EGE Gemüse Kebab in Berlin

Posted 4 years ago: I'm new to Tempelhof and have been getting kebabs for myself and friends every few days and everyone really enjoyed it. I also find the staff very friendly and attentive, please keep it that way! Today: 4 years later, always a great shop, keep it up!

Ege. What can you say… a real institution in Tempelhof. When it closes at some point I'll move to Schöneberg. You're doing great work. Carry on!

I was there recently and thought it was really tasty. Can you sit inside and outside. Unfortunately it's on the noisy T-damm.

Very average and small size Döner 🥙 definitely too little meat for the price

Anyone who knows me knows that I never give full stars. I'll make an exception here. Food received quickly, very fresh and even lovingly served. Toilet is clean. The price is high average! Very friendly. I highly recommend it. The fact that the potato is not actually a vegetable was a surprise to you.

Very good chicken - vegetable - kebab. Pros and cons at a glance: Pros: * Also possible in whole grain bread. * At least 12 sauces (including avocado and eggplant) to choose from. * Seating available inside and outside. * Clean sanitary facilities. * Quiet environment in Tempelhof. Cons: None discovered yet. 😋 You too can really enjoy it there.

Very very tasty and very friendly

I haven't eaten kofta so well in a long time. Very tasty and beautifully prepared (the eye eats with it 😉). The service was also very friendly and accommodating.

Today we drove from Köpenick to our old neighborhood to eat kebab while eating vegetables. But then it was so hot and we were hardly hungry, so we just ordered fries. They were really good, of course, and it was really nice to see that everything was still the same: very good food and really nice people!

Outside of Berlin it would be a top meal, but in Berlin it's a good one where you can't go wrong.

This is without a doubt the best chicken kebab in Berlin. The nicest people and the kebab is really incredibly good. It's best to eat fresh on site! Love goes out for the Ege boys

For me, by far the best vegetable kebab in the city! Forget that totally overrun and unnecessarily hyped vegetable kebab on Mehringdamm.. ;) Even when it's a little more crowded, the boys are always in a good mood and are happy to accommodate any special requests! The selection is great, the portions are just right - not too big, not too small, very good value for money and the chicken skewer is awesome!

The vegetable kebab was great. Salad nice and fresh and crunchy. The bread was crispy. The meat is well done. Top with some feta and pomegranate syrup. The only thing I would complain about at a price of €7 is the size and quantity. The guys at the counter are great too.

The kebab is definitely great but my rating only includes my first visit where I didn't eat any kebab. I asked for a kebab box if it could be made with fries, salad and some meat, and the answer was positive. Everything was a bit messed up and I didn't look closely to see if everything was being done 'correctly'. It was to take home. However, I only got salad with a few grilled potatoes, no fries, no meat... for a whopping 7! Euro... I naively trusted it and only noticed it when I got home... a very high price for some salad that tasted good because of the seasoning and lemon juice on top, but my stomach then said that the contents weren't that fresh or good... . then the taste doesn't help anymore... For me at least, this was a rather bad experience overall Yes, the people and employees were very friendly but the most important thing is the food... Maybe I should give it a second try at some point...

Best Kebab in my life not joking!

So I was very positively surprised, I thought it would be a standard Berlin kebab but it wasn't like that at all, super tasty and everyone should try it!!!!!

Best veggie Dürum I’ve ever had!

When I order a kebab, I want the meat to be freshly cut and not lying there like a carcass for 20 minutes until I come stupidly and buy it. Otherwise very very fatty and little meat. For me one of the worse vegetable kebabs in Berlin

The taste is good but there is not enough meat and the kebab is also quite small. I was there 20 minutes before closing time because I thought he would make a decent kebab because the meat can no longer be sold the next day. That's not the case, despite asking me what should happen to the 5kg-10kg meat skewer today, I got a measly kebab. I was there on May 23rd. Once again at EGE I don't understand what attracts people here. There is hardly any meat in the kebab. Just vegetables and salad.

