen. Auf Nachfrage wieso es 2 € mehr kostet als im Internet beworben wurde mir erklärt, dass die Filiale in St. Wendel Franchise wäre und man seine eigenen Preise mache. Schade.......2€ mehr werden bei mir dazu führen, dass ich mein Geld dann erst mal gar nicht mehr dort hin bringe.

Das neue mc Donalds gefällt mir persönlich total gut, es wirkt gemütlicher und es gibt viele Ecken in denen man abgeschirmt ist, das Personal war zu uns bisher immer freundlich, Die Preise sind wie überall gestiegen und fallen mit der Mehrwertsteuer, der laden und die Toiletten waren sauber ,die Geräuschkulisse ist bei vollem Laden etwas störend aber dafür einen Stern abzuziehen wäre nicht fair

Es war nichts Besonderes, ich hatte den neuen Veggie-Burger, aber Burger King ist besser und bietet mehr Beläge an.

Burger schmecken wie Wellpappe. Sollen sich mal ein Beispiel an Baumholder nehmen. Getrey und Bürgerkultur fraglich.

Die meisten Hamburger aller Art sind nur lau warm. Wenn sie kommen.

Essen war kalt, lange Wartezeit. Im Restaurant ist es so kalt das man eine Jacke anhaben muss.

It's unacceptable to have to wait 40 minutes for your food, while others who arrived after you had already received theirs, and then the food was still cold.

December 25, 2025 5 PM Not many people, service was quick and excellent. The ambiance... not even worth one star... While everything was clean as usual, it was freezing cold inside! Even the staff were wearing thick winter jackets. It was anything but a cozy place to eat! It was practically assault...

The last 15 orders – although placed at the terminal – were all faulty. If you're allergic to something (e.g., sauce), you're out of luck.

It smelled of oats, and I don't think the delivery driver, as he called himself, understood me because he speaks very broken German. Even when ordering at the counter, things are left out, or instead of 20 chicken nuggets, you get 4 cheese and 4 regular nuggets. Bottle packaging for burgers is commonplace. My roulade was raw and unfinished, which unfortunately becomes increasingly frequent later on. Unfinished products are simply being handed out. The processes don't work, and basic communication and staff are nonexistent. I think I have food poisoning and extreme pain in my stomach and intestines.

It was alright, a typical McDonald's experience. The food took a bit long, though.

Child-friendly service...we ordered takeaway. The child's order was taken first. Very kind.

What more can I say? As always, the food was cold, and I think the portions are getting smaller and smaller.

While waiting at the McDonald's drive-thru, the place reeked of compost bins, rats were running around in the parking lot across the street, and when we visited the almost EMPTY restaurant today, we waited 10 minutes for four breakfast burgers, after which we canceled the order. At the bakery, we got our breakfast immediately and even saved €8. They also pre-prepare goods there, which have to be thrown away if they don't sell, yet it works at EVERY bakery. We were never again at that awful slow-food joint...

McDonald's – solid when you're in a hurry As you'd expect: consistent taste, quick snacks, reliable selection. I usually use the drive-thru – convenient, quick, and without having to get out of the car. However, there are sometimes hiccups: minor delays or misunderstandings when ordering. It's still a good place for a quick snack on the go. Verdict: Convenient, predictable, occasionally bumpy at the drive-thru – overall, okay.

Everything is perfect, very tasty.

You know McDonald's. Unfortunately, this one never had a McCafé station. Which I personally find very unfortunate, as I've often used it for myself. There's a small counter. Unfortunately, there's no selection of cakes and pastries for me. I think it won't be possible to open a McCafé station here due to the lack of space, but I still hope for it. But why only 3 stars? It gets 3 stars because the staff is always friendly and accommodating, but the new outdoor playhouse makes it impossible for smaller children to play. I think that's absolutely wrong. They could have done something different. The two payment terminals are great. It feels faster.

Everything is top-notch. It's just that cleanliness is sorely lacking.

I wouldn't put myself through that again.

This is the fifth time I've ordered a McDonald's Flurry there, and every time I get a melted, watery ice cream. The cup is only half full. This McDonald's is one of the most incompetent I've ever been to. 0 stars would be more realistic. Aside from the other incorrect orders, this place is also unhygienic.

I've rarely experienced McDonald's being so friendly. The shift manager was super nice, immediately looked for a solution, and made my niece happy. I can 100 percent recommend McDonald's St. Wendel. 10 stars to all employees.

Unfortunately, it's the same as always... there's a sale! Wow, great! BUT of course, certain items (in today's case, cherry blossom flavor) aren't available. At least it wasn't the ice cream machine.

Orders arrive incomplete. Contest stickers (currently available) weren't included with the order. When I asked the store manager about them, she had to ask the staff what they were. The staff's response was, "I have some, I still have some and I don't know where to put them." Yeah, thanks.

I ordered 2 Big Macs, 1 6-pack of nuggets, and a Filet O Fish. The Big Mac had no sauce or cheese on it, and instead of my 6-pack of nuggets, I got a cheeseburger without a bun, packaged in a 6-pack of nuggets. How stupid can you be not to label something like that?! But thanks for nothing, we won't be coming back! It all costs a ton of money, and you don't even get what you order. The Filet O Fish had definitely been reheated in the microwave again, given how hard the bun and the bun were.

