Went there today with a colleague, after 15 minutes a waitress came and we ordered 1 latte and 1 coffee and 1 pizza. After another 10 minutes the drinks came. And we wait and wait and wait for the pizza. After more than an hour we called and asked if we would like to pay again. We waited for 10 minutes then she came and said 7.90 euros and we thanked her for the pizza we hadn't ordered. We gave the waitress exactly 7.90. We definitely won't go there again

The employees are unfriendly, rude and loud. They are unreasonable and it is better not to let them loose on customers. There are coupons outside and they are not recognized when paying because you should have said something beforehand?? The steak was bloody and the fish was raw in places. The salad was dry and wilted and there was a sauce from the bag with the fish. We won't go there anymore. It's unbelievable that you can still come to places where you get such unfriendly and bad service.

For the price you can't get a better schnitzel, fries could have been a bit crispier. The 2 ladies in service were very friendly and quick

We have been coming to this restaurant since day one and once a week for breakfast. We feel very comfortable and always very well looked after. Above all, the service staff are very 👍 good. Always friendly and competent. We enjoy being guests in this restaurant.

Even after a week, it is important to me to give you my feedback. We went to breakfast on Saturday, August 12th, 2023, as we have done so often. There was no business, probably due to the summer holidays. The long-standing, nice and experienced service staff is currently on her well-deserved vacation. The staff, who was newly hired a few months ago, still seems completely overwhelmed and is taking the guests' orders in one block. Mind you, they were on That day there were only 4 tables in the outside area with 2 people each and 1 table inside. The waiting time for our breakfast was almost 30 minutes with the help of the nice service person from the kitchen. The rolls were not as usual, there was no serving in the bread basket, etc. Just In view of the fact that Möma has increased the prices significantly, including the offers and additional reductions in breakfast for 2 instead of 6 rolls, only 4 have been saved and the grain roll has also been saved. This was our last visit to their house. Times are not good for you either as well as the customers, but we are talking about system catering and both the service and the offer should be right for the price. Incidentally, the presentation in advertising should also be breakfast for 2 with grain rolls. Higher prices less service doesn't work. It's a shame!

I think Mömax is a very good furniture store. Above all, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Was there several times in different departments and everyone was always very nice. However, the restaurant... Well, not always so friendly and the terrace smells extremely like a sewage treatment plant. The smell makes it hard to enjoy a meal. In addition, they close at 6:00 p.m. but at 5:15 p.m. you can no longer order a beer. Breakfast only from 10-11 a.m. Personally, I think the time period is far too short.

Delicious breakfast at a TOP price + friendly service!

We were there last Saturday for breakfast as usual. It's actually always very nice there and the breakfast tastes very good. We are there every day and then drink our latte and often eat a piece of cake with it. Now back to last Saturday. Around noon the door was opened wide, the restaurant manager and the house manager had ordered this. The problem was we were on the train. And not just us but also other guests. We then told the lady that we were moving, but her words were that the door had to stay open because the boss said so. Sorry but when the door was opened wide it was very cloudy and windy. Then the lady said we can move around. Where to go if the tables where there probably wasn't a draw were occupied? Then we wanted to leave. Normally we always give tips, but the lady refused. It felt like they wanted to get rid of us. Yesterday we were there again, but the restaurant manager agreed with the lady. It's a shame it has to end like this. We probably won't come again. We always came with our little West Highland Terrier Toby. He is known to many Mömax employees. And since Sunday I've had a cold thanks to the train. We always enjoyed sitting there, and if it was too long or it bothered someone, they could tell us. We can find somewhere where you can have breakfast and our little dog can come with us. After we spoke up, everything fell into place again and we're happy to go there again.

wir wollten nur 2 schnitzel essen ,leider war die bediengung sehr agressiv gegenüber ,mir und meinem arbeitskollegen,mein fazit: sie hat defintiv etwas gegen Menschen mit blonden Haarern. ..