Really good kebab that is a little finer than the normal chicken vegetable kebab. But what is really the case: The kebab is not exactly the biggest and now costs 6 euros, which is really a blatant announcement for Tempelhof. In my opinion it's just too much, but maybe that's the new normal. Addendum: The Berlin kebab has now reached 7 euros, a price increase of 55% in the last 3 years can hardly be justified with inflation and increased energy prices. As a customer, you simply find it inappropriate and will result in you not coming back as often.

You often read at snack bars how someone writes in the reviews: the best kebab in the city. This is simply because people eat everything or maybe. I was happy about a little something... Here's an extra spoonful of disgusting meat... . This snack bar is the only one in all of Berlin where I don't feel disgusted eating kebab or kebab box or dürüm. Everywhere else I regret it afterwards. Not here. . It is by far the best kebab shop in town. Family business, father and son super hardworking and committed. No fools who put tomatoes in your mouth or who can't speak normally. The family is very polite and demanding. When father or son is there, you immediately notice the quality. . We don't sell a bag, we sell top quality goods. All the food is very high quality. The food tastes unusually delicious. There are two types of meat, about 6 sauces, simply brutally delicious. I want to go back again. . What it means if you are hygienic, speak German, are not stupid and sell food that you would eat yourself. . Best kebab in town!

Simply a good chicken kebab! Best staff! Good skewer, good sauces... I ate without grilled/fried vegetables - not my thing... Salad fresh and with cheese, sumac and Pul Biber just juut!

For me the best kebab in town. Whenever I'm in the corner, I get a kebab, sometimes I drive here from Lichtenberg. And the chocolate baklava are amazing.

The EGE Vegetable Kebab is located at Tempelhofer Damm 193, in 12099 Berlin. There are loudly screaming children running around here. From the restaurant to the terrace. They soiled my vest in the process... When I'm on the toilet. so they turn off the light. All of this with the apparent tolerance of the boss. Who no. If you are interested in the other guest, you are creating serious problems for yourself and the other guest. However, the fact is that there is no right to noise in the Federal Republic of Germany. A kebab special costs 10.00 euros. The fact is, however, that there is very little on the small plate. Hardly any vegetables, so I have to order a small salad for 3.50 euros. I now frequent a different restaurant. The small kebab plate costs 10.00 euros there. Incidentally, it should be noted that first of all there is a large round plate that is filled with plenty of salad, fries and chicken kebab. I can only manage a maximum of 70% of this portion. I can only recommend this address for guests with very strong nerves.

The price has increased more! Why? To take away the VAT has remained 7%. Don't be fooled, there is very little meat in the sandwich. 7 euros for a salad sandwich.

The best kebab ever! Starting with friendly staff who speak a few words in Polish, which adds charm, ending with a perfect kebab. Good meat, fresh roll (we were there at 6 p.m. on Saturday), vegetables and spices... heaven in your mouth. Such a boot for only €7

I love this kebab shop! From kebab to kofta platter to falafel, everything tastes very good. The selection of sauces is brilliant - also suitable for people with intolerances. The best part is the grilled vegetables with every kebab, and the cheese and spices at the end. In addition, the staff is always super friendly!

After apparently several changes in management, or at least in the offering, the food is very tasty, even if it is no longer very cheap. Quality can also have its price and the service was therefore above average.

Leckerer Gemüsekebab, aber die preise wurden leider erhöht... Gemüsedöner 7 Euro und Fleischmenge ist gleich geblieben. Deswegen 3 Sterne. Nette Arbeiter.....aber bin mir sicher, dass ich hier leider nicht mehr Essen werde..und das nur wegen dem Preis.

Have had a fair few döner kebabs throughout Berlin. Reviewing these guys as it was unexpectedly fantastic after a long, cold day sightseeing. Could sit down and they kindly brought plates over, cost was very good for quality in my opinion (2 people). Jan 2024

Leckerer Gemüse Chicken Dürüm. Ging super schnell, sehr freundliche Jungs im Verkauf, Saucen und Schörfegrad perfekt. Einzig bestand das Gemüse bei mir hauptsächlich aus Kartoffeln, was ich weder im Döner noch im Dürüm brauche (genauso wie Pommes). Aber alles in allem sehr lecker. Daumen hoch

Habe heute nach Jahren mal wieder einen Döner (Dürüm) gegessen. Ich muss sagen, es war der beste Dürüm Döner, den ich je gegessen hab. Super saftig und richtig schmackhaft. Bis zum Nächsten werden nicht wieder Jahre vergehen!

