McDonald's in Friedberg (Hessen)

I wanted to grab something quick to eat on the way home. At first I didn't get anything from the Monopoly promotion, then on the train I noticed that my fries were missing. While eating I noticed that I didn't have enough nuggets and the Bigmac tasted like it was already 3 days old, it was completely cold, totally over salted and there was almost nothing on it apart from the meat! My friend then gave me one of her hamburger royal Ts, which was also too salty. The staff was also totally unfriendly. You only get one star to be able to write a review, but you don't deserve it!!! I would recommend everyone to get something to eat at the bakery instead of over there!

No more play opportunities for children. Apparently everything is broken and that's why the outdoor playground is closed.

Normal McDonald's with a very shortened menu. The restaurant is mostly clean. The staff is not trained for the event, or the advertising is false. Café regular should come with Monopoly chances of winning ("All hot drinks Regular or Grande come with 3 chances of winning.")

Eating is now just bodily harm. Employees are all coughing and have colds.

Complaints were addressed immediately. Everything great!

Some of the staff barely speak German. It could be cleaner overall. The tables are sticky with dirt. Very loud when there are many students on site.

Order three burgers and get stale burgers that have been sitting for at least half an hour. Just disgusting and then charging full price. The bench was completely full of crumbs. The tables were clean. I never recommend this branch!

The staff here is not trained on how to maintain an ice cream machine. You don't get ice cream because the only person who can do it is not on duty.

After an inadequate order with very unfriendly service, I then received my “food”. The burger was probably an hour old and was anything but pleasant to eat. I also had fries and a Coke. The cola tasted more like water than cola and the fries were totally over salted and cold and soggy. There wasn't a toilet either!

The worst McDonald's in Hesse! Lousy service, arrogant manager! There isn't even a latte here! The best citizens like Mc Rip and Fisch Mac don't exist here either! The fact that the company hasn't closed this shithole yet is a miracle! But the thing is probably still going on is that there are still people who don't care about any of that!

Fries are not salted. The service was subpar :-( They don't want any sales, even the door is closed. We will see whether the Hesse management is satisfied with this.

If you eat there, be prepared for strange people constantly staring at you and wandering around. If you talk to them, these figures pretend to be doctors. It can also happen that young people film you with a smartphone from another corner. Furthermore, the ice cream machine is broken. Therefore there is a deduction of six stars. The one star is for the fact that it doesn't smell like urine.

Werder what I ordered are still the drinks I what... just sweet no taste Yes, whatever that means As if I spoke a different language.. let the gentleman repeat it and boom it wasn't what was ordered... Bad service is getting old If I hadn't already set off, I would have thrown it all over my head...

Friedberg deserves a better McDonald's, this place is pure garbage Service 0 Food 0 Ambience 0 Once and never again... They'd better close the store before McDonald's image suffers.

The McDonald's is very dirty and the employees are extremely unfriendly. I will never eat at this McDonald's again!

Unfortunately, my recent visit to McDonald's was a less than satisfactory experience. The condition of the venue was disappointing, with visible dirt and disarray, which could definitely be improved. The staff seemed idle rather than caring about the cleanliness of the tables or customer satisfaction. The quality of the food was equally disappointing, with burnt burgers that tasted like they had been stored rather than freshly prepared, and fries that were undercooked and tasted like old oil. For the price paid I would have expected much better quality. I would recommend that the staff focus on making the burgers fresh rather than making them ahead of time and leaving them. Changing the oil could also help improve the taste and quality of the fries. A focused approach to cleanliness, particularly regular wiping of tables, would go a long way in improving the overall ambience.

