The pizza looked great on in the window but after oven it was dry and burnt

Cute little shop, friendly staff, freshly prepared food, and a bon appétit greeting. It was delicious; we had spinach pizza and aioli pasta.

We were on a trip nearby and this place saved our dinners. Out of 10 nights, we ate here about five times. The food is prepared quickly and is very good. The cooks are incredibly nice and friendly, as well as calm if there are any communication issues. I definitely recommend it.

So now ordered for the second time and definitely the last time...!! Ordered and paid for extra product on the pizza, but there was no sign of it..!! The pizzas were extremely cold and stone hard..!! After a call I was told one thing: "We had a lot to do and it was the driver, driver, driver's fault." Aha, the driver also baked it and topped it or what?!?! So...you can prepare yourself..!! Sorry for my choice of words, but I also paid for my order and would like to receive my services accordingly..!!!! Not even worth 1 star..!!! Oh by the way, the pizzas were burnt downstairs..!!! In the picture you can see that the pizza was burnt, even on the pizza it was burnt..!!! This store is on my NO GO list forever..!!!

Attention, I can only strongly advise against ordering anything here. Ordered two pizzas for almost €30 yesterday and they arrived more or less ice cold after a delivery time of over 55 minutes. Even after warming it up, the pizza had no taste. It was still appetizing. A standard pizza from a discount store looks tastier and tastes better too. Unbelievable that this is even allowed. Since the complaint to Uber remains inconclusive, I will inform the health department here on Monday. I can only strongly advise against ordering anything here.

I ordered pizza and spaghetti through Uber Eats. Pizza was cold, almost no toppings on it. Spaghetti had almost no sauce, was very dry and there were only a few pieces of chicken. The drink was also missing even though I ordered it! Better never order here!

The food was created carelessly, more like slapped on. Sucuk pizza? There were exactly 3 small pieces on the entire pizza. It's a shame the restaurant is no longer worth ordering from.

The Margherita pizza is not a margherita since it is topped with cheese and not mozzarella and as soon as it becomes cold it is like a tile, the tiramisu is not a tiramisu, there is no mascarpone cream but it is made by adding the Pavesini cream... Abgesehen davon, dass meine bestellhinweise nicht beachtet wurden, zahlst du über 16 Euro für eine Pizza und auf jeder Tiefkühlpizza ist mehr Belag. Zudem bekommt man bei einem Anruf zur Beschwerde die Antwort: " was soll ich jetzt machen?" Nie wieder und absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Das schlechteste Essen, das ich je bestellt habe Pasta Pollo al Pollo sind nur gekochte Nudeln mit Soße, Pilzen und Hühnchen darunter, als würde man einen Hamburger anrichten, ohne ihn zu kochen, und der Geschmack ist sehr schlecht, wie Gumm

Burger sind sehr empfehlenswert und die Jungs vom Personal sind sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

I ordered a pizza and a drink but didn't receive a drink. The delivery driver told me to contact the store, but the store said it was Uber Eats' problem, not theirs. I know this because I worked as a delivery driver, it is clearly the store's mistake that not to serve food according to the order. Unfriendly phone calls, worst service, I can say with confidence that there is no more worse restaurant nearby than here. The taste with this condition was terrible also.

Über Uber Eats Pizza bestellt. Es kam eine falsche und kleinere Pizza. Am Telefon sagte man mir, dass das wohl mal passieren könne und die jetzt auch nichts machen können. Ich kann beim nächsten mal selber abholen, dann passiert das nicht. Ich stelle selten irgendwelche Ansprüche, aber das war wirklich frech. Letztendlich habe ich also mehr bezahlt für eine kleinere Pizza, die ich gar nicht wollte.

Fangen wir mit dem guten an: die Öffnungszeiten. Man kriegt sehr spät noch etwas halbwegs gut assuendes und sättigendes. Das mag vielen reichen, vor allem wenn man betrunken ist. Zum negativen: Weder die Pizza noch der Burger hattten auch nur ansatzweise so etwas wie Geschmack. man merkte richtig, dass bei jeder Zutat auf das billigste gesetzt wurde. Ein Flugzeugesssen hat mehr Geschmack. Egal, es ist spät, die vollkommen überforderte Hilfskraft hat tatsächlich ihr bestes gegeben mir den Fraß halbwegs unverbrannt zu bringen. Sie ist leider gescheitert. Wenn man null Ansprüche hat kann man hier wahrscheinlich satt werden, wenn nach mindestens ein Neuron im Gehirn aktiv sollte man diesen Ort meiden.

Pizza war sehr trocken und sehr schlecht belegt, die Preise dafür unterirdisch (knapp 14Euro für eine 28cm(!!!!), haben über Uber bestellt, haben angeblich 50 Euro gespart. 50 Euro für was?? Sorry aber grottenschlecht und frech was dafür verlangt wurde! Locken mit Angeboten die nicht mal ansatzweise das Geld wert ist. Bin immer noch sprachlos wie schlecht das Ganze war. Hätte man normal nicht über Uber Eats bestellt hätte man 84Euro gezahlt, grösste Abzocke.

This place is an absolute joke. I ordered a buy one get one free offer. I told of the restaurant this in the comments that was buy one get one free. I told the courier that should only one burger arrive that I would refuse the order. The courier told me he tried to call me through the app and it didn’t work, I believe him. The courier informed me that this was not the first time that customers had complained that food that had been ordered and buy one get one free is not implemented. This is an absolute scam. I guess they offer buy one get one free to entice people to order, but don’t bother actually giving people what they want .

Direkt an der Boxi. Gute Auswahl an Pizzen und Pasta. Pizza schmeckt frisch und knackig. Preislich günstiger als anderswo: ein Stück Pizza 2,90 Euro.

Das Personal ist unhöflich, ich betrat das Restaurant und wollte Essen bestellen. Der alte Arbeiter schimpfte mit mir und forderte mich auf, draußen zu warten, obwohl er wusste, dass das Restaurant leer war. Ich wünschte, diese Art von Person wäre diszipliniert

Sau leckere Pizza zu vernünftigen Preisen allerdings sollte man diese Pizza vor Ort genießen da ansonsten es passieren kann dass die Pizza etwas Labbrig wird durch das Kondenswasser welches sich durch die Heiße Pizza wie bei jedem Heißen Gericht wird!

Einfach sehr leckere Pizza. Simpel, aber wohlschmeckend. Sehr fettig und dabei sehr wohlschmeckend und günstig. Der Teig ist schön dünn und knusprig und dabei nicht verbrannt. Ambiente eher einfach.

Schlichtes Schnellrestaurant, die Burger haben aber ein super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Wer dort isst, will nie wieder zu McD. Außerdem: die richtig teuren Burger-Ketten wie z.B. "Five Guys" sind in keinster Weise besser! Natürlich ist das Ambiente eher unteres Level, rein geschmacklich aber top!

Billig Qualität, lange Wartezeit, unfreundlich/inkompetent personell

Das Essen schmeckt uns seit Jahren immer wieder sehr gut, aufgrund sprachlicher Barrieren des Personals ist's nicht ganz so lustig und unterhaltsam wie in anderen Lokalen dieser Art. Es gibt dort jetzt sogar vegane Speisen für die, die es mögen, habe es aber nicht probiert. Da es kein Restaurant, sondern hauptsächlich ein Abhol- und to-go-Lokal ist, ist das Ambiente eher spärlich. Dennoch kann man auch drinnen und draußen essen, wenn man möchte.

Mega leckere Pizzen! Einer der leckersten in Friedrichshain!