Der Laden ist top, nie einen leckeren Döner gegessen. Und jeder kann aus einer großen Auswahl an leckeren Soßen, seinen Geschmack finden. Es lohnt sich vor Ort zu Essen

Verdammt gutes Essen und gute Gesellschaft. Döner sind nur ein Augenschmaus sondern schmecken auch noch dazu fabelhaft. Kann ich jeden nur empfehlen der in Berlin zu Besuch ist oder dort wohnt 1A mit Stern Auszeichnung. Einfach lecker komme gerne wieder 😋😋😍

So viele verschiedene Saucen (ua Aubergine, Avocado) hab ich noch nie gesehen für Döner. Dito Schokoladen Baklava! Die Halumi Tasche hat uns ebenfalls angesprochen. Flotte Bedienung trotz regem Kundenverkehr. Allerdings hätte ich gerne Kalb statt Chicken gegessen, aber dann muss man eben abwechseln.

Der Dönerladen meines Vertrauens. Döner ist sehr lecker, preis ist für die Qualität absolut in Ordnung und Service ist auch okay. Einen besseren Dönerladen gibt es in ganz Tempelhof nicht.

Geschmacklich mit Mustafas der beste Döner der Stadt, nur muss man hier nicht 3 Stunden anstehen. Also Nummer 1

Seit Jahren ein stabiler Hähnchendöner. Das Brot ist schön kross geröstet, das Gemüse manchmal etwas ölig. Der Service ist nett. Für einen schnellen Mittagssnack also gut geeignet.

Jest to najlepszy döner w tej okolicy i nie ma żadnej konkurencji. Mięso nie ocieka tłuszczem i jest dobrej jakości, warzywa bardzo świeże i pyszne, w środku różne świeże zioła jak pietruszka czy kolendra, dürüm dobrze zwinięte, tak ze nic z niego nie wycieka a sos sour cream najlepszy ever. Obsługa jest bardzo przyjazna. Dziękujemy za miły gratis w postaci herbatki

смачний та ситний кебаб, персонал був ввічливий та привітний. Не можна було, на жаль, заплатити карткою, тільки готівка. Проте якщо ви зненацька відчули голод - дане місце дуже добре підійде для перекусу.

Vielleicht der beste Chicken-Gemüse-Döner der Stadt, sicher der beste den ich kenne. Zum einen stimmen alle „Basics“ - Sauberkeit, Fleisch, Brot und Soßen. Herausragend sind die benutzten Würzsaucen, die zum Fleisch gegeben werden, die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und die Soßenauswahl. Vorsicht: das Chilipulver ist aus selbstangebauten Chilis gemahlen und sehr gut, aber extrem scharf! Unerfahrene können sich ganz fix das Essen versauen ;) Und: Pluspunkte für: kein Alkohol und keine Spielautomaten.

2 mal da gewesen, 2 mal wurden Dutzende Personen nach mir dran genommen und bekamen ihr Essen vor mir

Ich bin extra von Dortmund nach Berlin gefahren um diesen Döner noch einmal essen zu dürfen.

Leckerer Chicken Döner, der sich qualitativ und geschmacklich von den grauenhaften Standarddönern der Stadt durchaus abhebt. Etwas Schafskäse als Gratistopping. Und ein sehr netter Service! Empfehlung!

Leider viel zu wenig Fleisch im Döner, mit Kartoffeln und Pommes gefüllt dadurch den Döner optisch größer wirken lassen. Döner sollte aber Fleisch enthalten und nicht nur 3 Stücke!!

Passt schon. Hat aber von Beginn etwas nachgelassen.
