For a Burger King it is relatively clean (but could be better) and the location is also very good. The food is good and always warm/hot so no problems.

Average BK with below average Cola. So far it has always been poorly cooled and contains little carbon dioxide.

Disastrous Burger King. The branch management needs to be cut off. The employees don't really understand what you want from them. The burgers are ICE COLD, as is the rest of the food. Drink warm and non-carbonated. Onion rings soggy and cold. Wrong order included. You couldn't do anything wrong 🥲 after 10 times, now it's the last time. Every time it was the same there.

Very disappointed… it wasn't cola but tea, very warm and without a colenseur. They remodeled the location but the food quality has REALLY deteriorated. Never again!!!

Ate a menu at Burger King that included a Burger Crispy King chicken with pepper, fries and a chocolate milkshake. Surprisingly, it was very tasty. I will eat at Burger King again.

From top to flop! We used to go there often because we always found this branch to be very clean and it was never that crowded. The burgers and fries were as you would expect from BK. Always good so far and I thought that was the standard. Until I was there again a few days ago and was really shocked: the fries were so greasy that the paper on the tray became almost transparent due to the grease. Ketchup was missing. Likewise the dip for the nuggets. The cola had zero carbonation. When I pointed this out at the counter, there was just a shrug of the shoulders. We did get a new cola, but it didn't contain any carbon dioxide. Short comment from the waitress "it's all" - true to the motto: bad luck. By the way: There was a lady in front of me who also complained about the missing dip. Is probably the new standard. We're not going there anymore for the time being.

The restaurant was clean and we didn't have to wait long for our food. It seemed fresh and tasted good. The employees tried hard, but they could have been a little more friendly towards the customers.

This Burger King offers a good location with plenty of parking and a nice outdoor area. Unfortunately, there are a few points that spoil the visit. Orders are often issued incorrectly and the products are sometimes unfortunately cold. The drinks, on the other hand, are warm even though they should be cold. The biggest drawback, however, are the toilets - both the men's and women's toilets are in an unacceptable condition. It is very dirty and the smell is almost unbearable. There is definitely an urgent need for action here!

Great place in the middle of Frankfurt Main… In a small shopping center with lots of shops such as Jysk, Denns Biomarkets,etc. There is plenty of free parking 🅿️, outdoor seating area with a kids playground 🛝 The place is peace and quiet… I will fully recommend. The staffs are friendly as well.

Sorry, entering as a stranger is a bit misleading. Why do I have to order from the machine? At least my burger was cooked to order and therefore FRESHLY prepared. It's funny that the employee probably wasn't completely familiar with the language, but when I asked my question I got an OK answer.

Worse BK ever visited. Staff looks tired and uninspired. After endlessly waiting for our order several items missing. Milkshakes are endlessy whipped so you're spending almost €5,- on air. Crazy place this.

There are many cases where orders are not delivered as ordered. Beverages often lack carbonation. I recommend using another fast food restaurant nearby.

Actually didn't go in. But burger King is burger King. However I prefer their burger to others.

There was an eyelash on the fries on site, I showed it to the cashier. He wanted to give me new fries straight away but I refused (it can happen, we lose a hair every now and then), ultra low fries. The fries are simply amazing in terms of taste. Kings beef, bacon was just like that, not fried, really limp, "raw" and the burger meat was medium / partly still pink on the inside (medium/raw). Seared on the outside but just not cooked through on the inside. Pepper chicken was ok, but everything was kind of lukewarm and dull in taste. The place has potential but they don't know how to prepare food properly.

Picked up food for the second time today and unfortunately I have to say never again from this branch in Eschborn The restaurant was relatively empty but the food was very cold, old and tasted like old, greasy oil 🤢 The chicken nuggets looked so old and sad. The fries 🍟 were old, cold and really inedible! I was also a restaurant manager at BK and McDonald's in Bavaria and I have to say we have never served our customers anything like this in Bavaria!

Employees always felt untrained/poorly trained. Smoking on the terrace with the climbing frame in the dining area is apparently desired/permitted. Even at lunchtime and afternoon when everything is full of children. Ashtrays are provided. I literally find it anti-social. Update 03/24: newly renovated. Visually really successful. Now with self service. Unfortunately, it doesn't help if the service is still poor otherwise. 20 minutes for 4 ice creams and 2 children's boxes without being particularly busy? Is that supposed to be normal? You can give yourself the cookie dough ice cream. The cookie dough is crumbly and doesn't taste good.

The signature burger was very tasty and spicy, but the fact that you get confused at the terminal if you want to order and the Payback card is not accepted is very disadvantageous. I don't think I've been to a burger chain for 5-7 years, so I didn't have a current impression. As a vegetarian, I wanted to try plant based. Not bad at all, you can eat it. Restaurant is quite clean, even the toilets, pre-ordering + couponing via touch screen is very relaxed, seating is comfortable, clientele is chilled, a short and interesting conversation with a nice employee was also very cool. Overall, happy again, much better than expected.

Heute 20.1. wollten wir mal "Fast Food" essen. Es waren katastrophale Zustände circa 20 Gäste mussten auf ihr Essen warten und das 45 Min. pro Gast. Das Thekenteam wirkte völlig unkoordiniert obwohl genug Ware bzw. Burger in der Auslage waren schafften diese nicht koordiniert den Bestellungen zuzuweisen. Es wurde sich vom Personal in keinster weise für die lange Wartezeit entschuldigt. Keine Strohälme und Servierten waren in den dafür vorgesehenen Boxen und dann noch waren die Toiletten abgeschlossen so das sich Kinder fast in die Hose machen mussten. Fazit: Nie mehr Burger King. Bei Mac. Donalds haben wir so was noch nie erlebt!!!!!

Fast Food ist was anderes. Der Laden könnte mit Slow Food werben. Wenn wir nicht mit Karte gezahlt hätten wären wir nach über 30 min gegangen. Wartezeiten nach Bezahlung über 45min. Hier sollte unbedingt mehr Personal angearbeitet werden. Zu Stoßzeiten sollte man dies berücksichtigen dsmit die Kundschaft nicht ewigkeiten wartet. Äußerst nervend vorallem wenn man nur 30min Pause har bzw. macht. Waren gegen 19.30 Uhr dort und 14.30Uhr Wenn Ihnen was an Ihrer Zeit liegt besuchen Sie aif keinen Fall diesen Burger Laden. Hier können Sie sich während der Wartezeit den Bart rasieren und dabei zusehen wie er nach wächst.

Immer eure Bestellungen beim Drive in prüfen. Habe ein Big King Plant based Menü bestellt für 9,79€. Als ich zu Hause angekommen bin, habe ich festgestellt, dass ich einen Plant-based Nugget Burger hatte. Leider schon öfter passiert!
