THE KEBAB in Berlin

Ich bekam zuerst den Döner anderst zugerichtet als ich ihm wollte danach gab er mir einen zweiten und hat die falsche Soße drauf gemacht die orangene die echt Eckelhaft war wollte ihn aber nicht zurück nehmen.

Dieser Döner hat meine Ansicht auf Döner komplett verändert.

Mega! Mir fehlen die Worte....solchen Dürüm gibt es in Österreich einfach nicht...

Der Falafel-Döner war fantastisch!!!! Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich.

Es war eine so riesige Portion, ich konnte nicht einmal einen Bissen nehmen! Es war absolut köstlich.

Der Dönerbrater erkannte meinen Freund sogar noch von vor einem halben Jahr! Das Essen war super, wir hatten Falafel-Wraps, einen Halloumi-Wrap und Pommes zum Teilen – alles war einfach köstlich! Wenn ihr also ein Restaurant sucht, kann ich es euch wärmstens empfehlen :)

Guter Döner, ich kam kaum durch die Leitung.

Ein toller Ort, absolut empfehlenswert, wenn man im Berliner Einkaufszentrum etwas zu essen sucht.

Richtig geiler Döner. Super Geschmack (vor allem der Currydip)und gute Preise. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Es ist wirklich toll, also insgesamt eine sehr gute Erfahrung.

Leckeres Essen und guter Service

Ich habe das Döner-Menü mit Pommes bestellt. Man konnte beim Kebab aus vielen verschiedenen Soßen wählen. Frische und große Portion. Gutes Brot.

Ich war überrascht wie gut der Döner war! Dachte wird ne richtige touri Falle und war da nur wegen der Arbeit zuerst, aber ist besser als 90% aller dönerläden. Personal ist auch mega nett und top! Gehe da regelmäßig hin und finde den auch besser als Teras um die Ecke, der ja eine Ikone ist

I waited for over an hour for my food. Even though I paid in advance, they kept asking me what I ordered while I was waiting—complete lack of communication. When I tried to pay by card, they pressured me to pay in cash. When I insisted on using my card, they claimed they couldn't give me a receipt because they "ran out of paper," which was clearly a lie. After 30 minutes of waiting, I tried to cancel my order, but they flatly refused. To make matters worse, one of the staff members told me, "Here is Germany," in a very condescending tone. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional. While the staff member with the hat was kind, the owner-looking person and the one with slicked-back hair were extremely hostile. I was forced to eat here because they wouldn't refund me, but I strongly recommend you never step foot in this place. Absolut schrecklich! Gehen Sie niemals hierhin. Ich habe über eine Stunde auf mein Essen gewartet. Obwohl ich bereits bezahlt hatte, wurde ich während des Wartens mehrmals gefragt, was ich eigentlich bestellt hätte. Das ist absolut unorganisiert. Beim Bezahlen wurde ich gedrängt, bar zu zahlen. Als ich auf Kartenzahlung bestand, hieß es plötzlich, man könne mir keine Quittung geben, weil das Papier alle sei – offensichtlich eine Ausrede. Nach 30 Minuten Wartezeit wollte ich stornieren, aber mir wurde gesagt, dass das nicht möglich sei. Zu allem Überfluss wurde mir herablassend gesagt: "Hier ist Deutschland." So eine Frechheit habe ich noch nie erlebt. Während der Mitarbeiter mit der Mütze nett war, waren der Chef und der andere Mitarbeiter mit den nach hinten gegelten Haaren extrem unhöflich. Ich musste hier essen, weil sie mein Geld nicht zurückgeben wollten, aber ich rate jedem dringend davon ab, diesen Laden zu besuchen.

Frisches Fleisch, große Portion, absolut empfehlenswert

Der absolut beste Döner meines Lebens und ich habe noch nie so oft nach einem Döner aus einem ganz bestimmten Laden Gelüste die mall ist halt laut aber trotzdessen würde es mich nie davon abhalten dort zu essen

Köstlicher Kebab und nettes Personal!

Sehr lecker, Döner ist nicht mit Sauce überladen, was leider so oft der Fall ist. Größe des Döners ideal! Ist mitten in der Mall, man findet aber immer einen Platz.

Der Service war Mega schlecht. Es wurde vorgedrängelt und nichts dagegen unternommen.

Die Deutschen sind zwar nicht die freundlichsten Menschen der Welt, aber alles war in Ordnung.

Sehr freundliches Personal und köstlicher Döner!

Wir hatten ein Hähnchen-Döner-Sandwich und einen Durum mit Curry und scharfen Soßen. Beide waren reichlich belegt mit Gemüse und eingelegten Zwiebeln. Die Aromen und Gewürze waren hervorragend aufeinander abgestimmt, das Fleisch war saftig und es gab genug Gemüse. Es hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt.

