BURGER KING in Eschborn

Employees unaware of politeness, sloppy service. I went back twice to get the missing items. Much worse than other Burger Kings. This place needs to be inspected urgently. It was like I ate at a cheap buffet. Wretched

A lot has changed at King. I was there at lunchtime and there were only people with laptops at the table, so you could hardly get a seat because everyone was taking up a table for themselves.

Unfortunately, the food was only lukewarm and the order was incomplete and incorrect.

Absolutely top service. I got the wrong burger and immediately got the right one after complaining. In general, the employees are very quick and do a good job. I always enjoy coming here to eat. The restaurant is clean and cozy. Keep it up!

The only restaurant nearby that is open on Sundays. The staff is cute too.

The employee at the drive-in at 7 p.m. was very incompetent and simply took the entire order incorrectly and didn't know hello and goodbye. The only thing that was right about the order was the burgers, the rest was all wrong, I think the Pole can't speak German

Takeout order. 3x Whooper menu, 1x burger individually. There were only two drinks there, three menus pointed out, but according to the employee, everything was still there. Of course the third menu was completely missing.

My husband and both children ate from Burger King yesterday and all three had a stomach ache and vomited...luckily I didn't eat any of it

Update! The store has been completely renovated and now finally has touchscreen ordering terminals. Now you don't have to wait in line for 20 minutes anymore. Much more pleasant and beautiful than before!

Beautiful BurgerKing branch in the Eschborn industrial area. Order via machine. Some of the staff are unmotivated. Always worth a visit.

NO MORE After my last visit to this Burger King, I emailed Burger King with my complaints about the bad and cold food and the incorrectly mixed drinks. I then received vouchers. Today I redeemed the vouchers and ordered additional items for payment. First of all, I received a Coke instead of a Fanta. So I had to leave the food table again and change. When unpacking the Cheeseburgers I was shocked. A completely squishy and soggy cheeseburger that was barely recognizable as such. Excessive amounts of ketchup and mayonnaise oozed out. The whole object was cold. I had to get up again, this time to complain about the cheeseburger. The employees themselves were amazed at what I was holding in my hand. The cheeseburger I got was less than lukewarm. Afterwards I ate my Whopper from the voucher. This was so ice cold that when I served it, it seemed to be handed to me only lukewarm on the tray. This too was completely soft and squishy. I saved myself a third complaint. I had another voucher that I wanted to give to the people at the next table because I no longer want to go to that branch and no longer want to redeem the voucher. People told me that they themselves had vouchers because of a complaint, that they also had to complain several times that evening, that the food was cold and didn't taste good. During a 30-minute visit to the branch, at least eight people in the restaurant and at least four drivers from the drive-thru complained that the food was served incorrectly, too little and too cold. After my last personal complaint, the conditions have deteriorated even further. That's why this time this bad rating is absolutely appropriate and deserved. I used to go to this Burger King branch very often, but in the future I will 'never' visit this branch again. I'm sorry to have to write, the food was simply >>unreasonable and disgusting!<<

I made the first order and all 3 burgers were cold. I went straight back to pay. We waited almost 10 minutes until someone cashed in. The boss walked around there like it was nothing. I went back and said straight away that I wanted everything cold The boss, all calm, marches through the kitchen and just doesn't care. She looks in my bag and asks what it is. I said I want everything cold and she wasn't even interested

Unfortunately the slowest Burger King I have ever visited. On all five visits, the waiting time was twice to three times longer than usual.

It's just a fast food shop. The star deduction was because the toilet urgently needs to be cleaned.

Tonight I ordered four burger king menus and received three. Considering that they weren't crowded and were sitting and laughing among themselves, they weren't even able to finish an order... Ate a menu at Burger King that included a Burger Crispy King chicken with pepper, fries and a chocolate milkshake. Surprisingly, it was very tasty. I will eat at Burger King again.

From top to flop! We used to go there often because we always found this branch to be very clean and it was never that crowded. The burgers and fries were as you would expect from BK. Always good so far and I thought that was the standard. Until I was there again a few days ago and was really shocked: the fries were so greasy that the paper on the tray became almost transparent due to the grease. Ketchup was missing. Likewise the dip for the nuggets. The cola had zero carbonation. When I pointed this out at the counter, there was just a shrug of the shoulders. We did get a new cola, but it didn't contain any carbon dioxide. Short comment from the waitress "it's all" - true to the motto: bad luck. By the way: There was a lady in front of me who also complained about the missing dip. Is probably the new standard. We're not going there anymore for the time being.

This Burger King offers a good location with plenty of parking and a nice outdoor area. Unfortunately, there are a few points that spoil the visit. Orders are often issued incorrectly and the products are sometimes unfortunately cold. The drinks, on the other hand, are warm even though they should be cold. The biggest drawback, however, are the toilets - both the men's and women's toilets are in an unacceptable condition. It is very dirty and the smell is almost unbearable. There is definitely an urgent need for action here!

Great place in the middle of Frankfurt Main… In a small shopping center with lots of shops such as Jysk, Denns Biomarkets,etc. There is plenty of free parking 🅿️, outdoor seating area with a kids playground 🛝 The place is peace and quiet… I will fully recommend. The staffs are friendly as well.

Sorry, entering as a stranger is a bit misleading. Why do I have to order from the machine? At least my burger was cooked to order and therefore FRESHLY prepared. It's funny that the employee probably wasn't completely familiar with the language, but when I asked my question I got an OK answer.

Worse BK ever visited. Staff looks tired and uninspired. After endlessly waiting for our order several items missing. Milkshakes are endlessy whipped so you're spending almost €5,- on air. Crazy place this.

There are many cases where orders are not delivered as ordered. Beverages often lack carbonation. I recommend using another fast food restaurant nearby.
