Fast, clean, but unfortunately our fries were missing. May 2025 - Unfortunately, cleanliness and food quality have deteriorated considerably.

We wanted to grab a bite to eat before going to the cinema on Sunday and checked online to see if the McDonald's was open, as the other snack bars in the Gropiuspassagen are closed on Sundays - according to the internet, the branch is open until 11 p.m. When we arrived on site we discovered that the branch had been closed since December 30th. is closed. The resulting spontaneous stay at Mendoza next door deserves 5 stars

If this is prosciutto then I am the pope. But it was open at 2am on a Sunday (well, Monday) and scratched the itch, so I can’t really complain or act surprised. Clean; tasty food.

Absolutely delicious dishes! When it tastes so good that you order a second portion even though you're already full...

No!!!! We actually had to wait 20 minutes for 3x large fries and got 3x small ones. Total bullshit!!!!!!!

I will never eat at Burger King again. The food they advertise and what you end up getting is a real outrage. I'd rather starve than spend my money with a company like that again. And it didn't even taste good. A complete rip-off, nothing more.

There is a lot going on and busy there. Basically, the “store” is fine.. BUT what, in my opinion, is not possible for such a global chain - if the soft drinks are “all” or not available and you can only choose between water or iced tea, no, at least small, “compensation” or other accommodation is offered (even when asked). That really wasn't that great!

I have never taken a moment to write a review this long but felt a dire need to spend time on this one! Deeply disappointed with the experience at this KFC. The staff were incredibly rude, dismissive and uninterested — it genuinely felt like customer service was the last thing on their minds. I’m not sure if it’s a training issue or something else, but I’ve had better service even in the worst of the places. To make matters worse, while the food tasted fine at the time, I ended up feeling unwell afterwards — which raises serious concerns about hygiene. I hope KFC management takes this seriously and responds. Happy to provide more details privately if needed.

My chicken was not good it was undercooked and black inside

Food was cold even though I had to wait 30 minutes for it. Manager very rude to delivery drivers. Tables don't have enough chairs.

It's just a well-run McDonald's. Clean, nice staff, fast service. It's fine :)

Not too big McDonald's not too far from the Oberbaumbrücke. Lovely outside seating.

Waited half an hour. Nice rats seen at that time. Never again.