Der Döner war der Beste, den ich je gegessen habe, no glazing. Dieser Salat war soo frisch und knackig und das Fleisch so schön saftig und warm, dass ich fast abgefeuert habe. Der Preis von 8.80€ oder so um den Dreh ist mehr als passend, wenn ich darüber nachdenke, was ich in meiner Heimat Niedersachsen für 11€ für einen Döner bekomme. Lasst den Lieben 2 Verkäufern doch bitte die 10€ "passend" da. Lg

Be careful, if you don't speak German, a staff member will [specially] attend to you. A Kebab and a bottle of soda cost me €12, I paid €22, and the male staff member in the photo deliberately forgot to give me €10 in change, explaining that there were no banknotes in the register, only change. After some arguing, he gave me €10 in change. This is the first time I've encountered this in Germany—because the register had no banknotes, I didn't have to give change???

I ate a halloumi doner kebab and thought it was delicious! Highly recommended!

For some reason the cashier would say that he didn't know what the voucher form the toilets was. He will not pick it up for the 1 euro voucher in ANY restaurant or shop from the mall. Such a dirty move. Food was ok, nothing special.

I ordered a dürüm with chicken and grilled vegetables for lunch today, and it was simply delicious! I haven't had such an incredibly good dürüm in a long time. The bread practically melts in your mouth, wonderfully soft and flavorful! The sauces were absolutely divine, most likely homemade, they tasted so fresh and aromatic. And the combination of sauce, juicy chicken, perfectly grilled vegetables, and fresh salad, all rolled up in this fantastic bread… simply superb! A taste experience you won't find everywhere. I'm already looking forward to coming back next week to enjoy this dürüm again. A definite recommendation; anyone who hasn't been here yet is really missing out!

Is this the best doner you're going to get in Berlin? No, but is it good and decent and filling and convenient and affordable-- yes. So if you're in the area it's probably the best food you're going to find especially in a mall.

Good doner, but the service is slow and disorganized. You have to queue once to pay and then again to collect your order. The stand is located in a shopping center, so seating is limited. Expect a 30-40 minute wait at lunchtime on weekends.

I ordered a chicken kebab to eat in, but instead of a plate or tray, I only received smeared napkins. And €9 for this kebab is outrageous; it was honestly only a 2/10.

First you order and pay, then have to stand in another line to tell them what you ordered—a rather clumsy system. I wonder how they actually enforce this. The prices are good, but I had to wait in line for ages. Plus, there were several people cutting in front of me.

The ambiance is a so-called "food court." The kebabs (chicken or beef) are definitely incredibly tasty and, above all, very large.

€15 for a kebab menu—madness. The problem is, the price isn't displayed anywhere. And when we asked for clarification, they were extremely rude.

Halloumi Döner is really highly recommended, fresh delicious ingredients and quick & competent preparation, absolutely inexpensive :)

They sell a veggie döner but the plate only includes salad, dressing and fries (ingredients of the plate nowhere written). Be truthful about what you sell please.

Everything was great, the best kebab I've ever had, and even the chefs apparently speak Polish, but there were a lot of people there, so you might get confused with the orders and other things. The portions were great, decent, and even adequate to the price.

€9.40 is way overpriced for a box filled with fries. I can't comment on the taste of the chicken, as there was practically nothing in it.

Very tasty kebabs, both in bread and on a plate. You can customize them to your liking. The speed with which they serve the kebabs is quite spectacular: you'd better go with a clear idea because you won't have much time to think about it. They also have ayran. During the usual lunchtimes, it can be frustrating to find a free table (all the restaurants share the same dining room).

Surprisingly good – one of the best kebabs we've ever eaten! We went to The Kebab in the Mall of Berlin on a recommendation – and it was absolutely worth it! The kebab was truly delicious: very fresh ingredients, juicy and flavorful meat, and overall a perfectly balanced flavor. You often expect something rather average in a food hall – but here you get real quality and attention to detail. Everything is freshly prepared, the portions are generous, and the staff is friendly. If you're nearby and craving a really good kebab, I definitely recommend it!

The waitress didn't know what a falafel dumpling was... The chicken had more peppers than meat... All in all, really bad... On top of that, there was way too much salad...

Absolutely overpriced, Dürüm is half the size of anywhere else in Berlin for €10! The meat quality isn't that great either, and the Döner kebab at €8.90 is also way overpriced and unsatisfying.

A ball of power, but made with taste (very good sauces). The bucket version from Gemuese is very good. I really don't know how they manage the system: a queue at the cash register - a separate queue for food, especially since they don't issue a receipt... Fortunately, what was paid for was prepared and served

During my one-week stay in Berlin, I have to say that this is one of the best kebabs I've had there, and even surpasses the influencer-famous Mustafa Kebab. For €8.50, there is a balance of taste and, above all, a pleasant atmosphere

Unfortunately it took a little longer, but it was a delicious kebab. The employees were also hardworking and positive.

Unfortunately I had to wait 25 minutes before I could even order and there were only 3 people in front of me. The kebab itself wasn't great either. Mine was placed in the grill with the aluminum foil, which is probably not entirely healthy. And for all this fun I spent 10 euros. Unfortunately very disappointing.