It's common practice here, and presumably part of the business tactic, for food to be constantly forgotten when driving through the McDrive. I can't imagine anything else that could be possible, as something is missing almost every time. Today, the entire large chicken box was missing, and otherwise, burgers or fries are often missing. We rarely come anyway, but as a family, we spend quite a bit of money. If something is missing almost every time, we think twice and go get a kebab instead. At least the kebab man is nice, unlike the grumpy middle-aged man who served us today. My burger was also carelessly thrown into the box. I would never dare to do my job so listlessly. I have to give credit to the fact that I know that a few people work there (some of them for many years) who are very friendly and create a pleasant working atmosphere that even the customers appreciate. More of that would be nice.

Every time you have to run back because half the team is missing. At some point, it's enough. Great performance, better to hire better staff.

Completely overpriced, half of it isn't available and the mc smart menu now only has a burger. Hygiene also really deserves 0 stars.

The funniest thing that happened to me at that McDonald's was when my best friend and I met her friend. We were just chatting normally at first, and some of her acquaintances were sitting next to us. One guy suddenly spilled his entire drink on a girl, and they just left without cleaning. We offered to help the cleaning lady, but she said it was okay.

What's wrong with McDonald's? Nowadays you get an overpriced mc toast served with 2 burger lids?! It used to be with real flatbread. Then with toast bread and now with folded burger bread and costs almost 5 euros. Today I bought my children a Happy Meal and myself an MC Tasty and a small fries. When I got home, the toys were missing from both Happy Meals and my small fry was missing too. That's an absolute joke and it wasn't the first time something was missing. The result was two sad children top performance.

Hello, I ordered an iced coffee latte from McDrive this morning at 9:39. I received my order and then set off for home. When I took a sip, I realized that I was getting regular black coffee with ice cubes thrown in. If I had noticed this straight away I would have complained straight away. Waiting forever for breakfast in an empty shop over 30 minutes

This shop doesn't even come close to deserving a star. We actually really enjoyed coming here last time, but because of the longer working hours we often had to go through the mc Drive-Thru and it's NOT TRUE that for the 3rd or 4th time in a row our orders were ALWAYS wrong. We went home once and only then noticed that half was missing and we were always at an amount between €25 and €30. And then we keep driving back. It's annoying. You don't get anything for free these days. And today it happened again. The last shop really. I'm sorry but you can read what's going into the bag! You don't have such a difficult job!!!!!!! We definitely won't be coming again.

MCDrive: Ordered burger without sauces. Get a burger with sauce. Get yourselves together.

The service employee preferred someone he trusted during the ordering process. When my guests were confronted with their selfish behavior, they and the service staff only laughed mildly at it. Service desert Germany. When the supervisor was informed about the behavior after 20 minutes in the queue, they only made excuses and took no responsibility 😢

Toilets stink like a pig 🤮 Slide permanently closed Ice machine always broken

The M citizen was freshly prepared and brought to the table in a friendly manner. The cleanliness, especially in the toilet, leaves a lot to be desired. Once again the soap was empty.

All in all, the branch meets the usual McDonald's standards. The food is solid and what you would expect from a fast food chain. Unfortunately the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. The staff often seems overwhelmed, which has a negative impact on the condition of the branch. The new order terminals are a practical addition and work smoothly. However, it is a shame that the cleanliness cannot keep up with modern technology.

The condition at McDonalds St. Wendel is getting worse and worse. It's always full to the brim, even during the week. The staff is always overwhelmed. You can tell that every time you visit, the tables are completely glued together, the floor is unclean and the tray shelves are overflowing. I've noticed several times now that there was hair in my food. Hygiene is a foreign word for you. This store is just disgusting.

McDonald's as usual from the taste. But also, as always, the problem with cleanliness (a bit of a crowd = tables yuck). In such cases I would like free hygiene wipes.

Im Innenraum extrem kalt. Personal angesprochen. Die Heizung sei seit 3 Tagen kaputt, man könne an der Temperatur nichts ändern. Haben dann Jacken aus dem Auto geholt und in dicken Winterjacken gegessen, auch dann war es noch kalt.

Cleanliness at Mc Donalds Sankt Wendel has always been a thing. But yesterday everything was topped. All the tables, some of the benches and floors were completely dirty. It's no big deal that something goes wrong and something is left on the floor, but that was the biggest mess I've ever seen in a fast food restaurant. That was the last time I entered such an unhygienic store

Absolute chaos that couldn't be averted by 8 people. One just stood in the middle and no longer moved. Very, very, very bad. I'm NOT going there anymore. There is no such thing!

After my drive inn visit on Friday evening, I woke up on Saturday with a fever and stomach cramps. Today is Wednesday and I'm still having the fuck up of my life...

There is always a lot going on and it shows. There's little to complain about about the McDrive. The staff is friendly. The food, McDonalds. Price performance was also better. The Filet o Fish costs over €5 and what you get for it really doesn't look that great. The food always comes quickly and is never too hot or too cold. Unfortunately, the cleanliness often leaves something to be desired. There is leftover food around the seats and the tables sometimes seem sticky. And the return carts are overcrowded.

The staff is often overwhelmed. The order must always be checked (usually at least one item is missing). The burgers are almost always put together carelessly.