I don't really like to choose this method of complaining, but since the staff was very unfriendly when I ordered, I had no hope of a professional reaction on site anyway... unfortunately my burger pattie was still raw in the middle :/ But to start: I redeemed a coupon with 2 classics. The young girl was initially very sweet, although very insecure and obviously totally lost when working the cash register. I said I would like 6 nuggets and a MC rib please. Unfortunately Mc Rib didn't understand her. “Plant-based?” No no mc rib. "Big MC?" No mc rib please. Back and forth. Then a colleague finally came to help and said they didn't have any MC rib. Ok, then I would like a royal cheese without cucumbers. Again “plant based?” No, no, without cucumbers. Then my colleague complained to me: "Yes! She did!!" Then I just, OK, sorry, I wasn't sure because she asked plant based. Then the girl asked “ketchup mayo?”. I said no and was also irritated because there were no fries. At the end I asked again in a polite tone just to be on the safe side: "The nuggets from the beginning are there, right?" When the supervisor came back, she was probably super defensive and irritated. “Yeah! That’s why she asked for ketchup or mayo!” I refrained from making any comments. Then the girl gave me a burger, which the unfriendly woman took away again: "She doesn't have any pickles." Everything was super chaotic and there were almost no guests there. Then I noticed that I wasn't asked for any sauce as usual and got another one. I didn't get a receipt, a "bon appetit" or "bye" or anything. It's not my fault as a customer if you just put a young woman who clearly barely understands German ('gurke' was explained in a different language) at the checkout alone. I felt really sorry for her because she obviously didn't feel comfortable collecting money due to her insecurity. You could have just said nicely "sorry, she's still learning" and then helped her. But the absolute highlight was that by chance, while eating my nice hot burger, I discovered that the pattie in the middle was still raw!! I've never seen anything like this at McDonald's. They're actually thin and quick. And with such a cheap burger chain without real chefs, I certainly don't eat raw meat on a trust basis. I left it disappointed and left the store hungry. Never again!!!

Super outdated, unable to earn or redeem points, often understaffed. Very bad.

Staff unfriendly Premium payment is not possible, but you can collect it in the name of McDonald's. There should also be services for the same price. Otherwise it smells massively of old fat, very tasty, good thing my bonus wasn't taken away. Normally this is changed at least once every day, at least that's how it was when I was at MC 15 years ago, but back then it was a full branch in a different location. Recommendation: don't go.

Never again! The staff was unfriendly, the food was cold and the salad on it was no longer the greenest color. I would recommend everyone not to get their food here!!

Hier ist die Frage ob es schmeckt gar nicht aufgetaucht, warum Wohl, wenn Manns eilig hat und den Termin hinterher rennt, ist der Laden eine Rettung... Pommes esse ich sehr gerneeenn die frisch gemacht werden, auch sehr selten.Leider sind das die Einzigen die in 2-3 Min was zu essen geben.

Noch schäbiger als indischer MCs. Lieber vermeiden.

Essen war wie immer. Die Mitarbeiter sind dort immer sehr freundlich. Das Ambiente ist jetzt nicht so das wahre. Liegt aber auch daran, dass Friedberg generell nicht so eine schöne Stadt ist.

Klein aber fein. Wenig Auswahl, für den schnellen Hunger.

Kleine Filiale und Sortiment. Teils lange Wartezeiten. Personal auch teilweise sehr unfreundlich. Nicht wirklich zu empfehlen.

Burger wie immer. Das Team war mit den zahlreichen Gästen und Bestellungen überfordert.

Typisch McDonald's. Das Personal super gestresst, deswegen nicht gerade freundlich sondern eher genervt. Über die Qualität des Essens muss man nicht sprechen. 08/15 musste halt schnell gehen.

Tische dreckig, Toiletten verdreckt und kein Toilettenpapier. Personal unfreundlich und pampig.

Es war viel los, aber war nur ein Mitarbeiter an der Kasse. Allgemein war OK.

