Worst McDonald's ever in such a big city

This is now the 2nd Bürger King branch in the Isarstaedte catchment area between the state capital Munich and Landau a. d. Isar! In Lower Bavaria's capital Landshut is located on Bahnhofstrasse. 1 another Burger King branch from which I was once again seriously and bitterly disappointed by the operating staff after the Munich Ostbahnhof within just 13 days in the period February 17, 2025 and March 1, 2025! McDonald's branches, for example in Burghausen and the Munich area in Moosach and Munich-Schwabing, are nowhere near that disappointingly run-of-the-mill and Unfriendly like these 2 Bürger King branches already mentioned in Munich East and Landshut Hbf!

Very bad kebab, even worse meat. Really disgusting! I've never eaten anything so terrible in my life! We had to throw away our kebab immediately. Unfortunately you can't eat it at all.

Waiting 17 minutes for an order is not fast food. Especially when almost the main reason was to go to this store. When asked about getting my money back, only excuses are made. I'm healed.

First of all, I live in the area and have been going to this McDonald's since I was a child, which is why I can probably rate it quite highly. Everything is great, and I also like that this McDonald's is a bit more "sporadic" in terms of ambiance. The food usually tastes good, as usual. Occasionally, there's something to complain about, but otherwise, everything's always good. What bothers me a lot are the parking spaces at the McDonald's Drive-In. They're supposed to fit two cars. But if you have two slightly longer cars, you have trouble parking there, and I've even hit my wheel rim several times. I'm not supposed to park more than one car there, and yet it still happens again and again that you have to park behind another, and that's difficult. What I also really miss is the ability to order and pick up via the McDonald's app. Apart from these two minor negatives, I'm always satisfied. And I'll come back more often. The staff is also very friendly.

Nothing to complain. I've never seen a place like so clean. But it was!! The staffs were soo nice, good background music. Totally recommend!

The food was quick and freshly prepared, but since it's the only McDonald's in the area open after 2 a.m., it was unfortunately quite busy. It was quite dirty, especially the restrooms. There were torn-off plastic fingernails on the floor, and toilet paper was everywhere, even in the sink...

Nothing against our foreign citizens, but when they are on shift a lot of the food is only half warm and when you ask them about it the answer is that you have waited too long to eat. The dish trolleys are usually rolled over.

Offer should be known. Employees at the drive in are super friendly. Thanks for that!

Very unfriendly staff on the drive

Es ist mir jetzt schon mehrfach aufgefallen, dass das Vergessen von Produkten im Drive-In offenbar System hat. Besonders bei Aktionsartikeln, wie z.B. Gläsern, werden diese oft ohne irgendeine Erwähnung weggelassen. Beschwert man sich schriftlich, erhält man meist eine indirekte, aber klare Antwort, die im Grunde bedeutet: „Entschuldigung, aber Pech gehabt.“ Daher habe ich mittlerweile jede Bestellung nach Erhalt noch einmal persönlich auf Vollständigkeit überprüft. Dass aber mittlerweile sogar wesentliche Zutaten fehlen, ist nicht mehr hinnehmbar: Ein McFarmer ohne Pattie, ein McMuffin ohne Ei, ein weiterer McMuffin ohne Bacon – und statt der versprochenen 6 Mini-Pancakes waren nur 5 in der Packung. All dies ereignete sich bei meiner letzten Bestellung. Da vergeht einem die Lust auf das Frühstück. Für uns als Familie war es das letzte Mal in diesem Laden, einfach nur eine riesen Frechheit und sehr ernüchternd. Chancen haben wir diesem McEnttäuschung genug gegeben.
