Love their Börek with meat. Been here multiple times for that. Update (21.05.'25): Their ćevapčići are amazing. Also Börek with potatoes is an underrated gem

Very, very delicious Ćevapćići!! Highly recommended. Best served with kajmak and a "Moja Kravica" yogurt drink. Tastes at least as good as in Sarajevo itself, if not better. The guys who run this place know what they're doing! It's always a pleasure to immerse yourself in the well-coordinated "Balkan hustle and bustle." I've driven across town several times just for the Ćevapćići and have never been disappointed. It's definitely something for people who like grilled food, but vegetarians are sure to find something to their liking with the various börek variations, for example, with cheese and spinach or potatoes (probably even vegan). Please keep up the good work!

It tastes great and is freshly prepared; if the staff were a little friendlier, there would be nothing to complain about.

Possibly the best food on planet earth

A place that only bears the name Sarajevo but has nothing of Sarajevo in it. It was just given a name to lure customers. The cevapi are too greasy and almost tasteless, the buns are soaked in oil because they are baked in a gas oven. The pita is also no good (the ones in the bad bakeries in Sarajevo are better.

We were there tonight and there was a Turkish speaking young man working. He helped us to find an ATM nearby and then put a free dessert, that we thought was sold out, in our bag while we were withdrawing money. Thanks a bunch to that guy! He made our night for sure! Borek was delicious as usual.

The food is ok. only the bread was bland. Small salad bowl for €6 and the other dishes were way too expensive and nothing special. I was there through a tiktok recommendation but wouldn't eat there again.

We were totally thrilled! The restaurant not only offers delicious Bosnian specialties, but also a really warm, family atmosphere. The pita was homemade and seasoned perfectly. The service was super friendly, attentive but not intrusive. You immediately notice that there is passion here. The price-performance ratio is also good – large portions at fair prices. For anyone who wants authentic, hearty food from the Balkans: definitely go! We'll definitely be back.

The meat is delicious. A bit pricy but okay. The chopska salad is sadly a joke for 6 euro, its tiny! Some tomatos and cucumber with grated cheese for 6 euros. In other restaurants you get this size for free with your main course. In conclusion, food is good, price is meh.

The guys are warm and nice to everyone in the Bosnian way, I don't want a Frenchman or Spaniard who speaks perfect German and that's exactly how they are charming in the Bosnian way, the food is absolutely top and sometimes better than in Sarajevo. 7 ćevape ordered (reś) 7bćevape (reś) received. The magically good Börek from Sarajevo is a real insider tip and has enchanted many people. The trip to Wedding is worth it and you can explore the surprisingly hip Sprengelkiez straight afterwards. In Sarajevo you can also get good cappuccino and delicious sweets such as cakes. The service is great!

Discovered by chance on Instagram, it turned out to be one of the best restaurants I have ever dined in after 7 years of frequenting Berlin. Bosnian cuisine with Albanian influences. Bürek and cevapcici top.

The food is very good. We always had a burek with meat, spinach, or cheese. All were delicious. The cevapcici too. Unfortunately, an incident happened to us and others that seemed like a scam. We ordered the large cevapcici with 10 pieces, but we were only served 9. We only noticed it when we looked closely, and we immediately reported it (because it can happen). After that, we were initially ignored as we continued eating due to the rush of guests, etc., and they wanted to simply drop it under the table. Only after asking did they relent. I think that honesty towards the customer is of the utmost importance, especially with a dish that is so clearly labeled. We weren't the only ones who had this happen that evening. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend the place in good conscience because they seem to favor their fellow countrymen and regular customers and offer significantly better service than the rest. It's a shame that it has to be this way.

Absolutely recommended. The bureks come fresh from the oven. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. The cevapcici also good. Five stars overall because the food, which makes people from Lichtenrade come to Triftstraße, tastes so good. Service and ambience are harmonious, both chaotic but perhaps that is the concept. I missed smiling too, but you can't get enough of it... I'll drive through the city regularly to eat burwk and cevapcici. Oh yes, the prices are unsalted, i.e. unusually low.

Review for Tres Leches Cake and Burek (also called Börek) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Tres Leches Cake was simply to die for! Juicy, sweet and perfectly balanced - exactly how it should be. You can taste the love and care that goes into the preparation. The burek (or börek) was also excellent. Crispy, hearty and with a spicy filling – simply delicious! Both dishes are homemade and absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

I've already been through a number of Cevape restaurants nationwide and across Europe, the Cevape are absolutely average, but the bread is very good. Very little onion, the kajmak was, as expected, more of a sour cream (but it's sometimes harder to get in the traditional form than good meat). In a nationwide comparison there were actually only three stars, but I am grateful that it is generally offered in Berlin, hence four stars.

First of all, this is not a fine dining place but rather the perfspot to enjoy delicious food allround. I had the cheese burek and a big plate of cevape. They come with fresh bread which tastes fantastic, ajwar sauce and onions. Honestly besides in Bosnia and Montenegro I havent had such good cevape anywhere. You can see and taste the traditional style and I will definitely be back! Thank you again for your great services even though it was quite packed and busy during Iftar time they managed to bring my order quickly.

We are big fans of Slavic and Middle Eastern dishes, we ate them on site and, if possible, we look for originality. Which means that rather than eating a Börek made with industrial puff pastry, we do without. From this point of view, Sarajevo took us on a magnificent trip to the Balkans, with an exquisite Börek both as a pasta and as a filling, and at a truly Balkan price! We'll be back to try the rest too.

Nice terrace in the middle of the residential area. Service rather unfriendly and taciturn - questions unwelcome. Portions very generous for the fair price. Cevapcici are nice and juicy, but taste bland and hardly seasoned. Börek with minced beef also has a boring taste, but is very fatty. Snack bar for quick turnaround, with the cake offering looking tempting. Would definitely prefer the delicious veal kebab, near Leopoldplatz subway station.

We tried two different burek here. One was with ground beef and the other with potato. You get a quarter of a burek for €4 each. Totally fair price to satisfy your little hunger! We spontaneously walked past and were totally thrilled. The bureks were hot and crispy. Well filled and the dough is just as it should be, flaky and a little greasy. The store was really busy. They specialize in burek and cevapcivi. You can also buy sweets. I tried Trilece for the first time and found it delicious. Next time I'll try Cevapcivi and the cheese Burek. Simply delicious! About the ambience: You can sit both inside and outside. You order at the front and pay directly there. The food is brought to you. I think the ambience is suitable and invites you to linger for a short time.

We were delighted with the food! We were just embarrassed by how much we ate! We also came from Sweden for a short visit to Berlin and took the time to visit Sarajevo and we didn't go wrong with the pies, burek, cevap, buns and even the grill plate.

The Börek with minced meat and the pita with cheese were very tasty. The portions were large and the food was worth the price. Overall I had great service.

The food is really great, the waiters are okay and polite, and the guy who orders the food is kind. The atmosphere is here and there, there are too many people waiting for food, and when you are sitting, they are behind your back and mechanically pushing you, but we forgive them because of TOP Food