Ich gehe gerne zu diesem McDonalds, zumal er nicht so weit weg ist, nur diesmal muss ich sagen ,das meine persönliche Meinung an diesem Tag war, dass die Verkäufer sehr überfordert waren und teilweise unfreundlich waren, ich hatte Coupons und mir wurde in einem panzigem Ton geantwortet jeder Coupon müsse einzeln abgerechnet werden. Wo ich sagte das es mehrere wären wurde ich quasi unter druck gesetzt. Und es wurde als gefragt ob ich endlich fertig wäre. Ich komme gerne wieder, ich erwarte nur diesmal mehr Freundlichkeit😉

Erfüllt alles was man von einem MC Donalds erwarten kann. Man bekommt sein essen trotz größerem Andrang immer zügig. Das Team ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Sehr kleiner McD mit eingeschränktem Sortiment. Es gibt noch nicht einmal Toiletten im Restaurant, sondern man muss die vom Bahnhof benutzen. Hat eher was von ner to-go-Theke als von nem richtigen McD. Essen und Mitarbeiter sind aber ok.

So müssten eigentlich angenehm überrascht sein.

Die registrierten Punkte für die dortige Bestellung habe ich bis heute nicht erhalten!

Also ich konnte es eigentlich garnicht glauben, dass ich das jetzt schreibe, aber ich muss sagen, dass ist bis jetzt der bester McDonalds, bei dem ich je gegessen habe…. Und ich war schon in einigen in verschiedenen Ländern. Ist nicht der größte mit 26 Sitzplaetzen und auch nicht der Schoenste, aber die Burger haben mir noch nie so gut geschmeckt, wie hier !!! Ok, jetzt bestell ichg mir noch Nuggets…. Eigentlich wollte ich garnicht so viel essen 😂

Kurze Wartezeit und schnelle Bearbeitung der Bestellung. Schön wäre es, wenn man über die App bestellen könnte.

Es ist halt ein MCDONALD'S am Bahnhof da darf man nicht zu viel erwarten.

Ein Stern habe ich abgezogen, weil das Angebot leider doch beschränkt ist im Vergleich zu den anderen Mcs. Den anderen Stern habe ich abgezogen, weil das Personal ein Lotto-Spiel ist. Mal top, lieb und freundlich, mal möchte man die Service-Kraft selbst auf die andere Seite der Theke stellen und sie genau SO selbst behandeln. Über "Gesund" oder "Ungesund" mag ich nicht reden, das soll jeder für sich selbst entscheiden.

Es gab wieder Gutscheine. Hin gegangen und angestellt, war gut gefüllt. 10 Minuten angestanden und am Ende wurde mir gesagt das Gutscheine von der App nicht eingelöst werden können und man nichts für mich tun könnte. Hungrig wieder raus. Schade

Die Filiale ist zwar meistens unterbesetzt, vor allem mittags, aber das Personal immer freundlich. Ich esse meistens nach meinem Feierabend hier und muss eigentlich nie lang anstehen oder auf etwas verzichten. Die Auswahl und generell der Platz ist natürlich der Größe geschuldet, ich habe sonst keinen Unterschied zu anderen McD gemerkt.

Man kann hier essen, mehr aber nicht. War mal besser. Ein McDonalds-Gefühl kommt hier eigentlich nie auf. Coupons gehen nicht, Eis geht nicht, viele Sachen ausverkauft und alles immer zunehmend teurer. Ich fahre lieber zusätzlich 20km mit dem Auto, um in einer anderen Filiale zu essen, das wird ja auch inzwischen von anderen Rezensenten empfohlen.

Teilweise längere Wartezeiten, nicht das volle Angebot. Hygiene könnte etwas besser sein

Der Laden hat es tatsächlich in sich: Eismaschine dauerhaft defekt, EC-Kartenzahlung bei meinen letzten Besuch nicht möglich, Kassen-Displays defekt (der Kassenbeleg ist daher zwingend notwendig um zu wissen, was man zu zahlen hat). Mit Service hat das alles nichts mehr zu tun. Auch bezweifele ich die Frische der Produkte teilweise. Gute Besserung McDonald's Inc.

Die letzten zwei male war ich inerhalb der öffnungszeiten dort, aber es war trotzdem geschlossen
