BURGER KING in Eschborn

Food was great. But unfortunately there are no cardboard boxes because McDonald's, for example, has cardboard boxes but Burger King doesn't have cardboard boxes. Unfortunately it ruins the experience a bit, hence the 2 star deduction. But with cardboard boxes it would be 5.

Dirty shop. I went to the drive in and wanted to order a burger, the answer was "burger buns are empty". Now I went there again to eat take away and got the wrong delivery that I hadn't ordered. Impossible!!! What do you even pay money for anymore?!

I think it's a shame that there are no more cardboard boxes. Cardboard boxes made the burgers really tasty, but now that there are no more cardboard boxes, the burgers no longer taste as good as with cardboard boxes. McDonald's, for example, still has cardboard boxes. Nevertheless, you have many burgers that taste good.

We just wanted to oder at the counter but we were treated very badly and the woman behind the counter said that Oder in Terminal and pay here. I requested can we just take too Pomes said no and turned her back to us. Very poor customer service

No heating! It doesn't work at all. The floor around me is mopped while I eat. Terrible. Never again!

I had a very positive experience on my visit. The service was efficient and the staff was friendly, which made the meal enjoyable. The quality of the food met my expectations and everything was served on time. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant based on my experience.

I made the first order and all 3 burgers were cold. I went straight back to pay. We waited almost 10 minutes until someone cashed in. The boss walked around there like it was nothing. I went back and said straight away that I wanted everything cold The boss, all calm, marches through the kitchen and just doesn't care. She looks in my bag and asks what it is. I said I want everything cold and she wasn't even interested

Unfortunately the slowest Burger King I have ever visited. On all five visits, the waiting time was twice to three times longer than usual.

It's just a fast food shop. The star deduction was because the toilet urgently needs to be cleaned.

Standard sandwich. The chips include a sauce of your choice. Easy to reach, with ample parking. Equipped with external refreshment area for children to play freely. Outside there is a playhouse with a slide for children. All on one floor without architectural barriers.

In contrast to many other branches, I feel very comfortable here. The only drawback is that the employees often misunderstand the order in the drive-thru or occasionally forget to put a burger in.

Worst fast food restaurant I know. Slow service, order screens not working, just terrible and has nothing to do with FAST. Never again!

Tonight I ordered four burger king menus and received three. Considering that they weren't crowded and were sitting and laughing among themselves, they weren't even able to finish an order... Let me just say that they are unhygienic and do not wear disposable gloves. I also leave a picture of the voucher... I ordered three coca colas and a coca cola, and I received 3 coca colas and a coca cola. A real mockery.

For a Burger King it is relatively clean (but could be better) and the location is also very good. The food is good and always warm/hot so no problems.

Average BK with below average Cola. So far it has always been poorly cooled and contains little carbon dioxide.

Very disappointed… it wasn't cola but tea, very warm and without a colenseur. They remodeled the location but the food quality has REALLY deteriorated. Never again!!!

Disastrous Burger King. The branch management needs to be cut off. The employees don't really understand what you want from them. The burgers are ICE COLD, as is the rest of the food. Drink warm and non-carbonated. Onion rings soggy and cold. Wrong order included. You couldn't do anything wrong 🥲 after 10 times, now it's the last time. Every time it was the same there.

Ate a menu at Burger King that included a Burger Crispy King chicken with pepper, fries and a chocolate milkshake. Surprisingly, it was very tasty. I will eat at Burger King again.

The restaurant was clean and we didn't have to wait long for our food. It seemed fresh and tasted good. The employees tried hard, but they could have been a little more friendly towards the customers.

From top to flop! We used to go there often because we always found this branch to be very clean and it was never that crowded. The burgers and fries were as you would expect from BK. Always good so far and I thought that was the standard. Until I was there again a few days ago and was really shocked: the fries were so greasy that the paper on the tray became almost transparent due to the grease. Ketchup was missing. Likewise the dip for the nuggets. The cola had zero carbonation. When I pointed this out at the counter, there was just a shrug of the shoulders. We did get a new cola, but it didn't contain any carbon dioxide. Short comment from the waitress "it's all" - true to the motto: bad luck. By the way: There was a lady in front of me who also complained about the missing dip. Is probably the new standard. We're not going there anymore for the time being.

This Burger King offers a good location with plenty of parking and a nice outdoor area. Unfortunately, there are a few points that spoil the visit. Orders are often issued incorrectly and the products are sometimes unfortunately cold. The drinks, on the other hand, are warm even though they should be cold. The biggest drawback, however, are the toilets - both the men's and women's toilets are in an unacceptable condition. It is very dirty and the smell is almost unbearable. There is definitely an urgent need for action here!

Great place in the middle of Frankfurt Main… In a small shopping center with lots of shops such as Jysk, Denns Biomarkets,etc. There is plenty of free parking 🅿️, outdoor seating area with a kids playground 🛝 The place is peace and quiet… I will fully recommend. The staffs are friendly as well.

Sorry, entering as a stranger is a bit misleading. Why do I have to order from the machine? At least my burger was cooked to order and therefore FRESHLY prepared. It's funny that the employee probably wasn't completely familiar with the language, but when I asked my question I got an OK answer.

Worse BK ever visited. Staff looks tired and uninspired. After endlessly waiting for our order several items missing. Milkshakes are endlessy whipped so you're spending almost €5,- on air. Crazy place this.

There are many cases where orders are not delivered as ordered. Beverages often lack carbonation. I recommend using another fast food restaurant nearby.

Fast food is no longer fast food!

There was an eyelash on the fries on site, I showed it to the cashier. He wanted to give me new fries straight away but I refused (it can happen, we lose a hair every now and then), ultra low fries. The fries are simply amazing in terms of taste. Kings beef, bacon was just like that, not fried, really limp, "raw" and the burger meat was medium / partly still pink on the inside (medium/raw). Seared on the outside but just not cooked through on the inside. Pepper chicken was ok, but everything was kind of lukewarm and dull in taste. The place has potential but they don't know how to prepare food properly.

the workers are really rude. i bought only one teriyaki burger, there were many people, i was the last, but i got the burger first. when i tried it, the burger was very cold and the bread was really hard, so i’m thinking they gave me old burger. thanks burger king 👍🏻 would be better if there will be mcdonald’s

The food here is very good, but the service is not very good because foreigners work here and because they close an hour or half an hour earlier, these people say that the cleaning will take place and these things are gone.
