Outrageous people charge money and don't deliver food.

We have been ordering there for many years and have never been disappointed. The pizza is simply great! The tenant has probably changed now, but the food was just as good as before. Maybe the chef is the same :-) We are very satisfied! We haven't been inside yet so we can't comment on this. We order directly there and it is delivered super hot and fresh. About Lieferando you don't know which route the whole thing will take. No wonder that the pizzas are criticized in the reviews (cold, slipped, stuck together...) something like that has never happened to us when ordering directly.

Chiken Taki is the most dubious restaurant, snack bar or whatever there is in Wiesbaden - never rely on ordering food from it!!! There is no answer when you ask on the phone at Chiken Taki - and after waiting 40-50 minutes you can easily cancel your order. It has already happened to me twice that my order was canceled after 50 minutes and I then had to wait another 30 to 40 minutes for food from somewhere else and not even what I wanted to eat! Oh, Chiken Takk is an unreliable restourant to order!!

The burger was okay, unfortunately you can't afford it that often: burger 11.40 plus fries almost 5 euros with ketchup. If you eat with two people... Since we had the dog with us, we had to eat outside. The tables were all dirty.

The service leaves much to be desired

Fast food with a wait of >15 minutes. The lunch break will be over quickly! It's shocking that the food was kept warm for so long that it was almost cold again by the time it was served. When I unpacked it, the burger was poorly assembled and parts of the toppings were lying on the paper next to the burger. While waiting I was asked 4(!) times if I wanted my food packed to take away. Conclusion: chaotic, unstructured and very, very slow Never again

Really is the manager right now and this shift need to take a big long training how to deal with the people this is not normal really 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿 If you mean to treat people so ugly and bad, you will not hire such a person zero communication zero whatever

Totally dirty and sticky burger almost cold. Tables and benches don't seem to be cleaned, disgusting

Worse than bad! Unfriendly "staff" and not really fluent in German! But that's the smallest problem! The cheeseburger was lukewarm, was completely disgustingly dry and sat there for several hours or longer. Don't even want to know. The fries were just as old and almost cold, and the chicken nuggets were simply fried again because they were very dark, overly fatty and dry on the inside! I've never seen anything so disgusting at McDonalds! The store should be closed and everyone should file a complaint and report! Disgusting! Aren't you ashamed????

Smallest MacDonald's I know. The girls are just great and always in a good mood! Everything is quick and you get your meal quickly. Thanks! Life saver and soul food! 😇