Wir haben dieses Mömax-Restaurant soeben für immer verlassen, bevor wir die Bestellung aufgegeben haben. Die ältere Bedienungs-Frau verlor keine Zeit, mir schon beim Hinsetzen lauthals vom anderen Raumende aus vor allen Gästen herrisch und aufgebracht zu befehlen, meine Weste anzuziehen, -während sie für andere Leute gerade beim Auftischen war. Ich wusste erst gar nicht was sie damit wollte, bis sie auf mein Nachfragen dann vor der gesamten Räumlichkeit laut verkündete, dass dies schließlich ein Restaurant sei und mein Achselshirt keine angemessene Kleidung sei. An einen drückend schwülen 36° heißen Wochentag. Ich zog wunschgemäß sogleich meine Weste an, mit dem Kommentar, dass wir doch nicht in den 50er-Jahren in Russland seien. Dabei wollte lediglich ein konservatives Land nennen. Darauf ging sie dann so richtig hoch. Da der ganze fetzige Dialog hier nicht reinpasst, sei noch erwähnt, dass ich die "Frau Oberst" daran erinnern musste, in einem Land mit freier Meinungsäußerung zu leben. Von wegen: Konservatives Russland -das ich eher nebenbei als Beispiel genommen hatte. Wer kam eigentlich auf die Idee, so ein gebieterisches zänkisches Wesen ohne eigenen Anstand und ohne Verstand für seine "Restaurant"-Gäste als Bedienung einzustellen ? Meine Begleitung hat zu Anfang auch schon einen schroffen Rüffel von ihr erhalten, wie sie mir später erzählte. Barsch wurde sie aufgefordert, sich hinzusetzen, als sie sich kurz vor der Vitrine (die zum Auswählen der Kuchen da sein sollte) aufhielt und auf mich wartete.

Wir waren heute das erste Mal hier zum frühstücken. Preis/Leistung ist Top und die Dame vom Service sehr freundlich und flott. Obwohl wir den Gutschein für das Frühstücksangebot nicht dabei hatten, wurde alles ganz unkompliziert geregelt.

Curry-Wurst 4,50€, Bediener ganz nett, angenehm ruhig.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Gute Aufklärung bzgl. der aktuellen Corona- Vorgaben. Gewissenhafte Kontrolle der Nachweise. Alles sauber.

War heute mit meiner Schwester dort und wollten essen. Durch 3G ging es leider nicht was der Kellner erst nach der Bestellung sagt. Ok wir nehmen das Essen mit ja das geht nach 40 Minuten Wartezeit aussrrhalb kein Essen keine Info sind wir gegangen. Aber nun kommt das was unmöglich ist durch die Wartezeit haben wir mitbekommen das der junge Kellner 10 Personen überhaupt nicht gefragt hat und sich hat nichts zeigen lassen Unmöglich wie kann sodas sein. Willkür vom Personal.

Sehr freundliches Personal und für ein Möbelhaus kreatives Angebot. Da macht sogar der Einkauf mit Frau Spaß...

Naja..ist eben auch nur Fast Food, dafür ist die Bedienung freundlich und ein nettes Ambiente.

Ok restaurant. Service not as good as it used to be

Immer wieder ein tolles Erlebnis. Nettes und freundliches Personal. Waren schon öfters dort shoppen und hatten absolut nichts auszusetzen. Das Restaurant ist Günstig und sehr Lecker. Die Bedienung ist Höflich und sehr Nett.

Services und Qualität nicht gut.

Das Ei schmeckt nicht gut und das Speck ist nicht genug gesalzen das caffe schmeckt night gut und der o saft kommt aus Rewe den ich mir selber holen kann und der Service kann nicht mal deutsch sprechen sehr schlecht

Wir haben dort ein Schnitzel und eine Torte gegessen. Zu dem Preis hervorragende Qualität. Es ist empfehlenswert.

Ein tolles Frühstück bei Sonnenschein, auch bei Regen.

Trotz weitgehend leerem Restaurant interessieren sich die jungen Bedienkräfte nicht für die Gäste. Statt uns zu begrüßen sprachen beide mehrere Minuten mit einer dritten Person, die evtl etwas mit dem Laden zu tun hatte. Mehrfache Blickkontaktversuche zur Bestellung wurden ebenso ignoriert wie eine zuletzt sicher hörbare Frage. Wer solche Mitarbeiter einstellt, gehört bestraft.

Frühstück ganz o.k. für kleines Geld

Anfangs war es sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig wegen der langen Bedienungszeit. Inzwischen ok, weil dort zuwenig Personal vorhanden ist. Essen für den Preis nicht zu meckern. Wer in der Gegend ist und nur Sattwerden will, kann ich gerne empfehlen. Preislich top!

Waren zur Mittagszeit vor Ort. Tagesessen Schnitzel mit Pommes und Salat extra. Für den Preis super und schmackhaft. Salat frisch. Ambiente zweckmäßig und freundlich. Nettes Personal. Auch die anderen Speisen sahen gut aus. Empfehlung!
